As a specific embodiment of the above manufacturing method of the present invention, in the fourth step: the pre-shrinking treatment adopts a nick blanket pre-shrinking machine, the temperature of the pre-shrinking treatment is 80-100 ℃, and the time is 1-3 min;
preferably, the temperature of the pre-shrinking treatment is 90-100 ℃, and the time is 1.5-2 min.
According to the invention, the fabric sample after soft setting and finishing is preshrinked, so that the softness and smoothness of the fabric can be further improved, and the shrinkage problem of the knitted fabric is improved.
On the other hand, the invention also provides a cotton-containing warp-knitted fabric with the imitation chiffon hand feeling and cool feeling, which is prepared by the manufacturing method of the cotton-containing warp-knitted fabric with the imitation chiffon hand feeling and cool feeling.

1) The all-cotton compact spinning yarn with the yarn count of 50S/1 is woven into the warp knitting gray fabric by adopting a warp knitting machine, the tissue structure of the warp knitting gray fabric is a double-warp flat tissue, and the design and the blank weaving parameters of the warp knitting gray fabric are shown in the following table 1.

Example 3
This example provides a cotton-containing warp-knitted fabric with a sleek-like hand feel and a cool feel, and the manufacturing method of the fabric is different from the manufacturing method provided in example 1 only in that:

hot alkali mercerizing finishing is also included between enzyme washing and dyeing, wherein the concentration of caustic soda (sodium hydroxide) used in the hot alkali mercerizing finishing is 24Be, the concentration of mercerizing penetrating agent QWXL (purchased from On high chemical engineering Co., ltd.) is 3g/L, the temperature of hot alkali mercerizing finishing liquid is 40 ℃, and the speed of a used open-width mercerizing machine is 20m/min;

Test example 1
The finished fabrics provided in examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-4 were tested for performance using methods conventional in the art and the results are shown in table 11 below.

Note: 1. slip (Smoothness), softness (Softness), drape (drapee) values produced by NuCybertek, incFabric sensory system, wherein, the higher the numerical values of the two parameters of Smoothness (Smoothness) and Softness (Softness), the smoother and softer are respectively represented, and the lower the numerical value of drapability (drapee), the better the drapability is represented;
2. the contact cool feeling coefficient is tested according to GB/T35263-2017 detection and evaluation on the cool feeling performance of textile in contact moment, wherein the larger the value of the contact cool feeling coefficient is, the cooler the feeling is;
3. the shrinkage test is carried out according to GB/T8629, 1 time of washing-1 time of hanging calculates one cycle, and three cycles are carried out in total;
4. after washing and drying, the appearance flatness is tested according to GB/T18863-2002.
As can be seen from table 11, the finished fabric provided in embodiment 1 of the present invention has the characteristics of softness, smoothness, cool touch, good drapability, comfort, breathability, and the like, and has a style of chiffon hand feeling, and the fabric may make a "sand-like" sound similar to chiffon during rubbing, and at the same time, the fabric also has the advantages of small shrinkage, wrinkle resistance (i.e., excellent flatness of appearance after washing and drying), and the like; compared with the finished fabric provided in example 1, in comparative example 1, the warp feeding amount of the gray fabric is small, the loops are too tight, the gram weight of the woven gray fabric is too heavy, the smoothness and softness of the obtained finished fabric are reduced, the hand feeling is too stiff, the fabric is too thick and heavy, the cool feeling is weakened, and the fabric drapability is poor; in comparative example 2, the warp feeding amount of the gray fabric is too large, in comparative example 4, the number of needles is too low (less than 24 needles), and in comparative example 3, a single guide bar is adopted, so that the loop structures in the weaving process of the gray fabric in comparative examples 2-4 are all loose, and the woven gray fabric is too light in gram weight and too soft, which is not beneficial to forming better draping feeling and smooth feeling; in addition, the shrinkage of the finished fabrics obtained in comparative examples 2 to 4 is large, and the appearance flatness after washing and drying is poor.
As can be seen from table 11, the finished fabrics provided in examples 2 to 6 of the present invention are also soft and smooth, cool to touch, good in drapability, comfortable and breathable, and have a style of chiffon hand feeling, and the like, and the fabrics give a "sand-like" sound similar to chiffon during rubbing, and have the advantages of small shrinkage and wrinkle resistance (i.e., excellent appearance flatness after washing and drying).

preferably, the cotton-containing yarn comprises pure cotton yarn, blended yarn of pure cotton and staple fiber or blended yarn of pure cotton and chemical fiber filament; more preferably, the chemical fiber filaments comprise synthetic fiber filaments or biomass regenerated fiber filaments.
