the enzyme wash comprises: 0.75-3 g/L of biological enzyme, 0.5-1.0 g/L of sodium acetate and 0.5-1.0 g/L of acetic acid, and the solvent is water; preferably, the biological enzyme is a cellulase; the pH value of the enzyme washing liquid is 4.5-6.5.
Dyeing cotton:
the method comprises soaping and color fixing, and comprises the following specific processes:
XQW-10.5-1 g/l soaping agent; 90-100 ℃ for 10-20 min;
and (3) fixation: DM 2518: 0.5-2 g/l; 40-50 ℃ for 20-30 min.
Dyed chinlon
Dyes for dyeing nylon were used as a dye by Huntsman corporation, Lanaset 1: 2, metal complex dye, respectively fixing the color of the nylon and the cotton, wherein the nylon fixing agent is BFN. Part of the reactive dye is easy to be stained with the nylon and can influence the color or the fastness, and the nylon must be fixed before dyeing the cotton, and then the cotton can be dyed.

Liquid nitrogen mercerizing
In the embodiment, an Italian LAFER liquid nitrogen mercerizing machine is selected for liquid nitrogen finishing, ammonia gas is in a liquid state below 33 ℃, dyed cloth passes through a liquid ammonia treatment box by using a cloth guide, the cloth guide needs to be consistent with the width of the produced cloth, and the sewing head needs to be straight and firm; the vehicle speed is 20-28 m/min, specifically 25 m/min, and the temperature is as follows: feeding a blanket: 110-125 ℃, specifically 120 ℃, and an upper reaction zone and a lower reaction zone: 85-95 ℃, specifically 90 ℃, and discharging the blanket: 95-105 ℃, specifically 100 ℃, and the tension is as follows: feeding a blanket: 2 ~ 2.5KG specifically is 2KG, upper and lower reaction zone: 4 ~ 6KG specifically is 5KG, goes out cloth woollen blanket: 4 ~ 6KG, specific position 5KG can not shut down midway, otherwise can lead to the colour unusual, if shut down and need carry out the sign clearly at the cloth cover.
Washing water of the continuous washing machine:
placing the cloth in a washing liquid according to a bath ratio of 1:18-40, and treating at 45-80 deg.C for 30-60 min; wherein the washing liquid comprises 1.0-3.0g/L of penetrant, 0.8-3.0g/L of low-temperature degreasing agent, 1.0-3.0g/L of crease preventing agent and 0.5-2.0g/L of alkaline agent, and the solvent is water.

Shaping:
placing the cloth in a sizing finishing liquid to treat for 3-10 minutes at the temperature of 150-: 16-22 m/min.
Pre-shrinking: the pre-shrinking belongs to a nylon blanket type pre-shrinking machine, and the vehicle speed is as follows: 15-25 mi/min.
And after the post inspection is finished, obtaining the cool and high-shape-preserving cotton-nylon fabric.

A fifth mould, wherein the upper disc is knitted into a loop by the first needle, the second needle is not knitted, then the cotton yarn is knitted in a needle-by-needle alternating mode, the lower disc is not knitted,
and in the sixth die, the upper disc is not knitted, the first needles of the lower disc are looped, the second needles are not knitted, and then the cotton yarn is knitted in a needle-by-needle alternating mode.

1-2g/l of Hensman CIarite One; NaOH (50%) 1-3 g/l; h2O2(27.5%) 1.5-4%; reaction conditions are as follows: at 90-100 ℃ for 40-60 min;
the enzyme washing process comprises the following steps:
arranging the cloth in an enzyme washing liquid according to a bath ratio of 1:18-40, and treating for 40-80min at the temperature of 40-60 ℃;
the enzyme wash comprises: 0.75-3 g/L of biological enzyme, 0.5-1.0 g/L of sodium acetate and 0.5-1.0 g/L of acetic acid, and the solvent is water; preferably, the biological enzyme is a cellulase; the pH value of the enzyme washing liquid is 4.5-6.5;
the dyeing comprises soaping and color fixing, and the specific process comprises the following steps:
