保暖面料使人们在天气寒冷时常用的一种面料,其种类繁多。其中,绒毛布具有质地柔软、舒适感强以及保暖性好等优点,常被引用制备保暖衣服、棉被以及睡袋等保暖用品。绒布面料使劲棉坯布经拉绒处理,在织物表面形成一层蓬松绒毛的织物,这种绒毛布因绒毛布的存在而是空气增加,使其保暖性增强。
绒布又分为单面绒布和双面绒布,单面绒布是绒布经拉毛机将纱体的纤维拉出纱体外,均匀地覆盖在织物表面,使织物呈现出丰润绒毛的棉织物;双面绒布是把两层绒面缝合到一层,使其面料两面具有毛绒层,工艺比单面绒布复杂,手感硬度比单面绒布有硬度。单面绒布的制备工艺比双面绒布简单,质地比双面绒布柔软,但是,单面绒布的绒毛比双面绒布的稀疏、短、保暖性能更差,故需要改进。
发明内容
为了改善单面绒布绒毛稀疏、短、以及保暖性差的问题,本申请提供一种单面绒毛面料的制备工艺及单面绒毛面料。

制备坯布:选取经密度大于纬密度的聚酯纤维坯布;
坯布处理:将聚酯纤维坯布经水蒸气处理,使聚酯纤维坯布的含水量为8-12%,得到可起绒面料;
起绒处理:将可起绒面料经过磨毛机进行起毛绒,毛磨辊自转速度为80-120r/min,起毛完毕后,剪毛修整,得到单面绒毛面料初品;
定型处理:将单面绒毛面料初品浸泡于由特柔软剂和水按照比例(0.8-1.2):100的混合溶剂中浸泡,水洗,干燥,拉毛,定型,剪毛,得到单面绒毛面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,制备得到单面绒布的绒毛长、密度紧密且分布均匀、立体感强、不易起球,且具有良好的保暖效果和柔软性,其保暖效果与双面绒布的保暖效果一致。同时本申请中制备绒毛的过程简单,产生废绒的可能性小。废绒是指生产过程中产生断绒毛以及长度短的绒毛。
传统的绒布面料制备过程包括打蜡、退浆、起绒和洗绒等步骤,其中,打蜡是为了方便毛针掺入或脱离,提高起毛效果;退浆是为了将绒布上的浆料洗干净,此步骤的操作复杂,技术要求高,一旦退浆操作退不干净,就会用影响起毛效果,而本申请中不需要经过打蜡和退浆步骤,进一步缩短了起绒周期,节约成本。另一方面,传统的起绒会产生大量的废绒,因此需要花费加大精力去废除,如使用橡子粉或淀粉上浆进行洗绒,这样会使得生产周期加长,成本提高。而本申请通过采用特定的种类的坯布和制备方法,可减少废绒的产生,洗绒步骤只需要清水即可。
本申请中通过采用聚酯纤维坯布经水蒸气处理,使得聚酯纤维的表面水分增多,使得聚酯纤维膨胀,有助于起绒,减少废绒的产生。

传统的绒布在拉绒之前要求织物上粘有蜡,有蜡的存在有利于起毛针的插入和脱离,有利于提高起毛效果。本申请中通过采用植物纤维、无机填料、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺、相容剂和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物共用制备聚酯纤维,使得聚酯纤维表面光滑柔软,且在拉绒之前不需要涂覆蜡,可直接进行拉绒。
其中,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯作为聚酯纤维的主要原料,可提高聚酯纤维坯布柔软性和透气性,但是其具有的吸湿性差、易累积静电以及易起球特点。本申请中添加丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的强度好、吸湿性大、柔韧不易断,用于制备聚酯纤维,有助于降低聚酯纤维表面的动摩擦力,减少静电和起球等现象,且有利于形成长且绒毛,提高聚酯纤维的吸湿性。
但是,丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物在加工过程中易产生内应力,导致聚酯纤维易开裂,使得起绒时,绒毛易断。对此,本申请通过添加聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺消除丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚在加工过程产生的内应力,使得起绒过程中绒毛不易断,同时,也提高聚酯纤维的柔软性。
植物纤维增加聚酯纤维的透气性,同时与无机填料共同使用,可提高聚酯纤维手感柔软性。滑石粉和有机膨润土可以使得聚酯纤维坯布的表面动摩擦力降低,同时也使得聚酯纤维坯布的起绒效果提高,得到的绒毛长。

优选的,所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的分子式为(C8H8)8-13·(C4H6)4-10·(C3H3N)6-10
通过采用上述技术方案,调整丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物中丙烯腈、1,3-丁二烯、苯乙烯三种单体成分的比例,进一步提高其吸湿性、柔韧性以及强度等性能,进而提高聚酯纤维的抗起球性能、抗静电性能以及吸湿性能等。
优选的,所述聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺的重均分子量为25-30万。
通过采用上述技术方案,优化聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺的性能参数,能有效消除丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚在加工过程产生的内应力,提高绒毛的韧性,减少绒毛断裂的可能,同时也能减少绒毛起球。
优选的,所述特柔软剂由以下方法制备得到:
1)将C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷搅拌均匀,加热至50-60℃,分批次加入水,搅拌20-40min,得到混合液A;
2)将巯基硅油、八甲基环四硅氧烷、碱性金属氧化物、乳化剂和水混合,加热至70-90℃,反应1-2h,降温至40-50℃,加入混合液A,搅拌1-2h,得到特柔软剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得绒毛更加光滑柔软、蓬松度更好,保暖更强。其中,C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷能使得绒毛更加柔顺不打结。巯基硅油、八甲基环四硅氧烷、碱性金属氧化物、乳化剂和水混合后,使得绒毛表面能长时间保持柔软顺滑状态。
优选的,制备所述特柔软剂所用原料的重量份如下所示:
C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份
γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-6份
水15-25份
巯基硅油2-7份
八甲基环四硅氧烷10-15份
碱性金属氧化物0.1-0.5份
乳化剂1-2份
水6-12份。
优选的,所述碱性金属氧化物为氧化钠、氧化钾或氧化钙中的至少一种。
优选的,所述乳化剂为吐温、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种。
通过采用上述技术方案,优化制备特柔软剂原料的用量,进一步提高特柔软剂对绒毛的作用,使得绒毛更加光滑柔软、蓬松度更好,保暖更强
第二方面,本申请提供一种单面绒毛面料,采用如下技术方案:
一种单面绒毛面料,单面绒毛面料的绒毛的长度为0.4-0.6mm,所述单面绒毛面料是由第一方面求所述单面绒毛面料的制备工艺制得。
通过采用上述技术方案,使得单面绒毛面料的保暖性提高,蓬松感增强,柔软贴附,有利于制备贴身保暖内衣或睡衣等。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请通过采用聚酯纤维经水蒸气处理,使聚酯纤维坯布的含水量为8-12%,有利于使得聚酯纤维膨胀,便于起绒,同时使得起绒的过程中绒毛不易断且长,再进行起绒处理和定型处理,单面绒毛面料表面绒毛更蓬松,手感更柔软,同时单面绒毛面料含有的少量短绒去除。
2、本申请通过将植物纤维、无机填料、对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺、相容剂和对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺和相容剂制备聚酯纤维,能够明显改善聚酯纤维吸湿性差、易累积静电以及易起球的缺点,降低聚酯纤维表面的动摩擦力,减少静电和起球等现象,且有利于形成长且绒毛,提高聚酯纤维的吸湿性。
3、本申请中通过采用C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、纯净水、巯基硅油、八甲基环四硅氧烷、碱性金属氧化物和乳化剂制备特柔软剂,使得绒毛更加光滑柔软、蓬松度更好,保暖更强。
具体实施方式
实施例
实施例1
一种单面绒毛面料,由以下方法制备得到:
制备坯布:选取经密度大于纬密度的聚酯纤维坯布;
坯布处理:将聚酯纤维坯布经水蒸气处理,水蒸气处理时间为1.5h,温度为105℃,使聚酯纤维坯布的含水量为8%,得到可起绒面料;
起绒处理:将可起绒面料经过磨毛机进行起毛绒,毛磨辊自转速度为80r/min,起毛完毕后,剪毛修整,得到单面绒毛面料初品;
定型处理:将单面绒毛面料初品浸泡于由特柔软剂和水按照重量比为0.8:100的混合溶剂中浸泡,水洗,干燥,拉毛,定型,剪毛,得到单面绒毛面料。
该聚酯纤维坯布的经纱密度为108支/10cm,纬纱密度为80支/10cm,聚酯纤维坯布中聚酯纤维的比重为1.38,熔点为255℃,吸湿率为0.4%,断裂长度5.5克/旦,断裂伸长率为25%。
特柔软剂为阿克拉邦A。
实施例2
实施例2
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,本申请中制备坯布步骤中的聚酯纤维坯布,由以下步骤制备得到:
S1、将植物纤维0.50Kg和无机填料0.30Kg混合,研磨,得到混合粉体;
S2、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒5.00Kg、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺0.4Kg和相容剂0.10Kg(苯乙烯丙烯腈甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯),熔融挤出制粒,得到混合物A;
S3、将混合物A、混合粉体和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物1.00Kg混合,进行纺丝,得到聚酯纤维;
S4、将聚酯纤维制成聚酯纤维坯布,该聚酯纤维坯布的经纱密度为108支/10cm,纬纱密度为80支/10cm。
植物纤维为竹纤维,购买于山东省奥绒服装有限公司,品牌为奥博,规格为1.33*38mm。
无机填料无机填料由滑石粉和有机膨润土按照重量比为1:1混合制得。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的分子量为30000,拉伸强度为75MPa,断裂伸长率为50%。
聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺的重均分子量为25万。
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的分子式为(C8H8)8·(C4H6)4·(C3H3N)6
实施例3-4与实施例2的不同之处在于,制备聚酯纤维坯布的部分原料种类、用量以及参数不同,实施例2-4的具体差异如表1所示:

一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,本申请在定型处理步骤中使用的特柔软剂,由以下步骤制备得到:
1)将C12脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.00Kg和γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.30Kg搅拌均匀,加热至50℃,分批次加入水,第一批次加入量为0.50Kg,第二批次加入量为1.00Kg,搅拌20min,得到混合液A;
2)将巯基硅油0.20Kg、八甲基环四硅氧烷1.00Kg、碱性金属氧化物0.01Kg(氧化钠)、乳化剂0.10Kg(吐温)和水0.60Kg混合,加热至80℃,反应1h,降温至50℃,加入混合液A,搅拌1h,得到特柔软剂。
实施例6实施例6-7与实施例1的不同之处在于,制备特柔软剂的部分原料种类、用量以及参数不同,实施例5-7的具体差异如表2所示:

一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,特柔软剂与实施例5的特柔软剂是一样的,其余原料种类、用量以及实验步骤均与实施例2一致。

一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例在制备聚酯纤维坯布步骤中,步骤如下:
S1、将植物纤维和无机填料混合,研磨,得到混合粉体;
S2、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺、相容剂、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合粉体,熔融挤出制粒后,得到聚酯纤维;
S3、将聚酯纤维制成聚酯纤维坯布,该聚酯纤维坯布的经纱密度为108支/10cm,纬纱密度为80支/10cm。
实施例10
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例在制备聚酯纤维坯布步骤中,使用动物纤维代替植物纤维,其余原料种类、用量以及实验步骤均与实施例2一致。
动物纤维购买于山东久绵纺织品有限公司,驼绒絮片,型号为trm-01,染整工艺为精梳。
实施例11
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例在制备聚酯纤维坯布步骤中,使用二氧化硅代替滑石粉,其余原料种类、用量以及实验步骤均与实施例2一致。
实施例12
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例在制备聚酯纤维坯布步骤中,使用二氧化硅代替有机膨润土,其余原料种类、用量以及实验步骤均与实施例2一致。
实施例13
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例在制备聚酯纤维坯布步骤中,使用聚乳酸代替丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物,其余原料种类、用量以及实验步骤均与实施例2一致。
聚乳酸的拉伸强度为60MPa,断裂生产率为6%,弹性模量为3000MPa,玻璃化转变温度为65℃。
实施例14
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例2的不同之处在于,本实施例在制备聚酯纤维坯布步骤中,使用聚乳酸代替聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺,其余原料种类、用量以及实验步骤均与实施例2一致。
聚乳酸的拉伸强度为60MPa,断裂生产率为6%,弹性模量为3000MPa,玻璃化转变温度为65℃。
对比例
对比例1
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,将聚酯纤维坯布替换成聚酰胺纤维面料,其余的制备步骤均与实施例1一致。
聚酰胺纤维面料的经纱密度为108支/10cm,纬纱密度为80支/10cm,聚酰胺纤维面料中聚酰胺纤维的比重为1.14,断裂强度为5.0g/d,吸湿率为3.4%,弹性回复率为99%,断裂伸长率为40%。
对比例2
一种单面绒毛面料,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,在坯布处理的过程中,将水蒸气处理改变成水煮处理,水煮处理时间为1.5h,温度为100℃,其余的制备步骤均与实施例1一致。
性能检测试验
对实施例1-14和对比例1-2中制得单面绒毛面料的绒毛长度进行测试、密集度、起球测试、柔软度以及静电测试。
检测方法/试验方法
绒毛密集度测试:将实施例1-14和对比例1-2中制得单面绒毛面料进行剪裁,剪裁大小为直径为113mm的圆形试样,选取中心点和边缘四个点,四个等距分布,以点为中心,画一个直径为0.25cm的圆,计算该圆面积内绒毛的根数,取平均值。
绒毛长度检测:将实施例1-14和对比例1-2中制得单面绒毛面料进行剪裁,剪裁大小为直径为113mm的圆形试样,选取中心点和边缘四个点,四个等距分布,使用经卡尺测量中心点和边缘点的厚度,取平均值。
起球测试:将实施例1-14和对比例1-2中制得单面绒毛面料进行剪裁,剪裁大小为直径为113mm的圆形试样,再采用圆轨迹起球仪,压力调整为490cN参照GB/T 4802.1-2008进行检测。无变化等级为5;表面轻微起毛和(或)轻微起球为等级4;表面中度起毛和(或)中度起球,不同大小和密度的球覆盖试样的部分表面为等级3;表面明显起毛和(或)起球,不同大小和密度的球覆盖试样的大部分表面为等级3;表面严重起毛和(或)起球,不同大小和密度的球覆盖试样的整个表面为等级1。
柔软度测试:选取600人,10-20岁为200人,20-40岁为200人,40-60岁为200人,将实施例1-14和对比例1-2中制得单面绒毛面料再其手臂上来回摩擦,记录下认为单面绒毛面料绒毛布柔软的人数。
抗静电测试:准备多干个1mm*1mm*1mm的碎纸屑,将实施例1-14和对比例1-2中制得单面绒毛面料具有毛绒的一面,在同一地方,使用玻璃棒摩擦20次,再去吸附碎纸屑,观察吸取的碎纸屑数。实验结果如表3所示:

由实施例1-14和对比例1-2并结合表3可知,通过采用本申请中的制备方法,能有效提高起绒效率,且得到绒毛密、均匀、长,保暖效果好。
实施例1和对比例1相比较,采用本申请制备方法但是不采用聚氨酯纤维面料,会使得绒毛密集度、绒毛长度以及柔软度降低,且抗起球性能也降低。
实施例1与对比例2相比较,说明通过使用水蒸气处理聚酯纤维面料,有助于提高起绒效率,使得绒毛更密、更均匀以及更长。
实施例1和实施例2相比较,通过采用本申请中原料配方和制备方法,制备得到聚酯纤维坯布,用于制备单面绒毛面料,能明显进一步提高绒毛的密集程度、长度以及柔软性,且没有出现起球和静电现象。
实施例1和实施例5相比较,通过采用本申请的制备方法制备特柔软剂,能进一步提高绒毛的蓬松度和柔软性。

Claims (6)

1.一种单面绒毛面料的制备工艺 ,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
制备坯布:选取经密度大于纬密度的聚酯纤维坯布;
坯布处理:将聚酯纤维坯布经水蒸气处理,使聚酯纤维坯布的含水量为8-12%,得到可起绒面料;
起绒处理:将可起绒面料经过磨毛机进行起毛绒,毛磨辊自转速度为80-120r/min,起毛完毕后,剪毛修整,得到单面绒毛面料初品;
定型处理:将单面绒毛面料初品浸泡于由特柔软剂和水按照比例(0.8-1.2):100的混合溶剂中浸泡,水洗,干燥,拉毛,定型,剪毛,得到单面绒毛面料;
所述制备坯布步骤中的聚酯纤维坯布,由以下步骤制备得到:
S1、将植物纤维和无机填料混合,研磨,得到混合粉体;
S2、将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺和相容剂,熔融挤出制粒,得到混合物A;
S3、将混合物A、混合粉体和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合,进行纺丝,得到聚酯纤维;
S4、将聚酯纤维制成聚酯纤维坯布;
所述无机填料由滑石粉和有机膨润土按照重量比为1:(1-1.2)混合制得;
制备所述聚酯纤维坯布所用原料重量份如下所示:
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯50-80份
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物10-15份
聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺4-8份
植物纤维5-10份
无机填料3-8份
相容剂1-2份;
所述特柔软剂由以下方法制备得到:
1)将C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷搅拌均匀,加热至50-60℃,分批次加入水,搅拌20-40min,得到混合液 A;
2)将巯基硅油、八甲基环四硅氧烷、碱性金属氧化物、乳化剂和水混合,加热至70-90℃,反应1-2h,降温至40-50℃,加入混合液 A,搅拌1-2h,得到特柔软剂;
制备所述特柔软剂所用原料的重量份如下所示:
C12-15脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份
γ-二乙烯三氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷3-6份
水21-37份
巯基硅油2-7份
八甲基环四硅氧烷10-15份
碱性金属氧化物0.1-0.5份
乳化剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面绒毛面料的制备工艺 ,其特征在于:所述丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物的分子式为(C8H8)8-13·(C4H6)4-10·(C3H3N)6-10
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面绒毛面料的制备工艺 ,其特征在于:所述聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺的重均分子量为25-30万。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面绒毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述碱性金属氧化物为氧化钠、氧化钾或氧化钙中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单面绒毛面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为吐温、十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种。
6.一种单面绒毛面料,其特征在于:单面绒毛面料的绒毛的长度为0.4-0.6mm,所述单面绒毛面料是由权利要求1-5任意一项权利要求所述单面绒毛面料的制备工艺制得。
