本发明涉及一种垃圾处理装置,特别涉及一种消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机,解决了现有生物垃圾处理机均产生残余的固相物或液相物的缺陷。技术方案是:一种消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机,包括壳体、混合装置、电机、有机垃圾投入口、消化室、尾气除臭装置、空气输入口,其特征在于消化室外包具有电加热器的油夹套加热室,油夹套外设置保温层,消化室温度为40℃±2℃,消化室内加有有益微生物菌群。采用有益微生物菌群,进行有机垃圾的完全消化,无固、液相残留物,处理结果可实现无残留物排出。

消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机
本发明涉及一种垃圾处理装置,特别涉及一种利用特殊微生物菌群对有机垃圾进行消化,使其实现无害化消化处理,结果能实现无残留物排出的消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机。
随着我国城市化发展的加速。城市生物垃圾的合理处置已作为一个主要课题,列入了急需解决的项目。有机垃圾是城市生活垃圾中一个主要成分。以上海为例,每天产生生活垃圾13000吨,而其中有机垃圾占有1200~1300吨/日。由于有机垃圾易腐败,不易运输、储存,产生有害健康的臭味、污水等原因,而在实行垃圾分类收集处理并对有机垃圾实行集中生物处理是一个很好的方法,因而自二十世纪末期起已有不少国家采用微生物对有机垃圾进行生物处理,并已取得了成功。有机垃圾生物处理机也应运而生。我国自上世纪末在上海等发达的城市相继有有机垃圾生物处理机面世并进入市场,这类有机垃圾生物处理机,通常均使用专用的菌种,在人为的环境中,实现对有机垃圾的生物消化,但是处理的结果均有残余的固相物或液相物需定期排出。中国专利ZL99200162“有机废弃物的发酵处理装置”介绍了一种利用好氧菌和蒸汽发酵,制成有机肥料,但存在有机废弃物必须进行筛选过程,处理过程比较复杂。
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用微生物菌群处理有机垃圾,最终无残留物排出的消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机。
本发明的是这样实现的:一种消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机,包括壳体、混合装置、电机、有机垃圾投入口、消化室、尾气除臭装置、空气输入口,其特征在于消化室外包具有电加热器的油夹套加热室,油夹套外设置保温层,消化室温度为40℃±2℃,消化室内加有有益微生物菌群。
本发明的有益效果是:采用特殊的微生物菌群,进行有机垃圾的完全消化,无固、液相残留物。油夹套消化室加热和保温装置,使消化室受热均匀,有利于菌群的繁殖和提高热利用率。消化室供气及排气形式,促进消化室菌群的供氧效果,适时的排出水蒸气,以提供菌群适宜的生活条件。专门设计的有机垃圾翻动混和装置保证有机垃圾与空气有良好接触,促进有机垃圾的消化速率和降低能耗。物理化学除臭装置,提高了排出尾气的洁净度,处理结果可实现无残留物排出。采用工控机控制,自动化程度高,消化室环境参数修改方便,为菌群的繁殖提供优异的环境。各种有机垃圾处理时间见下表:

实施例:如图1、2所示,一种消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机,壳体10内设置消化室11并在消化室外包具有电加热器的油夹套加热室7,油夹套外设置保温层6,在壳体顶部后角设置有尾气除臭装置5,在壳体10的左侧板上设置空气输入口3,垃圾翻动混和装置1固定在消化室架轴上并由电机9驱动。有机垃圾投入口4位于壳体10顶部的坡面板上,电控箱8、电机9、操作面板2位于壳体和消化室之间的腔体内,操作面板2设置在壳体的主视面板上,电控箱8固定在壳体的后视面板上,有机垃圾生物处理机处理垃圾的方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:a.在消化室加入80多种有益微生物菌,加入有机垃圾,b.对消化室加热,温度为40℃±2℃,同时驱动混合装置,驱动电机功率:2.2KW,消化室翻动混和轴转速:4r.p.m.由操作工控机控制。c.在处理过程中通过空气输入口不断输入新鲜空气和利用尾气除臭装置对尾气除臭。如果投入蔬菜瓜果类(不含纤维)垃圾,处理时间<6h。

1、一种消灭型有机垃圾生物处理机,包括壳体、混合装置、电机、有机垃圾投入口、消化室、尾气除臭装置、空气输入口,其特征在于消化室外包具有电加热器的油夹套加热室,油夹套外设置保温层,消化室温度为40℃±2℃,消化室内加有有益微生物菌群。
