s3: the temperature sensor (16) is used for measuring the temperature of cocoa in the fine grinding barrel (2) and heating or cooling the cocoa beans according to the measured value;
s4: closing the stepping motor (12) and the double-headed motor (23) and conveying the refined cocoa butter into the collection barrel (13);
s5: automatically cleaning the fine grinding barrel (2);
s6: and (5) continuously and automatically measuring and regulating the temperature of the cocoa beans by repeating the steps S1-S5.
