Abstract
本发明提供一种室内装饰墙面板及其生产方法,包括防火防水无醛基材层,其特征在于:防火防水无醛基材层正反两侧分别涂覆膜有UV预涂底漆复合涂层和UV防水防潮底漆涂层,UV预涂底漆复合涂层远离防火防水无醛基材层一侧还涂覆有保护多功能复合涂层,本发明通过在木制基材层表面涂覆UV预涂底漆复合涂层及保护多功能复合涂层,通过UV‑3D正逆辊膜压工艺,充分将保护多功能复合涂层展露于产品的最外层表面、以便获得最优的防护效果,同时具有交联紧密、结构致密的涂层结构及漆膜硬度,使产品具有优异的防护功能特性,确保功能层的有效成分含量不易迁移或不易磨耗损失而失去其持久性、有效性及稳定性;且固化速度快、生产效率高且环保安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙面装饰板技术领域,具体为一种室内装饰墙面板及其生产方法。
背景技术
按强制性国家标准GB 50222-2017《建筑内部装修防火设计规范》的有关规定,室内墙面装饰装修材料的防火设计要求(燃烧性能等级)必须不低于,虽然,符合该项要求的室内装饰墙面板有很多,比如:陶瓷大板、石材大板、岩板、无机非金属装饰墙板(硅钙板、水泥平板、石膏板、玻镁板、硫氧镁板等)、木塑装饰墙板、石塑装饰墙板、竹木纤维装饰墙板,等,但是,随着人们对室内装饰墙面板高性能及多功能一体化集成需求和要求一直在不断提高,各种常规常见的室内装饰墙面板,已经无法满足人们对防火阻燃、防潮防水、高耐污抗菌抗病毒、易清洁、易安装、轻质量、高强度、高装饰性及无醛环保的高性能、多性能及多功能的一体化集成需求。
现有技术中公开号为“CN213329790U”的一种具有装饰作用的隔热外墙板,包括内板层,内板层的外侧壁固定有保温板层,保温板层的外侧壁固定有外板层,外板层的外侧壁固定有真石漆装饰涂层,真石漆装饰涂层的外侧壁固定有透明防水涂层,透明防水涂层的外侧壁固定有透明防紫外线涂层,透明防紫外线涂层的外侧壁固定有透明防腐蚀涂层,该装置通过设置透明防水涂层,可以起到较好的防水效果,通过设置透明防紫外线涂层,可以起到较好的防紫外线效果,通过设置透明防腐蚀涂层,可以起到较好的防腐蚀效果,从而在外界环境下,不容易损坏,从而可以提高使用寿命。
但是上述该具有装饰作用的隔热外墙板在使用过程中仍然存在较为明显的缺陷:上述装置的功能涂层结构较为单一,且所实现的防护效果较为有限,难以满足日益丰富的墙板板材装饰及防护需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种室内装饰墙面板及其生产方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种室内装饰墙面板,包括防火防水无醛基材层,防火防水无醛基材层正反两侧分别涂覆膜有UV预涂底漆复合涂层和UV防水防潮底漆涂层,UV预涂底漆复合涂层远离防火防水无醛基材层一侧还涂覆有保护多功能复合涂层;
其中防火防水无醛基材层,及其背面的UV防水防潮底漆涂层,及其正面的UV预涂底漆复合涂层,构成UV预涂半成品;
所述UV预涂半成品,及继续叠加涂覆于UV预涂半成品正面上的UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层,构成本发明的UV数码涂装饰面产成品。
优选的,防火防水无醛基材层,其厚度控制在8-25mm,其长度或高度控制在2440-4800mm,其宽度控制在600-1220mm;其装饰面的四个边和角进行磨边倒角加工处理,磨边宽度控制在1-2mm;其含水率控制到与当地木材平衡含水率相平衡的水平,其整体密度控制在0.60-0.70g/cm3。
优选的,防火防水无醛基材层,包括1层防火防水无醛中密度胶合板,以及涂覆于其两侧表面上的两层防火防水无醛胶粘剂涂层,以及两层胶合于防火防水无醛胶粘剂涂层之上的防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板。
优选的,防火防水无醛中密度胶合板,由3-7层整张化全烘干全连芯密度在0.55-0.65g/cm3、厚度在1.7-2.6mm的桉木一级旋切单板,按180-250g/m2的单面涂胶量,采用防火防水无醛胶粘剂,按胶合板工艺、胶合成型制备而成,其整体厚度控制在5-22mm,尺寸加工余量按4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
优选的,还包括UV装饰层,UV装饰层设置于UV预涂底漆复合涂层与保护多功能复合涂层之间。
优选的,防火防水无醛中密度胶合板,由3-7层整张化全烘干全连芯密度在0.55-0.65g/cm3、厚度在1.7-2.6mm的桉木一级旋切单板,按180-250g/m2的单面涂胶量,采用防火防水无醛胶粘剂,按胶合板工艺、胶合成型制备而成,其整体厚度控制在5-22mm,尺寸加工余量按4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
优选的,防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板为密度在0.90-1.10g/cm3、厚度在1.5-2.0mm、含有10%以上添加型非水溶性阻燃剂层、24小时吸水厚度膨胀率小于12%的MDI胶高密度纤维薄板,其单层材料厚度控制在1.5-2.0mm,其长度、宽度与基材层整体设计尺寸相同或相匹配,尺寸加工余量为4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
优选的,UV预涂底漆复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、附着腻子底漆涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底涂涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层,各1层。
优选的,UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV装饰花色复合涂层、UV中间保护功能底漆复合涂层、UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层,各1层。
优选的,所述UV装饰花色复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、黄色油墨涂层、红色油墨涂层、蓝色油墨涂层、黑色油墨涂层,各1层。
优选的,所述UV装饰花色复合涂层、UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层包括2层UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒面漆涂层。
一种室内装饰墙面板的生产方法,用于上述的室内装饰墙面板,包括以下步骤:
S001:自制防火防水无醛胶粘剂,并涂在1张防火防水无醛中密度胶合板的两侧表面,随后将2张防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板压贴胶合在已涂胶的板面上而制得防火防水无醛基材层;
S002:对防火防水无醛基材层正面依次涂装UV附着底漆、附着腻子、普通腻子、砂光底漆、修色底漆,背面涂装防潮防水底漆,各1-3层,制成UV预涂底漆复合涂层;
S003:将制得的预涂半成品正面采用UV-3D正逆辊膜压工艺、单次涂布量控制在40-50g/m2、分开单独地连续辊涂两次,然后一并进行UV灯固化,UV灯的固化能量为400-600mj/cm2,进料输送线速度为14-24m/min,固化时间为3-5秒,将保护多功能复合涂层均匀涂覆在UV预涂底漆复合涂层上方,利用保护多功能复合涂层与UV预涂底漆复合涂层的紧密交联反应,最终在表层形成有效成分、含量不易迁移或不易磨耗损失而失去其持久性、有效性及稳定性,且固化速度快、生产效率高且环保安全的保护多功能复合涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在木制基材层表面涂覆UV预涂底漆复合涂层及保护多功能复合涂层,通过UV-3D正逆辊膜压工艺,充分将保护多功能复合涂层展露于产品的最外层表面、以便获得最优的防护效果,同时具有交联紧密、结构致密的涂层结构及漆膜硬度,使产品具有优异的防护功能特性,确保功能层的有效成分含量不易迁移或不易磨耗损失而失去其持久性、有效性及稳定性;且固化速度快、生产效率高且环保安全;
2、本发明以防火防水无醛中密度胶合板为主体材料层,赋予了整体制品较优的轻质量、高机械力学强度,以及易加工安装的特点;而,在其表面,又胶合附加一层防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板作为平衡层,则解决了胶合板层表面光洁度、细腻度、密实度、硬度、抗冲击强度不够理想,无法直接获得理想涂装涂层及高表面性能的问题。

一种室内装饰墙面板,包括防火防水无醛基材层,防火防水无醛基材层正反两侧分别涂覆膜有UV预涂底漆复合涂层和UV防水防潮底漆涂层,UV预涂底漆复合涂层远离防火防水无醛基材层一侧还涂覆有保护多功能复合涂层。
其中,防火防水无醛基材层,其厚度控制在8-25mm,其长度或高度控制在2440-4800mm,其宽度控制在600-1220mm;其装饰面的四个边和角进行磨边倒角加工处理,磨边宽度控制在1-2mm;其含水率控制到与当地木材平衡含水率相平衡的水平,其整体密度控制在0.60-0.70g/cm3。
其中,防火防水无醛基材层,包括1层防火防水无醛中密度胶合板(作为基材层的主体材料层),以及涂覆于其两侧表面上的两层防火防水无醛胶粘剂涂层,以及两层胶合于防火防水无醛胶粘剂涂层之上的防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板(作为基材层表面的平衡层)。
由上述基材层,以及基材层背面的防水防潮底漆涂层,以及基材层正面的预涂底漆复合涂层,共同构成本发明的预涂半成品,其中,预涂底漆复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、附着腻子底漆涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底涂涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层,各1层,共9个单一涂层。
更进一步地,由上述预涂半成品,以及继续叠加涂覆于预涂半成品正面上的装饰及保护多功能复合涂层,共同构成本发明的产成品。其中,装饰及保护多功能复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括装饰花色复合涂层、中间保护功能底漆复合涂层、面层面漆多功能复合涂层,各1层。
其中防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板,优选为密度在1.0-1.1g/cm3、厚度2.0mm、含有12%重量份的添加型非水溶性阻燃剂(由三聚氰胺、非水溶性聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、硼砂或硼酸锌按2:2:2:2:2比例混合制备而成)、24吸水厚度膨胀率小于12%的MDI胶高密度纤维薄板。
防火防水无醛中密度胶合板,由3-7层整张化全烘干全连芯密度在0.55-0.65g/cm3、厚度在1.7-2.6mm的桉木一级旋切单板,按180-250g/m2的单面涂胶量,采用防火防水无醛胶粘剂,按胶合板工艺、胶合成型制备而成,其整体厚度控制在5-22mm,尺寸加工余量按4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
所述防火防水无醛胶粘剂,优选为由以下重量份的材料混合制备而成:
(1)丙烯酸酯改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液类热固型胶粘剂,100份;其又由以下材料混合制备而成:
①水,25份;
②混合型活性单体,25份;由醋酸乙烯、叔碳酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯,共四种材料,按74:12:12:2的重量份,混合制备而成。
③聚乙烯醇浆料,45份;由水、1200目重质碳酸钙粉、聚乙烯醇、消泡剂、防腐剂,共五种材料,按48:45:6.5:0.25:0.25的重量份,混合制备而成。
④PH调节剂,0.5-2.0份;为质量分数为1%的氢氧化钠水溶液或质量分数为10%的冰醋酸水溶液。
⑤增塑剂,2份,为二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
⑥聚乙烯醇,3.0份;
⑦引发剂,2.0份,为质量分数为2.0-4.0%的过硫酸铵盐水溶液。
⑧混合乳化剂,1.0份;由烷基苯磺酸盐和非离子烷基聚氧乙烯醚,按1:1的重量份,混合制备而成。
⑨防腐剂,0.3份,为异噻唑啉酮。
⑩消泡剂,0.15份,为矿物油类消泡剂。
(2)增强固化剂:2份,为多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯。
(3)增稠剂:5份,为工业级面粉或小麦粉。
(4)阻燃剂:25份,由三聚氰胺、高聚合度非水溶性聚磷酸铵,按50:50的重量份,混合制备而成。
还包括UV装饰层,UV装饰层设置于UV预涂底漆复合涂层与保护多功能复合涂层之间。
防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板为密度在0.90-1.10g/cm3、厚度在1.5-2.0mm、含有10%以上添加型非水溶性阻燃剂层:由三聚氰胺、非水溶性聚磷酸铵、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝、硼砂或硼酸锌按2:2:2:2:2比例混合制备而成、24小时吸水厚度膨胀率小于12%的MDI胶高密度纤维薄板,其单层材料厚度控制在1.5-2.0mm,其长度、宽度与基材层整体设计尺寸相同或相匹配,尺寸加工余量为4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
UV预涂底漆复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、附着腻子底漆涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底涂涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层,各1层。
UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV装饰花色复合涂层、UV中间保护功能底漆复合涂层、UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层,各1层。
上述UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV装饰花色复合涂层、UV中间保护功能底漆复合涂层、UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层,各1层,其中UV装饰花色复合涂层,按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、黄色油墨涂层、红色油墨涂层、蓝色油墨涂层、黑色油墨涂层,各1层,上述的UV附着底漆、附着腻子、普通腻子、砂光底漆、修色底漆、加硬底漆,以及黄、红、蓝、黑色的UV油墨,均为家居行业市场上通用的功能性UV木器涂料,以及数字化印刷行业通用的UV树脂油墨,其涂布量、固化能量及进料输送速度等涂装饰面工艺,按该行业的常用工艺及技术方案,但涂装的次序、工序的先后顺序及其组合,必须严格按本发明所述的先后顺序及工序组合来进行,才能获得最佳的涂装效果、品质性能及生产效率。
UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层包括2层UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒面漆涂层,该UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒面漆,优选使用三棵树涂料公司的氟硅改性UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒亚光型辊涂膜压类面漆,其UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒面漆的单次涂布量在40-50g/m2,单个涂层厚度约0.040-0.050mm,上述UV附着底漆、加硬底漆、砂光底漆、修色底漆的单次涂布量在15-20g/m2,单个涂层厚度0.015-0.020mm;上述各色UV油墨的单次涂布量在1-4g/m2,单个涂层厚度0.001-0.004mm;上述UV附着腻子、普通腻子的单次涂布量在25-30g/m2,单个涂层厚度0.025-0.030mm。
所述UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒面漆涂层,优选为具有优异的高耐污抗菌抗病毒性能的亚光型辊涂膜压类UV面漆,由以下重量份的材料混合制备而成:
(1)高官能度丙烯酸酯树脂低聚物:
氨基甲酸酯丙烯酸酯,25份;
氟烷基醇改性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,15份;
有机硅改性聚酯丙烯酸酯,15份;
(2)低官能度丙烯酸酯活性单体:
三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯(TPGDA),20份;
三羟甲基丙烷丙烯酸酯(TMPTA),20份;
(3)光引发剂:二苯甲酮、1-羟基环己基苯基甲酮、2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯氧化膦,各3份;
(4)抗菌病毒活性剂:为吡啶硫酮锌和负载纳米银活性剂的混合物,各4份;
(5)抗污染性光固化助剂:为聚二甲基硅氧烷,2份;
(6)稀释溶剂:为醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯混合物,各3-8份;
(7)填料无机阻燃剂:为纳米二氧化硅或纳米二氧化钛,10份;
(8)其他助剂:抗指纹流平剂,为日本信越KY-1203,1份;阻聚剂,为对羟基苯甲醚阻聚剂,0.5份;消泡剂,0.5份;消光粉,3份;手感剂,为聚氨酯弹性粉,2份。
采用上述多层复合工艺制得的室内墙面装饰板,通过UV-3D正逆辊膜压工艺,单次涂布量控制在50g/m2,需采用正逆辊UV-3D膜压工艺,分开单独地连续辊涂两次,然后一起固化;且UV灯的固化能量应控制在600mj/cm2,进料输送线速度控制在20m/min,固化时间控制在3-5秒(按此设置UV灯数量及需要开灯的数量为6灯全开、UV灯间距控制在40cm),确保涂层100%完全良好固化,并形成交联紧密、结构致密的功能性面漆涂层,充分将保护多功能复合涂层展露于产品的最外层表面、以便获得最优的防护效果,同时具有交联紧密、结构致密的涂层结构及漆膜硬度,使产品具有优异的防护功能特性,确保功能层的有效成分含量不易迁移或不易磨耗损失而失去其持久性、有效性及稳定性;且固化速度快、生产效率高且环保安全,其装饰面的四个边角,需做磨边倒角加工处理,磨边宽度控制在1-2mm;可在基材锯边砂光工序技改、加装磨边装置机构,同步完成对应的机械化加工。
经上述工艺方法所制备而成的本实例的产品,经第三方检测机构检验,各项技术指标均符合相关国家标准或行业标准的要求,同时具有高性能、多功能及易加工安装、易清洁维护的特点。具体各项技术指标的检测值,如表一所示。

更进一步地,本发明的上述技术方案,及其所述的一种室内墙板装饰板,其各具体单元的材料层的厚度结构,可总结如表二所示:

一种室内装饰墙面板的生产方法,用于上述的室内装饰墙面板,包括以下步骤:
S001:自制防火防水无醛胶粘剂,并涂在1张防火防水无醛中密度胶合板的两侧表面,随后将2张防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板压贴胶合在已涂胶的板面上而制得防火防水无醛基材层;
S002:对防火防水无醛基材层正面依次涂装UV附着底漆、附着腻子、普通腻子、砂光底漆、修色底漆,背面涂装防潮防水底漆,各1-3层,制成UV预涂底漆复合涂层;
S003:将制得的预涂半成品正面采用UV-3D正逆辊膜压工艺、单次涂布量控制在40-50g/m2、分开单独地连续辊涂两次,然后一并进行UV灯固化,UV灯的固化能量为400-600mj/cm2,进料输送线速度为14-24m/min,固化时间为3-5秒,将保护多功能复合涂层均匀涂覆在UV预涂底漆复合涂层上方,利用保护多功能复合涂层与UV预涂底漆复合涂层的紧密交联反应,最终在表层形成有效成分、含量不易迁移或不易磨耗损失而失去其持久性、有效性及稳定性,且固化速度快、生产效率高且环保安全的保护多功能复合涂层。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种室内装饰墙面板,包括防火防水无醛基材层,其特征在于:防火防水无醛基材层(1)正反两侧分别涂覆膜有UV预涂底漆复合涂层(2-2)和UV防水防潮底漆涂层(2-1),UV预涂底漆复合涂层(2-2)远离防火防水无醛基材层(1)一侧还涂覆有UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层(3);
其中防火防水无醛基材层(1),及其背面的UV防水防潮底漆涂层(2-1),及其正面的UV预涂底漆复合涂层(2-2),构成UV预涂半成品(2);
所述UV预涂半成品(2),及继续叠加涂覆于UV预涂半成品(2)正面上的UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层(3),构成UV数码涂装饰面产成品(4)。
2.根据权利要求1的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:防火防水无醛基材层(1),其厚度控制在8-25mm,其长度或高度控制在2440-4800mm,其宽度控制在600-1220mm;其装饰面的四个边和角进行磨边倒角加工处理,磨边宽度控制在1-2mm;其含水率控制到与当地木材平衡含水率相平衡的水平,其整体密度控制在0.60-0.70g/cm3。
3.根据权利要求2的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:防火防水无醛基材层(1),包括1层防火防水无醛中密度胶合板(1-1),以及涂覆于其两侧表面上的两层防火防水无醛胶粘剂涂层(1-2),以及两层胶合于防火防水无醛胶粘剂涂层(1-2)之上的防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板(1-3)。
4.根据权利要求1或3的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:防火防水无醛中密度胶合板(1-1),由3-7层整张化全烘干全连芯密度在0.55-0.65g/cm3、厚度在1.7-2.6mm的桉木一级旋切单板,按180-250g/m2的单面涂胶量,采用防火防水无醛胶粘剂,按胶合板工艺、胶合成型制备而成,其整体厚度控制在5-22mm,尺寸加工余量按4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
5.根据权利要求4的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板(1-3)为密度在0.90-1.10g/cm3、厚度在1.5-2.0mm、含有10%以上添加型非水溶性阻燃剂层、24小时吸水厚度膨胀率小于12%的MDI胶高密度纤维薄板,其单层材料厚度控制在1.5-2.0mm,其长度、宽度与基材层整体设计尺寸相同或相匹配,尺寸加工余量为4-6%;其含水率与基材层整体含水率偏差控制在±2%以内。
6.根据权利要求4的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:UV预涂底漆复合涂层(2-2),按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、附着腻子底漆涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底涂涂层、普通腻子底漆涂层、砂光底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层、修色底漆涂层,各1层。
7.根据权利要求6的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:UV装饰及保护多功能复合涂层(3),按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV装饰花色复合涂层(3-1)、UV中间保护功能底漆复合涂层(3-2)、UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层(3-3),各1层。
8.根据权利要求7的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:所述UV装饰花色复合涂层(3-1),按由里向外的次序,依次包括UV附着底漆涂层、黄色油墨涂层、红色油墨涂层、蓝色油墨涂层、黑色油墨涂层,各1层。
9.根据权利要求8的一种室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于:所述UV中间保护功能底漆复合涂层(3-2),由里向外的次序,依次包括UV加硬底漆涂层、砂光底漆涂层,各1层;所述UV面层面漆多功能复合涂层(3-3),按由里向外的次序,包括2层UV高耐污抗菌抗病毒面漆涂层。
10.一种室内装饰墙面板的生产方法,用于权利要求1-9任意一项的室内装饰墙面板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S001:自制防火防水无醛胶粘剂,并涂在1张防火防水无醛中密度胶合板的两侧表面,随后将2张防火防潮无醛高密度纤维薄板压贴胶合在已涂胶的板面上而制得防火防水无醛基材层;
S002:对防火防水无醛基材层正面依次涂装UV附着底漆、附着腻子、普通腻子、砂光底漆、修色底漆,背面涂装防潮防水底漆,各1-3层,制成UV预涂底漆复合涂层;
S003:将制得的预涂半成品正面采用UV-3D正逆辊膜压工艺、单次涂布量控制在40-50g/m2、分开单独地连续辊涂两次,然后一并进行UV灯固化,UV灯的固化能量为400-600mj/cm2,进料输送线速度为14-24m/min,固化时间为3-5秒,将保护多功能复合涂层均匀涂覆在UV预涂底漆复合涂层上方,利用保护多功能复合涂层与UV预涂底漆复合涂层的紧密交联反应,最终在表层形成有效成分、含量不易迁移或不易磨耗损失而失去其持久性、有效性及稳定性,且固化速度快、生产效率高且环保安全的保护多功能复合涂层。
