Abstract
The invention discloses a liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of daily chemicals. On the basis of hyaluronic acid, the wheat germ oil, the dendrobium water extract and the chamomile ethanol extract are used as the humectant in a combined mode, the characteristics of functional components such as the hyaluronic acid, the wheat germ oil, the dendrobium polysaccharide, the chamomile Gan Juhuang ketone compound and the like are fully utilized, on one hand, the effects of moisturizing and preventing skin aging are achieved by promoting skin regeneration and repair and keeping moisture in the skin, on the other hand, a sealing layer is formed on the skin to prevent moisture loss, the moisturizing effect is improved, the effects of moisture absorption and keeping moisture are improved through the hydration capability of the functional components, the moisturizing effect is further enhanced, the moisturizing effect is achieved through an endogenous and exogenous dual mechanism, and therefore the ideal moisturizing effect is obtained, and the moisturizing and moisturizing product can be used.

Background
The lack of water in the skin creates a series of skin problems. If the skin lacks excessive water, the skin becomes rough and scaly, and the skin barrier is defective, so that external harmful substances are easier to enter the skin, skin diseases are seriously generated, and the situation can be improved by using the moisturizing product. Skin moisturization is the basis of skin care.
The natural moisturizing barrier stratum corneum and dermis of the human body play an important role in moisturizing and storing skin. Skin moisture is associated with many of the hydrating components in the epidermis and dermis. The outermost stratum corneum of the skin is the barrier between the outside environment and the body, and this barrier function prevents moisture loss, foreign body intrusion, and the like. The stratum corneum is essential to maintain the moisture content of the skin surface. The hyaluronic acid in the dermis forms a main protective barrier for the bottom layer tissue to defend the external environment, can be combined with water, prevents water loss, and has the function of scavenging free radicals and the like.
The skin moisturizing effect can be achieved by an exogenous moisturizing method. Depending on the occlusion and moisturization properties of the exogenous moisturizers, their moisturizing hydration mechanisms also differ: (1) the occlusive composition produces a thin layer of oil on the skin that prevents evaporation of water; (2) the moisturizing ingredient hydrates to absorb and retain moisture in the skin. The hydration capacity of different moisturizers varies and the effect on skin hydration varies.
Hyaluronic acid, abbreviated as hyaluronic acid, is formed by repeatedly and alternately connecting disaccharide units of N-acetylglucosamine and glucuronic acid, and can exist in a free chain form in vivo. The method comprises the steps of extracting total flavonoids from plumeria rubra in journal literature (extraction of plumeria rubra total flavonoids and preparation of mask liquid thereof), deng Jinsheng and the like, and in Guangdong chemical industry, 14 period 2019, and adding the total flavonoids into mask matrixes (carbopol U20 and hydroxyethyl cellulose are used as thickening agents, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, sorbitol and sodium hyaluronate are used as humectant) to prepare the mask liquid, wherein the prepared plumeria rubra mask liquid has certain antioxidation and whitening effects and good moisturizing effect.
Patent (CN 114504533A) discloses a moisturizing mask which comprises dendrobe hyaluronic acid extract and common auxiliary materials in the field of skin care products. The dendrobium hyaluronic acid extract is prepared from dendrobium and hyaluronic acid according to a mass ratio of 1:2-6:1 under high temperature and high pressure conditions, and the molecular weight of the raw material hyaluronic acid is 120-180 Da. The prepared moisturizing facial mask can solve the problem of poor carrier liquid of the mask cloth without adding a thickening agent, has simplified formula components, and reduces unnecessary raw material risks; has good moisturizing effect, and has longer skin-care time and no tight feel after application compared with the commercial competitive products.
The patent (CN 114053170A) provides a solid mask for moisturizing and water-locking and a preparation method thereof, wherein essence of the mask comprises 33-38% of trehalose, 24-27% of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 9-12% of chitosan, 8-12% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 6-11% of tremella hetero-polysaccharide, 2.5-4% of nude algae polysaccharide, 3-4% of hydrolyzed collagen, 0.5-2% of sodium hyaluronate and 0.5-2% of carnosine. Mixing and stirring all the raw materials of the essence uniformly, homogenizing to obtain the essence, immersing the membrane material into the essence, cooling to-40+/-2 ℃, and preserving heat until the product is completely frozen; vacuumizing the essence, gradually sublimating and drying the product, and heating the transparent purifying liquid to 35+/-1 ℃ after the essence is transparent, so as to obtain the solid mask. The invention uses low-temperature drying technology to protect bioactive factors to maintain the optimal state, so that the bioactive factors are easy to preserve, the probability of bacterial breeding is reduced, preservatives are not needed to be added, and the skin health of a user is ensured.
Patent (CN 114767550 a) discloses a composite moisturizing facial mask and a preparation method thereof, the facial mask comprises a facial mask essence and a facial mask cloth, and the facial mask essence comprises: 2.5 to 5.0 percent of glycerin, 2.0 to 4.0 percent of butanediol, 0.5 to 3.0 percent of glyceroglucan, 0.4 to 1.8 percent of combined humectant, 0.20 to 0.50 percent of thickener, 1.0 to 5.0 percent of medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution, 5.0 to 60.0 percent of small molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution, 0.1 to 5.0 percent of skin conditioner, 0.45 percent of preservative, 0.1 to 0.4 percent of panthenol and the balance of deionized water. The mask essence uses betaine and a saccharide compound-rhamnose as a combined humectant, so that the long-acting moisturizing effect can be improved; and the use amount of the combined humectant can be greatly reduced while the excellent moisturizing effect is obtained. By adding the combination of the specific small molecular weight hyaluronic acid and the medium molecular weight hyaluronic acid, the synergistic effect can be achieved, and the moisturizing effect of the mask is further improved.
Therefore, many studies on hyaluronic acid skin care products in the prior art are performed, and the addition of various moisturizing components or the adoption of a specific process are common ways for preparing skin care products with excellent moisturizing effects. However, no hyaluronic acid-based skin care product with ideal moisturizing performance is obtained in the prior art. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid, wherein a plurality of plant active ingredients are used in combination on the basis of hyaluronic acid, and the moisturizing effect is achieved through an endogenous and exogenous dual mechanism, so that the ideal moisturizing effect is obtained.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides a liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid, and a preparation method and application thereof. Based on hyaluronic acid, a plurality of plant functional components are used in a combined way, and the moisturizing effect is exerted through an endogenous and exogenous dual mechanism, so that the ideal moisturizing effect is obtained.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-3 parts of hyaluronic acid, 0.1-3 parts of vegetable oil, 10-30 parts of plant extract, 0.5-3 parts of film forming agent, 0.5-2 parts of emulsifying agent, 1-4 parts of micromolecular polyalcohol, 0.1-0.5 part of allantoin, 0.1-0.5 part of triethanolamine and 50-150 parts of water.
In a preferred embodiment, the hyaluronic acid is hyaluronic acid and sodium salts thereof; the vegetable oil is selected from at least one of wheat germ oil, coicis semen bran oil, oleum Cocois and fructus Hippophae, and more preferably wheat germ oil.
In a preferred embodiment, the plant extract is a dendrobium water extract and a chamomile ethanol extract, and the mass ratio of the dendrobium water extract to the chamomile ethanol extract is 1 (0.5-1.5).
The vegetable oil can form a water-fat film on the surface of the skin, so that the skin has a moisturizing effect and a waterproof performance. The vegetable oil can strengthen skin barrier and influence the reconstruction of horny layer, prevent skin moisture loss, and normalize sebaceous glands. Vegetable oils also have a significant impact on the normal appearance and function of skin. Unsaturated fatty acids are the main component of vegetable oils. The wheat germ oil is rich in vitamins besides unsaturated fatty acid, and can form a sealing layer on skin to prevent water loss, increase moisture keeping effect, and promote skin regeneration of dry rough skin.
Polysaccharides are widely found in plants. The monosaccharide units in the plant polysaccharide are connected to each other to form a branched or linear structure, but the main chain is usually glucan, levan, xylan, mannan, galactan, or the like, or a polymer of two or more monosaccharides. The branched structure of polysaccharides shows a great diversity. The plant polysaccharide has a large number of hydroxyl groups in the structure, has good hydration capacity through hydrogen bonds, and polar groups such as carboxyl groups of the plant polysaccharide can be combined with water molecules through the hydrogen bonds. Therefore, plant polysaccharides mostly have the property of absorbing and retaining moisture. The main component of the dendrobium water extract is water-soluble dendrobium polysaccharide, has good moisture retention and film forming properties, has good effects of keeping skin moisture, improving moisture retention of horny layer and the like, and also has the effects of antioxidant activity and the like.
Flavones generally exist in multiple phenolic hydroxyl structures, and flavones in many plants combine with sugar groups to form flavonoid glycosides. The flavonoid component of the plant not only has certain hygroscopicity, but also has various biological activities such as antioxidant activity and the like. The addition of flavonoid components to cosmetics helps to restore the elasticity and luster of dry and loose skin. The chamomile ethanol extract is rich in flavonoid components such as quercetin, can enhance the moisturizing effect of skin, repair skin chapped water, has the effect of balancing grease secretion, and has more obvious effect on relieving sensitive skin.

In a preferred embodiment, the film forming agent is at least one selected from CMC, gelatin, carbomer, xanthan gum, guar gum; the emulsifier is at least one selected from stearic acid soap, lauryl alcohol and polyacrylamide; the small molecule polyol is selected from glycerol and/or butanediol.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a method for preparing the liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid, which includes the following steps:
1) Weighing water, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 60-80deg.C, adding allantoin, stirring to dissolve, sequentially adding hyaluronic acid, vegetable oil, plant extract, emulsifier, and micromolecular polyalcohol, regulating pH with triethanolamine, and stirring to uniformity;
2) Adding film forming agent, stirring for 20-50min to uniformity, and cooling to obtain the liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid.
In a third aspect, the application also provides application of the liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid in moisturizing products.
In a preferred embodiment, the moisturizing product comprises a mask, a cream, a serum; the mask is a liquid mask or a solid mask.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

2. Stability determination

Centrifugal test: centrifuging at 20 ℃ for 15min at 3000r/min, and observing oil-free water separation before and after the test.
The experimental results are shown in Table 4.

3. PH test

Comparing example 1 with comparative examples 1-2, it can be seen that the use of the combination of the water extract of Dendrobium nobile and the ethanol extract of Matricaria chamomilla has better moisturizing effect; comparing example 1 with comparative example 3, it can be seen that the concentration of ethanol in the extraction solvent of the ethanol extract of chamomile has a greater effect, with 70-80% ethanol being better than 60% ethanol; comparing example 1 with comparative examples 4-5, it can be seen that the plant extracts (dendrobium water extract and chamomile ethanol extract) and wheat germ oil used in combination have better moisturizing effect; comparative example 4, in which wheat germ oil was not added, had poor water retention, and the moisture retention rate was greatly lowered over time; comparative example 5 added a large amount of wheat germ oil insoluble in water, the obtained liquid dressing could not be kept in a homogeneous state, and after being left, it could separate oil from water, which was not conducive to the moisturizing effect and was poor in moisturizing effect.

1) Weighing water, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 60-80deg.C, adding allantoin, stirring to dissolve, sequentially adding hyaluronic acid, vegetable oil, plant extract, emulsifier, and micromolecular polyalcohol, regulating pH with triethanolamine, and stirring to uniformity;
2) Adding film forming agent, stirring for 20-50min to uniformity, and cooling to obtain the liquid dressing containing hyaluronic acid.
10. Use of a liquid hyaluronic acid-containing dressing according to any of claims 1-8 or prepared by the method of preparation according to claim 9 in a moisturizing product.
