本发明涉及日用化学用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡及其制备方法。
背景技术
发蜡是以美化发型为主要目的的化妆品,可以使头发更加易于修饰和定型,可将头发打理成自己喜欢的发型,保持头发自然、健康和美观,光亮而不油腻。
例如中国专利CN116077378A公开的技术内容:一种发蜡,包括以下组分:聚苯乙烯磺酸钠、乳化剂和发用调理剂,所述乳化剂由鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25和鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-30组成。上述组成所构成的发蜡即为定型剂。
现有的发蜡主要以鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25为主要成分,定型后需要干胶或发胶进行辅助强化定型;加强型配方或以鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-30进行复配,虽改善了使用体验,但无法避免产品对头发定型后的厚重感。当前定型造型需求日益多样化、复杂化,对造型产品的多样性和功能的综合性有了更多市场方向。

本发明提供一种具有高度定型效果、强力支撑效果、造型持久的具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡及其制备方法。为优化上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡,包括以下重量百分比的组分:
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物 1~6%;
甘油2~20%;
山梨坦硬脂酸酯 2~10%;
微晶蜡2~10%;
鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25 1~10%;
膨润土1~5%;
乙醇0.5~5%;
苯氧乙醇0.2~1.2%;
DMDM 乙内酰脲0.2~0.5%;

一种制备上述的具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将山梨坦硬脂酸酯、微晶蜡、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯混合并加热至全部融化,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一;
S2、将去离子水加热并在搅拌中依次加入甘油、膨润土、丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物,得到混合溶液二;
S3、将部分去离子水加热后加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和乙醇搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三并静置自然冷却;
S4、将搅拌釜开启搅拌,将步骤S1所得的混合溶液一加入搅拌中的步骤S2所得的混合溶液二直至混合均匀,降温后于搅拌中依次加入混合溶液三、DMDM乙内酰脲、苯氧乙醇、香精,得到终产品发蜡。
所述步骤S1中的加热温度为95℃。
所述步骤S2的去离子水加热温度为95℃。
所述步骤S3中的去离子水的加热温度为80℃。

在以下实施例中,丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物的CAS号为25133-97-5;山梨坦硬脂酸酯的CAS号为5093-91-4;甘油的CAS号为56-81-5;微晶蜡的CAS号为67742-51-2;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25的CAS号为68439-49-6; DMDM 乙内酰脲的CAS号为6440-58-0;羟苯甲酯的CAS号为99-76-3;羟苯丙酯的CAS号为94-13-3;膨润土的CAS号为1302-78-9;乙醇的CAS号为64-17-5;苯氧乙醇的CAS号为122-99-6;丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物的CAS号为26589-26-4;碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯的CAS号为259-627-5;去离子水的CAS号为7732-18-5。

S1、将4g山梨坦硬脂酸酯、6g微晶蜡、2g鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、0.38g羟苯甲酯、0.11g羟苯丙酯和0.005g碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯混合加热95℃至全部融化,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液一;
S2、将63.455g去离子水加热至95℃,搅拌均质中依次加入8g甘油、3.3g膨润土、0.48g丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物得到混合溶液二;
S3、将4.125g去离子水加热至80℃,加入4.4g丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和2.475g乙醇搅拌均匀,得到溶液三并静置自然冷却;
S4、将混合溶液一加入搅拌中的混合溶液二至混合均匀,降温至85℃,搅拌中依次加入混合溶液三、0.4gDMDM 乙内酰脲、0.5g苯氧乙醇、0.37g香精,全部搅拌均匀即得到本发蜡。

S1、将4g山梨坦硬脂酸酯、5g微晶蜡、4.5g鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、0.3g羟苯甲酯、0.15g羟苯丙酯和0.002g碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯混合加热95℃至全部融化,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液一;

根据本实施例所得的拉丝发蜡中含有丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物5.2%;甘油3%;山梨坦硬脂酸酯 4%;微晶蜡5%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25 4.5%;膨润土3%;乙醇2.925%;苯氧乙醇0.6%;DMDM 乙内酰脲0.3%;羟苯甲酯0.3%;香精0.5%;丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物0.4%;羟苯丙酯0.15%;碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.002%;其余为去离子水。
实施例三,一种制备具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将6g山梨坦硬脂酸酯、10g微晶蜡、10g鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、0.39g羟苯甲酯、0.1g羟苯丙酯和0.007g碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯混合加热95℃至全部融化,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液一;
S2、将61.703g去离子水加热至95℃,搅拌均质中依次加入2g甘油、2g膨润土、0.3g丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物得到混合溶液二;
S3、将1.875g去离子水加热至80℃,加入2g丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和1.125g乙醇搅拌均匀,得到溶液三并静置自然冷却;
S4、将混合溶液一加入搅拌中的混合溶液二至混合均匀,降温至85℃,搅拌中依次加入混合溶液三、0.5gDMDM 乙内酰脲、1.2g苯氧乙醇、0.8g香精,全部搅拌均匀即得到本发蜡。
根据本实施例所得的拉丝发蜡中含有丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物2%;甘油2%;山梨坦硬脂酸酯 6%;微晶蜡10%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25 10%;膨润土2%;乙醇1.125%;苯氧乙醇1.2%;DMDM 乙内酰脲0.5%;羟苯甲酯0.39%;香精0.8%;丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物0.3%;羟苯丙酯0.1%;碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.007%;其余为去离子水。
实施例四,一种制备具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将2g山梨坦硬脂酸酯、3g微晶蜡、3g鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、0.25g羟苯甲酯、0.13g羟苯丙酯和0.009g碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯混合加热95℃至全部融化,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液一;
S2、将60.461g去离子水加热至95℃,搅拌均质中依次加入10g甘油、4.5g膨润土、0.5g丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物得到混合溶液二;
S3、将5.625g去离子水加热至80℃,加入6g丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和3.375g乙醇搅拌均匀,得到溶液三并静置自然冷却;
S4、将混合溶液一加入搅拌中的混合溶液二至混合均匀,降温至85℃,搅拌中依次加入混合溶液三、0.35gDMDM 乙内酰脲、0.2g苯氧乙醇、0.6g香精,全部搅拌均匀即得到本发蜡。
根据本实施例所得的拉丝发蜡中含有丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物6%;甘油10%;山梨坦硬脂酸酯 2%;微晶蜡3%;鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25 3%;膨润土4.5%;乙醇3.375%;苯氧乙醇0.2%;DMDM 乙内酰脲0.35%;羟苯甲酯0.25%;香精0.6%;丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物0.5%;羟苯丙酯0.13%;碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.009%;其余为去离子水。
本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡,其特征在于包括以下重量百分比的组分:
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物 1~6%;
甘油2~20%;
山梨坦硬脂酸酯 2~10%;
微晶蜡2~10%;
鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25 1~10%;
膨润土1~5%;
乙醇0.5~5%;
苯氧乙醇0.2~1.2%;
DMDM 乙内酰脲0.2~0.5%;
羟苯甲酯0.2~0.39%;
香精0.2~0.8%;
丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物0.1~0.6%;
羟苯丙酯0.1~0.13%;
碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.002~0.01%;
去离子水 余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡,其特征在于包括以下重量百分比的组分:
丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物 4.4%;
甘油8%;
山梨坦硬脂酸酯 4%;
微晶蜡6%;
鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25 2%;
膨润土3.3%;
乙醇2.475%;
苯氧乙醇0.5%;
DMDM 乙内酰脲0.4%;
羟苯甲酯0.38%;
香精0.37%;
丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物0.48%;
羟苯丙酯0.11%;
碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯0.005%;
去离子水 余量。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述的具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1、将山梨坦硬脂酸酯、微晶蜡、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-25、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯混合并加热至全部融化,搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液一;
S2、将去离子水加热并在搅拌中依次加入甘油、膨润土、丙烯酸(酯)类/VP共聚物,得到混合溶液二;
S3、将部分去离子水加热后加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物和乙醇搅拌均匀,得到混合溶液三并静置自然冷却;
S4、将搅拌釜开启搅拌,将步骤S1所得的混合溶液一加入搅拌中的步骤S2所得的混合溶液二直至混合均匀,降温后于搅拌中依次加入混合溶液三、DMDM乙内酰脲、苯氧乙醇、香精,得到终产品发蜡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,其特征在于所述步骤S1中的加热温度为95℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,其特征在于所述步骤S2的去离子水加热温度为95℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,其特征在于所述步骤S3中的去离子的加热温度为80℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种制备具有强劲定型的拉丝发蜡的方法,其特征在于所述步骤S4中降温至85℃。
