Abstract
本发明公开了一种透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜及制备方法。方法包括:先将热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解,后加入稀释剂、抗污剂、抗菌剂、流平剂和抗氧化剂搅拌均匀,将聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过“浸—轧—烘”工艺处理后进行收卷制备。本发明的热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解后能够均匀进入聚四氟乙烯膜内,在保留聚四氟乙烯原先微孔结构的同时提高了膜强度;溶剂型无氟抗污剂的加入降低了膜对油脂和洗涤剂的吸附;溶剂型抗菌剂的加入赋予膜抗菌性能。本发明的双组份膜可用于可重复手术衣、羽绒服装、休闲运动服饰及制鞋等多种领域,具有挡风、排汗、防水透湿、抗菌、防紫外线、防腐蚀以及保暖等多种功能。

本发明涉及了一种防水透湿服装膜,涉及防水透湿服装膜领域,具体涉及一种透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜及制备方法。
背景技术
目前研制出一种具有微孔结构的聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜,并采用层压复合技术成功将该薄膜应用于纺织领域,赋予产品防水、透湿、防风、保暖等功能。但由于该薄膜孔隙率高,易吸收人体汗液中的盐分和油脂,同时在洗涤时,部分洗涤剂会残留在膜孔内,导致膜自身防水性能下降,因此随着穿着时间的延长,会出现面料渗水的现象。
为解决聚四氟乙烯层压覆膜面料易渗水问题,在聚四氟乙烯薄膜上涂覆一层拒油亲水型聚氨酯,该聚氨酯层可有效阻挡水滴,提高膜的耐水洗性。但聚氨酯层为致密层,导致薄膜的透湿性能下降,透气性能完全丧失,并且聚氨酯层遇水易发生溶胀现象,在水洗时容易受损。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题,本发明所提供一种透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一、一种透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,包括:
1)将热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解在溶剂中获得第一溶液。
2)在第一溶液中加入稀释剂、抗污剂、抗菌剂、流平剂和抗氧化剂后搅拌混合均匀获得第二溶液。
3)将聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过第二溶液浸轧后烘干,然后收卷制备获得透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜,聚四氟乙烯微孔膜克重为5~25g/m2。
所述的步骤1)具体为将5~10当量的热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和1~3当量的湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解在25当量的溶剂中。
所述的步骤1)中,热熔型聚氨酯弹性体具体为高熔点聚氨酯,即具体为聚氨酯TPUEHT-1190、聚氨酯TPU EHT-1195、聚氨酯TPU 1180A、聚氨酯TPU 1185A、聚氨酯TPU260D和聚氨酯TPU270D中的一种。
所述的步骤1)中,湿气固化型聚氨酯具体为聚氨酯JUR-6056R、聚氨酯PUR7557和聚氨酯PUR2701M中的一种。
所述的步骤1)中,溶剂具体为N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的一种。
所述的步骤2)具体为在第一溶液中加入50~65当量的稀释剂、2~6当量的抗污剂、0.1~1当量的抗菌剂、0.1~1当量的流平剂和0.1~1当量的抗氧化剂。

实施例1:
将5当量的聚氨酯TPU EHT-1190和1.5当量的聚氨酯JUR-6056R溶解在25当量的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺中获得第一溶液;在第一溶液中加入65当量的乙酸丁酯、2当量的抗污剂WF-5060、0.5当量的抗菌剂Ultra-Fresh DW-30、0.5当量的有机硅C-9109流平剂和0.5当量的抗氧化剂TNPP后搅拌混合均匀获得第二溶液;将克重为15g/m2的聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过第二溶液浸轧后在160℃下烘干,然后收卷制备获得透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜。
实施例2:
将7当量的聚氨酯TPU 1180A和3当量的聚氨酯PUR7557溶解在25当量的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中获得第一溶液;在第一溶液中加入58当量的乙酸丁酯、4当量的抗污剂XWP-122、1当量的抗菌剂Amolden LI-60、1当量的有机硅ANK1117流平剂和1当量的抗氧化剂1135后搅拌混合均匀获得第二溶液;将克重为25g/m2的聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过第二溶液浸轧后在160℃下烘干,然后收卷制备获得透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜。
实施例3:
将10当量的聚氨酯TPU260D和1当量的聚氨酯PUR2701M溶解在25当量的N-甲基吡咯烷酮中获得第一溶液;在第一溶液中加入58当量的乙酸乙酯、4当量的抗污剂MS-S003、1当量的抗菌剂PZP CONC、0.5当量的有机硅KMT-5257N流平剂和0.5当量的抗氧化剂1520后搅拌混合均匀获得第二溶液;将克重为5g/m2的聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过第二溶液浸轧后在160℃下烘干,然后收卷制备获得透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜。
对比例1:
未被处理的克重为15g/m2的单组分聚四氟乙烯微孔膜。
对比例2:
未被处理的克重为15g/m2的双组分聚四氟乙烯服装膜。
测试例:
按GB/T12704.1-2009A《纺织品织物透湿性试验方法第1部分:吸湿法》测试膜透湿量;按照GB/T5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》测试膜透湿量。
将实施例和对比例中的服装膜和涤纶梭织面料经过湿固化聚氨酯胶水粘接复合得到两层复合面布,按照WS/T508-2016《医院医用织物洗涤消毒技术规范》和WS310.2-2016《医院消毒供应中心第2部分:清洗消毒及灭菌技术操作规范》方法“洗-消”50次后按照GB/T4744-2013《纺织品防水性能的检测和评价静水压法》方法测试水洗前后面料耐静水压值。

从表1中可以看出,本发明方法获得的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜,不仅具有较高的透气和透湿,而且具有良好的耐水洗性。
如图1所示为本发明实施例1中膜的表面形貌图,如图2所示为本发明对比例2的表面形貌图,本发明获得的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜保留大量微孔,所以膜具有较高的透气和透湿。
本发明的热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解后能够均匀进入聚四氟乙烯膜内,在保留聚四氟乙烯原先微孔结构的同时提高了膜强度;溶剂型无氟抗污剂的加入降低了膜对油脂和洗涤剂的吸附;溶剂型抗菌剂的加入赋予膜抗菌性能。本发明的双组份膜可用于可重复手术衣、羽绒服装、休闲运动服饰及制鞋等多种领域,具有挡风、排汗、防水透湿、抗菌、防紫外线、防腐蚀以及保暖等多种功能。

Claims (10)
1.一种透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
1)将热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解在溶剂中获得第一溶液;
2)在第一溶液中加入稀释剂、抗污剂、抗菌剂、流平剂和抗氧化剂后搅拌混合均匀获得第二溶液;
3)将聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过第二溶液浸轧后烘干,然后收卷制备获得透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤1)具体为将5~10当量的热熔型聚氨酯弹性体和1~3当量的湿气固化型聚氨酯溶解在25当量的溶剂中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤1)中,热熔型聚氨酯弹性体具体为聚氨酯,即具体为聚氨酯TPUEHT-1190、聚氨酯TPU EHT-1195、聚氨酯TPU 1180A、聚氨酯TPU 1185A、聚氨酯TPU260D和聚氨酯TPU270D中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤1)中,湿气固化型聚氨酯具体为聚氨酯JUR-6056R、聚氨酯PUR7557和聚氨酯PUR2701M中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤1)中,溶剂具体为N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺和N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤2)具体为在第一溶液中加入50~65当量的稀释剂、2~6当量的抗污剂、0.1~1当量的抗菌剂、0.1~1当量的流平剂和0.1~1当量的抗氧化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤2)中,稀释剂具体为乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯中的一种;抗污剂具体为溶剂型无氟抗污剂,即具体为抗污剂WF-5060、抗污剂XWP-122和抗污剂MS-S003中的一种;抗菌剂具体为油性溶剂型抗菌剂,即具体为抗菌剂Ultra-Fresh DW-30、抗菌剂AmoldenLI-60和抗菌剂PZP CONC中的一种;流平剂具体为有机硅类流平剂,即具体为有机硅C-9109流平剂、有机硅ANK1117流平剂和有机硅KMT-5257N流平剂中的一种;抗氧化剂具体为抗氧化剂TNPP、抗氧化剂1135和抗氧化剂1520中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤3)具体为将聚四氟乙烯微孔膜经过第二溶液浸轧后在160℃下烘干。
9.如权利要求1-8任一所述的制备方法制备获得的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜。
10.根据权利要求1-8任一所述的制备方法制备获得的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜的应用,其特征在于:所述的透气耐水洗双组份聚四氟乙烯防水透湿服装膜在服装用功能膜中的应用。
