Abstract

本发明揭示了一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,包括输布装置、涂胶装置、理布装置、复合装置、收料装置、控制装置;输布装置包括输布辊、调节辊;涂胶装置包括涂胶辊、胶槽,涂胶辊中空,内部设有圆柱状进胶筒,进胶筒表面设有若干个进胶口,涂胶辊圆周面上包覆有包覆层,包覆层外表面设有若干个等距间隔排列的弧线突起,突起顶端设有出胶口,进胶口的位置与突起的位置一致;理布装置包括弹性滑杆,弹性滑杆两侧设有定位块;复合装置包括压轮,收料装置包括烘筒、卷绕辊、除静电棒,烘筒内设有离子风机。本发明服装布料涂胶复合装置能够平整地粘合服装布料,降低了劳动强度,提高了服装布料加工效率,保证服装布料美观、平整。

一种服装布料涂胶复合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及服装布料加工领域,具体涉及一种服装布料涂胶复合装置。
背景技术
在服装布料加工过程中,需要将不同的服装布料粘合在一起,由于不同的服装布料的弹性不同、重量不同,在粘合过程中不同服装布料的延展性不同,粘合后的服装布料前后平整度不同,产生轻微褶皱,影响服装布料品质。而且现有的服装布料粘合装置的涂胶量不易控制,当涂胶量过少时复合粘度不高,当涂胶量过多时,涂胶从服装布料两侧溢出,污染了服装布料,需要对服装布料进行清洗工艺,加大了劳动强度,提高了生产成本,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、使用方便、能够平整的粘合服装布料、粘合度高的服装布料涂胶复合装置。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明一实施方式提供一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,包括输布装置、涂胶装置、理布装置、复合装置、收料装置、控制装置;所述输布装置包括输布辊、调节辊;所述涂胶装置包括涂胶辊、胶槽,所述涂胶辊一端设有转轴,另一端与所述胶槽连接,所述涂胶辊中空,内部设有圆柱状进胶筒,所述进胶筒表面设有若干个进胶口,所述涂胶辊圆周面上包覆有包覆层,所述包覆层外表面设有若干个等距间隔排列的弧线突起,所述突起顶端设有出胶口,所述进胶口的位置与所述突起的位置一致;所述理布装置包括弹性滑杆,所述弹性滑杆两侧设有定位块;所述复合装置包括压轮,所述收料装置包括烘筒、卷绕辊、除静电棒,所述烘筒内设有离子风机,所述除静电棒位于所述卷绕辊外侧,所述除静电棒贴近于所述卷绕辊的滚动面。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述输布辊的线速度小于所述调节辊的线速度,所述调节辊的线速度等于所述压轮的线速度。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述输布装置的数量为2个。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述涂胶装置上方设有加热装置,所述加热装置为热蒸气。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述突起与所述涂胶辊的轴线相垂直。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述输布辊、所述调节辊、所述压轮与所述控制装置电性连接。
作为本发明一实施方式的进一步改进,所述涂胶辊包括第一涂胶辊、第二涂胶辊,所述第一涂胶辊外表面的突起与所述第二涂胶辊外表面的突起交错设置。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的输布装置包括输布辊、调节辊,可以使服装布料在粘合前定位准确;在涂胶辊圆周面上包覆有包覆层,在包覆层外表面设有若干个等距间隔排列的弧线突起,不仅粘合度高,而且节省了涂胶量;收料装置包括设有离子风机的烘筒、除静电棒,可以有效降低服装布料粘合、运转过程中产生的静电,避免了在收料过程中易松散、不能很好的卷绕。本发明能够平整地粘合服装布料,降低了劳动强度,提高了服装布料加工效率,保证服装布料美观、平整。

请参阅附图1,本发明的服装布料涂胶复合装置,包括:
输布装置1,其用于输送服装布料,包括输布辊11、调节辊12,所述输布装置1的数量为2个,分别用于输送需要复合的两种服装布料,这两种服装布料的成分可以相同,也可以不同;
涂胶装置2,请参阅附图2,其用于对服装布料进行涂胶,便于对需要复合的两种服装布料进行粘合,包括涂胶辊21、胶槽22,所述涂胶辊21一端设有转轴,另一端与所述胶槽22连接,所述转轴用于使所述涂胶辊21沿着轴线旋转,所述胶槽22用于对所述涂胶辊21提供胶水;所述涂胶辊21中空,内部设有圆柱状进胶筒,所述进胶筒表面设有若干个进胶口,所述涂胶辊21圆周面上包覆有包覆层23,所述包覆层23外表面设有若干个等距间隔排列的弧线突起24,所述突起24顶端设有出胶口251,所述进胶口的位置与所述突起24的位置一致;所述突起24与所述涂胶辊21的轴线相垂直;所述涂胶辊21包括第一涂胶辊211、第二涂胶辊212,所述第一涂胶辊外表面的突起与所述第二涂胶辊外表面的突起交错设置,可以使两种服装布料上的胶水交错分布,提高了粘合度;
理布装置3,其用于防止服装布料在粘合前发生移位,所述理布装置3包括弹性滑杆,所述弹性滑杆两侧设有定位块;
复合装置4,其用于使服装布料牢固地粘合在一起,复合装置4包括压轮41;
收料装置5,其用于对复合后的面料进行卷绕,便于储存、后处理,所述收料装置5包括烘筒51、卷绕辊52、除静电棒53,所述烘筒51内设有离子风机,所述除静电棒53位于所述卷绕辊52外侧,所述除静电棒53贴近于所述卷绕辊52的滚动面,所述烘筒51为上设有塑料网,不仅便于复合后的服装布料上的胶水快速变干,而且避免了由于所述离子风机温度过热造成的服装布料损坏,所述离子风机、除静电棒53均可以有效降低服装布料上的静电,避免了在收料过程中易松散、不能很好的卷绕;
控制装置6,其与所述输布辊11、所述调节辊12、所述压轮41电性连接,所述控制装置6可以通过调节所述输布辊11、所述调节辊12、所述压轮41的旋转速度,实现服装布料在涂胶过程中处于拉伸状态。
需要说明的是,所述输布辊11的线速度小于所述调节辊12的线速度,所述调节辊12的线速度等于所述压轮41的线速度,当两种服装布料的重量、成分不同时,很易导致服装布料在粘合过程中出现轻微褶皱,可以通过所述控制装置6控制所述调节辊12的线速度,使服装布料在涂胶前处于拉伸状态,保证了复合后的服装布料美观、平整。
进一步的,所述涂胶装置2上方设有加热装置7,所述加热装置7为热蒸气,所述加热装置7的开口为喇叭状,朝向所述涂胶装置2和所述复合装置4,提高服装布料复合效率。
下面简单说明本发明一实施例中的服装布料涂胶复合装置的工作过程:
首先将需要复合的两种服装布料分别安装在两个输布装置1上,两种服装布料分别依次通过输布辊11、调节辊12、涂胶辊21后经过压轮41实现复合,复合后的面料经过烘筒51、卷绕辊52,进行卷绕,便于储存、后处理。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,其特征在于,包括输布装置、涂胶装置、理布装置、复合装置、收料装置、控制装置;所述输布装置包括输布辊、调节辊;所述涂胶装置包括涂胶辊、胶槽,所述涂胶辊一端设有转轴,另一端与所述胶槽连接,所述涂胶辊中空,内部设有圆柱状进胶筒,所述进胶筒表面设有若干个进胶口,所述涂胶辊圆周面上包覆有包覆层,所述包覆层外表面设有若干个等距间隔排列的弧线突起,所述突起顶端设有出胶口,所述进胶口的位置与所述突起的位置一致;所述理布装置包括弹性滑杆,所述弹性滑杆两侧设有定位块;所述复合装置包括压轮,所述收料装置包括烘筒、卷绕辊、除静电棒,所述烘筒内设有离子风机,所述除静电棒位于所述卷绕辊外侧,所述除静电棒贴近于所述卷绕辊的滚动面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,其特征在于:所述输布辊的线速度小于所述调节辊的线速度,所述调节辊的线速度等于所述压轮的线速度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,其特征在于:所述输布装置的数量为2个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,其特征在于:所述涂胶装置上方设有加热装置,所述加热装置为热蒸气。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种服装布料涂胶复合装置,其特征在于:所述输布辊、所述调节辊、所述压轮与所述控制装置电性连接。
