Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of livestock breeding, in particular to a method for ecologically breeding sheep in mountainous areas.
Background
The sheep is a large livestock variety in the mountainous area, and is popular with broad farmers due to the characteristics of strong adaptability, wide feeding range, coarse feeding resistance, low investment, fast turnover, stable benefit, high return rate and the like. The sheep raised in the mountainous area can depend on local unique geographical positions, clean air and water sources and rich forage advantages. However, feeding management of the sheep in the mountainous area is extensive, the technical level is low, and particularly, the sheep are lack of scientific and normative technology in the aspects of four-season health care and prevention and treatment of common diseases under various stress conditions.
The production period of the sheep is long, the influence of the change of the climate in four seasons on the sheep is large, and the common phenomenon of 'autumn is fat in summer and thin in winter and spring is dead' of sheep breeding in mountainous areas occurs. The four-season conditioner for Chinese veterinarians is a prescription for conditioning viscera, yin and yang, qi and blood of animals according to seasonal climate change, so as to achieve the effects of health care and disease prevention. The habits of 'spring medicine irrigation' and 'four-season medicine irrigation' are distributed in many places all the time, the disease prevention and health care purpose is achieved by using the four-season conditioner, the influence on the sheep due to the change of the four-season climate is reduced, the feed conversion rate is improved, the condition of fat is increased, the weight is increased, the lamb is well developed, the death rate is reduced, the growth is accelerated, and the like.
The occurrence of diseases of sheep raised in mountainous areas is common, such as common diseases, cold, diarrhea, pneumonia, stomatitis and the like, infectious diseases, infectious aphtha, epidemic ophthalmia, brucellosis, foot-and-mouth disease, sheep plague, sheep pox and the like. As long as the sheep has strong body resistance, diseases are not easy to occur, the Chinese herbal medicine additive for improving the body immunity can prevent the diseases, the risk of sheep raising by farmers in mountainous areas can be reduced, the loss is reduced, green and safe products are provided for consumers, and the important significance is achieved in ensuring healthy, safe and efficient breeding of sheep raising industry.
At present, the functional requirements of consumers in China on meat products are more urgent, and the consumption structure of the meat products is gradually changed. Due to the fact that the growth speed of pork pigs and broiler chickens is too high, the palatability of the pork is poorer and poorer. The problem that hormone and drug residues used by some pig and chicken farmers exceed standards in the feeding process also causes worry of people. Thus, there is an increasing preference for herbivorous livestock and poultry meat products. The sheep is mainly fed with forage grass, has low cholesterol content in meat, tender muscle fiber, moderate fat and thin meat, contains much phospholipid and is easy to digest, so that the sheep is an ideal meat product and is deeply favored by consumers. Meanwhile, the development of herbivorous livestock is also an important component part for strategic adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and animal husbandry structure in China, and the ecological sheep raising mode which is grain-saving, efficient, high-quality, environment-friendly and safe accords with national conditions in China and has good development prospect is achieved. Therefore, only by developing the ecological sheep raising industry, the synchronous development of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit can be ensured, the quality and the grade of domestic animal products are really improved, and the sustainable development of the domestic animal raising industry is promoted.
The sheep raising industry in China has a high development speed and remarkable achievements, and the proportion of the sheep raising industry in national economy is also improved year by year. However, the feeding management is extensive, the technical level is low, scientific sheep raising technology is lacked, various epidemic diseases often appear in a sheep group, the death rate of lambs in some regions is up to more than 15%, and the situation is more serious especially when livestock are in a drowsy season in winter and spring. Compared with the developed sheep raising industry, the method has the problems of variety degradation, low feeding level and product quality, imperfect breeding and breeding system and social service system, backward infrastructure construction, low economic benefit and the like, and restricts the development of the sheep raising industry in China to a certain extent.
At present, diseases are still key restriction factors influencing the breeding benefits of the goats in the mountainous area at the present stage. The mountainous region breeders usually adopt measures of nutrition enhancement, intensive management, antibiotic medicine feeding and the like for prevention and treatment, and have certain effects but do not take the root. Since the discovery that antibiotics, chemical synthetic drugs and steroid hormones as feed additives are remained in livestock and poultry products and bring harm to human health, relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad seek to improve and replace the additives such as antibiotics and the like, so that the traditional natural traditional Chinese medicine feed additives in China are produced and increasingly developed. The application and research of Chinese medicinal formulae or natural products as feed additives are increasingly receiving attention at home and abroad. The information of the method is explored from the veterinary formulas in the past and the present, and the method is very beneficial to enriching and developing feed additives in China. Compared with antibiotics, the Chinese herbal medicine has the advantages of safety, health, no toxicity, no harm, low residue and the like. Besides, the traditional Chinese medicine feed additive contains various amino acids, vitamins, trace elements and other substances, and can enhance the metabolism of organisms and promote the synthesis of protein and enzyme, thereby promoting the growth, improving the fertility and the production performance, preventing and treating diseases, improving the feed reward and increasing the feeding benefit. The application of the traditional Chinese medicine feed additive in the sheep raising industry can save cost, reduce death and improve economic benefit.
Long-distance transportation, turning around, weighing, epidemic prevention injection and the like are some inevitable links in sheep raising. An excessively intense or prolonged stress state inevitably causes the reduction of the adaptive capacity of the body, destroys the adaptive potential and finally causes the occurrence and development of diseases. The stress can be reflected quickly or slowly in a period of time, the sheep die when heavy, the death rate reaches 9%, the sheep can slowly gain weight when light, even lose weight when losing weight, and the body function of the sheep is damaged.

The addition of ZHENGQI powder can reduce the content of MDA in sheep serum. The traditional Chinese medicine adding groups have lower MDA content in the sheep serum than the sheep serum of the control group (the group without the traditional Chinese medicine adding groups), and the difference is obvious (P is less than 0.05); the difference of the formula of example 1 is more remarkable than that of other groups (P <0.05), and the addition of the formula of example 1 and the formula of example 2 is not remarkable (P > 0.05).
The results of the content changes of IgG and IgM in the sera of the sheep of examples 1 to 3 and the control group (without the Chinese medicinal additive Zhengqi powder, only with the basic ration) are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 content of IgG and IgM in sheep serum
Control group | Example 1 | Example 2 | Example 3 | |
IgG content | 6.334a±0.368 | 8.407b±0.522 | 6.570a±0.620 | 7.010a±0.099 |
IgM content | 0.324a±0.064 | 0.502a±0.020 | 0.352a±0.034 | 0.440a±0.008 |
Note: the same difference in lower case is not significant (P > 0.05); the difference between the lower case is significant (P < 0.05); the difference between the upper and lower cases is very significant (P < 0.01).
The results in Table 3 show that the addition of Zhengqi san can increase the IgG and IgM contents in the sheep serum. Serum IgG content, example 1 differed significantly (P <0.05) compared to the other groups, and example 2, example 3 and the control group did not differ significantly (P > 0.05). The differences of the serum IgM content and the comparison among the added groups are not obvious (P >0.05), but the addition ratio is not increased, particularly, the serum IgM content of the example 1 is highest.
The immunoglobulin is an important component of the immune system of animals and plays an important role, wherein IgG is a main component of serum immunoglobulin, is the main force of resisting infection of the body, has the function of mainly playing a protective role in the immunity of the body, and can resist bacteria and viruses under most conditions. The addition of the vital qi powder can enhance the generation of serum IgG and IgM for sheep and has an enhancing effect on sheep immune function.

As can be seen from Table 5, the weight average of the four-season conditioning and health-care agent with different addition ratios is lower than that of the four-season conditioning and health-care agent without the Chinese herbal medicines, and the weight average of the four-season conditioning and health-care agent in example 6(1.5 wt% addition) and the four-season conditioning and health-care agent in example 7(2 wt% addition) is lower than that of the other addition groups. The fact that 1.5 wt% and 2 wt% of Chinese herbal medicines are added has a large influence on the production performance of the sheep, the average daily gain can be remarkably increased, the material-to-weight ratio is remarkably reduced, and the economic benefit of cultivation is increased. The weight ratio of the added Chinese herbal medicines is obviously reduced compared with that of the components without the added Chinese herbal medicines, so that the production performance of the sheep can be improved.
In addition, the additive is popularized and applied in 13 sheep raising farms in regions such as water balancing, baoding, zhangjiakou, shijiazhuang and chenchen table, the weight increasing effect is obvious, and the average daily gain is increased by 30 g compared with that without the additive.
