Abstract

one end of the first air inlet pipe 6 is connected with the output end of the heating device, the input end of the heating device is connected with the output end of the air blower, the heating device comprises a shell, a heating resistance wire is arranged inside the shell to heat air, a temperature sensor is arranged to control the temperature of the air flow to be about 45 ℃, the air flow enters the air deflector 10 on the upper side of the mounting frame 4 through the first air inlet pipe 6 and flows downwards through the air outlet hole 102, meanwhile, the air flow enters the air outlet hole 102 on the air deflector 10 on the lower side of the mounting frame 4 through the second air inlet pipe 7 and is sprayed out, so that the upper side and the lower side of the fabric can be simultaneously blown, and the drying efficiency is improved;

the distance between two rollers of the support roller set 11 positioned at the rightmost side in the attached drawing 1 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the fabric, so that the moisture in the fabric can be filtered, the drying speed of the fabric is improved, meanwhile, the side support roller set 11 is positioned at the upper side of the inner cavity of the soaking box 1, and the extruded liquid can directly fall into the soaking box 1, so that the waste is avoided;
when the air flow passes through the second air inlet pipe 7, the air flow pushes the driving impeller 83 to drive the driving impeller 83 to rotate, the driving impeller 83 drives the driving shaft 82 to rotate, the driving shaft 82 drives the swinging plate 92 to rotate, the protruding shaft 95 at the end of the swinging plate 92 slides along the strip-shaped hole 94 on the driving plate 93, so that the swinging plate 92 is driven to reciprocate up and down, the swinging plate 92 can drive the pressing roller 97 to move up and down, the pressing roller 97 can press the fabric at intervals to drive the antibacterial liquid to flow, the fabric can swing in the antibacterial liquid to a certain extent, and the antibacterial treatment effect of the fabric is improved.
Compared with the related technology, the antibacterial blended yarn, the fabric and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:

s2: knitting and weaving the blended yarns to obtain plain woven fabric;
s3: soaking the fabric obtained in the step S2 in a bacterium-increasing drying device through an antibacterial agent, and then drying at the temperature of 40-50 ℃;
the enrichment drying equipment comprises a soaking box, one side of the soaking box is fixedly connected with a fixing plate, a placing cylinder is installed on the fixing plate, an installation frame is fixedly installed on the soaking box, and a winding mechanism is fixedly connected to one side, close to the placing cylinder, of the installation frame;
the air guide plates are respectively arranged on the mounting frame and positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the supporting roller set, each air guide plate comprises a plate body, the interior of each plate body is of a cavity structure, and one side of each plate body is provided with an air outlet;
