According to another aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine liquid with an intelligence improving effect, the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is obtained by the method of decocting the traditional Chinese medicine prescription with water, and the total water adding amount is calculated according to 3 to 5 times of the total weight of all the raw materials, and the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is decocted in two times.
Further, the preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine liquid is as follows:
(1) Soaking: the following raw materials are used: radix Polygalae, radix rehmanniae, semen Cuscutae, fructus Schisandrae chinensis, rhizoma Acori Graminei, os Draconis, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, cortex Lycii, fructus Chebulae, fructus Phyllanthi, rhizoma anemarrhenae, radix Rhodiolae, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, glycyrrhrizae radix, poria, semen Ziziphi Spinosae, radix Angelicae sinensis, ganoderma, cortex Albizziae, bulbus Lilii, rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen Platycladi, fructus Ligustri Lucidi, saviae Miltiorrhizae radix, radix Ginseng, rhizoma Polygonati, concha Ostreae and arillus longan by soaking in 60% clear water for 2 hr;
(2) Decocting: boiling with strong fire, decocting with middle fire for 0.5 hr, adding fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, decocting for 0.5 hr, and pouring out the decoction; adding the residual water into the residue, decocting for the second time, boiling with strong fire, decocting with middle fire for 45 min, and pouring out the decoction; in the step, as the fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae contains the fragrant volatile oil, in order to ensure the efficacy of the fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae, the fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae is added at the moment instead of being soaked and decocted with the prior raw material medicines simultaneously;
(3) Standing and filtering: mixing the two decoctions, standing for 3 hr, and filtering with 200 mesh sieve; filtering the decoction, standing for 2 hr, and filtering again;
(4) Concentrating: and (3) boiling the filtered medicinal juice with strong fire, continuously concentrating with medium fire until the volume of the filtered medicinal juice is 40-42%, adding tortoise-plastron glue, and concentrating with slow fire until the volume of the filtered medicinal juice is 36-38%.
Still further, step (4) is followed by step (5) of adding a flavoring agent, wherein the flavoring agent is one or more of a sweetener, a flavoring agent, a mucilage, and an effervescent agent.
The sweetener is one or more of sucrose, simple syrup, orange peel syrup, citric syrup, cherry syrup, licorice syrup, cinnamon syrup, stevioside, glycerol, sorbitol, mannitol, saccharin sodium, aspartame and neotame. The sweetener can mask the astringent and bitter tastes of the medicine.
The flavoring agent is one or more of lemon, fennel, peppermint oil, apple essence, orange essence and banana essence. Fragrances are used in medicaments to improve the odor of the medicament.
The mucilage is one or a combination of sodium alginate, acacia, gelatin, methylcellulose and sodium carboxymethylcellulose. The mucilage has the property of being sticky and mild, and can interfere with the taste of taste buds to have the function of flavoring.
Furthermore, the flavoring agent is a combination of an effervescent agent and a sweetener, the effervescent agent is sodium bicarbonate powder, the sweetener is neotame, the sodium bicarbonate powder is added first, and when the foam in the medicinal juice is completely dispersed, the neotame is added. The reason that the neotame is added until the foam in the medicine juice is completely dispersed is that a large amount of organic acid substances exist in the medicine juice, which is a main reason for the sour taste of the medicine, after baking soda powder is added, a large amount of foam is generated in the acid-base neutralization process, the organic acid substances form organic acid sodium salt, the carbonic acid radical is replaced by carbonic acid, and the carbonic acid is decomposed into carbon dioxide gas to volatilize from the medicine juice, so that a large amount of foam is generated, and the neotame cannot react with the organic acid substances after being added, so that the sweet taste of the neotame is ensured to be kept in the medicine juice.
Further, the baking soda powder comprises, by weight, 2-10 parts of baking soda powder and 1-6 parts of neotame.
Still further, the method further comprises the step (6) of adding a preservative after the step (5), wherein the preservative is potassium sorbate, and the potassium sorbate is 1-10 parts by weight.
And (3) filling in the step (7) after the step (6), obtaining concentrated solution when the medicine juice is concentrated to 34-35% of the volume of the filtered medicine juice, stopping heating, placing the concentrated solution in a paste filling machine when the temperature of the medicine juice is reduced to 60 ℃, and filling in a sterilized oral liquid bottle.
Furthermore, the tortoise-plastron glue is crushed into powder by a crusher, so that the tortoise-plastron glue is ensured to be dissolved more completely and distributed more uniformly in the medicinal juice.
Further, the fructus chebulae, fructus chebulae and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae are respectively smashed by a mortar, so that the effective components of the fructus chebulae, fructus chebulae and fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae can be fully dissolved in the medicinal juice.

The traditional Chinese medicine has many discussions on nourishing brain and improving intelligence, and the mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine can be slightly observed from the following aspects. The brain-nourishing and intelligence-improving Chinese medicine considers that the substance constituting the brain parenchyma is marrow, and human brain is formed by gathering marrow, for example, the brain is marrow sea, the inter-element and five viscera generating article, the marrow-bearing people belong to the brain. The "human memory is in the brain", so the brain-nourishing can enhance the memory. The Shen nong Ben Cao Jing (Shen nong's herbal) and Shen Hu Ma ren (Shen nong's herbal) have the functions of nourishing brain marrow and improving hearing and hearing, and the Shen Hua Zi Ben Cao (Shen nong's herbal) and the Lei Gong Zhi Jiu (Lei Gong Yao Jiu). Qing-Wang Qing Ji points out that "the inspiration is in the brain, and the clear of the healthy qi and blood, the long muscles and the essence and juice is converted into marrow, which goes upward from the spinal cord into the brain, called the day's brain marrow. The ears lead to the brain, and the heard sound is attributed to the brain; the two eyes are longer than the brain, and the seen thing goes to the brain; the nose is responsible for the brain, and the smell of smell is attributed to the brain. The children's brain is gradually born by the age of the year, and the tongue can say a Chinese character ' di '. In the sense of the gradual enrichment of brain marrow, infants start speaking, understanding and other mental activities, and the brain marrow works normally, so that the infants have preliminary mental activities in sense of sense perception such as vision, hearing and smell. The traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating brain can gain intelligence.
In addition, the spinal cord is particularly important in the process of forming and developing brain marrow, and is a channel connecting the brain and the whole body and continuously supplying nutrition to the brain, and the spinal cord is also the position of the governor vessel. The "difficult menstruation, twenty-eight difficult" says "the governor vessel starts from the back of the lower electrode and goes up to the wind-fu in the spine, and pertains to the brain". It has important effect on transporting essence to brain, so it goes up to brain and down to the bottom of tail, all of which are ascending and descending in essence (medical entry). Therefore, filling the spirit of the governor vessel to nourish the brain and improve the intelligence is also an important idea of the traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing the brain and improving the intelligence. As the former considers, the prescription of pilose antler, deer horn, tortoise plastron, marrow-supplementing pill and the like has the effects of directly filling marrow of governor vessel and nourishing brain and improving intelligence.
One of the characteristics of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing heart and improving intelligence is the concept of unity. The understanding of brain function by traditional Chinese medicine also focuses on the general theory. The function of the brain is classified as five zang organs, the center of which is the most important. More emphasis is placed on mental activities of the human brain. For instance, in the theory of Ling Shu-Ben Shen, so that the person receiving the foreign matters is considered to be the heart.
Because of this knowledge, the traditional Chinese medicine claims to strengthen the thinking activities of people through the methods of tranquilizing mind, tonifying heart blood, tonifying heart qi, clearing heart heat and the like, so the mind-nourishing and intelligence-improving idea is provided. Because heart governs mind, there are many prescriptions for improving intelligence by tranquilizing mind, such as fructus Schisandrae chinensis and Zhenxindan. Heart governs blood vessels, and blood is the main material basis for mental activities. When heart blood is full, the mind is clear, the thinking is agile, and a good intelligence state can be shown; for example, heart blood deficiency often leads to pathological changes of heart spirit, resulting in insomnia, dreaminess, amnesia, etc., which impairs mental activities. At this time, heart blood is supplemented to promote intelligence, such as Dang Gui, di Huang, shou Wu and Tian Wang Buxin Dan. Blood does not run in the pulse to nourish the brain and the whole body, and depends on the promotion of heart qi, so that the heart qi is exuberant, and the blood pulse is full, so that the normal exertion of the function of "inducing resuscitation" can be ensured, and the mental thinking aspect is low and disturbed due to insufficient heart qi, heart blood deficiency or unsmooth blood circulation. At this time, it is indicated for heart qi to benefit intelligence, such as dangshen, huang Qi, ren Shen Yangrong Tang and Fu Yuan san.
Kidney-tonifying and intelligence-improving brains are located in the cranium and are formed by the marrow, how are the marrow produced? "Ling Shu & Jing Mai" indicates that "people start growing, first forming essence, then forming brain marrow". Brain marrow is considered to originate from the congenital essence of a person, i.e., the reproductive essence of a parent, while the kidney is responsible for reproduction, and the essence of reproduction is the essence of the kidney, so the formation and development of brain marrow has a very close relationship with the function of the kidney. Congenital essence is the basic substance forming the brain marrow, while acquired essence is a nutritional source that continuously fills the brain marrow. Acquired essence is the essence of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs, which is stored by the kidneys, as in the theory of inter-plain ancient book, "kidney governs water and is stored by the essence of the five zang-organs and six fu-organs". When kidney essence is sufficient, marrow is biochemically active, and when marrow is abundant, brain is vigorous, energy is abundant, and the brain is powerful, hearing and hearing are intelligent, and memory is not forgotten; deficiency of kidney essence, deficiency of brain, poor skill ability, amnesia, insomnia, and slow-down of the mind and aging. Therefore, the 'ling pi-hai Lun' says that 'marrow sea is excessive, light and powerful, from its excessive, marrow sea is insufficient, brain turning tinnitus, shin epidemic glaring, blindness, and relaxing and lying down'. From the above, it is clear that the traditional Chinese medicine emphasizes tonifying kidney to promote intelligence. The method is one of the important principles of traditional Chinese medicine intelligence development, and is used for tonifying kidney and replenishing essence, regenerating marrow and benefiting brain so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing intelligence. Ancient people required to tonify the marrow of the brain, it should first tonify the middle energizer essence.
Based on the theory, the scheme aims at the following three aspects of improving intelligence, strengthening brain, nourishing blood, tranquillizing and mainly treating heart and kidney deficiency, so the following raw material medicines are adopted:
