Abstract
本发明涉及到一种用于制鞋业的鞋跟衬料,该鞋跟衬料的材料由用聚合物浸渍了的具有180至350g/m2单位面积重量和纵向及横向的抗扯强度都大于15N的无纺布构成,在此无纺布由熔纺的,气动拉伸的和直接落纱成无纺布的多组分长丝构成,该多组分长丝具有小于2dtex的纤度并且在预固定后至少90%分裂成具有小于0.2dtex的纤度的超微长丝并被固定。
Description
本发明涉及到一种用于制鞋业的鞋跟衬料及其制备方法。
在制鞋业中使用特别耐磨的材料用于鞋后部的衬料,即所谓的鞋跟罩。该材料一方面应能承受脚对鞋特别是在纵向滚辗动作时所施加的力,另一方面还应能承受在行走时脚在鞋中至少局部地向上和向下移动产生的摩擦力。为了避免在滚辗动作时无意地从鞋中滑出,传统上用粗糙的-或鹿皮制革类的材料作为鞋跟衬料,该衬料通过与脚的摩擦阻力或与脚上的袜子的摩擦阻力而阻止从鞋中滑出。
除了由天然材料制成鞋跟衬料外,也可用合成材料制做鞋跟衬料。这些合成材料是针刺无纺布,该针刺无纺布以干燥的方式通过梳里机由聚酯纤维,粘胶纤维,聚酰胺纤维,聚丙烯纤维或这些纤维的混合物制成。此外铺放具有直至800g/m2的单位面积重量的纤维网并且通过强化针刺进行机械固定。仅这个方法步骤就已经是非常费时的,因而成本就比较高了。接着通常用热空气或蒸汽对针刺无纺布进行皱缩,这一过程能导致材料的密实以及进一步固定以便调节对于应用目的所期望的密度。为了达到针刺无纺布的必要强度参数如撕裂强度和抗扯性,其用可热胶凝的胶乳粘合剂分散体如是苯乙烯-丁二烯-橡胶(SBR)或腈-丁二烯-橡胶(NBR)浸渍,接着干燥。胶乳的份额大约为被浸渍的无纺布重量的30至60重量%。这样准备了的材料被分离成二至四薄层。这个分离方法是从制革业引用过来用于无纺布的,以提高无纺布制备时的生产率。这些分离产品还能打磨调节表面均匀度和改善外观的表面光洁度。为了简化进一步的加工,接着在二面之一面上涂上一层热熔粘合剂。迄今为止所使用的合成鞋跟衬料的缺点主要在于纵向和横向的强度差别很大,由于与针刺垂直安置的纤维束的分裂造成的强度损失以及由于穿入-和穿出面而造成的单个层的不均匀性。
本发明提出了如下一种用于制鞋业的鞋跟衬料的任务,即该鞋跟衬料在具有180至350g/m2的单位面积重量时不仅在纵向而且在横向的撕裂强度-和抗扯性都大于15N。
本发明还进一步提出了一种特别合适用于制备这样的鞋跟衬料的方法的任务。
根据本发明该任务由如下一种鞋跟衬料得到解决,该鞋跟衬料由具有180至350g/m2的单位面积重量并且不仅在纵向而且在横向的抗扯性大于15N的用一种聚合物浸渍的无纺布构成,在此无纺布由熔纺的,气动拉伸了的和直接落纱成无纺布的具有小于2dtex的纤度的多组分长丝构成,多组分长丝在预固定以后至少90%分裂为具有小于0.2dtex的纤度的超微长丝并固定。这种鞋跟衬料具有在较小的单位面积重量下高的可拉伸性和耐磨性。
优选的鞋跟衬料是这样一种衬料,在该衬料中多组分长丝是由二种不相容的聚合物,特别是一种聚酯和一种聚酰胺制成的双组分长丝。这样这个多组分长丝具有良好的可分裂性和良好的强度与单位面积重量比例。
优选的鞋跟衬料是这样一种衬料,在该衬料中多组分长丝中的聚酯份额高于聚酰胺份额,特别是聚酯份额与聚酰胺份额的重量比在1.1∶1至3∶1的范围。这样鞋跟衬料具有非常的纺织手感和良好的耐久性。
特别优选的鞋跟衬料是该衬料中的多组分长丝具有桔子(瓣)样的多断片结构的横截面,在此结构中断片交替含有二种不相容的聚合物中的一种。
优选的鞋跟衬料是这样一种衬料,在该衬料中,由多组分长丝构成的无纺布被预砑光而预固定。因而该材料有很好的密度均匀性。
特别优选的鞋跟衬料是在该衬料中形成为多组分长丝的不相容的聚合物中的至少一种含有直至15重量%的添加剂如颜料,永久起作用的抗静电剂和/或影响亲水性或疏水性作用的添加剂。这样鞋跟衬料对于光牢度性,起静电趋向,脚汗的排出或潮湿阻塞作用有有益的影响。另外将颜料加入到纺丝原液中使得深的和耐磨的颜色的制备成为可能。
特别优选的鞋跟衬料还有在该鞋跟衬料中多组分长丝未经卷曲的,因为这样可保证由在超微长丝的良好可分裂性导致的纺织手感。
根据本发明的特别优选的鞋跟衬料,在该鞋跟衬料中,无纺布用基于无纺布起始重量的20-50重量%的聚合物浸渍。该鞋跟衬料在与已知的合成鞋跟材料可比较的浸渍程度下具有优越的强度性能。
有利的鞋跟衬料是在该衬料的二面之一面具有热熔粘合剂涂层。一种这样的材料特别适合于用自动化机器进一步加工。
根据本发明的制备鞋跟衬料的方法在于,多组分长丝由熔体纺丝,气动拉伸并直接落纱成无纺布,通过预砑光或针刺进行预固定,无纺布通过高压液体射流而固定,同时分裂成具有小于0.2dtex的纤度的超微长丝,接着用聚合物浸渍。这样得到的产品在它的强度可载荷性方面是均匀一致的,因为在产品中有非常均匀的纤维分布。产品不显示出分层的倾向并且具有高的模量以及撕裂强度和耐扯性。
方法的另一个优越的实施方案在于,多组分长丝的固定和分裂如下进行,即用高压水射流多次交替地加载到预固定了的无纺布二面。这种多组分长丝的固定和分裂方式导致了具有光滑表面的密实的无纺布。
优选地多组分长丝的固定和分裂在一个具有旋转滚筒筛的成套设备中进行。这种形式的成套设备允许非常紧凑的装置结构。
以特别优选的方式用含水的聚氨酯-或NBR-胶乳分散体对主要分裂成超微长丝的和已经固定的无纺布浸渍。这样就避免了溶剂残留物,聚合物的浸渍以特别对环境友好的方式进行。
以优选的方式被浸渍了的材料还要通过打磨或起绒的后处理。通过这些措施还可改善所得到的材料的表面状态和手感。由于在结构中含有微细长丝,所以在此形成了特别精细的和仿真的正绒面状的表面,其与天然的皮革极为相似。
实施例
由65重量%的聚(对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)和35重量%的聚(六亚甲基己二酰二胺)制备成的多组分长丝制备具有大约160g/m2的单位面积重量无纺布纤维网。起始长丝具有大约1.8dtex的纤度并且由16断片构成,其中聚酯和聚酰胺瓣分开如桔子断片那样沿着一中轴交替转换。熔纺的多组分长丝被气动拉伸并且被无规则落纱到一纱条上。这样得到的无纺布纤维网被输送在大约95℃和大约1×107Pa(100bar)压力下预砑光。在通过针刺而机械预固定以后,在大约1×107Pa(100bar)的水压下用水射流处理。接着将多组分长丝分裂成具有大约0.1dtex的纤度的超微长丝,用高压水射流固定无纺布。在60至100目筛孔大小的筛衬垫上用2.5×107-3×107Pa(250至300bar)水压处理二面各二次。接着干燥无纺布,并用干湿处理法用NBR胶乳的聚合物浸渍。基于无纺布起始重量的大约125重量%的NBR被涂到无纺布上,在180℃干燥固定。在打磨后得到具有260g/m2的单位面积重量和0.75mm厚度的鞋跟衬料。
比较实施例
由聚酯-和聚丙烯-短切纤维通过强化针刺而制备无纺布并且用NBR对其浸渍。通过分裂而得到具有320g/m2的单位面积重量和0.85mm厚度的鞋跟衬料。
强度值和耐磨性的比较列于下表1中。在此耐磨强度以下述方式确定,即φ90mm的试样被夹紧在旋转的张拉件锚头中,并且加载上2.8N/cm2的磨擦压力。张拉件锚头的转角为50度。检验样品对着磨擦元件被检测,该磨擦元件的表面为菱形。待测试样用水湿润并且来回循环移动,在此磨擦周期由300次来回移动组成,接着借助于评分装置而进行视觉判断。

Claims (11)
1.一种无纺布用作制鞋业中的鞋跟衬料的用途,该无纺布由用聚合物浸渍了的具有180至350g/m2单位面积重量和纵向和横向的抗扯强度都大于15N的无纺布构成,在此无纺布由熔纺的,气动拉伸的和直接落纱成无纺布的具有小于2dtex的纤度的多组分长丝构成,该多组分长丝在预固定后至少90%分裂成具有小于0.2dtex的纤度的超微长丝并被固定,其中该无纺布用基于该无纺布起始重量的20至50重量%的一种聚合物浸渍。
2.根据权利要求1的用途,其中无纺布的多组分长丝是由二种不相容的聚合物,特别是一种聚酯和一种聚酰胺构成的双组分长丝。
