Description

Traditional Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of animal feed production, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people in China, the demand of people for mutton is greatly increased. In order to improve the yield and the quality of the raw sheep, various feed enterprises compete to improve the nutritional ingredients of the sheep feed, so that various sheep feeds rich in nutrition are produced.
The Chinese patent medicine and the preparation thereof are mostly composed of plant medicines and animal medicines, and the dregs of a decoction for extracting effective components generally contain a large amount of nutrient components such as crude fiber, crude fat, starch, crude polysaccharide, crude protein, amino acid, trace elements and the like, so the dregs of a decoction can be prepared into feed. The traditional Chinese medicine is derived from natural animals and plants, most of the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine are nontoxic or low-toxic, are easy to degrade and metabolize in an animal body, have low residue even no residue, and certain traditional Chinese medicine residues have the effect of promoting the growth of animals, so that the traditional Chinese medicine is an ideal feed raw material.
The mutton sheep full-mixed particle daily ration feeding technology is a novel practical technology, has a synergistic effect in the aspects of improving the feed intake of fattening lambs, realizing balanced nutrition supply, fully exerting the accurate daily ration supply and the lamb weight gain advantage, and plays a crossing role in the large-scale and intensive development of mutton sheep in rural areas, but the research reports on the aspects of fully exploiting and utilizing coarse fodder resources and developing practical low-cost formulas are few at present. The traditional Chinese medicine residues are used as wastes in the traditional Chinese medicine production industry, which not only pollutes the environment, but also causes great resource waste. The medicine dregs are rich in nutrient components such as crude protein, cellulose and the like, and also contain rich medicinal components, thereby having great feed value.
Therefore, the fully mixed pellet feed of the Chinese medicine dregs for the medicated food sheep and the preparation method thereof are urgently needed, wherein the feed has the advantages of balanced nutrition, capability of improving the immunity of the mutton sheep, simplicity in operation, low processing cost, convenience in application, energy conservation and environmental friendliness.

The test is divided into a pre-feeding period of 10 days and a positive test period of 60 days. The test sheep were housed and freely watered twice a day in 8: 00 and 17:00 feeds, and the results of the test are shown in the following table:
TABLE 1 comparison of sheep weight gain
Figure BDA0002875799770000091
As can be seen from Table 1, the daily gain of the sheep fed with the Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed is 323.33g, which is 24.365% higher than that of the control group.
TABLE 2 sheep slaughter test results
Figure BDA0002875799770000092
From table 2, the slaughtering rate of the sheep can be improved by feeding the Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed, and is improved by 6.56% compared with that of the control group.
TABLE 3 test mutton quality determination results
Item Test group Control group
Chroma of red 13.02 9.70
pH 6.01 5.96
Dry matter (%) 24.86 24.97
Crude protein (%) 20.14 16.87
Crude fat (%) 1.56 1.26
Coarse ash (%) 1.15 1.17
As can be seen from Table 3, the red chroma and the crude protein content of mutton can be obviously improved by feeding the Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed, and the red chroma of the mutton is higher when the addition amount is higher; and the content of crude protein in the mutton of the test group is improved by 19.4 percent compared with that of the control group. The feeding of the Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed has no obvious influence on the pH value, dry matter, crude fat and crude ash content of muscles.
TABLE 4 statistics of disease onset
Figure BDA0002875799770000101
As can be seen from Table 4, the incidence of sheep diseases can be obviously reduced and the treatment cost can be reduced by feeding the Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed.
The results of the tests in tables 1-4 show that the test group can obviously improve the daily gain and the slaughter rate of the sheep, enhance the immunity of the sheep, reduce the morbidity and the treatment cost and increase the economic benefit. Meanwhile, the physiological function of the sheep can be improved by feeding the Chinese medicine residue fully-mixed pellet feed, and the nutritive value and the flavor of the meat are improved.
As can be seen from the figures 1 and 2, the black and bright excrement of the sheep fed with the product is like pearls, so that the sheep feed prepared by the method is comprehensive and balanced in nutrition, the immunity of the sheep is improved, and the body of the sheep is relatively healthy.
