The invention aims to overcome the defects of poor recovery effect and high cost of the existing products for helping postpartum recovery of sows, and provides a composition preparation for improving the recovery speed of sows after farrowing and a preparation method thereof; the composition preparation not only utilizes the synergistic interaction of medicated leaven, chinese angelica, dried orange peel, largehead atractylodes rhizome, motherwort herb, prepared fleece flower root, manyflower solomonseal rhizome and liquorice, but also obviously improves the recovery speed of the sow after farrowing; the active ingredients in the raw materials can be released to the greatest extent through targeted enzymolysis treatment and fermentation treatment; meanwhile, more beneficial components beneficial to postpartum recovery of the sow can be generated through metabolism, and the recovery speed of the sow after farrowing is further improved; the composition has good preparation effect and low cost, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
In order to achieve the aim of the invention, the invention provides a composition preparation for improving the recovery speed of sows after farrowing, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of medicated leaven, 5-10 parts of Chinese angelica, 5-8 parts of dried orange peel, 1-5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6-10 parts of motherwort herb, 2-4 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 5-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 8-12 parts of liquorice.
The medicated leaven is Qu Ji prepared by adding flour or bran into the medicated leaven, namely the polygonum hydropiper, the sweet wormwood, the almond paste, the red bean and the fresh xanthium sibiricum, and fermenting, has the effects of strengthening spleen and stomach, promoting digestion and removing food retention, has a health care effect on intestines and stomach of sows, and can promote the ingestion of nutritional ingredients of sows, so that the postpartum recovery speed is improved; preferably, the medicated leaven is 5 parts by weight.
Wherein the radix Angelicae sinensis is root of perennial herb of Umbelliferae, and has blood replenishing effect; activating blood; regulating menstruation and relieving pain; the effects of moistening dryness and lubricating intestines can accelerate the recovery of the uterus of the sow, and the angelica is a common and commonly used raw material medicine, is easy to obtain and has low price; preferably, the weight part of the angelica is 8 parts. .
The dried orange peel is a dried mature pericarp of the Rutaceae plant orange and cultivated varieties thereof, has the effects of regulating qi, strengthening spleen, drying dampness and resolving phlegm, can increase food intake and improve the postpartum recovery speed of sows, is a common raw material medicine, is easy to obtain and has low price; preferably, the weight part of the dried orange peel is 6 parts.
Wherein the bighead atractylodes rhizome belongs to perennial herbaceous plants of the genus atractylis in the family of Compositae; has the functions of strengthening spleen, supplementing qi, drying dampness, promoting diuresis, suppressing sweating and preventing miscarriage, can effectively improve the postpartum recovery speed of sows, is easy to obtain and has low price; preferably, the weight part of the bighead atractylodes rhizome is 3 parts.
Wherein the motherwort is a plant of the genus Leonurus of the family Labiatae, and can form a synergistic effect with the rest of the raw materials in a specific dosage, thereby promoting postpartum uterine contraction and accelerating postpartum sow recovery; and the motherwort is a common raw material medicine and has low price; preferably, the weight portion of the motherwort is 8 portions.
The prepared fleece-flower root is a processed product of fleece-flower root, has black brown or tan surfaces and uneven surfaces, has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney, replenishing essence and blood and strengthening bones and muscles, and can effectively improve the postpartum recovery speed of sows; preferably, the weight part of the bighead atractylodes rhizome is 3 parts.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a method for preparing a composition preparation for improving recovery rate of sow after farrowing, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pulverizing radix Angelicae sinensis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, atractylodis rhizoma, herba Leonuri, radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, rhizoma Polygonati and Glycyrrhrizae radix according to the formula, and mixing to obtain mixed raw materials;
(2) Mixing the mixed raw materials with biological enzyme, and performing enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis product;
(3) Fermenting the enzymolysis product to obtain a fermentation product;
(4) And (3) drying the fermentation product at low temperature, and uniformly mixing the fermentation product with medicated leaven to obtain the composition preparation for improving the recovery speed of the sow after farrowing.
In the step (1), preferably, the crushed particle size of the bulk drug is 100-200 meshes; the smaller the crushing particle size is, the better the release effect of the effective medicinal ingredient is, the better the absorption effect is, the better the enzymolysis and fermentation effects are, but the crushing is too fine, the crushing cost is increased, and the large-scale popularization and application are not facilitated.
Wherein in the step (2), the biological enzyme is pectase and cellulase; through enzymolysis treatment of biological enzymes, more medicinal components can be released, better absorption and faster postpartum recovery speed of the sow.
Preferably, the mass ratio of pectase to cellulase in the biological enzyme is 1:2; the preferable mass ratio, enzymolysis speed and effect are better.
Preferably, the adding mass of the biological enzyme is 0.01-0.1% of the mixed raw materials; the dosage is too large, the enzymolysis is more thorough, but the cost of the biological enzyme is increased, the dosage is too small, the enzymolysis time is long, the effect is poor, and the large-scale production and the application are not facilitated.
Wherein, in the step (2), the water content of the mixed raw materials is controlled to be 25-40% in the enzymolysis treatment process; the enzymolysis temperature is 30-35 ℃ and the enzymolysis time is 6-12h; and the enzymolysis conditions are optimized, so that the enzymolysis effect is good and the speed is high.

Wherein, the addition amount of the zymophyte is preferably 0.05-0.1% of the mass of the enzymolysis product; the dosage is too large, the fermentation is more thorough, but the cost of the zymophyte is increased, the dosage is too small, the fermentation time is long, the effect is poor, and the large-scale production and the application are not facilitated.
Wherein, preferably, the temperature of the fermentation treatment is 25-32 ℃ and the fermentation time is 12-24h; the preferable fermentation conditions have good fermentation effect and high fermentation speed.
Wherein, in the step (4), the low-temperature drying temperature is 40-50 ℃, the preferred drying temperature is lower in energy consumption, and the loss of part of effective medicinal components is avoided; preferably, the moisture content of the dried fermentation product is 10-20%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the medicated leaven, chinese angelica, dried orange peel, bighead atractylodes rhizome, motherwort herb, prepared fleece flower root, rhizoma polygonati and liquorice contained in the composition preparation can effectively utilize the synergistic interaction between the raw material medicines, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the recovery speed of the sow after farrowing.
2. The raw materials used in the composition preparation are common raw materials, and the composition preparation is low in price, low in production cost and suitable for large-scale popularization and application.
3. In the preparation method of the composition preparation, the effective medicinal components in the bulk drug can be more released by targeted enzymolysis treatment, so that the utilization rate of the medicinal components in the bulk drug is improved, and the composition preparation has better effect of improving the recovery speed of the sow after farrowing.
4. In the preparation method of the composition preparation, through targeted fermentation treatment, the release of effective medicinal components in the feed can be promoted, a large amount of components capable of promoting postpartum recovery and nutrient absorption of sows can be produced through metabolism, and the composition preparation has a better effect of improving the recovery speed of the sows after farrowing.

Description of the embodiments
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to test examples and specific embodiments. It should not be construed that the scope of the above subject matter of the present invention is limited to the following embodiments, and all techniques realized based on the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Crushing the raw materials according to a formula to 150 meshes, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed raw material;
(2) Adding biological enzyme (the mass ratio of pectase to cellulase is 1:2) into the mixed raw materials according to the mass percentage of 0.05%, and carrying out enzymolysis treatment for 12 hours at 30 ℃ under the condition of 25% of water content to obtain an enzymolysis product;
(3) Fermenting the enzymolysis product with 0.08% of zymophyte (Aspergillus oryzae, yeast and lactobacillus at mass ratio of 1:1:2) at 28deg.C for 18 hr to obtain fermentation product;
(4) Drying the fermentation product at 45deg.C until the water content is 15%, and mixing with Massa Medicata Fermentata to obtain Chinese medicinal composition preparation.

The formula comprises the following components: the same as in example 1; in the preparation method, when enzymolysis treatment is carried out, the mass ratio of pectase to cellulase in the biological enzyme is 1:1.
The formula comprises the following components: the same as in example 1; in the preparation method, the mass ratio of the aspergillus oryzae to the saccharomycete to the lactobacillus is 1:1:1 when fermentation treatment is carried out.
The formula comprises the following components: the same as in example 1; in the preparation method, only saccharomycetes are adopted for fermentation treatment.
1. Experimental group: the Chinese medicinal composition preparations prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were added to the same pig feed in a weight ratio of 0.3%, and a feeding experiment was performed.
Blank 1: pure pig feed;
blank group 2: 10 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 5 parts of Chinese angelica, 5 parts of lobelia, 15 parts of glossy privet fruit, 5 parts of liquorice, 1 part of lipoic acid and 2 parts of NCG (example 1 in CN 108208338B); the addition amount of the pig feed is 0.3 percent;
pig feed: 45 parts of corn, 25 parts of bean pulp, 25 parts of wheat bran, 1 part of compound vitamin, 10 parts of rice bran and 2 parts of protein powder).
2. Feeding management and measurement index
The farrowing sows are tested (the farrowing times of the sows are all 3 times, the experiment is started 1 day after farrowing) and eat and drink water freely, the farrowing sows are fed with the feed separately, 3 times a day (the time is 7:00, 13:00 and 19:00 respectively), and the immunization program is carried out according to the farrowing sow feeding management program. The whole trial period was 2 weeks (14 days), 3 sows per group.
Average feed intake (in terms of feed) and average weight gain of each group of sows over the test period, as well as average weight gain of piglets over 14 days (5 piglets per sow were randomly selected for statistics) were observed and recorded in detail.
The results are recorded in the following table:

The composition preparation for improving the recovery speed of sows after farrowing is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-6 parts of medicated leaven, 5-10 parts of Chinese angelica, 5-8 parts of dried orange peel, 1-5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 6-10 parts of motherwort herb, 2-4 parts of prepared fleece-flower root, 5-15 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 8-12 parts of liquorice.
2. The composition preparation according to claim 1, wherein the composition preparation for improving the post-farrowing recovery rate of sows is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of medicated leaven, 8 parts of Chinese angelica, 6 parts of dried orange peel, 3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 8 parts of motherwort, 3 parts of prepared fleece flower root, 10 parts of rhizoma polygonati and 10 parts of liquorice.
3. A method of preparing a formulation of a composition for improving post-farrowing recovery of a sow as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pulverizing radix Angelicae sinensis, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, atractylodis rhizoma, herba Leonuri, radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, rhizoma Polygonati and Glycyrrhrizae radix according to the formula, and mixing to obtain mixed raw materials;
(2) Mixing the mixed raw materials with biological enzyme, and performing enzymolysis to obtain an enzymolysis product;
(3) Fermenting the enzymolysis product to obtain a fermentation product;
(4) And (3) drying the fermentation product at low temperature, and uniformly mixing the fermentation product with medicated leaven to obtain the composition preparation for improving the recovery speed of the sow after farrowing.
4. A method of preparing a composition formulation according to claim 3, wherein in step (2) the biological enzymes are pectinase and cellulase in a mass ratio of 1:2.
5. The method for preparing a composition preparation according to claim 3, wherein the amount of the biological enzyme added is 0.01-0.1% of the total amount of the mixed raw materials.
6. A method of preparing a composition formulation according to claim 3, wherein the water content of the mixed raw materials is controlled to be 25-40% during the enzymolysis treatment; the enzymolysis temperature is 30-35 ℃ and the enzymolysis time is 6-12h.
7. The method for producing a composition preparation according to claim 3, wherein the fermentation bacteria in the step (3) are Aspergillus oryzae, yeast and lactic acid bacteria in a mass ratio of 1:1:2.
8. The method for preparing a composition preparation according to claim 7, wherein the addition amount of the fermentation bacteria is 0.05-0.1% of the mass of the enzymolysis product.
9. The method of preparing a formulation of the composition according to claim 7, wherein the fermentation treatment is carried out at a temperature of 25-32 ℃ for a fermentation time of 12-24 hours.
10. The method of preparing a composition according to claim 6, wherein in the step (4), the low-temperature drying is performed at 40-50 ℃, and the water content of the dried fermentation product is 10-20%.
