背景技术
蚊子,属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种,是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫。通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液。吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主。除南极洲外各大陆皆有蚊子的分布。其中,以按蚊属、伊蚊属和库蚊属最为著名。蚊子的唾液中有一种具有舒张血管和抗凝血作用的物质,它使血液更容易汇流到被叮咬处。被蚊子叮咬后,轻则造成皮肤肿痒发红,重则传播疾病危害身体健康,因此,人们一直致力于防治蚊虫的研究。
目前使用广泛的蚊虫驱避剂是避蚊胺(DEET)和驱蚊酯,近年来,人们发现羟哌酯(又称Picaridin,派卡瑞丁,羟乙基哌啶羧酸异丁酯)相比于避蚊胺驱蚊效果接近,效果要好于驱蚊酯,安全性也更好,在10%的用量下驱蚊效果可长达8-10小时,15%的用量更是能维持长达14小时的驱蚊效果,其安全性经过美国儿科学会的推荐可用于2个月以上的所有人群。它对昆虫的神经系统有显著的干扰作用,能有效地防止昆虫的接近。高浓度的羟哌酯为无色透明粘稠液体,具有明显的油腻感。
然而,羟哌酯单独使用时,其持久性和扩散性都存在一定的限制。因此,如何提高派卡瑞丁的驱蚊效果,一直是该领域的重要研究方向。现有市场上常见的产品皆为乙醇体系的喷雾剂,虽然易于使用,但喷雾体系的携带安全性较差,在乙醇挥发后,会在皮肤表面残留高浓度的羟哌酯,无法从根本上解决后期的油腻感。而如果是用乳化体系,虽然可以通过加入油脂增强残留质感,却有可能增强驱蚊剂的吸收对于驱蚊效果或者配方的安全性。
CN102266270A公开了一种以羟哌酯为有效成分的蚊虫驱避剂,其各组份的重量含量为:5~25%的羟哌酯,10~80%有机物质,0.1~10%有机酸,0.1~1%的香精,余量为水。该发明采用乙醇、异丙醇等容易造成使用者粘膜刺激的溶剂,且作为一种水性乳液难以达到很好的配方稳定。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的至少一个不足,提供一种低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂。

本发明的聚氨酯羟哌酯复合驱蚊剂,由于聚氨酯-2有大量的IPDI基团,可以和羟哌酯中的哌啶基团,形成强有力的氢键的结合,同时通过聚氨酯含有羟基、氨基酸基团,可以和皮肤表面的角质层良好的结合,可以在皮肤表面形成隐形持久的驱蚊膜,消除传统驱蚊剂的油腻感,同时延长驱蚊效果,降低羟哌酯透皮吸收的效果,不仅提高了羟哌酯的持久性和扩散性,同时也增强了驱蚊效果。

具体实施方式
发明人研究发现,聚氨酯-2含有大量的IPDI基团,IPDI基团与羟哌酯中的哌啶基团可以形成结合力较强的氢键。同时聚氨酯-2含有大量的羟基、氨基酸基团,可以和皮肤表面的角质层有非常好的服贴性能,故如同一张网一样可以在皮肤表面形成隐形的,持久的,贴肤的驱蚊膜。该结构可以帮助羟哌酯高效地吸附在聚氨酯-2形成的微观空间网络架构上。在喷雾使用后在皮肤形成一层轻盈透气的膜,除了消除传统驱蚊剂的油腻感同时可以将其固定在皮肤上,以达到延长驱蚊效果,降低羟哌酯透皮吸收的效果。多元醇可以穿插在微观空间网络架构上,增强氢键效果,同时可以降低该结构的致密性。而体系中增加的脂肪酸酯可以有效降低羟哌酯的粘腻感。
附加常规化妆品成分:
根据本发明的组合物也可包含任何常规化妆品成分,特别地,该化妆品成分可选自抗氧化剂、香料、防腐剂、中和剂、表面活性剂、滤光剂(solar filter)、维生素、保湿剂、防晒化合物(self-tanning compounds)、抗皱活性成分、润肤剂、亲水或亲脂活性成分、抗自由基试剂、除臭剂、多价螯合剂及它们的混合物。
下文的公开提供了许多不同的实施方式或例子用来实现本发明的不同方案。
本发明中所有百分比均为重量百分比,且均以本发明化妆品组合物为100%重量计,另有说明的除外。
本发明中所指的重量均为有效物质的重量。对于呈分散体形式的物质,本发明所指的重量为物质的实际重量,而不包括载体的重量,也就是说,本发明中所指分散体形式的物质的重量=分散体的重量×分散体的固体组分含量。对于含结晶水的固体物质,本发明中所指的物质的重量为除去结晶水的重量。
根据本发明的组合物也可包含任何常规化妆品成分,特别地,该化妆品成分可选自抗氧化剂、香料、防腐剂、中和剂、表面活性剂、滤光剂(solar filter)、维生素、保湿剂、防晒化合物(self-tanning compounds)、抗皱活性成分、润肤剂、亲水或亲脂活性成分、抗自由基试剂、除臭剂、多价螯合剂及它们的混合物。
聚氨酯-2可通过一种或多种水不溶性、非水分散性的异氰酸酯,本发明优选异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)官能化聚氨酯预聚物A1)与一种或多种氨基官能化合物A2)反应来获得。
聚氨酯预聚物A1)具有末端异氰酸酯基团,即异氰酸酯基团位于预聚物链末端,优选地,聚氨酯预聚物的所有链末端均具有异氰酸酯基团。可用于本发明的非水溶性和非水分散性的异氰酸酯官能化聚氨酯预聚物A1)基本上不含有离子基团和/或离子源基团,即离子基团和/或离子源基团的含量合适地是低于15毫克当量(Milli equivalent)/100g的聚氨酯预聚物A1),优选低于5毫克当量,更优选低于1毫克当量,特别优选低于0.1毫克当量/100g的聚氨酯预聚物A1)。此处的水指没有添加表面活性剂的去离子水。
可用于本发明的聚氨酯预聚物可以含有酸性离子基团和/或离子源基团,这些聚氨酯预聚物的酸值合适地是低于30mg KOH/g,优选低于10mgKOH/g。该酸值表示为了中和1g的研究样品所需要的氢氧化钾质量(mg)(根据DIN EN ISO211测量)。被中和的酸(即相应盐)自然不具有酸值或具有较低的酸值。
聚氨酯-2也可以使用聚合物多元醇来制备,此类聚合物多元醇是在聚氨酯涂料技术中已知的聚酯多元醇,聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,聚氨酯多元醇,聚碳酸酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇,聚酯聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,聚氨酯聚酯多元醇,聚氨酯聚醚多元醇,聚氨酯聚碳酸酯多元醇和聚酯聚碳酸酯多元醇。它们能够单独或以混合的形式用于制备本发明的聚氨酯。聚合物多元醇优选是聚四亚甲基二醇聚醚、聚碳酸酯多元醇和它们的混合物,特别优选聚四亚甲基二醇聚醚多元醇。
可用于本发明的聚氨酯-2优选是线型分子,但也可是支化的。可用于本发明的聚氨酯的数均分子量优选1000-200000。
方便比较起见,本发明实例中所使用到的部分试剂或原料缩写名称如表1所示:

各实施例和对比例中均添加有0.5份LEXGARD H,水加至100份。如无特别说明,份数均为质量份。
将聚合物和多元醇在高速搅拌下搅拌均匀,维持搅拌然后将羟哌酯和脂肪酸酯或其他油脂(如果有)加入直到均匀。随后边搅拌边加入水,乙醇和1,2-己二醇,搅拌直到均匀。
其中,实施例1~6的组分如表2所示,所采用的共聚物为C200F,所采用的脂肪酸酯为99。

配方稳定性与肤感测评
各实施例和对比例的配方稳定性以及肤感测评如表7所示。

由表4的数据可知:对比例1~14表明脂肪酸酯可有有效降低油腻感,与常见的乙醇体系相比,加入1,3-丁二醇可以减少乙醇的使用量,但无法明显改善配方的油腻感;
对比例15~20表明,聚氨酯-2含量较低难以保持配方稳定,含量高油腻感反而会变强。
对比例21~26表明,与聚氨酯-2相比,聚氨酯-35的稳定性差且会出现结块,使用的油腻感稍强。
对比例27~32表明,与聚氨酯-2相比,VP/VA共聚物的稳定性差,即使含量更高也难以稳定,使用的油腻感稍比乙醇体系更强且会显著防水性更差。
对比例33~44表明与实施例相比,异壬酸异壬酯的配方稳定性更好,油腻感更弱,而DC345和CTCC的稳定性稍差。
对比例45~50表明与实施例相比,使用甘油比使用1,3-丁二醇的油腻感更强。
综合评价,本发明的实施例2和实施例5为最佳。
驱蚊效果评价
参照标准GB/T 13917.9-2009农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第9部分进行测试。在4名合格的人(男女各半,编号1#,2#,3#,4#)的双手背上各画出5cm×5cm的皮肤面积,其中一只手为空白对照,另一只手喷涂本发明驱蚊液,剂量为15μL/cm2,暴露其中的4cm×4cm皮肤,遮蔽其余部分。涂抹驱蚊液后2h,将手伸入蚊笼中2min,观察有无蚊虫前来吸血,以后每小时测试一次;测试开始8h后,每0.5h测试一次,记录蚊虫停落情况,记录蚊虫停落情况,只要有1只蚊虫前来吸血即判为驱蚊液失效。结果如图1~5所示。
由图1的数据可知:溶剂增溶体系驱蚊效果只和驱蚊剂羟哌酯的含量有关。
由图2的数据可知:使用聚氨酯-2能有效的提升驱蚊维持效果,而聚氨酯-35由于配方稳定性差,并不利于驱蚊效果的维持。
由图3的数据可知:使用VP/VA聚合物非但不能有效的提升驱蚊维持效果,反而由于配方稳定性差且抗水性差,并不利于驱蚊效果的维持。
由图4的数据可知:使用聚氨酯-2能有效的提升驱蚊维持效果,而DC345和GTCC由于配方稳定性稍差,提升较实施例而言较小。而甘油体系的驱蚊效果和实施例一致。
由图5的数据可知:实施例随着聚氨酯-2体系的应用可以有效延长驱蚊效果。甚至接近更高含量驱蚊剂的配方。
综上所述在所有的实施例中实施例2和实施例5综合效果最佳。不但能有效延长驱蚊时间还可以有出色的用后感。
以上是对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不可视为对本发明的具体实施的局限。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的简单推演或替换,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,其功效成分的质量组成为:3~8份聚氨酯-2,5~20份羟哌酯,20~50份多元醇,3~9份脂肪酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,聚氨酯-2:羟哌酯的质量比为1:(0.5~4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,聚氨酯-2:多元醇的质量比为1:(4~8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,聚氨酯-2:脂肪酸酯的质量比为1:(0.2~1.5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇选自乙醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、甲基丙二醇中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇为乙醇和1,3-丁二醇的混合物,乙醇和1,3-丁二醇的质量比为(0.65~0.7):1。
7.根据权利要求1所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸酯为异壬酸异壬酯。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,其功效成分的质量组成为:4~6份聚氨酯-2,15份羟哌酯,25份多元醇,5份脂肪酸酯。
9.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯-2的平均分子量为1000~200000。
10.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的低刺激长效聚氨酯-羟哌酯驱蚊剂,其特征在于,所述驱蚊剂还包括抗氧化剂、香料、防腐剂、中和剂、润肤剂、抗自由基试剂、除臭剂、多价螯合剂、溶剂中的至少一种。
