The extracts of examples 1 to 4 and 10g of the anti-hair loss and hair growth promoting liquid which is sold in the market at present are added with 23.5g of 1, 3-butanediol and 35.5g of distilled water to obtain the standby products of different test groups (1 st group, 2 nd group, 3 rd group, 4 th group and 5 th group respectively).
(1) A test mouse with the weight of 15-20g is taken, under ether light anesthesia, the hair on the back of the mouse is pulled out by using a mixture of rosin and paraffin, the area is about 3cm × 4cm, and the test mouse is divided into test groups (1 st group, 2 nd group, 3 rd group, 4 th group and 5 th group, 10 animals in each group), a normal control group (6 th group) and a solvent group (1, 3-butanediol group-7 th group).
(2) On the next day after depilation, uniformly smearing each test group of standby products on the skin of the depilation region of the back of each group of mice respectively, wherein the dosage of each test group is 10ml/kg, the control group is given with the same volume of physiological saline, the solvent group is given with the same volume of 1, 3-butanediol, 1 time per day for 10 consecutive days, and the hair growth condition of each group of mice is observed after the application of the drugs for 10 days and is graded according to the hair growth condition of the mice.
And (4) grading standard: no growth, the skin of the depilated area is flesh: 0 minute; the skin in the depilatory area is grey: 1 minute; the skin in the depilated area is black: 2 min; the depilated area had a dark skin color and a few hairs were growing: and 3 minutes.
And (3) taking the skin of the depilated area on the back of the mouse at the end of the test, fixing the skin by formalin, making pathological sections, and observing the growth condition of hair follicles. The effect on hair growth in normal mice is shown in table 2.

The results of parallel 5 groups were averaged and are shown in Table 3.
