Abstract
一种供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,所述冷凝器包含至少一列管子(12),在所述管子(12)插入到形成在构成一个组合件的多个冷却片(14)上的列成直线的多个孔(26)之后,所述管子(12)通过所述管子(12)的机械膨胀固定于所述冷却片(14)构成的组合件上。所述冷却片(14)中至少有一定数量的冷却片(14),其侧边部分(20)比所述冷却片(14)的其他部分在厚度上更厚得多。
Description
本发明涉及一种供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种所谓机械-组装类型的冷凝器,其包含至少一列管子,在将该列管子插入到形成在由多个构成一个组合件的基本上扁平冷却片上的多个列成直线的孔中之后,通过该管子的机械膨胀而将该管子固定于该冷却片的组合件中。
供车辆-空调系统用的冷凝器由于其承受的严峻的操作条件而构成一种非常特殊级别的热交换器。在安全系统干预、切断该供车辆-空调系统之前,该管子内的压力可达到30巴(3兆帕)的级数。该冷凝器的操作温度达到120-140℃的峰值。这些工作条件将一个冷凝器的结构特性与一个车辆中使用的那些其他类型的热交换器基本上区分开来。
由钎接焊组装技术制造的冷凝器应用具有多个由隔板或棱彼此分隔开的微型槽的管子,该隔板或棱能在该管子没有发生永久变形或可导致向外泄漏冷却剂的损坏情况下,使该管子承受严峻的操作条件。虽然,从这些类型的冷凝器的热交换性能及最佳结构强度的观点来看,其具有极佳的工作性能,但其缺陷在于制造成本昂贵。
机械-组装的冷凝器比之钎接焊组装的冷凝器较为廉宜,但通常在热交换效率方面比较差。其原因主要在于机械组装技术应用具有圆形截面的管子,管子的这种截面具有稳定的形状,使得其能承受该空调系统中出现的高的压力级数。然而该管子的形状却对该冷凝器的热交换性能极其不利。
本申请人的EP-A-0 633 435的专利申请文件中叙述应用具有扁圆截面的管子的机械-组装的冷凝器。这种类型的管子在热交换效率方面显著地改善了该冷凝器的工作性能。然而,从结构强度方面来看,这种具有扁圆形截面的管子具有很多困难之处。通过对整个管子-冷却片组装件采用具体尺寸,在与具有圆形截面的管子比较时,上述专利文件EP-A-0 633 435克服了采用扁圆形截面的管子结构强度差的问题。
在此专利文件中叙述的热交换器的结构给出最佳试验结果并能承受当其使用在车辆上的过程中出现的额定热和机械应力,
然而,多次试验证明,从该冷凝器的结构强度的观点来看还存在许多关键性的问题,特别是当在实验室条件下对该冷凝器进行试验时,该冷凝器将承受由实验室产生的、比当将其使用在车辆中更为严峻得多的应力条件。
具体地说,实验室中的试验已显示其弱点的存在,该弱点具体来说可能由于脉冲-压力应力试验的结果而使之受损。对冷凝器进行的这种类型的典型试验,将使其温度达到约100℃,而其中管子从内部承受的应力为那种0.5至3赫兹交替变化的5至30巴(0.5至3兆帕)之间的压力所致。
本发明的目的在于对具有扁圆形截面的管子的机械-组装的冷凝器提供改善,这种改善体现在即使在脉冲-压力应力试验条件下也能消除或减少该机械-组装的冷凝器受损的风险。
按照本发明,该目的是通过一种带有多个具有如下特征的热交换器而实现的。该热交换器具有多个冷却片,在该多个冷却片中至少有一定数量的冷却片,其侧边部分比该冷却片的其他部分在厚度上更厚得多。
更精确地说,应当注意到,在脉冲-压力应力试验过程中,该列管子的端部管子构成受损概率最大的要点。按照本发明,为了克服这种问题,便使用具有较厚端部区域的冷却片。所增加的厚度最好通过将每个冷却片的端部部分向其自身上弯曲来实现。
这个特征在冷却片的组合件上实现更大约束效果,这个效果集中在该列外部管子的区域中,因此,补偿了这些管子的更大的结构弱点。
通过叙述纯粹作为非限制性的实例并参照附图而给出的下述详细的说明,将会使本发明的其他特征和优点变得更加清楚。

现参照图1至2,图中示出供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器10。该冷凝器10包含一列具有扁圆形截面的管子12,在此具体的实施例的情况下,该管子12的截面为卵形。每个管子12插入到形成在彼此相互叠置的而构成一个组合件的多个大致上扁平的冷却片14上的列成直线的多个孔中。在该列管子12以稍许间隙插入到该多个冷却片14上的列成直线的多个孔之后,通过该管子12的机械膨胀而连接到该冷却片14上。突伸该冷却片所形成的组合件的该管子的端部用钎接焊焊接到相应的歧管16和18上。
多次结构强度试验证明,图2中配置在该列管子12的端部管子12a和12b具有更大的破裂风险,特别是在出现内部脉冲压力情况之下,发生这种破的裂风险更大。该内部脉冲压力可导致系统的该部分承劳。
按照本发明,为了增强该端部管子12a和12b的结构强度,便需使用一种冷却片14,该冷却片14的侧边部分20、22的厚度要比该冷却片14本身的其他部分的厚度更厚。每个冷却片14可具有那种厚度更厚的侧边部分20、22,或至少一定数量的冷却片14具有那种厚度更厚的侧边部分20、22。
如图3和4所示,那种厚度更厚的侧边部分20最好通过将冷却片14的端部部分24向其自身上弯曲来实现。在弯曲之后,供该列管子12通过的多个孔26及其相应的管周颈圈28都用已知的技术形成于该冷却片14上。
在一个优选的实施例中,用以装纳该端部管子12a和12b的孔26a都形成于该具有厚度更厚部分20的冷却片14上。
Claims (3)
1.一种供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,所述冷凝器包含至少一列管子(12),在所述管子(12)插入到形成在构成一个组合件的多个冷却片(14)上的列成直线的多个孔(26)之后,所述管子(12)通过所述管子(12)的机械膨胀固定于所述冷却片(14)构成的组合件上,其特征在于,所述冷却片(14)中至少有一定数量的冷却片(14),其侧边部分(20)比所述冷却片(14)的其他部分在厚度上更厚得多。
2.如权利要求1所述的供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,其特征在于,每个冷却片(14)的所述厚度更厚的侧边部分(20)由所述冷却片(14)的端部部分(24)通过在其自身上弯曲而形成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的供车辆用的空调系统的冷凝器,其特征在于,配置在所述管子列的端部部分的端部管子(12a,12b)都插入穿过形成在具有厚度更厚的侧边部分(20)的冷却片(14)的孔(26a)中。
