Abstract

一种烧成油浸镁白云石砖,其化学成分重量比为MgO75—80%,CaO17—22%,SiO2+Fe2O3+Al2O30—3%,将菱镁石和白云石通过轻烧、消化、磨细、湿碾、压密成球、重烧、破碎、混练成型后浸油而制成,该成品砖有较高的抗熔渣化学侵蚀性,耐高温强度大,热稳定性高,用于AOD、VOD精炼炉和转炉炉衬用耐火材料。

Description

烧成油浸镁白云石砖及制作方法
本发明涉及一种应用于AOD、VOD精炼炉和转炉炉衬的烧成油浸镁白云石砖耐火材料及制作方法。
目前国内AOD、VOD精炼炉和转炉衬的耐火材料抗熔渣的化学侵蚀、热稳定性、抗高温强度相对较低,因此使用周期短,易于损坏,使生产成本增高。
本发明的目的是提供一种有较高的抗熔渣化学浸蚀,热稳定性高,抗高温强度大的烧成油浸镁白云石砖及其制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:烧成油浸镁白云石砖,其化学成份重量比为    MgO 75-80%,
  CaO 17-22%,
  SiO2+Fe2O3+Al2O30-3%。
烧成油浸镁白云石砖的制作工艺步骤依次如下:
(一)原料的制备:
①分别将菱镁石和白云石进行轻烧,轻烧温度低于1200℃;
②将轻烧白云石砂加水20-40%进行消化;
③将消化后的轻烧白云石砂和轻烧菱镁砂进行配料,
轻烧白云石砂∶轻烧菱镁砂=30-45∶55-70;
④配好料后进行细磨成细粉,用湿碾机进行混练,加水10-20%;
⑤将练好的泥料压球,自然干燥24-48小时;
⑥干燥后的球坯采用以低灰粉的焦炭和煤为燃料的高温竖窑进行煅烧,煅烧温度为1700-2000℃,煅烧成合成镁白云石砂,其指标:
MgO75-80%,CaO17-22%,D.B≥3.20g/cm3
(二)制砖工艺:
①将合成镁白云石砂破粉碎成粒度为8-5mm、5-2mm和2-0mm的颗粒料,用部份2-0mm料磨制<0.088mm的细粉;
②进行配料:8-5mm合成镁白云石砂占5-10%,
            5-2mm合成镁白云石砂占30-40%,
            2-0mm合成镁白云石砂占20-30%,
            <0.088mm的细粉占20-30%;
③颗粒料要在料仓内加热至30-60℃;
④采用石蜡作结合剂,加入量3-4%;
⑤配好的料用混砂机进行混料,泥料温度控制在30-50℃之间;
⑥砖坯在800t和1000t摩擦压砖机上成型,砖坯密度在3.0g/cm3以上;
⑦成型后砖坏不经干燥直接码到窑车上入超高温隧道窑烧成,烧成最高温度控制在1600-1650℃,制品烧成后经真空油浸,将砖予热至150-200℃,装入浸罐,抽真空后注入150-200℃的焦油沥青,然后加压1-2MPa下浸渍4小时。
本发明由于采用高纯原料-合成镁白云石砂和制品烧成后经真空油浸,所以具有较高抗熔渣的化学侵蚀能力;原料中MgO/CaO比适当,制砖配料颗粒组成合理,使本发明具有较高的热稳定性;二步煅烧合成合成高纯镁白云石砂和制品抗高温强度高;高压成型工艺提高了砖坯密度,降低气孔率。本发明的显气孔率≤3%,体积密度≥3.05g/cm3,常温耐压强度≥70MPa,0.2MPa荷重软化点≥1700℃。
实施例1
烧成油浸镁白云石砖,其化学成份重量百分比为:
MgO75%
CaO22%,
SiO2+Fe2O3+Al2O33%。
制作工艺:
一、原料的制备
用高品位的菱镁石和白云石进行轻烧,轻烧窑以煤气为燃料,没有污染,提高原料的纯度。轻烧温度低于1200℃。轻烧白云石砂加水20-40%进行消化。消化后的轻烧白云石砂和轻烧镁砂按一定比例进行配料。轻烧白云石砂∶轻烧镁砂=30-45∶55-70。配好的料用雷蒙机细磨,磨制后的细粉用湿碾机进行混练,加水10-20%,混练好的泥料经压球机压球,压好的球经自然干燥24-48小时。干燥后的球坯采用以低灰粉的焦炭和煤为燃料的高温竖窑进行煅烧。煅烧温度1700-2000℃。煅烧出杂质含量低,煅烧程度好的合成镁白云石砂。
二、制砖工艺
将合成镁白云石砂破粉碎成粒度为8-5mm、5-2mm和2-0mm的颗粒料,用部份2-0mm料磨制<0.088mm的细粉,进行配料:8-55mm合成镁白云石砂占5-10%,
    5-2mm合成镁白云石砂占30-40%,
    2-0mm合成镁白云石砂占20-30%,
    <0.088mm的细粉占20-30%;颗粒料要在料仓内加热至30-60℃;采用石蜡作结合剂,加入量3-4%;配好的料用混砂机进行混料,泥料温度控制在30-50℃之间;砖坯在800t和1000t摩擦压砖机上成型,砖坯密度在3.0g/cm3以上;成型后砖坯不经干燥直接码到窑车上入超高温隧道窑烧成,烧成最高温度控制在1600-1650℃,制品烧成后经真空油浸,将砖予热至150-200℃,装入浸罐,抽真空后注入150-200℃的焦油沥青,然后加压1-2MPa下浸渍4小时。

烧成油浸镁白云石砖,其化学成份重量百分比为:
MgO 80%
CaO 17%,
SiO2+Fe2O3+Al2O3 3%。

MgO 77%
CaO 20%,
SiO2+Fe2O3+Al2O3 3%。

Claims (2)

1、一种烧成油浸镁白云石砖,其特征在于:化学成份重量比为
MgO75-80%,
CaO17-22%,
SiO2+Fe2O3+Al2O30-3%。
2、权利要求1所述的烧成油浸镁白云石砖的制作工艺,其特征如以下步骤依次为:
(一)原料的制备:
①分别将菱镁石和白云石进行轻烧,轻烧温度低于1200℃;
②将轻烧白云石砂加水20-40%进行消化;
③将消化后的轻烧白云石砂和轻烧菱镁砂进行配料,
轻烧白云石砂∶轻烧菱镁砂=30-45∶55-70;
