In conclusion, the needle count, yarn count, warp feeding amount, fabric organization structure and the like adopted by the invention can lead the obtained grey cloth fabric to be free of defects, excellent in stiffness and smoothness, and the finally obtained fabric to be soft and smooth, cool in touch, good in drapability, comfortable and breathable, and has the style of chiffon hand feeling. Meanwhile, the manufacturing method provided by the invention can meet the loom efficiency in the actual production process, and has production feasibility.
As a specific embodiment of the above manufacturing method of the present invention, in the second step: the technological parameters of the enzyme washing comprise:
the concentration of cellulase used for enzyme washing is 1.0-4.0 g/L, the bath ratio is 1:5-25, and the treatment temperature is 50-70 ℃; the treatment time is 50-100 min, and the pH value of the working solution is 5-7.
The quality of the enzyme washing effect is in direct proportion to the cleanliness of the cloth cover of the final finished fabric, and the touch effect of the cloth cover of the finished fabric is directly affected. The enzyme washing process provided by the invention can ensure that the cloth surface of the finished fabric has a bright and clean cloth surface effect with clear textures; meanwhile, the hairiness of the cloth cover is reduced, and the contact cool feeling performance of the cloth cover is improved.
As a specific embodiment of the above manufacturing method of the present invention, in the second step: and a hot alkali mercerizing finish is further included between enzyme washing and dyeing, wherein the concentration of alkali used for the hot alkali mercerizing finish is 18-32 Be, the concentration of mercerizing penetrating agent is 1-5 g/L, the temperature of the hot alkali mercerizing finish liquid is 40-80 ℃, and the speed of an open width mercerizing machine is 5-30 m/min.
Wherein the hot alkali mercerizing finishing liquid is the mixed liquid of alkali liquor and mercerizing penetrating agent. In addition, the specific materials of the alkali and the mercerizing penetrating agent used for the hot alkali mercerizing finishing are not specifically required, and the alkali and the mercerizing penetrating agent can be reasonably selected according to actual operation needs, so long as the aim of the invention can be realized. Wherein, amino silicone oil, ternary copolymer block silicone oil, polyurethane soft oil, aliphatic soft oil, phase change material, hygroscopic cool feeling auxiliary agent, cool feeling soft oil and the like are all conventional substances and can be obtained by commercial purchase.
When the soft and smooth finishing liquid comprises the combination of amino silicone oil, ternary polymerization block silicone oil, polyurethane soft oil, aliphatic soft oil, cool finishing agent and the like, the dosage ratio of each component is not specifically required, and the reasonable adjustment can be carried out according to the actual operation requirement on site, so long as the aim of the invention is ensured.
When the cool feeling finishing agent comprises a combination of a plurality of phase change materials, moisture absorption cool feeling auxiliary agents, cool feeling soft oil and the like, the dosage ratio of each component is not specifically required, and the reasonable adjustment can be carried out according to the actual operation requirement on site, so long as the aim of the invention can be realized.
In the invention, the penetrant, the 2D resin and the catalyst are all conventional substances, and can be reasonably selected according to actual requirements on site. In some embodiments of the invention, the penetrant, 2D resin, and catalyst are penetrant JFC (available from jaboticaba silicone technologies limited, guan, inc.), 2D resin PCLN (available from ondgaku chemical limited), and MgCl 2 (available from foci trade limited, guangzhou, inc), respectively.
As a specific embodiment of the above manufacturing method of the present invention, in the third step: the treatment temperature of the soft setting finishing is 100-180 ℃ and the time is 1-10 min.
The 2D resin in the soft setting finishing liquid adopted in the soft setting finishing can improve the shrinkage problem of the fabric and improve the non-ironing performance of the fabric; the soft and smooth cool finishing liquid can form directional arrangement on the cloth cover and uniformly cover the fiber surface, so that the fabric has the best effects of smoothness, softness, cool feeling and the like.
As a specific embodiment of the above manufacturing method of the present invention, in the fourth step: the preshrinking treatment adopts a nick blanket preshrinking machine, the temperature of the preshrinking treatment is 80-100 ℃ and the time is 1-3 min;
preferably, the temperature of the pre-shrinking treatment is 90-100 ℃ and the time is 1.5-2 min.
According to the invention, the pre-shrinking treatment of the soft and shaped cloth sample can further improve the softness and smoothness of the fabric, and meanwhile, the shrinkage problem of the knitted fabric is improved.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a chiffon-feeling and cool-feeling imitation cotton-containing warp knitting fabric, which is prepared by the chiffon-feeling and cool-feeling imitation cotton-containing warp knitting fabric manufacturing method.
In still another aspect, the invention also provides summer clothing, which is made of the cotton-containing warp knitted fabric with chiffon-like hand feeling and cool feeling.
The fabric provided by the invention is a cotton-containing warp knitting fabric with chiffon-like hand feeling and cool feeling, has the characteristics of softness, smoothness, cool touch feeling, good drapability, comfort, ventilation, chiffon-like hand feeling and the like, can emit chiffon-like sand sound during kneading, has the advantages of small shrinkage, crease resistance and the like, and is particularly suitable for summer clothing products.

In the embodiment 1 of the invention, 2 bars are adopted for knitting the warp knitting structure, in the knitting process of the warp knitting structure, the front bars and the rear bars of the warp knitting machine can respectively knit different tissues, the front face of the fabric is exposed by the front bar ring, the back face of the fabric is provided with extension lines 1 of the front bars and the rear bars, and the extension lines 1 and the fabric are in a certain angle in the warp direction, as shown in figure 1, so that the texture of the fabric is increased, and the similar hand feeling style as that of chiffon is presented. In addition, the front comb adopts a longer extension line 1 to cover the back surface of the fabric, so that the fabric has smooth and soft hand feeling and good extensibility and drapability.

Test example 1
The finished fabrics provided in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-4 were tested for performance using conventional methods known in the art and the test results are shown in table 11 below.

Note that: 1. slip (Smoothness), softness (Softness), drape (Drape) values produced by NuCybertek, incA fabric sensory system, wherein a greater numerical value for both the slip (Smoothness) and softness (Softness) parameters indicates a smoother, softer, respectively, and a lesser numerical value for Drape (Drape) indicates a better Drape;
2. The contact cool feeling coefficient is tested according to GB/T35263-2017 'detection and evaluation of instant cool feeling capability of textile contact', wherein a larger value of the contact cool feeling coefficient indicates a cooler feeling;
3. The shrinkage test is carried out according to GB/T8629, 1 washing time-1 hanging time, one cycle is calculated, and three cycles are carried out in total;
4. The flatness of the appearance after washing and drying was tested according to GB/T18863-2002.
As can be seen from Table 11, the finished fabric provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention has the characteristics of softness, smoothness, cool touch, good drapability, comfort, ventilation, chiffon hand feeling and the like, and can give off chiffon-like sand sound during kneading, and meanwhile, the fabric also has the advantages of small shrinkage, crease resistance (namely excellent appearance flatness after washing and drying) and the like; compared with the finished fabric provided in the example 1, in the comparative example 1, the warp let-off amount of the grey fabric is smaller, the loops are too tight, the gram weight of the woven grey fabric is too heavy, the smoothness and softness of the finished fabric are reduced, the hand feeling is too stiff, the fabric is thicker, the cool feeling is weakened, and the drapability of the fabric is poor; in comparative example 2, the warp let-off amount of the grey cloth is too large, in comparative example 4, the needle number is too low (less than 24 needles), and in comparative example 3, a single guide bar is adopted, so that the loop structures in the weaving process of the grey cloth in comparative examples 2-4 are loose, and the woven grey cloth has too light gram weight and is too soft, so that the grey cloth is unfavorable for forming better draping feel and smooth feel; in addition, the finished fabrics obtained in comparative examples 2 to 4 were large in shrinkage and poor in flatness after washing and drying.
As can be seen from Table 11, the finished fabrics provided in examples 2-6 of the present invention also have the characteristics of softness, smoothness, cool touch, good drapability, comfort, ventilation, chiffon hand feeling, etc., and can give off chiffon-like "sand" sound during kneading, and meanwhile, the fabrics also have the advantages of small shrinkage, wrinkle resistance (i.e. excellent appearance flatness after washing and drying), etc.

Step one: knitting the cotton-containing yarn into a knitted warp knitting grey cloth by a warp knitting machine; in the first step: the warp knitting machine is a single needle bar warp knitting machine, the machine number is E22-E44, the number of guide bars is 2-4, the yarn count of the cotton yarn is 30S/1-80S/1 or 60S/2-160S/2, the warp feeding amount is 1000-3000 mm/480, the gram weight of the knitted warp knitting grey cloth is 80-250 g/m 2, the structure of the knitted warp knitting grey cloth comprises warp plain, warp satin, warp velvet, warp oblique or warp knitting color structures, and in the first step: when the stitch structure of the knitted warp knitted grey cloth is warp flat, warp satin, warp velvet or warp inclined stitch, the machine number of the warp knitting machine is E24-E40, the number of guide bars is 2-4, the yarn count of the cotton yarn is 30S/1-80S/1 or 60S/2-160S/2, the warp feeding amount is 1000-2000 mm/480 courses, the gram weight of the knitted warp knitted grey cloth is 150-240 g/m 2, and in the step one: when the stitch structure of the knitted warp knitted grey cloth is a warp knitting color stitch, the machine number of the warp knitting machine is E24-E40, the yarn count of the cotton yarn is 30S/1-60S/1 or 60S/2-120S/2, the warp feeding amount is 1500-2500 mm/480 courses, and the gram weight of the knitted warp knitted grey cloth is 150-240 g/m 2;

Step two: boiling off, enzyme washing, dyeing and drying the knitted warp knitted grey cloth;
in the second step: the method further comprises hot alkali mercerizing finishing between enzyme washing and dyeing, wherein the concentration of alkali used for the hot alkali mercerizing finishing is 18-32 Be, the concentration of mercerizing penetrating agent is 1-5 g/L, the temperature of the hot alkali mercerizing finishing liquid is 40-80 ℃, and the speed of an open-width mercerizing machine is 5-30 m/min;

step three: carrying out soft shaping finishing on the dried cloth sample; the liquid ammonia treatment is carried out at the temperature of-33.4 ℃ to-77.7 ℃, the ammonia soaking time is 10 s-2 min, and the speed of the liquid ammonia treatment is 5-40 m/min;
In the third step: the soft setting finishing comprises:
Padding the dried cloth sample with soft shaping finishing liquid to carry out soft shaping finishing on the cloth sample;
The soft sizing finishing liquid comprises 50-300 g/L of soft, smooth and cool finishing liquid, 10-100 g/L of 2D resin, 1-5 g/L of penetrating agent and 2-20 g/L of catalyst according to the total volume of the soft sizing finishing liquid;
The treatment temperature of the soft shaping finishing is 100-180 ℃ and the time is 1-10 min;
Step four: and pre-shrinking the soft and shaped cloth sample to obtain the cotton-containing warp knitting fabric with chiffon-like hand feeling and cool feeling.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step one: the cotton-containing yarn comprises compact spinning yarn, siro spinning yarn or compact siro spinning yarn.

6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the temperature of the drying is 130-180 ℃.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step four: the pre-shrinking treatment adopts a nick blanket pre-shrinking machine, the temperature of the pre-shrinking treatment is 80-100 ℃, and the time is 1-3 min.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the pre-shrinking treatment is performed at a temperature of 90-100 ℃ for a time of 1.5-2 min.
