Abstract

干冰饮料和所用的干冰及工艺,是在饮料里加有经压缩密度大于饮料密度的干冰。一般是饮料里加有经压缩密度大小1g/cm的干冰,形成清凉爽口的碳酸饮料。干冰是由二氧化碳经减压节流形成固态二氧化碳,其特点是将形成的固态二氧化碳压缩,压成密度大于1g/cm的块状固体二氧化碳。而且是最好用模具压缩,形成规则的块状固体二氧化碳。

干冰饮料和所用的干冰及工艺
干冰饮料和所用的干冰及工艺,是饮料里加有干冰形成起泡并冰凉的饮料,干冰饮料所用的能沉浸饮料内的干冰,干冰的生产工艺。
已有的含二氧化碳饮料,都是在配制好的饮料中加入高于常压的二氧化碳气体。饮用时,开始二氧化碳气体过浓,后期又都几乎跑光不爽口。这种饮料不能现饮现勾兑。形成的饮料一般是常温的。要想形成冰凉的饮料,一是通过外界冷却,或是在饮料里加入冰块。加入的冰块虽然能保持饮料的冰凉,但随着冰块的融化,饮料里水份增加将改变饮料的口味。
本发明的目的是提供一种现饮现配制,能够保持汽泡和冰凉的饮料,提供一种配制这种饮料的干冰及干冰的生产工艺。
本发明的饮料是在饮料里加有经压缩密度大于饮料密度的干冰。一般是饮料里加有经压缩密度大于1g/cm的干冰。本发明不是加一般生产出来的干冰,而是经压缩密度大于1g/cm的干冰。干冰的比重大于原饮料的比重,加入的干冰沉于饮料里。干冰不仅融化释放冷量冰凉饮料,而且产生的二氧化碳气体不断地溶于饮料里,连续形成汽泡。冒出饮料的二氧化碳气体还能在饮料上形成冷雾气,增加饮料的清凉效果。现场即可配制出清凉碳酸饮料。
本发明的饮料干冰为经压缩密度大于1g/cm的块状固态二氧化碳。最好是半透明的块状固态二氧化碳。这样的干冰放入饮料里,沉入而不漂浮,才不会饮入口中灼伤人口腔。沉入饮料里的干冰才能有效地冷却饮料,升华的二氧化碳气体能充分地溶于饮料并形成更多的汽泡,在饮料上面易生成较浓的冷雾。
本发明的干冰生产工艺是将二氧化碳经减压节流形成固态二氧化碳,其特点是将形成的固态二氧化碳压缩,压成密度大于1g/cm的块状固体二氧化碳。而且是最好用模具压缩,形成规则的块状固体二氧化碳。
本发明与已有技术相比,能现场配制连续产生二氧化碳汽泡的碳酸式饮料,并同时将饮料冰凉,形成清凉爽口效果的饮料;持续产生二氧化碳汽泡可以保持口味,而且不会由此不断增加饮料的成分,不会冲淡饮料的口味;不易使过冷的冰或干冰饮入口中,刺激口腔或灼伤口腔。
下面结合实例进一步说明本发明。如,将高压的二氧化碳气体经节流阀减压节流放出,形成雪霜状的固态二氧化碳,即干冰。将雪霜状的干冰装入不锈钢筒里,用棒子压缩,将雪霜状的干冰压缩成半透明的圆柱块。圆柱块的干冰密度为1.4g/cm。将这块干冰加到水果饮料或水果酒里,干冰就会沉入冰果饮料或水果酒底部。干冰在水果饮料或水果酒里升华,不断地释放出冷量,形成二氧化碳汽泡,配制成了碳酸型清凉爽口的水果饮料或水果酒。

1、一种干冰饮料,其特征在于:饮料里加有经压缩密度大于饮料密度的干冰。
2、如权利要求1所说的干冰饮料,其特征在于:饮料里加有经压缩密度大于1g/cm的干冰。
3、一种干冰饮料所用的干冰,其特征在于:干冰为经压缩密度大于1g/cm的块状固态二氧化碳。
4、如权利要求3所说的干冰,其特征在于:干冰是半透明的块状固态二氧化碳。
5、一种干冰生产工艺,是将二氧化碳经减压节流形成固态二氧化碳,其特点是将形成的固态二氧化碳压缩,压成密度大于1g/cm的块状固体二氧化碳。
6、如权利要求5所说的干冰生产工艺,其特点是用模具压缩。
