背景技术
聚烯烃是合成树脂中产量最大、用途最广的高分子材料。聚烯烃材料是由乙烯、丙烯、丁烯或α-烯烃等一种或多种烯烃聚合而成的热塑性高分子材料。近年来聚烯烃全球产能继续释放,产能产量将维持高速增长。2021年我国已经成为全球第一的聚烯烃生产和消费大国。聚烯烃低端产品产能过剩和高端产品依赖进口的结构性矛盾逐渐形成,国产聚烯烃产品差异化和高端化布局刻不容缓。
聚烯烃饱和大分子结构中碳碳和碳氢键相对稳定,缺少具有活性的官能团,使其在黏合、涂漆、着色和包装等方面存在应用短板,限制其应用范围。官能化聚烯烃材料是最常用的改性手段。硅烷官能化聚烯烃可以提高聚烯烃的熔体强度、粘接性能、耐热性、耐蠕变等特性。硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料对硅烷的结构限制多,只有分子量链长较短、反应活性高、与聚烯烃相容性好的硅烷有相对较高的接枝率和接枝转换率。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种能够得到高接枝率、高接枝效率的硅烷官能化聚烯烃,并且能够提高分子量链较长、反应活性低、与聚烯烃材料相容性差等难以接枝的硅烷的接枝效率的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,
原料按质量份计包括:
基体树脂100份,硅烷0.5~20份,第二单体0.1~20份,硅酸酯0.1~4份,有机酸0.01~2份,改性硅氧烷0.1~5份,引发剂0.01~5份,抗氧剂0.01~1份,超临界二氧化碳1~10份,抗预交联助剂0.1~3份,加工助剂0.05~2份;
按以下步骤进行制备:
将硅烷、第二单体、硅酸酯、有机酸、改性硅氧烷、引发剂、抗预交联助剂作为夹带剂按比例混合均匀后,再加入到含定量二氧化碳的反应器中制成超临界二氧化碳混合液;
将加工助剂、基体树脂、超临界二氧化碳混合物按比例加入至双螺杆挤出机中,造粒得到硅烷接枝料。
作为优选,超临界二氧化碳混合液的制备方法包含以下步骤:
第一步:将常温常压下的二氧化碳在反应器中通过压缩机压缩到较高压力,压力为50-80ba,在较低温度<30℃下使其液化;
第二步:将硅烷、第二单体、硅酸酯、有机酸、改性硅氧烷、引发剂、抗预交联助剂作为夹带剂按比例混合均匀,用高压泵注入反应器,开启反应器混合装置,将各物料混合均匀;
第三步:将压缩后添加助剂的液态二氧化碳混合液通过加热器进行加热,使其达到临界温度,临界温度为31℃~34℃,取决于液化二氧化碳时的压力和温度及添加其它助剂的影响;
第四步:当液态二氧化碳混合物达到临界温度时,会出现液气两相的交界面,此时二氧化碳进入超临界状态,接枝反应中充当较好的反应介质,制备成超临界二氧化碳混合液。
作为优选,其中双螺杆挤出机的长径比L/D在40:1~64:1之间,螺杆转速为150~500RPM;含有夹带剂的超临界二氧化碳混合物通过计量泵从双螺杆挤出机的第3~5区注入至双螺杆挤出机中,抗氧剂和加工助剂混合后与基体树脂按比例从下料口加入,双螺杆挤出机开启真空抽出未反应的助剂及二氧化碳,其中加工温度为120~250℃。
作为优选,所述基体树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-己烯共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、聚己烯、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、EVA蜡、聚丙烯酰胺、环聚氟乙烯、聚乙烯醇、烯烃均聚物/共聚物(COP/COC)、聚 4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)及其钠/锌盐材料中的一种或几种。

作为优选,所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮或异氰脲酸、1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苄基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、季戊四醇二亚磷酸双十八酯其中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述加工助剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硅酮、EBS、PPA含氟加工助剂、石蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、脂肪族酰胺、滑石粉、二[4-(1,1-二甲基乙基)苯甲酰-氧]氢氧化铝、2,2'-亚甲基-双-(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯钠盐中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述超临界二氧化碳加入至双螺杆挤出机时的温度为>30℃,加入时的压力为7.38~10.0mPa。
聚烯烃饱和大分子结构中碳碳和碳氢键相对稳定,缺少具有活性的官能团,使其在黏合、涂漆、着色和包装等方面存在应用短板,限制其应用范围。官能化聚烯烃材料是最常用的改性手段。硅烷官能化聚烯烃可以提高聚烯烃的熔体强度、粘接性能、耐热性、耐蠕变等特性。硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料对硅烷的结构限制多,只有分子量链长较短、反应活性高、与聚烯烃相容性好的硅烷有相对较高的接枝率和接枝转换率。
创新点:
利用双螺杆挤出机进行反应挤出,通过超临界流体增强硅烷与树脂相容性同时增加硅烷接枝的反应点。
将与超临界二氧化碳具有良好相容性作的硅烷、第二单体、引发剂、抗预交联剂等为夹带剂与超临界二氧化碳流体混合均匀加注入双螺杆挤出机,基体树脂及加工助剂从下料口加入。
通过抽真空清除未反应的助剂和流体。
利用硅烷在超临界二氧化碳中具有良好的溶解性,将硅烷、引发剂溶、第二单体、抗预交联助剂等与超临界二氧化碳中作为夹带剂一同加入双螺杆挤出机进行接枝反应,大幅提高硅烷及引发剂在聚烯烃中的分散性和溶解性,同时增加反应的接触点,提高反应效率,降低残留率。第二单体和抗预交联助剂的加入降低了交联、降解、氧化及共聚等副反应。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)树脂100份,超临界二氧化碳2份压力为10MPa,硅烷1.0份,引发剂0.05份,抗氧剂0.05份,第二单体0.3份,抗预交联剂0.1份,加工助剂0.1份。
EVA树脂Va含量28%,熔指20g/10min.
硅烷为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
引发剂为二叔丁基过氧化物。
第二单体为苯乙烯。
抗预交联剂为己内酰胺。
抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸] 季戊四醇酯和亚磷酸三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)酯的混合物。
加工助剂为油酸酰胺。
一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法:物料按照比例配料,将EVA树脂、抗氧剂、加工助剂按比例混合均匀从双螺杆挤出机下料口加入挤出机中,将乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、二叔丁基过氧化物、苯乙烯己内酰胺按相应比例加入超临界二氧化碳中,超临界二氧化碳通过计量泵从挤出机的第三区注入双螺杆挤出机中,控制超临界二氧化碳的比例,螺杆转速250rpm,温度180℃,开启真空,拉条经水冷、风冷吹干、切粒得到硅烷接枝EVA树脂。将树脂置于铝箔袋中密封保存。
实施例2:线性低密度聚乙烯树脂100份,硅烷1.2份,引发剂0.07份,抗氧剂0.02份,第二单体0.4份,抗预交联助剂0.03份,加工助剂0.05份,超临界二氧化碳5份。
线性低密度聚乙烯树脂熔是指2g/10min。
硅烷为3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲基硅氧烷基硅烷。
第二单体为丙烯酸。
引发剂为2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化乙烷。
抗预交联助剂为十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷。
抗氧剂为2,2'-亚硫基乙二醇双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯和硫代二丙酸双十八醇酯的混合物。
加工助剂为硅酮。
一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法:将线性低密度聚乙烯、抗氧剂、加工助剂按比例混合均匀从双螺杆挤出机下料口加入挤出机中,将乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、二叔丁基过氧化物、苯乙烯己内酰胺按相应比例加入超临界二氧化碳中,超临界二氧化碳通过计量泵从挤出机的第四区注入双螺杆挤出机中,在螺杆中加注压力为7 .5MPa,螺杆转速300rpm,从下料口到机头的加热区有12段,依次设置为135℃、180℃、185℃、205℃、215℃、215℃、215℃、215℃、215℃、215℃、215℃、215℃,开启真空,经水下切粒、脱水得到硅烷接枝聚乙烯树脂。将树脂置于铝箔袋中密封保存。
实施例3:一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料,包括按照重量份数计的原料组成:
乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)树脂100份,硅烷2.5份,引发剂0.11份,抗氧剂0.03份,第二单体1.0份,抗预交联助剂0.5份,加工助剂0.2份,超临界二氧化碳6份。
其中POE 树脂熔是指5g/10min,密度为0.870。
硅烷为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
引发剂为二叔丁基过氧化物。
第二单体为甲基苯乙烯。
抗预交联助剂为异氰酸酯。
抗氧剂为1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苄基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯的混合物。
加工助剂为硬脂酸锌。
一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法:将POE、抗氧剂、加工助剂按比例混合均匀从双螺杆挤出机下料口加入到挤出机中,将乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、二叔丁基过氧化物、甲基苯乙烯、异氰酸酯按相应比例加入超临界二氧化碳中,超临界二氧化碳通过计量泵从挤出机的第三区注入双螺杆挤出机中,在螺杆中加注压力为5.5MPa,螺杆转速300rpm,从下料口到机头的加热区有11段,依次设置为55℃、120℃、155℃、165℃、185℃、185℃、185℃、185℃、185℃、185℃、185℃,开启真空,经水下切粒、脱水得到硅烷接枝POE树脂。将树脂置于铝箔袋中密封保存。
实施例4:一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料,包括按照重量份数计的原料组成:
聚丙烯树脂100份,硅烷4.5份,引发剂0.3份,抗氧剂0.05份,第二单体2份,抗预交联助剂0.5份,加工助剂0.5份,超临界二氧化碳8份。其中聚丙烯树脂熔是指20g/10min。
硅烷为乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
引发剂为过氧化异丙苯。
第二单体为丙烯酰胺。
抗预交联助剂为十二烷基甲基二甲氧基硅烷。
抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯和双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯的混合物。
加工助剂为硬脂酸钙。
一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法:将聚丙烯、抗氧剂、加工助剂按比例混合均匀从双螺杆挤出机下料口加入到挤出机中,将乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、过氧化异丙苯、丙烯酰胺、十二烷基甲基二甲氧基硅烷按相应比例加入超临界二氧化碳中,混合均匀。超临界二氧化碳通过计量泵从挤出机的第三区注入双螺杆挤出机中,在螺杆中加注压力为7MPa,螺杆转速350rpm,从下料口到机头的加热区有121段,依次设置为155℃、170℃、215℃、225℃、225℃、225℃、225℃、225℃、225℃、225℃、225℃、225℃,开启真空,经拉条、水冷、脱水得到硅烷接枝聚丙烯树脂。将树脂置于铝箔袋中密封保存。
本发明对实施例1~4制备得到的颗粒进行接枝率、接枝效率、熔指等测试。

Claims (14)
1.一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:
原料按质量份计包括:
基体树脂100份,硅烷0.5~20份,第二单体0.1~20份,硅酸酯0.1~4份,有机酸0.01~2份,改性硅氧烷0.1~5份,引发剂0.01~5份,抗氧剂0.01~1份,超临界二氧化碳1~10份,抗预交联助剂0.1~3份,加工助剂0.05~2份;
按以下步骤进行制备:
将硅烷、第二单体、硅酸酯、有机酸、改性硅氧烷、引发剂、抗预交联助剂作为夹带剂按比例混合均匀后,再加入到含定量二氧化碳的反应器中制成超临界二氧化碳混合液;
将加工助剂、基体树脂、超临界二氧化碳混合物按比例加入至双螺杆挤出机中,造粒得到硅烷接枝料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:超临界二氧化碳混合液的制备方法包含以下步骤:
第一步:将常温常压下的二氧化碳在反应器中通过压缩机压缩到较高压力,压力为50-80ba,在较低温度<30℃下使其液化;
第二步:将硅烷、第二单体、硅酸酯、有机酸、改性硅氧烷、引发剂、抗预交联助剂作为夹带剂按比例混合均匀,用高压泵注入反应器,开启反应器混合装置,将各物料混合均匀;
第三步:将压缩后添加助剂的液态二氧化碳混合液通过加热器进行加热,使其达到临界温度,临界温度为31℃~34℃,取决于液化二氧化碳时的压力和温度及添加其它助剂的影响;
第四步:当液态二氧化碳混合物达到临界温度时,会出现液气两相的交界面,此时二氧化碳进入超临界状态,接枝反应中充当较好的反应介质,制备成超临界二氧化碳混合液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:其中双螺杆挤出机的长径比L/D在40:1~64:1之间,螺杆转速为150~500RPM;含有夹带剂的超临界二氧化碳混合物通过计量泵从双螺杆挤出机的第3~5区注入至双螺杆挤出机中,抗氧剂和加工助剂混合后与基体树脂按比例从下料口加入,双螺杆挤出机开启真空抽出未反应的助剂及二氧化碳,其中加工温度为120~250℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基体树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯共聚物、乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-己烯共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、聚丁烯、聚异丁烯、聚己烯、聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡、EVA蜡、聚丙烯酰胺、环聚氟乙烯、聚乙烯醇、烯烃均聚物/共聚物(COP/COC)、聚 4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)及其钠/锌盐材料中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述硅烷为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(2-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲基硅氧烷基硅烷、3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三乙基硅氧烷基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷低聚物、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三乙氧基硅烷、异氰酸酯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述引发剂为过氧化异丙苯、二叔丁基过氧化物、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯、过氧化氢二异丙苯、2,5-二甲基-2,5-二叔丁基过氧化乙烷、过氧化2-乙基己基碳酸叔丁酯、过氧化二苯甲酰、过氧化环己酮、过氧苯甲酸叔丁酯、过氧乙酸叔丁酯、叔丁基过氧化-3,5,5-三甲基己酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、2-三羟甲基丙烷四丙烯酸酯、二甲基丙烯酸二乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第二单体为苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯、丙烯酸及其衍生物、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯、邻苯二酚、对苯二酚和间苯二酚、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、三异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述硅酸酯为四乙氧基硅烷、四丙氧基硅烷、四甲基硅烷和三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机酸为苯甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异戊酸、硬脂酸、脂肪环酸、环戊酸、环己酸、环庚酸中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述改性硅氧烷为聚二甲基硅氧烷、辛酸丙基三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷羟丙基二烷基氨基乙酸酯、聚乙二醇基硅氧烷、聚丙烯醚基、聚醚-硅氧烷共聚物、羟基改性硅氧烷、烷基甲基硅氧烷、羟基甲基硅氧烷共聚物环氧改性硅氧烷、丙二醇基改性硅氧烷、丙烯酸酯硅氧烷、甘油改性硅氧烷、端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和端乙烯基聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷中的一种或几种。
11.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗预交联剂为己内酰胺、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
12.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸十八碳醇酯、1,3,5-三(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)均三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)三酮或异氰脲酸、1,3,5-三(4-叔丁基-3-羟基-2,6-二甲基苄基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-(1H,3H,5H)-三酮、三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、双(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)季戊四醇二亚磷酸酯、季戊四醇二亚磷酸双十八酯中的一种或几种。
13.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述加工助剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硅酮、EBS、PPA含氟加工助剂、石蜡、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、脂肪族酰胺、滑石粉、二[4-(1,1-二甲基乙基)苯甲酰-氧]氢氧化铝、2,2'-亚甲基-双-(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯钠盐中的一种或几种。
14.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅烷官能化聚烯烃材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述超临界二氧化碳加入至双螺杆挤出机时的温度为>30℃,加入时的压力为7.38~10.0mPa。
