本发明属于纺织材料领域,具体公开了一种金属纱线和织物,其中金属纱线包括重量百分比为30~34%的棉、32~40%的多孔颗粒纤维、15~20%的莫代尔纤维、15~18%的金属合金纤维,所述金属合金纤维直径8μm~30μm,纤维主体长度90mm~100mm。织物采用了上述金属纱线作为原料。采用本发明金属纱线和织物加工的服饰或面料更加爽滑,悬垂性好,亲肤性好,且由于采用了多孔颗粒纤维,吸水性好,透气性好。

技术领域
本发明属于金属纺织材料领域,尤其涉及一种金属纱线和织物。
背景技术
金属纤维纱线因其具有较高的弹性、耐磨性、耐高温、导电性、导热性等优点,越来越多的被应用在高档服装和特勤服装中,且采用金属纱线的织物面料表面有金属光泽,抗皱抗静电,还具有防辐射的效果,因此,为人们的生产生活提供了很多便利。但作为亲肤织物使用,其亲肤效果较差,尤其对于敏感肤质人群而言,可能会产生不适的感觉。
能否将金属纤维与天然纤维或人工合成纤维进行很好的结合,以提高织物的整体手感、色泽和亲肤性等优良特性,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种金属纱线,旨在解决或改善上述技术问题中的至少之一。
为实现上述目的,在第一方面,本发明提供了一种金属纱线,包括重量百分比为30~34%的棉、32~40%的多孔颗粒纤维、15~20%的莫代尔纤维、15~18%的金属合金纤维,所述金属合金纤维直径8μm~30μm,纤维主体长度90mm~100mm。
优选地,本发明中的金属纱线包括重量百分比为32%的棉、35%的多孔颗粒纤维、18%的莫代尔纤维、15%的金属合金纤维。
优选地,本发明中的金属合金纤维直径16μm,纤维主体长度95mm。
优选地,本发明中的多孔颗粒纤维包括聚酯胺、棉、莱卡。本发明中的多孔颗粒纤维具有颗粒的孔结构,能够吸水,并且由于颗粒的孔结构增加了纱线或织物的表面积,从而有利于水分的快速蒸发。
优选地,本发明中的金属纱线单纱捻度180~360捻/米,股线捻度110~160捻/米,捻向Z/S或者S/Z,1.5~2kg无接头。
优选地,本发明中的金属纱线单纱捻度220捻/米,股线捻度138捻/米,单纱采用Z捻,股线采用S捻。
本发明金属纱线的各纤维原料均可市售获得,均为短流程工艺纤维。
本发明的金属纱线,可以纺为纱支为28S/2的纱线,或者根据需求纺成其他标准的纱线。采用该金属纱线为原料可以按照现有的织物生产工艺生产成各种毛衫、内衣、衬衫、短袖等等,以满足市场需求。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明提出一种金属纱线,具有手感丝滑、色泽纯正、舒适亲肤的特点,且强力达到3600cN以上。
在另一方面,本发明还提供一种织物,所述织物的原料为权利要求1至5中任一项所述的金属纱线。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
由于采用了多种纤维混纺,合理选择混纺的比例,采用本发明纱线和织物加工的服饰或面料更加爽滑,悬垂性好,亲肤性好。
由于采用了多孔颗粒纤维,采用本发明纱线和织物加工的服饰或面料吸水性好,透气性好。

下面结合图1~图3描述本发明的金属纱线和织物。
实施例1:
参考图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种金属纱线,由重量百分比为32%的棉2、35%的多孔颗粒纤维3、18%的莫代尔纤维4、15%的金属合金纤维1混纺而成。
其中,金属合金纤维1包括金属短纤维和金属长丝,金属合金纤维的加入能够增加纱线的强度、断裂伸长等物理性能,且具有良好的导电性能,从而赋予了金属纱线优良的抗静电性能。
进一步地,金属合金纤维1的直径为16μm,纤维主体长度95mm。
其中,多孔颗粒纤维3包括聚酯胺、棉、莱卡,并包含多孔颗粒,其中多孔颗粒能够吸水,颗粒的孔结构增加了织物的表面积,从而有利于水的快速蒸发。
聚酯胺、棉、莱卡是纱和纺织品制造领域中的公知商品,许多供应商处均可购得。
进一步地,多孔颗粒选自活性炭、石墨、沸石、氧化铝中的任意一种或几种。
其中,活性炭、石墨、沸石、氧化铝可以通过合成生产,也可以直接从许多供应商处购得,合成生成的方法也是本领域已知技术。
本发明中的多孔颗粒纤维3的加工方法也是本领域已知的,例如在US5538783中公开了将颗粒例如沸石永久结合至纤维素纤维和合成纤维的方法。
进一步地,金属纱线单纱捻度180~360捻/米,股线捻度110~160捻/米,捻向Z/S或者S/Z,1.5~2kg无接头。
在具体一些实施例中,金属纱线单纱捻度220捻/米,股线捻度138捻/米,单纱采用Z捻,股线采用S捻。
其中,该金属纱线通过短流程生产工艺加工,如图3所示,生产工艺方法包括如下步骤:
S1:金属合金纤维制备,将金属合金纤维和其它原料按重量比1:5.6进行混纺,其它原料是棉、多孔颗粒纤维、莫代尔纤维的一种或任何组合,所述金属合金纤维的直径为16μm;该金属合金纤维的制备过程是:称取不锈钢粉放入到含有无水乙醇的球磨瓶中,按照球料比为50:1的重量比加入氧化铝陶瓷球,温度保持室温,球磨8小时,球磨机转速500转/分钟,把不锈钢粉直径的尺寸磨至5~10μm左右;按铁粉:铝粉:不锈钢粉=1:1:10的重量比称取铁粉和铝粉放入含有不锈钢粉的球磨瓶中,继续球磨12小时,球磨机转速200转/分钟;将球磨好的粉末中的无水乙醇蒸发掉,再通过热压烧结制备合金,最后采用单丝拉拔法制备成直径10~20μm的金属合金纤维。
S2:复精梳,包括染色、复洗、混条、针梳一、精梳、针梳二和成条。
S3:纺纱,包括头道并条、头道并条后头道针梳、头道并条后二道针梳、二道并条、二道并条后头道针梳、二道并条后二道针梳、三道针梳、四道针梳、粗纱工序、细纱工序、并捻工序。
其中:
S31:粗纱工序,在毛纺设备FB441粗纱机上喂入两条纱线;为减少针梳设备对纱线纤维的损伤,把梳理针去掉,达到0梳理,增大罗拉隔距,前罗拉隔距为90mm,后罗拉隔距为120mm,牵伸倍数4.5倍,毛条重量3.0g/m,同时,增加弹簧压缩力以增加罗拉对纱线纤维的握持力,控制前部牵伸区罗拉皮圈的相对摆动,使左右偏差控制在20mm,形成片段左右捻,使粗纱条的捻度为0,形成无捻粗纱。
S32:细纱工序,在毛纺FB504细纱机上喂入两根3.0g/m的粗纱条,采取“小牵伸、大隔距、低车速”的工艺原则,总牵伸倍数20.9,前后罗拉隔距210mm,车速3000r/min,改善条干均匀度,减少纱疵,纺制286tex的纱线纤维,在前罗拉的前部安装独特捻接装置,采用解捻加捻方法,使纱线断头时自动捻接上,当纱线断开时,距离断开的两个纱头5~7cm的纱线纤维条迅速解捻、梳理,去掉短纤维,使纱线捻度为0,同时将解捻后的纤维。重新搭接、抱合并加捻为要求捻度(200捻/m)的1.2倍左右,使接头处纱线直径等于或稍小于原纱直径(原纱直径0.8mm),且强力在原纱强力1750cN的70%以上,达到1.5千克无接头,降低细纱消耗。
S33:并捻工序,在SKV302A捻线机上喂入根数为两根286tex的铁铬铝合金纤维细纱进行并和加捻,车速定在29Hz,纱线捻向:单纱采用“Z”捻,股线采用“S”捻,根据需要也可以单纱采用“S”捻,股线采用“Z”捻,纱线捻度:单纱捻度为220捻/米,股线采用138捻/米。
实施例2~5:
除改变金属合金纤维、多孔颗粒纤维、莫代尔纤维和棉的用量外,其它实施条件与实施例1相同。实施例2至实施例5中金属合金纤维、多孔颗粒纤维、莫代尔纤维、棉的用量如下表(表1)所示。

对实施例1的金属纱线制得的织物进行检测,本产品的甲醛含量小于20mg/kg;pH值在4.0~7.5范围内,耐水色牢度:4级;耐酸汗渍:4级;耐酸汗渍:4级;耐干摩擦:4级;耐唾液4级级;异味:无;可分解致癌芳香胺染料含量:0。符合GB 18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》的A类要求。
实施例6:
本发明另一方面提供一种织物,采用实施例1至5中任一项的金属纱线为原料。
对该织物和由该织物制成的衣服进行舒适性评估,评估显示本发明的织物和衣服与现有衣服相比,穿起来更加舒适或显著地更加舒适。

2.根据权利要求1所述的金属纱线,其特征在于:包括重量百分比为32%的棉、35%的多孔颗粒纤维、18%的莫代尔纤维、15%的金属合金纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属纱线,其特征在于:所述金属合金纤维直径16μm,纤维主体长度95mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的金属纱线,其特征在于:所述多孔颗粒纤维包括聚酯胺、棉、莱卡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属纱线,其特征在于:所述金属纱线单纱捻度180~360捻/米,股线捻度110~160捻/米,捻向Z/S或S/Z,1.5~2kg无接头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属纱线,其特征在于:所述金属纱线单纱捻度220捻/米,股线捻度138捻/米,单纱采用Z捻,股线采用S捻。
7.一种织物,其特征在于:所述织物的原料为权利要求1至6中任一项所述的金属纱线。
