其三,占合在一起的面料从下料板的中间穿过去,输送电机通过输送辊带动面料从下料板中牵引传送,下料板在出料的过程中,电动推杆带动下料板来回拉扯,这就可以让下料板来回扭转一定的角度,下料板底端吐出来的面料会来回折叠一层层的,实现了自动堆叠面料的效果。

如图1-5所示的一种耐腐蚀水域救援服面料的加工设备,包括侧立板1,所述侧立板1分为上下两组,所述侧立板1的顶端旋转安装有物料辊2,且物料辊2的下方旋转安装有调节辊3,所述调节辊3的后方旋转安装有下料辊4,下料辊4安装在步进电机401的输出端上,上下两组侧立板1中间的调节辊3和下料辊4相互贴合在一起且保留四毫米间距,所述侧立板1的侧壁上还设置有蘸料轴座501,蘸料轴座501的一侧旋转安装有胶粘辊5,胶粘辊5的上设置有喷胶组件,所述面料从物料辊2上牵引出来且绕过调节辊3和下料辊4,所述侧立板1的中间设置有避让豁口101,且避让豁口101的一侧设置有压合组件,所述侧立板1的下方设置有收纳组件,将原始的面料从物料辊2扯下来并且绕过调节辊3和下料辊4,下料辊4带动面料一步步往前推进的同时,胶粘辊5也在旋转,胶粘辊5上的喷胶嘴每一次贴合在面料上的时候喷一点叫就形成了涂胶层,所述喷胶组件包括蘸料轴座501侧壁上的喷胶嘴,喷胶嘴朝向面料的时候距离面料一厘米,且蘸料轴座501的内部为中空,中空的腔室里安装有胶液泵和胶液物料,胶粘辊5通过联动组件连接到下料辊4上,喷胶嘴朝向面料的时候,胶液泵抽取胶液物料从喷胶嘴射到面料上,所述联动组件包括下料辊4端头的驱动轮602,胶粘辊5的端头设置有从动轮6,从动轮6和驱动轮602之间通过联合皮带601连接,下料辊4带动面料一步步往前推进的同时,下料辊4通过驱动端头的驱动轮602带动联合皮带601和从动轮6旋转,进而胶粘辊5也会从动轮6同步旋,转实现了联动的效果,所述压合组件包括侧立板1侧壁上的延伸导轨8,延伸导轨8上滑动安装有延伸滑块801,延伸滑块801的顶端设置有载物台802,载物台802的上方设置有压合框805,压合框805通过挑梁桥804和安装法兰803固定连接到载物台802的顶面上,所述压合框805的内侧设置有压合轮毂组件,所述载物台802连接到压合气缸806的输出端上,压合气缸806固定在侧立板1的内侧壁上,压合气缸806带动载物台802和其顶端的压合框805从避让豁口101中穿过去,压合框802在穿插的过程中,面料停止运行,压合轮毂组件会在涂胶层902的位置进行碾压,所述压合轮毂组件包括两排翻边支架807,前排翻边支架807的端头旋转安装有第一压合盘808,第一压合盘808的外侧套装一圈环形相匹囊,后排翻边支架807的端头旋转安装有第二压合盘809,第二压合盘809的外侧套装有钢圈,第一压合盘808和第二压合盘809会轮流在涂胶层902的位置压一下,让涂胶层902连接在一起,后续的组装只需要把条形皮囊从涂胶层之间插进去。
所述收纳组件包括固定设置的卸料框架7,卸料框架7的内侧设置有滑行线槽,所述卸料框架7的两侧还设置有竖直状态的槽口架703,槽口架703通过避让桥704连接到卸料框架7的顶面上,所述卸料框架7的上方设置有下料板701,下料板701的顶端设置有升降圆杆702,升降圆杆702滑动穿插在槽口架703的内侧,下料板701的底端设置有平移杆,平移杆穿插在滑行线槽里,滑行线槽和槽口架703中均涂抹有机油,所述平移杆连接到电动推杆705的输出杆上,所述下料板701的中间设置有六厘米宽的夹缝,夹缝里设置有运料机构,占合在一起的面料从下料板701的中间穿过去,运料机构将合并在一起的面料输送到下料板的下方,电动推杆705带动下料板701来回扭转一定的角度,进而面料会反复折叠一层层的。
所述运料机构包括下料板701内侧的两个运输辊,其中一个运输辊连接到输送电机706的输出端上,输出杆的另一端均设置有对接齿轮707,对接齿轮707相互啮合,输送电机706带动其中一个输送辊旋转,另一个输送辊通过对接齿轮的组合一起旋转,两个输送辊一起带动面料从下料板中牵引传送。
工作原理:该水域消防面料具有双层结构,且双层结构之间设置有条形囊,条行囊可以在使用的时候插进涂胶层902之间的间隙,消防服在不使用的时候把条行囊抽出来以便于节省折叠空间,且条行囊烂了之后还可以随意更换新的,且荧光条在夜间救援的时候增加了识别度,根据消防服制造的需要,可以将涂胶层902之间的间距设置更大一点,让涂胶层902可以塞入更大的条行囊,以便于组件浮力,消防服制作成背心的时候,背心在体表的覆盖比较少,这就需要填入更大的条行囊,将原始的面料从物料辊2扯下来并且绕过调节辊3和下料辊4,下料辊4带动面料一步步往前推进的同时,胶粘辊5也在旋转,胶粘辊5上的喷胶嘴每一次贴合在面料上的时候喷一点叫就形成了涂胶层,喷胶嘴朝向面料的时候,胶液泵抽取胶液物料从喷胶嘴射到面料上,下料辊4带动面料一步步往前推进的同时,下料辊4通过驱动端头的驱动轮602带动联合皮带601和从动轮6旋转,进而胶粘辊5也会从动轮6同步旋,转实现了联动的效果,压合气缸806带动载物台802和其顶端的压合框805从避让豁口101中穿过去,压合框802在穿插的过程中,面料停止运行,压合轮毂组件会在涂胶层902的位置进行碾压,第一压合盘808和第二压合盘809会轮流在涂胶层902的位置压一下,让涂胶层902连接在一起,后续的组装只需要把条形皮囊从涂胶层之间插进去,占合在一起的面料从下料板701的中间穿过去,运料机构将合并在一起的面料输送到下料板的下方,电动推杆705带动下料板701来回扭转一定的角度,进而面料会反复折叠一层层的,输送电机706带动其中一个输送辊旋转,另一个输送辊通过对接齿轮的组合一起旋转,两个输送辊一起带动面料从下料板中牵引传送。

1.一种耐腐蚀水域救援服面料的加工设备,其特征在于:包括侧立板(1),所述侧立板(1)分为上下两组,所述侧立板(1)的顶端旋转安装有物料辊(2),且物料辊(2)的下方旋转安装有调节辊(3),所述调节辊(3)的后方旋转安装有下料辊(4),下料辊(4)安装在步进电机(401)的输出端上,上下两组侧立板(1)中间的调节辊(3)和下料辊(4)相互贴合在一起且保留四毫米间距,所述侧立板(1)的侧壁上还设置有蘸料轴座(501),蘸料轴座(501)的一侧旋转安装有胶粘辊(5),胶粘辊(5)的上设置有喷胶组件,所述面料从物料辊(2)上牵引出来且绕过调节辊(3)和下料辊(4),所述侧立板(1)的中间设置有避让豁口(101),且避让豁口(101)的一侧设置有压合组件,所述侧立板(1)的下方设置有收纳组件,所述喷胶组件包括蘸料轴座(501)侧壁上的喷胶嘴,喷胶嘴朝向面料的时候距离面料一厘米,且蘸料轴座(501)的内部为中空,中空的腔室里安装有胶液泵和胶液物料,胶粘辊(5)通过联动组件连接到下料辊(4)上,所述联动组件包括下料辊(4)端头的驱动轮(602),胶粘辊(5)的端头设置有从动轮(6),从动轮(6)和驱动轮(602)之间通过联合皮带(601)连接,所述压合组件包括侧立板(1)侧壁上的延伸导轨(8),延伸导轨(8)上滑动安装有延伸滑块(801),延伸滑块(801)的顶端设置有载物台(802),载物台(802)的上方设置有压合框(805),压合框(805)通过挑梁桥(804)和安装法兰(803)固定连接到载物台(802)的顶面上,所述压合框(805)的内侧设置有压合轮毂组件,所述载物台(802)连接到压合气缸(806)的输出端上,压合气缸(806)固定在侧立板(1)的内侧壁上,所述压合轮毂组件包括两排翻边支架(807),前排翻边支架(807)的端头旋转安装有第一压合盘(808),第一压合盘(808)的外侧套装一圈环形相匹囊,后排翻边支架(807)的端头旋转安装有第二压合盘(809),第二压合盘(809)的外侧套装有钢圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀水域救援服面料的加工设备,其特征在于:所述收纳组件包括固定设置的卸料框架(7),卸料框架(7)的内侧设置有滑行线槽,所述卸料框架(7)的两侧还设置有竖直状态的槽口架(703),槽口架(703)通过避让桥(704)连接到卸料框架(7)的顶面上,所述卸料框架(7)的上方设置有下料板(701),下料板(701)的顶端设置有升降圆杆(702),升降圆杆(702)滑动穿插在槽口架(703)的内侧,下料板(701)的底端设置有平移杆,平移杆穿插在滑行线槽里,滑行线槽和槽口架(703)中均涂抹有机油,所述平移杆连接到电动推杆(705)的输出杆上,所述下料板(701)的中间设置有六厘米宽的夹缝,夹缝里设置有运料机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐腐蚀水域救援服面料的加工设备,其特征在于:所述运料机构包括下料板(701)内侧的两个运输辊,其中一个运输辊连接到输送电机(706)的输出端上,输出杆的另一端均设置有对接齿轮(707),对接齿轮(707)相互啮合。
