技术领域
本发明涉及到一种驱蚊剂,具体涉及到一种耐汗的长效驱蚊酯驱蚊剂。
背景技术
蚊子,属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种,是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫。通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液。吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主。除南极洲外各大陆皆有蚊子的分布。其中,以按蚊属、伊蚊属和库蚊属最为著名。蚊子的唾液中有一种具有舒张血管和抗凝血作用的物质,它使血液更容易汇流到被叮咬处。被蚊子叮咬后,轻则造成皮肤肿痒发红,重则传播疾病危害身体健康,因此,人们一直致力于防治蚊虫的研究。
目前使用广泛的蚊虫驱避剂是避蚊胺(DEET),但人们在使用中发现避蚊胺存在一些问题,首先是有一定的毒副作用,可能造成使用者出现红斑、荨麻疹等症状;其次对化学纤维类衣物、油漆有一定溶解性;第三是对皮肤有一定的渗透性和刺激性。
鉴于避蚊胺的这些问题,人们开始寻找更新换代产品,人们发现驱蚊酯(BAAPE,丁基乙酰氨基丙酸乙酯,CAS号52304-36-6,结构式)是非常理想的替代产品,驱蚊酯具有广谱高效、无毒无刺激、驱蚊时间长等特点,是公认的环保型驱避剂。
驱蚊酯的水溶性较强,容易被汗水稀释,而市场上常见的产品为乙醇溶剂体系,虽然易用性较强,但携带安全性较差,并且容易造成使用者粘膜刺激,且作为一种水性乳液难以达到配方稳定。因此开发简单、易行、有效的驱蚊酯驱蚊剂,是一项对人类自身和对人类生存的环境都具有重大意义的工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的至少一个不足,提供一种耐汗的长效驱蚊酯驱蚊剂。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明提供一种耐汗的长效驱蚊酯驱蚊剂,其功效成分的质量组成为:0.3~3份聚氨酯-10,5~20份驱蚊酯,5~20份多元醇。
在一些实例中,所述聚氨酯-10:驱蚊酯的质量比为1:(1.6~67)。
在一些实例中,所述驱蚊酯:多元醇的质量比为1:(0.5~3)。
在一些实例中,所述聚氨酯-10:多元醇的质量比为1:(1.6~67)。
在一些实例中,所述多元醇选自1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甲基丙二醇中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述聚氨酯-10的数均分子量为1000~30000。
在一些实例中,其功效成分的质量组成为:0.4~1.2份聚氨酯-10,8~12份驱蚊酯,10~14份1,3-丁二醇。
在一些实例中,其功效成分的质量组成为:1.2份聚氨酯-10,10份驱蚊酯,10份1,3-丁二醇。
在一些实例中,所述驱蚊剂还包括抗氧化剂、香料、防腐剂、中和剂、润肤剂、抗自由基试剂、除臭剂、多价螯合剂、溶剂中的至少一种。
在一些实例中,所述驱蚊剂的剂型包括驱蚊水、驱蚊喷雾或驱蚊凝胶。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用的聚氨酯-10由聚乙二醇和二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯单体聚合而成,驱蚊酯和二异氰酸酯基团有更好的氢键作用力,由于驱蚊酯分子量较小,所以可以通过大分子量的聚氨酯-10的长链聚乙二醇的部分来在皮肤上更好的附着,同时通过聚乙二醇基团提高了驱蚊酯在皮肤上的持久性,在合适的配比下,在皮肤上能形成完整的柔软的透气的驱蚊膜,从而提高了驱蚊酯的持久性和防水性,同时也增强了驱蚊效果。
由于多元醇含有大量羟基,所以和大分子的聚氨酯-10两端提供的NCO基和酯基有非常强的氢键的作用力,最终这些小分子通过大分子的聚氨酯-10的非极性的网络吸附在皮肤表面,使得驱蚊酯可以更持久的、更均匀的、更有效的在皮肤上排布,从而调节皮肤的含水量,改善干性皮肤的保湿度。

本发明中所有百分比均为重量百分比,且均以本发明化妆品组合物为100%重量计,另有说明的除外。
本发明中所指的重量均为有效物质的重量。对于呈分散体形式的物质,本发明所指的重量为物质的实际重量,而不包括载体的重量,也就是说,本发明中所指分散体形式的物质的重量=分散体的重量×分散体的固体组分含量。对于含结晶水的固体物质,本发明中所指的物质的重量为除去结晶水的重量。
根据本发明的组合物也可包含任何常规化妆品成分,特别地,该化妆品成分可选自抗氧化剂、香料、防腐剂、中和剂、表面活性剂、滤光剂(solar filter)、维生素、保湿剂、防晒化合物(self-tanning compounds)、抗皱活性成分、润肤剂、亲水或亲脂活性成分、抗自由基试剂、除臭剂、多价螯合剂及它们的混合物。
本发明实例中所使用到的试剂或原料缩写名称如表1所示:

下面结合实验,进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
配方稳定性与肤感测评
各实施例和对比例的配方稳定性以及肤感测评如表9所示。

由表9的数据可知:对比例1~14表明,与常见的乙醇或者甘油体系相比,加入1,3-丁二醇可以有效增强BAAPE(驱蚊酯)的水溶性,并且整体降低体系的粘腻,从而达到有效持续的驱蚊。
对比例15~23表明,聚氨酯-35与聚氨酯-10相比,聚氨酯-35虽然可以提高配方的持久效果,但无法有效增溶驱蚊酯。
对比例24~41表明,由于防水性较差,与聚氨酯-10相比,VP/VA共聚物或PVP K30无法有效提高配方的持久效果,且无法有效增溶驱蚊酯,肤感较差。
本发明的实施例1,实施例4,实施例7为最佳。
驱蚊效果评价
参照标准GB/T 13917.9-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第9部分进行测试。在4名攻击力合格的人(男女各半,编号1#,2#,3#,4#)的双手背上各画出5cm×5cm的皮肤面积,其中一只手为空白对照,另一只手喷涂本发明驱蚊液,剂量为15μL/cm2,暴露其中的4cm×4cm皮肤,遮蔽其余部分。涂抹驱蚊液后2h,将手伸入蚊笼中2min,观察有无蚊虫前来吸血,以后每小时测试一次;测试开始8h后,每0.5h测试一次,记录蚊虫停落情况,只要有1只蚊虫前来吸血即判为驱蚊液失效。测试结果如图1所示。
由图1可知,相比空白对照的对比例1~14,聚合物体系的应用可以有效延长驱蚊效果;而且,相较于添加聚氨酯-35、VP/VA共聚物或PVP K30的对比例15~41,添加聚氨酯-10的实施例效果最佳,不但能有效延长驱蚊时间还可以有出色的用后感。
以上是对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不可视为对本发明的具体实施的局限。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的简单推演或替换,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐汗的长效驱蚊酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,其功效成分的质量组成为:0.3~3份聚氨酯-10,5~20份驱蚊酯,5~20份多元醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯-10:驱蚊酯的质量比为1:(1.6~67)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述驱蚊酯:多元醇的质量比为1:(0.5~3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯-10:多元醇的质量比为1:(1.6~67)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇选自1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甲基丙二醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯-10的数均分子量为1000~30000。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,其功效成分的质量组成为:0.4~1.2份聚氨酯-10,8~12份驱蚊酯,10~14份1,3-丁二醇。
8.根据权利要求7所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,其功效成分的质量组成为:1.2份聚氨酯-10,10份驱蚊酯,10份1,3-丁二醇。
9.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述驱蚊剂还包括抗氧化剂、香料、防腐剂、中和剂、润肤剂、抗自由基试剂、除臭剂、多价螯合剂、溶剂中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述驱蚊剂的剂型包括驱蚊水、驱蚊喷雾或驱蚊凝胶。
