Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种插塞连接器及其制造方法,该插塞连接器具有配设有接触配合件的壳体并且具有至少一个电导体,该电导体与所述接触配合件连接并且被电缆护套包围,具有电缆护套的导体从壳体中引出。
背景技术
众所周知,单独制造插塞连接器的部件、将它们相互连接并设置在壳体中。这种插塞连接器功能可靠并且经过验证,但制造昂贵。
发明内容
因此,本发明所基于的任务在于简单、低成本并且尽管如此仍运行可靠且持久地制造开头所述类型的插塞连接器。
根据本发明,该任务通过以下方式解决,即,将接触配合件连同电导体和电缆护套插入到相应于壳体外部形状的注塑模具中并且随后借助注塑包封来制造壳体。插塞连接器及其制造方法是简单、低成本且目标明确的。
在本发明的另一种设计方案中建议,将所述接触配合件在所述注塑包封之前插入另一接触配合件中并且随后借助壳体的制造来进行注塑包封。所述另一接触配合件相对于注塑模具合适地(passgerecht)定向,使得由此确保接触配合件在此后制造的壳体中的精确固定。
此外提出,在电缆护套从壳体中引出的区域中制造呈抗弯折保护装置形式的另一注塑包封部。通过该方法步骤也可以有利地并且在匹配的位置处成型地制造注塑防护件。在此,壳体在所述另一注塑包封部的区域中具有侧凹部,该侧凹部优选构造成环绕的。由此,抗弯折保护装置获得可靠的保持和直接在壳体上的支撑。所述另一注塑包封部或者说抗弯折保护装置的材料在此由比壳体的材料更软的材料制成,从而确保电缆护套与壳体的连接的活动性。
还应指出,在电缆护套中可以设置和安装多个具有自身电缆护套的电导体。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中,如细节所示,用附图标记1表示壳体,该壳体借助在相应于壳体外部形状的注塑模具中对壳体的零部件进行注塑包封来制造。在壳体1中固定有以附图标记2表示的接触配合件,该接触配合件在注塑包封之前被插入注塑模具中并且必要时被固定。附图标记3表示另外固定在壳体1中的附加接触配合件。电缆护套4从壳体1中伸出,该电缆护套也通过壳体1的注塑包封固定在壳体中。壳体1在朝向电缆护套4的端部上具有侧凹部5,该侧凹部构造成环绕的。侧凹部5用作为用于可替代使用的抗弯折保护装置6的固定部,该抗弯折保护装置在图2中示出并且也通过另一注塑包封部来制造。

Claims (7)
1.用于制造插塞连接器的方法,该插塞连接器具有配设有接触配合件(2)的壳体(1)并且具有至少一个电导体,该电导体与所述接触配合件(2)连接并被电缆护套(4)包围,具有电缆护套(4)的导体从壳体(1)中引出,其特征在于,将接触配合件(2)连同电导体和电缆护套(4)插入注塑模具中并且随后借助注塑包封来制造壳体(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述注塑包封之前将所述接触配合件(2)插入另一接触配合件中并固定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在电缆护套(4)从壳体(1)中引出的区域中制造呈抗弯折保护装置(6)形式的另一注塑包封部。
4.根据前述方法步骤之一制造的插塞连接器,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)在所述另一注塑包封部的区域中具有侧凹部(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的插塞连接器,其特征在于,所述侧凹部(5)构造成环绕的。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的插塞连接器,其特征在于,所述另一注塑包封部由比壳体(1)的材料更软的材料制成。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的插塞连接器,其特征在于,在所述电缆护套(4)中设置有多个具有自身电缆护套的电导体。
