Abstract
一种供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,所述冷凝器包含至少一列管子,在所述管子插入到形成在构成一个堆叠件的多个冷却片上的列成直线的多个孔之后,所述管子通过所述管子的机械膨胀固定于所述冷却片构成的堆叠件上,突伸所述冷却片所形成的堆叠件的所述管子的端部固定到一对歧管上,所述冷凝器中包括一对固定在各歧管和由多个冷却片构成的堆叠件之间延伸的端部管子上的、起到阻止所述这些端部管子发生径向变形作用的约束件。
Description
本发明涉及一种供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种所谓机械-组装类型的冷凝器,其包含至少一列管子,一旦将该列管子插入到形成在由多个构成一个堆叠件的基本上扁平冷却片上的多个列成直线的孔中之后,通过该管子的机械膨胀而将该管子固定于该冷却片的堆叠件中,在其中,从该冷却片的堆叠件中突伸的该管子的端部通过钎接焊焊接到一对管状的歧管。
供车辆-空调系统用的冷凝器由于其承受的艰巨的操作条件而构成一种非常特殊级别的热交换器。在启动安全系统以便切断该设备之前,该管子内的压力可达到30巴(3兆帕)级数的值。该冷凝器的操作温度达到120-140℃的峰值。这些工作条件将一个冷凝器的结构特性与一个车辆中使用的那些其他类型的热交换器基本上区分开来。
由钎接焊组装技术制造的冷凝器应用具有多个由隔板或棱彼此分隔开的微型槽的管子,该隔板或棱能在该管子没有发生永久变形或可导致向外泄漏冷却剂的损坏情况下,使该管子承受艰巨的操作条件。虽然,从这些类型的冷凝器的热交换性能的观点来看,其具有优异的工作性能,且具有优良的结构强度,但其缺陷在于制造成本昂贵。
机械-组装的冷凝器比之钎接焊组装的冷凝器较为廉宜,但通常在热交换效率方面比较差。其原因主要在于机械组装技术应用具有圆形截面的管子,管子的这种截面具有稳定的形状,使得其能承受该空调系统中出现的高的压力级数。然而该管子的形状却严重地损害该冷凝器的热交换性能。
本申请人的EP-A-0 633 435的专利申请文件中叙述应用具有扁圆截面的管子的机械-组装的冷凝器。这种类型的管子在热交换效率方面显著地改善了该冷凝器的工作性能。然而,这种具有扁圆形截面的管子却在有关结构强度方面带来很多问题。通过对整个管子-冷却片组装件采用具体尺寸,在与具有圆形截面的管子比较时,上述专利文件EP-A-0 633 435克服了采用扁圆形截面的管子结构强度差的问题。
在此专利文件中叙述的热交换器的结构给出优异的试验结果并能承受当其使用在车辆上的过程中出现的额定热和机械应力。
然而,多次试验证明,从该冷凝器的结构强度的观点来看还存在许多关键性的问题,特别是当在实验室条件下对该冷凝器进行试验时,该冷凝器将承受比通常在车辆上的操作过程中所承受的应力条件更大得多的应力条件。
具体地说,实验室的经验已揭示其脆弱点的存在,该脆弱点具体来说可能由于采用脉冲压力的应力试验的结果而使之破裂。对冷凝器进行的这种类型的典型试验,包括使其温度达到约100℃,并从管子内部使之承受以0.5至3赫兹交替地在5至30巴(0.5至3兆帕)之间变化的可变压力的应力。
本发明的目的在于对具有扁圆形截面的管子的机械-组装的冷凝器提供改善,这种改善体现在即使在脉冲-压力试验条件下也能消除或减少使该机械-组装的冷凝器破裂的风险。
按照本发明,该目的是通过一种具有如下特征的冷凝器而实现的。该冷凝器中包括一对固定在各歧管和由多个冷却片构成的堆叠件之间延伸的端部管子上的、起到阻止该些端部管子发生径向变形作用的约束件。
更精确地说,应当注意到,在脉冲-压力试验的过程中,在该歧管和该冷却片的堆叠件之间的该管子的端部部分成为破裂风险最高的区域。在该冷却片堆叠件内部的管子部分受限于该冷却片管周颈圈径向膨胀的约束作用。这种约束作用对在该歧管和该冷却片堆叠件之间的该管子部分没有影响,在这些部分承受一种内部脉冲压力时,其结果则使这些部分承受周期性的变形,并在一定次数的应力循环之后,会导致因出现疲劳裂缝而发生冷却剂漏泄现象。
本发明借助一对能阻止这些管子部分的径向变形约束件,而能解决在该冷却片堆叠件的外部的该管子部分较低的结构强度问题。
通过叙述纯粹作为非限制性的实例并参照附图而给出的下述详细的说明,将会使本发明的其他特征和优点变得更加清楚。

参阅图1和2,图中示出供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器10。该冷凝器10包括一列具有扁圆形截面的管子12,在此具体的实施例的情况下,该管子12的截面为卵形。每个管子12插入到形成在彼此相互叠置的而构成一个堆叠件的多个大致上扁平的冷却片14上的列成直线的多个孔中。一旦该列管子12以稍许间隙插入到该多个冷却片14上的列成直线的多个孔之后,通过该管子12的机械膨胀而连接到该冷却片14上。突伸该冷却片所形成的组合件的该管子12的端部用钎接焊焊接到相应的歧管16和18上。
多次结构强度试验证明,图1中配置在该列管子12的端部部分的端部管子12a和12b具有更大的破裂风险,特别是在出现内部压力情况之下,发生这种破的裂风险更大。该内部脉冲压力可导致该部分疲劳。
按照本发明,为增加这些端部管子12a和12b的部分的结构强度,使用一对设计成能阻止该端部管子12a和12b发生径向变形的约束件20。
每个约束件20具有多个支座22,该支座22制成与该端部管子12a和12b的外表面的形状相互配合。每个约束件20由一对突边24构成,一旦将该突边24安装后,便可以诸如螺纹接合或焊接等的任何已知的技术手段,将该一对突边24彼此相互固定在一起。每个突边24具有该支座22的部分26,该支座22的部分26与另一个突边24的支座22的部分26互补。该突边24可用金属或模制的塑料制成。
在将装配完工的冷凝器安装在一车辆中或安装在一预先装配的标准件时,该变形约束件20还起到保护该管子的端部部分免受损坏的作用。
Claims (3)
1.一种供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,所述冷凝器包含至少一列管子(12),在所述管子(12)插入到形成在构成一个堆叠件的多个冷却片(14)上的列成直线的多个孔(26)之后,所述管子(12)通过所述管子(12)的机械膨胀固定于所述冷却片(14)构成的堆叠件上,突伸所述冷却片所形成的堆叠件的所述管子(12)的端部固定到一对歧管(16,18)上,其特征在于,所述冷凝器中包括一对固定在各歧管(16,18)和由多个冷却片(14)构成的堆叠件之间延伸的端部管子(12a,12b)上的、起到阻止所述些端部管子(12a,12b)发生径向变形作用的约束件(20)。
2.如权利要求1所述的供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,其特征在于,每个所述约束件(20)具有多个支座(22),所述支座(22)制成与所述端部管子(12a,12b)的外表面的形状相互配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,其特征在于,每个所述约束件(20)由一对突边(24)构成,所述突边(24)可彼此相互固定在一起,每个所述突边(24)具有所述支座(22)的部分(26),所述支座(22)的部分(26)与另一个所述突边(24)的支座(22)的部分(26)互补。
