Abstract
本发明是关于由电机的正反旋转而驱动转轮外周的吸水管卷上垂下的原理,采用了水筒在正立的状态下安置在本体下部的方式。具有在水筒正立状态下由水筒引水的引水器;储存冷热水的冷水箱,热水箱;控制冷热饮水排量的控制装置;结合在引水器并给冷热水箱供水的吸水管通道;利用电机的正反旋转驱动吸水管自动卷升垂下的装置及控制上述一切构造简单顺利动作的控制装置完美地结合在一起。
Description
本发明是关于水桶在正立状态下安置在本体下部的水桶正立式冷热水器;更详细地说是由电机的正反旋转,带动转轮来松卷吸入管,使吸入管自动在水桶内升降的原理,从而构成了本正立式冷热水器的构造。
近来,因工场废水及水源的污染严重而使原有喝自来水的倾向逐渐转向于饮用市场流行的净水现象日益增多;许多公共场所及办公室,甚至在一般家庭中也有不少人使用冷热水器来解决简便饮用冷水,热水的问题。
现存的一般的冷热水器大多利用将水桶倒立地安置在本体上部使桶口深入本体上使之按出水量自然落入本体的型式。
可是按上面所述的型式将满载的水桶倒立地安置在本体上面需要相当大的力气,所以老弱或儿童们就算知道桶内水已耗尽也不易更换满载的水桶。还有一点在倒立水桶的过程中不免流落少量的水使周围环境受到影响。
再有是水桶桶口在运转及流通过程中不免受到污染,必须将桶口伸入本体内,所以不可避免随之会带来卫生上不净洁的后果。
为了解决上述问题,虽然研制出了一些相应的水桶正立式冷热水器,但在桶内水耗尽后更换新桶时需手动将吸水管拔出塞进,或者采用如图1所示的利用齿轮装置或皮带型式使吸水管自动升降。
但是手动方式要在狭小的空间里操作必然带来许多不便,而齿轮,皮带装置在构造上也需要比较大的空间,从而带来了本体体积大,制造价格升高的问题。
对此,本方案是为了解决上述的问题而形成的,不尽采用了简单的构造,并能使设置面积缩小到最少,解决了原有正立式冷热水器的不便之处。
为了达到上述的目的,本发明设计的冷热水器主要是从正立安置在本体下部的水桶内引水的引水器;储存冷热水的冷水箱,热水箱;控制冷热饮水排量的控制装置;结合在引水器并给冷热水箱供水的吸水管通道;利用电机的正反旋转驱动吸入管自动卷升垂下的装置及控制上述一构造简单动作顺利的自动控制板等而构成。
下文就根据本方案的附图来详细说明本设计方案,附图如下:

图2是根据本方案而设计的冷热水器(1)的侧视图,前部上侧有冷热水出水阀门(2,3),阀门的下面有水杯台(5)(是具有随时都可取出来将从水杯满盈出来的水倒出的接水盘构成)。(4)为本体外套。(6)是水桶放置部,(8)是前封门,(6)的下部是为了要把水桶准确地放置在设计部位的导引槽(7),封门(8)为了随时都能看清水位而选用了透明材料,或如(9)似的长形目视计量孔。
(10,10’)是为了将封门(8)关闭状态维持稳定而嵌入的吸铁石。(11)是随着封门(8)的开关来控制吸水管自动升降的小型开关。
图3是本发明设计的吸水管自动升降的动作原理图。图3(A)是侧视图,图3(B)是A-A’剖面线的截面图,图3(C)是B-B’剖面线的截面图。
本发明是根据随着电机正转,反转驱动转轮,将卷在转轮外周的吸水管卷升(正转),松下(反转)的原理而设计的,为了使其良好地发挥作用,吸水管道(30)是由转轮(20)侧剖螺旋型的防止折叠部(31)和随转轮正反旋转卷升垂下的吸水口(32)结合而成。转轮(20)的外周有吸水管道导引槽(21)及为了使吸水管防止折叠部(31)侧面和升降部(32)形成一个平面,使卷升垂下的作用良好发挥,而在吸水管导引槽(21)的开端所开的孔(22)而形成。
吸水管(30)须采用有一定强度和伸缩性的塑料管,防止折叠部(31)和升降部(32)可直接利用一个管子,也可利用连结管媒介(22)来结合。(34)是为了把吸水管固定在转轮的固定装置,(23)是电动机转轴。
下面就参照图4,图5来叙述安装上述吸水管升降装置的组合。
图4(A)和图4(B)是本发明设计的冷热水器正面图,侧面简图。图5是控制区域图。
在冷热水器本体(1)下部水桶放置处(6)上的水桶(12)里的水经由连接在引水器(41)的吸水管道(31)及供水管(35)引到冷水箱(42),又通过联接管(36)流到热水箱(43)。
冷水箱(42)和热水箱(43)各有冷却器,加热器。热水箱(43)下部要选用瞬间加热器(47),冷却方法虽可选用压缩汽化式,但在考虑本体体积变大的问题,更可选用热传电子冷却方式为宜。在选用热传电子冷却器时,为提高冷却效果,须要把冷却器安置在冷水箱的内部,冷水箱要选用传热小的塑料材质,而热水箱为了使下部的加热器有良好的传热,要选用金属材料制作。
经多次实验证明,在冷水箱上部的流水管接口(36’)选用黄铜等金属材料,热水箱上部的流水管接口(36”)选用合成树脂材料,流水管(36)选用橡胶材质时才能把冷热水箱之间的热损失率降到最小。
冷热水箱的内部均有探知水位的水浮探知器(44),(45)来控制引水器的动作,水箱里水满时浮子飘起来将电信号传到自动控制板(50)使引水器(41)停止动作,反之水箱里的水位不足时,浮子垂下来,就驱动引水器(41)将水桶(12)里的水引到水箱中。
当浮子探知器(44),(45)探知水位不足时,将信号传到自动控制板驱动引水器。但经过一段时间仍然不能使水箱水位充满(简内水耗尽)时,控制板(50)将驱动警报装置(51)告知使用者桶内水已耗尽的同时使引水器停止引水。
警报装置驱动后,为了更换新桶而打开封门(8)而使升降装置开关(11)打开,使警报声停止,同时将升降装置电动机(25)驱动,带动转轮(20)把吸水口(30)卷升。
吸水口上升后,把原来的空水桶取出,安置新水桶。水桶定位槽(7)可使水桶准确地安置在原位,以防吸水口的错位。水桶更完毕,关闭封门(8),使驱动开关(11)关闭,电信号传到自动控制板(50),驱动电机把吸水口垂降到水桶内。
螺旋型的防止折叠部(31)配合转轮(20)使吸水管道里的水畅通无阻。转轮固定架(26)的上端两侧有点触式开关(56,57),配合转轮(20)上的定位定子(58,59),使转轮转动到定位定子触合点触式开关,电信号传到自动控制板(50),驱动正反旋转电机(25)使吸水管升降到设定的位置时停止转动。
标号(37)是吸水口升降引导孔,(38)是防止从外部流入异物的桶口封盖,(39)是吸水管外部的突起圈,起吸水管垂下到桶内最低位置时降到桶口封盖,使之完全封闭。(40)是吸水口端部。
图6是探知桶内水耗尽的其他探知器设计图,一般的冷热水器里使用的引水器既使引水器停止动作,只要引水器内有水残留,出水口也必然有水。利用其特点,可在水桶(42)和引水器中间设置浮子探知器(61),只要桶内有水,不管引水器动不动作,探知球(60)里就必然有水,使浮子漂起来连结浮子上面的触点,而桶内水耗尽时,引水器的动作使空气流入探知球内。球内无水,浮子就落下来,使触点脱离,电信号传到控制板。控制板判断桶内水耗尽,就起动警报装置,同时制止引水器动作。
图7是表示利用小型潜水引水器(62)的附图,把引水器设置在吸水口开关,使之随着吸水管的升降而一起升降。
图8(A)至(C)是水桶安置部其他设计例图。(A)图是把承盘(70)设计成有横滑条(71)和定位弯盘(72)的构造。(B)图是把水桶安置部(70’)和本体脱离地设计的,安置盘下面有轮子(73),前面有拉手(75),上面有水桶定位部(74)。(76)为安置盘导引槽。(C)图是把水桶安置盘(70’)和前封门(74)设计成一体的构造,利用轮子(73)移动。
如上所述,依据本发明可简便容易地换取水桶,因水桶放置在本体下部,所以不尽在美观上起良好的作用,又不必用相当大的力气把水桶倒立安置在本体上面。更有因采用了简单的动作原理而把设计面积缩小到最小,从而可使造价降到最低。
Claims (9)
1.正立地安置在本体下部的水桶中引水的引水器;它有:
利用冷却,加热方法把上述引水器供应的水,保管在冷水箱及热水箱;
为了控制保管在上述冷水箱及热水箱内的水流排出量的控制装置;
结合上述引水器及冷,热水箱供水的吸水管道;
驱动电动机正反旋转,使卷在转轮外周的吸水管道卷升垂下的升降装置;
还具有为控制上述引水器及升降的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于,由转轮侧部的防止折叠部和在转轮外周随着转轮转动而升降吸水管的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于,具有如上述转轮外周有吸入管导引槽,导引槽始端有贯通外周用来连结吸水口及防止折叠部的小孔形式。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于具有如上述采用在连结引水器和冷水箱的管道中间设置的浮子探知器来监控引水器动作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于,上述引水器包括潜水型引水器,及所有种类的引水器;是通过吸水管将水引到水箱的引水器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于具有如上述利用热传电子冷却方式。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于具有如上述在冷水箱上部的连结口处选用金属材质;热水箱上部的连结口处选用塑料材质;连结管选用橡胶树脂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于具有如上述为了使水桶准确地安置在本体的下部,而采用水桶正位导引槽方式。
9.根据权利要求1所述的水桶正立式冷热水器,其特征在于具有如上述为了使水桶顺利安置,而采用了承盘部有多条平行滑条。
