Abstract
The invention discloses a weaving process of a weft-knitted double-faced jacquard fabric, which comprises warp treatment and weaving, and the production method comprises the following steps: utilizing a computer to make a plate and designing surface patterns of the jacquard knitted fabric; preprocessing 75D wefts with different colors at a high temperature of 150 ℃; then, the warp yarns of 150D and the weft yarns subjected to high-temperature pretreatment are incorporated into a loom, and weaving is carried out according to the computer-made pattern; and (3) arranging the polyester low-stretch yarns, the black wool blended yarns and the navy wool blended yarns in a circulation mode of every three paths by using a weft knitting circular weft knitting machine. According to the invention, through improving the process, the produced double-sided jacquard knitted fabric product is more attractive and tidy, the surface smoothness of the knitted fabric is high, the quality of the knitted fabric is improved on the original basis, the computer plate making is adopted for the knitted fabric, the pattern principle of the surface is clearer and clearer, and the jacquard knitted fabric has wider application in the field of garment materials.
