Description

Anti-pilling anti-shrinkage mercerized cotton knitted fabric and preparation process thereof
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of textile mercerized cotton knitted fabrics, and particularly relates to an anti-pilling anti-shrinkage mercerized cotton knitted fabric and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of living standard, people pay more attention to environmental protection, comfort and beautiful appearance to the choice of bedding fabrics, but the existing products on the market at present often cannot meet the requirements of people. The knitted cotton bedding fabric is knitted by a circular knitting machine, has the advantages of strong water absorption, softness and close fitting, and is good in dyeability, bright in color and high in fastness. However, due to the structural characteristics of the knitting cotton, the shrinkage rate of the knitting cotton produced in China is generally above 7% of the national standard and cannot reach the grade of the first-class products of the national standard, and the anti-pilling performance can only reach the grade of 2-2.5 of the national standard, so that the hand feeling is not soft and fine enough, the mercerized cotton knitting fabric cannot reach the width required by the bedding, and the existing manufacturers cannot produce the knitting bedding of the first-class products of the national standard.
In order to improve the quality of cotton fabric beds and increase the market competitiveness of enterprises, various enterprises at home and abroad research on the aspect of cotton fabric imitation silk, although some products are close to the style effect of silk fabrics to a certain extent, the precondition is more severe, the imitation silk processing is only carried out by a simple after-finishing means, the process is complex, manufacturers cannot produce high-quality mercerized cotton knitted fabrics, the performances of the existing mercerized cotton knitted fabrics on fuzzing resistance, pilling resistance and shrink-proof performance are poor, and further research and development of the high-quality mercerized cotton knitted fabrics are needed.

(5) Post-finishing: putting the dyed cloth into a finishing agent for padding finishing;
(6) Cutting and sewing according to the requirements to obtain the mercerized cotton knitted fabric.
In a preferred embodiment, the cotton yarn is spun with 100% long staple cotton, variety Fenghai No. 7. Further preferably, the long staple cotton has a linear density of 7.3tex,80s, purchased from awa county, singapore.
The cotton yarn prepared from Xinjiang long staple cotton is selected, the variety Fenghai No. 7 is soft and comfortable, the softness of the product can be increased, the inventor finds that the yarn is not easy to kink and the cloth cover is smooth when the cotton yarn of the variety is woven, and the mercerized cotton knitted fabric prepared by combining the process has better fuzzing resistance, pilling resistance and shrink resistance.
In a preferred embodiment, the conditions for singeing in step (1) are: the temperature of the fire mouth is 900-1000 ℃ and the speed is 500-550 m/min. The mercerization condition in the step (3) is 20-30 ℃ for 60-120s.
In order to improve the fuzzing and pilling resistance of the knitted cotton, it is further preferable that the conditions of the fuzzing in the step (1) are as follows: the temperature of the fire mouth is 950 ℃ and the speed is 520m/min. The mercerization condition in the step (3) is 25 ℃ and 90s. The singeing condition of the application is matched with the selected long staple cotton, and the long staple cotton subjected to singeing treatment ensures that the cloth surface is smoother and is not easy to fuzzing and pilling.
In a preferred embodiment, the mercerizing solution comprises 5g/L surfactant and 170g/L NaOH solution.
In a preferred embodiment, the surfactant in the step (3) includes a phosphate ester type anionic surfactant and an AEO series nonionic surfactant, and the weight ratio of the phosphate ester type anionic surfactant to the AEO series nonionic surfactant is 2-5:1.
In order to enhance the effect of the finishing agent, it is further preferable that the weight ratio of the phosphate ester type anionic surfactant to the AEO series nonionic surfactant is 3:1.
Preferably, the phosphate type surfactant is selected from one of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether phosphate, lauryl alcohol phosphate potassium salt, cetostearyl alcohol phosphate and dodecyl phosphate.
