Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric, which is formed by weaving graphene composite fibers, graphene composite fiber blended yarns, terylene and cotton yarns, wherein the graphene composite fibers are obtained by fusing, blending and spinning graphene and terylene, the graphene composite fiber blended yarns are formed by blending cotton fibers, terylene fibers and graphene composite fibers, the blending ratio is 60/20/20, and the knitted fabric is prepared from the yarns through a knitting process and then subjected to dyeing and finishing process treatment. Therefore, the traditional cotton, terylene and graphene composite fibers with excellent wearability are selected for blending and weaving, and the graphene endows the fabric with the characteristics of antibiosis, antistatic, far infrared and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of garment materials, in particular to a preparation process of a graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric.
Background
In recent years, people have higher requirements on the functions and styles of garment materials, and in addition to pursuing more comfort of wearing of garments, more importance is attached to the functionality and health care of garments. In 2004, scientists discovered graphene and generated great enthusiasm for the research on the physical structure, application performance and the like of the graphene. Graphene is a novel nano material, has a unique structure and excellent performance, is a unique two-dimensional free-state atomic crystal discovered at present, and is called as a peculiar material. In order to overcome the problem that the existing common knitwear is low in antibacterial performance, the graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric with excellent antibacterial and heat-insulating performances is developed and can be widely applied to functional textiles.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation process of an antibacterial and warm-keeping graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric.

The graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric is formed by weaving graphene composite fibers, graphene composite fiber blended yarns, terylene and cotton yarns, wherein the graphene composite fibers are obtained by fusing, blending and spinning graphene and the terylene, the graphene composite fiber blended yarns are formed by blending cotton fibers, the terylene fibers and the graphene composite fibers, and the blending ratio is 60/20/20; the yarn is made into a knitted fabric through a knitting process, and then the fabric is subjected to dyeing and finishing process treatment.
The fabric weave adopted by the knitting process is jacquard rib, bead-ground double-knit clothes and French rib, and is knitted on a circular knitting machine.
The jacquard rib weave adopts graphene composite fiber, terylene and fine cotton for yarn feeding.
The bead ground double-position clothing tissue adopts graphene composite fiber blended yarn, graphene composite fiber and fine cotton yarn feeding.
The French rib weave adopts graphene composite fiber, terylene and fine cotton for yarn feeding.
The dyeing and finishing process comprises fabric pretreatment and dyeing process, wherein polyester is dyed firstly and then cotton is dyed.
The fabric pretreatment process comprises the following steps: boiling the cloth auxiliary agent: removing impurities on the surface of the fabric, and washing the fabric white. Acid neutralization and deoxidization: adding 0.7g/l acetic acid or citric acid at 40 deg.C, adding 0.15g/l oxygen scavenger after cooling for 10min, and measuring pH and oxygen content after 10min to avoid residue.
The dyeing process comprises the following steps: firstly, dyeing terylene: adopting a disperse dye; time: 30 min; temperature: 130 ℃; cotton dyeing process parameters: adopting reactive dye; time: 60 min; temperature: at 60 ℃.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: in order to produce the knitted fabric with antibacterial and warm-keeping properties, the invention develops the graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric through a knitting process scientifically and effectively, and aims to ensure that the knitted fabric has the functional characteristics of antibiosis, bacteriostasis, warm keeping and comfortable wearing. Therefore, the traditional cotton, terylene and graphene composite fibers with excellent wearability are selected for blending and weaving, and the graphene endows the fabric with the characteristics of antibiosis, antistatic, far infrared and the like.

the graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric is formed by weaving graphene composite fibers, graphene composite fiber blended yarns, terylene and cotton yarns, wherein the graphene composite fibers are obtained by fusing, blending and spinning graphene and the terylene, the graphene composite fiber blended yarns are formed by blending cotton fibers, the terylene fibers and the graphene composite fibers, and the blending ratio is 60/20/20; the yarn is made into a knitted fabric through a knitting process, and then the fabric is subjected to dyeing and finishing process treatment.

The yarn feeding raw materials are as follows: 16.667tex/144F graphene composite fiber, 16.667tex/144F terylene, 5.556tex/48F terylene and 18.453tex/1 fine cotton.
A dyeing and finishing process: comprises the processes of fabric pretreatment and dyeing, wherein polyester is dyed firstly and then cotton is dyed. The pretreatment process of the fabric comprises the following steps: boiling the cloth auxiliary agent: removing impurities on the surface of the fabric, and washing the fabric white. The yarn feeding raw materials are as follows: 5.95tex graphene composite fiber blended yarn, 8.333tex/72F graphene composite fiber and 18.453tex/1 fine cotton.
The dyeing and finishing process was the same as in example 1.
A third embodiment of a graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric:
adopting French rib weave, and weaving on a big circular knitting machine according to the following weaving pattern-figure 3, wherein the weaving pattern is as follows: 20 needles/2.45 cm; the cylinder diameter is as follows: 110 cm; the total number of needles: 2046 needles; machine speed: 20 r/min. The yarn feeding raw materials are as follows: 16.667tex/144F graphene composite fiber, 16.667tex/144F terylene and 29.525tex/1 fine cotton.
The dyeing and finishing process was the same as in example 1.

Claims (8)
1. A preparation process of a graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric is characterized in that the knitted fabric is formed by weaving graphene composite fibers, graphene composite fiber blended yarns, terylene and cotton;
the graphene composite fiber is formed by melting, blending and spinning graphene and terylene;
the graphene composite fiber blended yarn is formed by blending 60% of cotton fiber, 20% of polyester fiber and 20% of graphene composite fiber;
the yarn is made into a knitted fabric through a knitting process, and then the fabric is subjected to dyeing and finishing process treatment.
2. The preparation process of the graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric according to claim 1, wherein the fabric textures adopted by the knitting process are jacquard rib, beaded duel clothing and French rib.
3. The preparation process of the graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric according to claim 2, wherein the jacquard rib weave adopts graphene composite fibers, polyester and fine cotton yarn for feeding.
4. The process for preparing the graphene composite fiber blended knitted fabric according to claim 2, wherein the bead ground double-position clothing tissue adopts graphene composite fiber blended yarns, graphene composite fibers and fine cotton yarn feeding.

firstly, a cloth boiling auxiliary agent: removing impurities on the surface of the fabric, and washing the fabric white;
② neutralizing by peracid, deoxidizing: adding 0.7g/l acetic acid or citric acid at 40 deg.C, adding 0.15g/l oxygen scavenger after cooling for 10min, and measuring pH and oxygen content after 10min to avoid residue.
