In the use process of the invention, a driving motor 20 rotates a transmission support cylinder 18 at one side so as to rotate an ironing cylinder 2, cloth is conveyed to a tension roller 6, when the ironing cylinder 2 rotates, the stable conveying of a steam guide pipe 9 is kept through a mounting support cylinder 19, then a large amount of high-temperature steam is generated through a steam supplementing machine 10, the high-temperature steam is conveyed into a steam conveying cylinder 14 in the ironing cylinder 2 through the steam guide pipe 9, the high-temperature steam is conveyed into a steam guide branch pipe 15 and a steam guide long pipe 16 through the steam conveying cylinder 14, the high-temperature steam is sprayed out through a steam spraying nozzle 17 on the steam guide long pipe 16, the high-temperature steam penetrates through a steam through hole to be combined with the cloth, so that the cloth is heated and humidified for ironing, meanwhile, the cloth is stretched towards two sides through a stretching mechanism 13, so that the wrinkle removal and flattening are carried out on the surface of the cloth, then under the stretching of an electric push rod 3, the cloth is further stretched and kept straight through the stretching of the tension roller 6, then the cloth enters a drying box 4 to be dried, the cloth is dried and dehumidified by an air heater of the drying box 4, and meanwhile, the moisture in the cloth is discharged into a steam guide pipe 9 along with hot air, so that the cloth is continuously and efficiently ironed, stretched and wrinkle-removed;
when the fabric is subjected to wrinkle removing, stretching and flattening through the stretching mechanism 13, the stretching motor 26 rotates the driving gear 29, the driven gear 28 is driven to rotate through the transmission of the first transmission chain 30, the transmission rod 27 closest to the stretching motor 26 in the stretching assembly is driven to rotate, the first gear 31 on the transmission rod 27 is driven to rotate, the second gear 32 is driven to rotate through the transmission of the second transmission chain 33, the transmission rod 27 connected with the second gear 32 is driven to rotate, all the rollers 23 are driven to rotate through the transmission assembly formed by a plurality of groups of the first gear 31, the second gear 32 and the second transmission chain 33, and the rotating speed of the roller 23 closest to the stretching motor 26 in the stretching assembly is the fastest, and the rotating speed of the roller 23 farther away from the stretching motor 26 is the slower because the diameter of the first gear 31 is smaller than that of the second gear 32, make stretching mechanism 13 stretch the cloth through the butt friction of friction cotton section of thick bamboo 24 on the cloth surface to make stretching mechanism 13 increase in proper order to cloth both sides by the cloth middle part to the tensile effect of cloth, thereby reach the tensile effect of shakeout of removing the wrinkle to the cloth.

Claims (9)

1. A cloth rapid ironing device for clothing production comprises a workbench and is characterized in that an unwinding frame (1), an ironing barrel (2), electric push rods (3), a drying box (4) and a winding frame (5) are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the workbench, supporting frames (11) are respectively arranged at two ends of the ironing barrel (2), the ironing barrel (2) is arranged on the workbench through the supporting frames (11), tensioning rollers (6) are arranged between the two electric push rods (3), the tensioning frames (7) are respectively arranged at two sides of the electric push rods (3), a plurality of guide rollers (8) used for adjusting the cloth conveying direction are respectively arranged on the supporting frames (11), the tensioning frames (7) and the drying box (4), the ironing barrel (2) is communicated with the drying box (4) through a steam guide pipe (9), and a steam supplementing machine (10) is communicated with the middle of the steam guide pipe (9), the outer surface of the upper part of the ironing cylinder (2) is provided with a plurality of stretching mechanisms (13) which are uniformly distributed at equal angles, and the center of the bottom of the drying box (4) is provided with a hot air blower.

The rapid fabric ironing device for garment production according to claim 1, wherein a steam delivery cylinder (14) is arranged at the axis of the inner side of the ironing cylinder (2), one end of the steam delivery cylinder (14) is communicated and hermetically connected with the steam guide pipe (9), a plurality of steam guide branch pipes (15) are installed and communicated on the upper sides of the peripheries of the two ends of the steam delivery cylinder (14), the plurality of steam guide branch pipes (15) are uniformly distributed at equal angles, a steam guide long pipe (16) is installed and communicated between each pair of steam guide branch pipes (15), and a plurality of steam jet nozzles (17) are uniformly distributed at equal intervals on one side of the periphery of the steam guide long pipe (16) close to the stretching mechanism (13).
