Description

Chinese medicinal liniment for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine liniment processing, in particular to an anti-hair loss and hair growth traditional Chinese medicine liniment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The human hair has certain defending function and body temperature keeping function, and the hair also has good modification function, so that the hair can be better shown to a certain extent, and the appearance confidence of people can be improved.
Alopecia is a common and frequently-occurring skin disease with excessive hair loss and sparse hair as main clinical manifestations, and androgenic alopecia and alopecia areata are more common. Epidemiological investigation shows that the global alopecia population accounts for 2%, the alopecia rates of men and women in China are 21.3% and 6.0% respectively, wherein the alopecia rate of men before 30 years is up to 84%, and the data is also rising year by year. Modern medicine considers that various pathogenic factors such as heredity, autoimmunity, psychology, endocrine, cytokines and microelements lead to hair follicle micromation through abnormal regulation of hair growth cycle, thereby inducing alopecia
In addition to the above factors, long-term mental stress, eating disorders, psychological imbalance, and pathogenic bacterial infections (e.g., malassezia furfur, propionibacterium acnes, etc.) are important factors that induce or exacerbate the disease. The treatment scheme aiming at seborrheic alopecia comprises Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine therapy, western medicine is mainly a single target point, for example, the oral medicine finasteride and the external minoxidil tincture mainly have side effects of feminization and great skin irritation of a user through antagonizing androgens; the traditional Chinese medicine treatment mainly uses the traditional Chinese medicine theory to carry out Chinese herbal medicine treatment, mainly uses multiple targets, is mainly based on the principle of combining the differentiation of the alopecia with dialectics of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, is prepared by screening natural plant medicines for nourishing blood, soothing the nerves, soothing the liver, relieving depression and tonifying qi and promoting hair growth, and patent number CN201310319642.3 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine for treating alopecia, and achieves good anti-alopecia effect by adopting the assistance of multiple medicinal materials, but the medicine is an oral medicine, has heavy burden on kidneys after long-term administration, has poor oral traditional Chinese medicine treatment experience in the whole treatment process, and has poor overall convenience.
In addition, the general Chinese herbal medicine compound or related preparation is prepared into tincture aiming at most of seborrheic alopecia, and has great irritation to scalp as a whole and seriously affects the using sense.

As can be seen from the above table, after long-term wiping with physiological saline (control group 3) (7 d), guinea pig skin was prone to reddening, which is a slight inflammation caused by skin friction during long-term wiping, but the time resolved, whereas in control group 2: the components such as the oil phase, the emulsifier and the like can cause skin irritation to a certain extent, skin erythema is easy to cause under long-time wiping, and the skin in the groups (experiment group 1 and experiment group 2) added with the mixed extract A is normal, so that the substances in the mixed extract A have a certain sedative and anti-inflammatory effect, can protect the skin to a certain extent, and the skin irritation is strong when the polygonum multiflorum, the poria cocos and the hairyvein agrimony (experiment group 3) which are not fermented are added, so that the skin of the dolphin can cause strong anaphylactic reaction.
2. The control effect of the liniment prepared in the experimental group 1 on alopecia is detected:
patients 90 (of which men 60 and women 30) with a hair loss rating of 2-3 were selected according to Hamilton-Norwood typing, randomly divided into 3 groups of 30 (men 20 and women 10), and each group of patients was designated treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and treatment group 3, and the treatment-related drugs were discontinued 2 weeks before each group of patients was tested, and there were no other diseases related to hair loss recently;
the treatment mode is that the scalp is smeared with the medicament in the morning and evening, 6-5ml of the medicament is used each time, and the medicaments used by the treatment groups are shown in the following table 3:
TABLE 3 Table 3
The average hair loss of each treatment group was measured before treatment, and then each treatment group was measured every two weeks during treatment, and the treatment was continued for 12 weeks, and the treatment effects were recorded as shown in table 4 below, wherein the pattern of hair loss measurement was as follows: taking shampoo, carefully kneading scalp, washing, collecting shampoo by adopting a container in the whole hair washing process, filtering, collecting fallen hair, and recording the hair loss reduction percentage as the hair loss improvement condition, wherein the specific calculation is as follows:
percent reduction of hair loss = (number of pre-treatment hair loss-number of post-treatment hair loss)/number of pre-treatment hair loss x 100%
TABLE 4 Table 4
As can be seen from the above table, the therapeutic group 1 has more stable and durable anti-hair loss effect than the therapeutic group 2, although the early therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group 2 is better, the durability and final therapeutic effect are worse than the therapeutic group 1, and the therapeutic group 1 has a faster effect in the whole therapeutic process and a better therapeutic effect at 12 weeks, and the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group 1 has a faster effect than the minoxidil therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group 3, and the therapeutic effect of the therapeutic group 1 has a smaller difference at 12 weeks, i.e., the therapeutic group 1 has a remarkable effect of treating hair loss.
