吸收性制品
技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸收性制品。
背景技术
吸收性制品是很久以来就熟知的卫生用品。例如用作尿布，失禁垫层或妇女卫生巾。吸收性制品的设计能吸收及贮存液态的身体排出物如尿，月经或血液。例如妇女卫生巾是用于吸收经期前，经期内以及经期后排出的流体。妇女卫生巾是带在体外，区别于塞入妇女阴道内的筛球，这种棉球称为“体内用品”。
已知的吸收性制品在使用中常出现的缺点是朝向人体的表面在吸入液体后会呈现出湿的区域，使用者就会感觉不舒适。通过试验表明，某些妇女卫生巾在仅吸入其理论吸收液体容量的5％时就已经返湿。另一个缺点是使用过的吸收性制品表面常留下由体内排出的流体形成的可见残余物，这就使使用者不能使制品充分达到吸收液体的能力而更频繁的更换吸收性制品。
发明内容
为此本发明的任务就是提供一种吸收性制品以及一种定向导出局部排出的液体的方法，能最大限度地发挥吸收性制品的贮存液体物料的吸收能力，并且还在较长时间使用后吸收性制品朝向人体的一面尽可能留下少的使用痕迹。
本发明是通过按照下面提出的吸收性制品来达此目的。本发明提出的吸收性制品的其他优越性在说明书和附图中加以说明。
本发明的吸收性制品包括有前段和后段，并通过中间段联接在一起。在使用时朝向身体的制品层由液体可渗透的材料组成，而背向身体的制品层则由液体不可渗透的材料组成。在朝向身体的液体可渗透层与背向人体的液体不可渗透层之间夹入的中间层能将进入吸收性制品的流体按照优选的方向分配在制品中。下文将此层称为液体分配层。按照本发明，吸收性制品中还含有能将进入制品的液体吸收和滞留的层(称为液体贮存层；又称为吸收体)。液体分配层包括一个附加通道以及一波纹形通道，所述附加通道和波纹形通道的定义为：附加通道设有最顶层和至少两层，其中该两层设有漏斗形孔，该漏斗形孔被排列为使漏斗形孔的锥尖面向液体贮存层；所述波纹形通道沿与该吸收性制品垂直的方向呈波纹形，沿纵向形成输送通道，该波纹形通道位于液体分配层的最顶层之上，从而将液体转移到该吸收性制品的前段和/或后段，然后转移到相应的前段和/或后段的液体贮存层中。所述附加通道和波纹形通道的定义还在下文中有所介绍。通过本发明的吸收性制品的特定结构，就可将进入制品的液体优选贮存在制品的两端部分。此外在所谓“底部先充满”的作用下，使液体更易于贮存在制品的下层。
液体分配层的设计最好是使进入吸收体的液体从位于中心区域的吸收点导向制品的前端及后端部分。在吸收制品为长形时，液体在制品中按纵向分布。
液体分配层可延伸到吸收性制品和液体贮存层的全部宽度上。如果吸收制品中使用有效的液体输送系统，则液体分配层的宽度可以较吸收性制品和液体贮存层的最小宽度略小些。
为了达到向制品前后两端排液的效果，可将分配层设计成包括所述波纹形或绉褶形的通道，波纹形通道的排列是将流体按纵向优选地导向制品的两端。波纹形或绉褶形通道可例如用本身不具有吸收性的无纺材料制成，可以防止通道上的液体长期停滞在那里。波纹形通道既可用于疏通液体还可用于保持各层间的距离。此外波纹形通道还可加上颜料以预防吸有液体的吸收体显示穿透，这样可以提高该吸收性制品的穿戴者，特别是女性穿戴者主观上的清洁感。
所述波纹形通道最好与一层所述附加通道联结，一方面使波纹形通道稳定，另一方面还可协助渗入制品的液体按定向输送。特别适合于制造这种通道的材料是所谓“防绉空气干燥材料(UCTAD-材料)。
一种优选使用的UCTAD材料包含至少按干物料计算为10％(重量)的高柔性浆粕纤维(high yield pulp filers)，还加入一定量的耐湿剂，足以使物料的湿抗断强度对干抗断强度之比约为0.1。高柔性浆粕纤维中含大量的木质素，它会使纤维具有湿弹性。由这种耐湿剂形成的树脂粘接物可以将湿弹性的纤维固定在片状结构中，它与条状结构配合达到干燥(干透)的目的。在干燥过程中由耐湿剂形成的粘接物会硬化，从而使相应的通道在湿态下还具有较高的弹性。通道一直保持这种特性，因为在UCTAD加工中不出现起绉步骤或其他步骤以破坏这种粘结物。因此，UCTAD-材料特别适合于液体输送，因为它在湿态也是稳定的。
本发明吸收性制品的液体分配层的另一种实施方案是这样安置的，即波纹形通道在延伸到吸收性制品的整个宽度的液体可渗透衬托材料上打褶，而波纹形通道只占衬托物料全宽度的一部分。在波纹形通道连同衬托体的下方还安排附加通道。前面提出的粘合无纺材料或UCTAD材料都是适合于制造波纹形通道或衬托体下方的通道的材料。衬托体也是用粘合无纺材料制造。
本发明的吸收性制品的另一个主要特点是将流体由液体分配层输送到安置在制品的前端和/或后端的至少部分液体贮存层的方法。这些方法可能就是例如液体分配层本身用紧压的方式使它与液体贮存层紧密接触，例如用转筒滚压法。比较优越的是这些在紧压时互相接触的部分均制成凸起的点状。
从液体分配层将液体向液体贮存层输送还可借助用粘合剂将上述两层粘接来加强，亲水性粘接剂是特别适合的胶粘物质。用胶粘剂粘接液体分配层与液体贮存层也最好采用点状接触。制成几何图案也是很有利的，例如菱形图案对从液体分配层到液体贮存层的液体输送特别有效。
按照本发明吸收性制品，液体分配层的附加通道包含许多漏斗形的孔，漏斗形孔的锥尖朝向液体贮存层。通过漏斗形孔确保液体从液体分配层向液体贮存层定向排放。此外，这种漏斗形孔使液体分配层与液体贮存层之间保持一定距离，以防止液体从液体贮存层向液体分配层回流。在优选与绉褶形通道连接的附加的通道中也设置这种漏斗形孔。

提高液体贮存区域的贮液能力也就加强了从液体分配层向液体贮存层或称吸收体的定向液体输送，促使液体优先转移到吸收体内。如果液体贮存层用浆粕材料构成，则可将浆粕材料密实以增大其贮液能力。密实会使孔或孔经缩小从而提高毛细管作用。另一种提高吸收体内局部区域的保留液体的容量的方法是在这一区域范围提供超强吸收材料。
在上述情况下，如果希望吸收体能充分发挥其贮液作用，比较有利的是首先将液体贮存在吸收性制品的末端，等到末端的贮液能力充分发挥后才将流体引向物体的中部。这样才能充分利用吸收体的吸湿能力，使穿戴者或女性穿戴者不致过于频繁地更换其吸收性制品。
为进一步改善吸收体为液体所定向充满，可使在吸收性制品中段的附加通道上不含漏斗形开口，而只在吸收性制品的前段和/或后段有漏斗形开口。这样就可防止在吸收性制品中部吸入的液体直接进入液体进入处下方的液体贮存层。因为直接进入液体贮存层是不符合要求的，它会导致吸收性制品的吸收能力不能充分发挥就已出现制品面向身体的表面的返湿。
返湿的危害还可通过在吸收性制品的边缘部及流体分配层之间安置防止流体渗透的隔离层来消除。特别是在流体分配层的宽度b小于流体贮存层的最小宽度B时特别推荐这种隔离层。隔离层的作用就是不让从流体贮存层穿透出来的液体越过液体分配层到达吸收性制品的表面，而提高吸收性制品的穿戴舒适性。
此外，在本发明的吸收性制品还可在液体渗透层与液体分配层之间加一层液体吸收层。这种液体吸收层并不是用来当作主贮存层或次贮存层用。它的作用只是收集那些再从液体贮存层流出的液体或未能进入贮存层的液体，不让这些液体穿透到吸收性制品的表面。这种液体吸收层的功能可看作是在流体贮存层超负荷时在吸收性制品的表面返湿之前能将多余的流体吸收和贮存起来的贮存方法。为了不必要地阻碍液体吸收体以及液体分配层对液体的分配，最好在液体吸收层的中心部分留下穿过整个层厚的孔。孔的位置应正好朝向穿戴吸收性制品者排出需要吸收的液体的部位。液体吸收层可由浆粕材料组成或含这种浆粕材料。浆粕材料层是松软的，可以提高由此制成的吸收性制品的穿戴舒适性。
另一种适合制造液体吸收层的材料是一种浆粕材料混合物，如商品名为Coform的材料。Coform材料由浆粕纤维与聚丙烯纤维按不同比例混合而成，这种聚丙烯纤维经挤压。液体吸收层及液体贮存层都可用这种材料制造。
本发明的吸收性制品的液体不渗透阻挡层及液体不渗透盖面层可用聚乙烯、聚丙烯或其混合物制造。为了在穿戴时吸收性制品能准确附着在身上防止滑动，可在液体不渗透盖面层的向外层上加粘性层，由它将吸收性制品固定在衣物上。
本发明的吸收性制品中还可利用附加方法以改进液体的定向输送，例如增设液体优选输送方向的通道。这种附加通道设在液体分配层与液体贮存层之间是有利的。
液体可渗透层与液体吸收层的结合可容易地例如采用点压法完成。
本发明的吸收性制品特别适用作妇女卫生巾。妇女卫生衬垫或其他卫生用品的夹入层。

具体实施方式
图1示出吸收性制品10包括前段12，后段14以及联接前后段的中部16。标号18是液体可渗透层，它由含较多的色料的粘合无纺材料制成，标号20是液体不渗透层。置于液体可渗透层18下面的是液体分配层22。按照图1中的实施方案是通过波纹形通道26将液体定向导入制品10的两端。波纹形通道26置于另一褶合的附加通道28上面。波纹形通道26用无纺材料制成(含颜料的粘合无纺材料)，附加通道28则用UCTAD-材料制成。附加通道28的边缘部分向下折转使这打褶部分正好平行延伸于波纹形通道。附加通道28的折转部分上有漏斗形孔30。在附加通道28的下方是液体贮存层24。
按照本发明的吸收性制品的另一优选实施方案，吸收性制品还可含有一层液体吸收层32。此液体吸收层32是用来收集已被液体贮存层收留又从这里排出的、并从液体分配层的边缘穿过的液体，在该液体通过液体可渗透层18有可能穿过吸收性制品表面之前就被液体吸收层32截获。特别有利的是，在流体吸收层32的中心部分留有穿孔34。中心孔34在使用吸收性制品时正好与穿戴者或女性穿戴者排出需被吸收的液体的身体部位对准。中心孔34的作用是，在吸入的液体到达液体分配层22之前不需穿过吸收性材料，促使液体按照所希望的分配沿着吸收体的纵向分布。液体可渗透层18及波纹形通道26用含颜料的无纺材料制成。这样就可达到从吸收性制品表面看不见在液体贮存层24中包含的液体，从而提高了消费者接受这种吸收性制品的意愿。虽然在使用中吸收性制品已吸收了很多的液体，但从外观上也几乎看不出来。
图2示出沿图1中的线2-2对本发明吸收性制品的纵截面功能图。箭头表示流体在吸收性制品内部的流动情况。液体穿过液体可渗透层18到达液体分配层22上。液体分配层22不让液体直接进入液体贮存层24，而是定向转移到吸收性制品的前端12或后端14。液体从液体分配层22转移到液体贮存层24最好在液体贮存层24的具有高液体滞留能力的24a部分进行。贮存层24由浆粕材料构成，密实浆粕材料就提高24a部分的液体吸收能力，图2中用较密的斜线将这部分显示。分配层22中形成的漏斗形孔30也在图中示出，该漏斗形孔的作用是使液体从上到下垂直转移，该漏斗形孔的结构阻止了流体从下面部分向上面部分回流。图2中还示出液体吸收层32，它可容纳未被液体贮存层24吸收的液体或从液体贮存层流出的流体，而将它们截住，阻止其进入液体可渗透层18而到达吸收性制品的表面。
图3A示出液体分配层22与液体贮存层24两者接触部分的放大图。图3中的箭头也是示出优选的液体输送方向。图3还示出附加通道28的三层结构。最上一层28a的上方是波纹形通道，没有漏斗形孔。下面两层28b及28c都有漏斗形孔30。漏斗形孔30还有可使28b及28c两层之间保持一定距离即留下缝隙的作用，如图3A中所示，它可以阻止流体向上方回流。下层28c与液体贮存层24之间也可通过漏斗形孔30形成缝隙44(图3B)，作用也是防止液体从液体贮存层24再回流到用于液体分配的附加通道28。
图3A及3B中还示出在漏斗形孔30出口端的小吸足40，每一小吸足均伸入下面通道中，以协助将液体定向转移到流体贮存层24。
图4示出沿图1中线4-4线的本发明吸收性制品的截面图。箭头指出液体进入吸收性制品的流动方向。进入的液体将沿着波纹形通道26转移到吸收性制品10的两端。图4中还示出附加通道28的截面。附加通道28上支承波纹形通道的区域内不含孔。折叠在下面的边缘部分则通过孔30与安置在下面的一层进行液体流通。漏斗形孔30还延伸到附加通道28的最下部分直到液体贮存层24内。
图5为图4的部分放大图，图中也有波纹形通道26的截面。波纹形通道26通过接触点与下方的附加通道28相接合。附加通道28由28a，28b及28c三层组成。支承波纹形通道26的28a层不含孔30。其下面两层28b及28c含漏斗形孔30，它有助于进入的流体沿垂直方向流动。这种向下的垂直液流形成导槽构造，以阻止液体向上回流。实际上几乎不出现通过附加通道28向上输送液体的现象。
图6示出本发明的吸收性制品的另一个实施方案的纵截面功能图。图6实施方案的特点在于，附加通道28在吸收性制品的中段不含漏斗形孔30。这样可以做到在液体流向液体贮存层24和24a之前使液体更有效地导向附加通道28的纵向端区。
图7示出的是附加通道28。是从纵向角度观察，它包括不含漏斗形孔的中心区域29a。而其两侧部分29b及29c则既包括带孔的区域30a，也包括不带孔的区域30b。将附加通道28用于在本发明的吸收性制品10时，应沿线27将附加通道28向内折叠成如图8所示结构。附加通道28的折叠结构选择性含从纵向看在端部的孔30，而中心部完全无孔。通过这样的构造，附加通道28就可产生上面所详细说明过的将液体定向导入吸收性制品并进入吸收性制品的前端及后端。当吸收性制品的前端及后端的液体贮存层吸满液体后，才使液体填充处于物品中间部分的液体吸收层。
图9示出附加通道28的另一实施方案中。从纵向看，它包括无漏斗形孔的中心段29d。处于两侧的部分29e则布满漏斗形孔30。将附加通道28用于本发明的吸收性制品中前，应沿着线27a折合成图10所示的结构。折合部分放在29d上面，装入吸收性制品中时，附加通道28的漏斗形孔30则是面朝下的。
最后图11示出本发明吸收性制品的另一种优选实施方案。按照图11的实施方案10A中含有作为回流隔离层的基本上是液体不可渗透或液体半可渗透的液体隔离层38。它阻挡住从液体贮存层穿透出的液体进入液体吸收层32，从那里有可能又通过液体可渗透层18达到吸收性制品的表面。隔离层38从边缘部分16一直延伸到液体分配层22。隔离层38可以随液体不可渗透层20整体形成或作为其延伸部分，所以层38与层20用相同材料制造。适合于制造隔离层38的另一种材料是聚环氧乙烷，可用它制成一种半可渗透薄膜。该薄膜可作为液体可渗透层18及液体不可渗透层20之间的夹层。在液体分配层的宽度b小于液体贮存层24的最小宽度B时(参看图1)，插入一层不可渗透或半可渗透的隔离层总是有利的。
此外，图11所示的吸收性制品10A中还含有通道层42，它进一步改进了吸收性制品中液体在纵向的分配。通道层42与附加通道28一样用UCTAD材料制造，通道层42上面有沿纵向的方向延伸的凹槽，它改进了在制品中希望液体向纵向转移的分配作用。另处，通道层42上也有漏斗形孔48，液体可以通过孔转移到液体贮存层24。

Claims (27)

1.一种吸收性制品(10)包含：
前段(12)，后段(14)及位于前后段之间的中间部分(16)；
一层于使用吸收性制品(10)时贴近穿用者身体的液体可渗透层(18)；
一层于使用吸收性制品(10)时背向穿用者身体的液体不可渗透层(20)；
置于液体可渗透层(18)与液体不可渗透层(20)之间的液体分配层(22)，它由吸收性制品(10)的前段(12)延伸到后段(14)；
置于液体不可渗透层(20)与液体分配层(22)之间的液体贮存层(24)；
其特征在于，该液体分配层(22)包括附加通道(28)和波纹形通道(26)，所述附加通道(28)设有最顶层(28a)和至少两层(28b，28c)，其中该两层(28b，28c)设有漏斗形孔(30)，该漏斗形孔(30)被排列为使漏斗形孔的锥尖面向液体贮存层(24)，所述波纹形通道(26)沿与该吸收性制品(10)垂直的方向呈波纹形，沿纵向形成输送通道，该波纹形通道(26)位于液体分配层的最顶层(28a)之上，从而将液体转移到该吸收性制品的前段(12)和/或后段(14)，然后转移到相应的前段和/或后段的液体贮存层(24)中。
2.按照权利要求1的吸收性制品(10)，其中波纹形通道(26)由无纺材料制成。
3.按照权利要求1的吸收性制品(10)，其中波纹形通道(26)含一种防止该液体贮存层被看到的颜料。
4.按照权利要求1的吸收性制品(10)，其中附加通道(28)用防绉空气干燥材料即UCTAD-材料制成。
5.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体贮存层(24)在吸收性制品的前段(12)和/或后段(14)比在中部(16)的液体滞留能力大。
6.按照上述权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体分配层(22)和液体贮存层(24)的部分通过施加压力相互接触。
7.按照权利要求6的吸收性制品(10)，其中所述因压力相互接触的部分是点状接触。
8.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体分配层(22)与液体贮存层(24)是借助于粘合剂互相连接。
9.按照权利要求8的吸收性制品(10)，其中的粘合剂是亲水性粘合剂。
10.按照权利要求8的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体分配层(22)与液体贮存层(24)借助于粘合剂以点状接触相连接。
11.按照权利要求8的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体分配层(22)与液体贮存层(24)是借助于几何图案相连接。
12.按照权利要求11的吸收性制品(10)，其中的几何图案是菱形。
13.按照权利要求12的吸收性制品(10)，其中沿纵向延伸的附加通道(28)的边部经折叠，以使漏斗形孔的锥尖面向液体贮存层(24)。
14.按照权利要求1的吸收性制品(10)，其中漏斗形孔(30)的锥尖部包含小吸足(40)，该吸足插入液体贮存层(24)内。
15.按照权利要求1的吸收性制品(10)，其中附加通道(28)上的漏斗形孔(30)只设置在吸收性制品(10)的前段(12)和/或后段(14)内。
16.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体贮存层(24)包含一种浆粕材料。
17.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，它在液体可渗透层(18)与液体分配层(22)之间含有一层液体吸收层(32)。
18.按照权利要求17的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体吸收层(32)含有穿透全层的中央孔(34)。
19.按照权利要求17的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体吸收层(32)含有一种浆粕材料。
20.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，还含有液体不可渗透隔离层(38)，该层位于制品(10)的横向边缘(36)与液体分配层(22)之间。
21.按照权利要求20的吸收性制品(10)，其中液体不可渗透层(20)和/或液体不可渗透隔离层(38)是用聚乙烯、聚丙烯或其混合材料制成。
22.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中在液体分配层(22)与液体贮存层(24)之间还夹一层通道层(42)。
23.按照权利要求22的吸收性制品(10)，其中所述通道层(42)含有沿制品的纵向设置的凹槽(46)。
24.按照权利要求22中的吸收性制品(10)，其中所述通道层(42)含有漏斗形孔(48)，其漏斗形孔的锥尖与液体贮存层(24)相接触。
25.按照权利要求22的吸收性制品(10)，其中通道层(42)是用防绉空气干燥材料即UCTAD-材料制成。
26.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中当制品使用时，在其液体不可渗透层(20)的背向穿用者身体的一面设置粘性层，使该液体不可渗透层不面向使用者的身体并能固定在衣物上。
27.按照权利要求1-4任一项的吸收性制品(10)，其中吸收性制品是妇女卫生巾或妇女卫生衬垫。
