技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈膜。
背景技术
将金属制品作为包装等的材料使用时,作为获得防锈剂的长期的效果的方法,有将其分散、担载至树脂中的方法。作为树脂,从易于加工的角度出发常选择以低密度聚乙烯为代表的非极性聚烯烃树脂,然而一般而言上述树脂和防锈剂难以相溶,因此难以控制防锈剂的释放。此外,释放更多的防锈剂也很困难。
因此,如果在树脂中添加大量防锈剂以释放更多的防锈剂,则在产品制造后,在相对较短的时间内防锈剂会析出至产品表面,即会出现所谓的溢出或起霜现象,有商品外观降低,损害商品价值之虞。
此外,例如通过专利文献1记载的防锈膜包覆金属制品时,金属制品与防锈膜之间形成一个空间,在该空间中存在从防锈膜中释放的气化性防锈剂,从而可对面向该空间的金属制品表面进行防锈。然而,防锈膜与金属制品紧密贴合的部分金属表面无法与含有气化性防锈剂的空气接触,因此存在无法充分防锈之虞。因此,有时会并用干燥剂或存在其他防锈成分。
此外,在对金属制品进行包装期间,为了不使防锈效果降低,需要在防锈膜中预先调配较多的防锈剂。

发明内容
本发明的课题在于,即使不使树脂中含有大量的防锈剂,也可通过高效大量释放防锈剂来提高防锈效果。
本发明者等为了解决所述课题进行了深入研究,结果发现通过以下方法可解决该课题,从而完成了本发明。
1.一种防锈膜,其特征在于,含有下述(A)~(C):
(A)聚烯烃类树脂,
(B)相对于防锈膜为0.05~1.00重量%的平均粒径为100μm以下,且向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1重量%以上的羧酸碱金属盐,
(C)相对于防锈膜为0.05~5.00重量%的平均粒径为5.0~200μm,且纵横比为1.0~20.0,比表面积为100m2/g以下的粒子。
2.根据1所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为脂肪族羧酸及/或芳香族羧酸。
3.根据1或2所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为选自C8~C16的饱和单羧酸、C8~C16的饱和二羧酸、C8~C22的不饱和单羧酸及C8~C22的不饱和二羧酸中的1种以上。
4.根据1~3中任一项所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述粒子为无机粒子及/或树脂粒子。
5.一种防锈膜,其特征在于,具有含有下述(A)~(C)的防锈层和(D)基材层:
(A)聚烯烃类树脂,
(B)相对于防锈层为0.05~1.00重量%的平均粒径为100μm以下,且向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1重量%以上的羧酸碱金属盐,
(C)相对于防锈层为0.05~5.00重量%的平均粒径为5.0~200μm,且纵横比为1.0~20.0,比表面积为100m2/g以下的粒子。
6.根据5所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为脂肪族羧酸及/或芳香族羧酸。
7.根据5或6所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为选自C8~C16的饱和单羧酸、C8~C16的饱和二羧酸、C8~C22的不饱和单羧酸及C8~C22的不饱和二羧酸中的1种以上。
8.根据5~7中任一项所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述粒子为无机粒子及/或树脂粒子。
根据本发明,即使不使树脂中含有大量的防锈剂,也可通过释放更多的防锈剂来提高防锈效果。
具体实施方式
本发明为一种防锈膜,其以含有聚烯烃类树脂、特定的防锈剂,进一步含有特定的粒子为基本。
本发明的防锈膜可制成任意厚度,通过并用本发明中的(C)成分,可制成以往的防锈膜的厚度即50μm以上的厚度,进一步也可制成20~50μm的更薄的膜。通过制成更薄的膜,可削减每防锈膜的单位面积的的防锈剂的使用量。
(A)聚烯烃类树脂
本发明中,上述(A)成分的聚烯烃类树脂为容器或包装膜等中使用的聚烯烃类树脂。
具体而言,可列举聚乙烯、聚丙烯(PP)等α-烯烃的单独的聚合物、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、乙烯-4-甲基-1-戊烯共聚物、乙烯-己烯共聚物等乙烯与C3-C8的α-烯烃的共聚物、乙烯与环戊二烯、降冰片烯等环状烯烃共聚而的乙烯-环状烯烃共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物等具有乙烯性不饱和键的羧酸衍生物与乙烯的共聚物等,以及它们的混合物。
在上述聚烯烃树脂中,例如用作包装材料时,从产品成本或制造的简便性出发,适合选择聚乙烯,可考虑低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、直链低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)等各种聚乙烯的特性来采用。
聚烯烃类树脂的优选密度为0.880~0.960g/cm3,更优选为0.890g/cm3以上,进一步优选为0.900g/cm3以上。此外,更优选为0.950g/cm3以下,进一步优选为0.930g/cm3以下。
此外,聚烯烃类树脂的优选MFR为0.1~30.0g/10min,更优选为0.5g/10min以上,进一步优选为1.0g/10min以上,最优选为1.5g/10min以上。此外,更优选为20.0g/10min以下,进一步优选为10.0g/10min以下,最优选为6.0g/10min以下。
通过使用上述范围的聚烯烃类树脂,可优选用作对各种形状及重量的各种金属制品进行包装的防锈膜。
(B)羧酸碱金属盐
作为防锈剂,上述(A)聚烯烃树脂中所含的向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1重量%以上的羧酸碱金属盐的平均粒径为100μm以下,优选为70μm以下,更优选为40μm以下,进一步优选为20μm以下,最优选为15μm以下。此外,平均粒径优选为0.1μm以上,更优选为0.5μm以上,进一步优选为1.0μm以上,最优选为1.5μm以上。平均粒径越大,如果含量的浓度相同,则含有防锈剂的膜的机械强度越降低,容易发生浓度不均,甚至防锈力可能会降低。另一方面,如果平均粒径小于0.1μm,则羧酸碱金属盐粒子容易凝聚,在制膜时可能难以均匀分散至聚烯烃树脂中。
可从羧酸碱金属盐中选择1种以上来使用。
就羧酸碱金属盐而言,向50℃的水中的溶解度小于0.1重量%时,即使满足本发明中的其他主要条件,也无法充分发挥防锈效果。
由于该防锈剂为向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1重量%以上的水溶性的防锈剂,因此含于无极性的聚烯烃类树脂中时,以粒子的状态分散于树脂中。
在此,上述长径及短径的平均粒径,通过Microtrac公司制造的CAMSIZER X2由图像分析方式来测定。
另外,本发明中,羧酸碱金属盐的平均粒径表示长径的D50。
作为上述羧酸碱金属盐,可使用脂肪族羧酸碱金属盐及/或芳香族的羧酸碱金属盐。
脂肪族羧酸碱金属盐为饱和脂肪族羧酸碱金属盐或不饱和脂肪族羧酸碱金属盐的任一种均可。可采用邻苯二甲酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、苯甲酸、月桂酸、癸酸、壬酸、辛酸、庚酸、己酸、癸二酸、己二酸、油酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、琥珀酸、柠檬酸、酒石酸等的碱金属盐。
此外,作为饱和单羧酸及饱和二羧酸的碱金属盐分别优选为C8~C16的羧酸碱金属盐,更优选为C8~C14的羧酸碱金属盐,进一步优选为C8~C12的羧酸碱金属盐。
作为不饱和单羧酸的碱金属盐及不饱和二羧酸的碱金属盐,优选为C8~C22的羧酸碱金属盐,更优选为C12~C20的羧酸碱金属盐,进一步优选为C14~C18的羧酸碱金属盐。
这些防锈剂中,优选采用月桂酸钠、月桂酸钾、辛酸钠、辛酸钾、癸二酸钠、癸二酸钾、油酸钠、油酸钾、对叔丁基苯甲酸钠、对硝基苯甲酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钠、肉豆蔻酸钾、棕榈酸钠、棕榈酸钾、琥珀酸钠、琥珀酸钾、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸钾、己二酸钠、己二酸钾、酒石酸钠。
此外作为这些防锈剂,可使用也可不使用气化性较高的苯甲酸钠。
除这些羧酸碱金属盐以外,可含有也可不含有例如苯甲酸或对硝基苯甲酸等游离羧酸、亚硝酸的碱金属盐或碱土类金属盐等羧酸以外的酸或其盐。
作为(B)的防锈剂的调配量,根据作为防锈对象的金属制品及所要求的防锈效果,适当的调配量不同,一般而言,过少时防锈成分无法大范围分散从而无法获得防锈效果。反之若过多,由于会对防锈膜的物理性强度造成不良影响,从而有时无法获得充分的防锈效果。
因此,为了获得稳定的效果,以达到0.05~1.00重量%的方式添加至防锈膜中。进一步从制造上的观点出发,优选为0.08重量%以上,更优选为0.10重量%以上。此外,优选为0.80重量%以下,更优选为0.60重量%以下,进一步优选为0.50重量%以下。
由于本发明中的(B)的防锈剂为非气化性防锈剂,因此在防锈膜所包装的空间不存在通过气化而得的气化防锈剂。通过用防锈膜对被防锈材料进行包装,或在被防锈材料下部贴上防锈膜等,防锈膜所接触的被防锈材料的接触部位直接与释放至防锈膜表面的防锈剂接触,对该接触部进行防锈。
因此,也可不含安息香酸钠等气化性防锈剂。
此外,根据需要通过添加不具有气化性的亚硝酸、碳酸、磷酸、硼酸、硅酸等无机酸的碱金属、碱土金属等盐,可实现防锈效果的进一步改善。
此外,也可不调配有机酸酰胺等气化性防锈剂、硝酸铵、硼酸铵、无机铵盐、羧酸的铵盐、三唑类等防锈剂。
这些防锈剂不论(C)粒子存在与否,通过调配必要的量均具备防锈性。
(C)粒子
作为本发明中调配的粒子,需要在烯烃类树脂中及其加热溶融条件下等的加工中维持粒子的形状。粒子的表面为亲水性及疏水性均可,为亲水性时,可更快释放防锈剂。在本发明的防锈膜内,防锈剂可沿该粒子表面移动,结果更多的防锈剂可更早移动至防锈膜表面。另外,可含有也可不含纤维素纤维等纤维状物质。
另外,作为对粒子的表面进行疏水化的方法,可采用通过聚二甲基硅氧烷或甲基氯硅烷及六甲基二硅氮烷等表面处理剂对表面的二氧化硅等的硅烷醇基等进行处理的方法。
作为这样的粒子,为非防锈剂,为非水溶性的无机粒子及树脂粒子任一种均可。可采用玻璃珠、二氧化硅、氧化铝、碳酸钙、聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMMA)粒子、由(甲基)丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯树脂、硅酮树脂等公知树脂构成的粒子。其中优选二氧化硅或碳酸钙。此外,粒子表面可为多孔质,也可为非多孔质。另外,例如也可采用如碱金属或碱土类金属的氢氧化物的粒子、被氧化性金属粉末、硅酸盐、硝基苯甲酸一般,粒子自身具有游离的酸基,或具有与水的反应性或水溶性的物质。
粒子即使为多孔质,其比表面积的上限也为100m2/g。粒子的比表面积优选为80m2/g以下,更优选为50m2/g以下,进一步优选为30m2/g以下,最优选为20m2/g以下。粒子的比表面积越大,粒子表面越具有微细的孔,防锈剂越容易侵入、吸附或保持于该孔中。结果,会导致向防锈膜表面移动的防锈剂的量减少或延迟,从而降低或延迟防锈效果。
进一步该粒子的平均粒径需要为5.0~200μm,该平均粒径小于5.0μm时,难以使防锈剂沿着粒子表面向防锈膜表面移动。此外,大于200μm时,会导致防锈膜的机械性强度降低。这样的平均粒径为5.0~200μm的粒子中,优选平均粒径为100μm以下,更优选为60μm以下,进一步优选为30μm以下,最优选为20μm以下。
此外,优选为6.0μm以上,更优选为7.0μm以上。
另外,该平均粒径为粒子的短径的值,长径及短径的平均粒径为通过Microtrac公司制造的CAMSIZER X2由图像分析方式而测定的D50。
树脂粒子及无机粒子的形状期待为球形。为棒状或片状时可能无法充分发挥效果,因此纵横比优选为1.0~20.0。
纵横比超过20.0时,粒子有阻碍防锈膜内的羧酸碱金属盐向着防锈膜表面移动的动作的倾向,无法快速释放防锈剂,难以发挥充分的防锈效果。
进一步,纵横比于1.0~20.0之中,优选为18.0以下,更优选为10.0以下,进一步优选为5.0以下,最优选为2.0以下。
且,该粒子在防锈膜中以达到0.05~5.00重量%的方式调配,优选为0.20重量%以上,更优选为0.50重量%以上,进一步优选为0.70重量%以上。此外,优选为4.00重量%以下,更优选为3.00重量%以下,进一步优选为2.00重量%以下,最优选为1.50重量%以下。
该粒子的含量低于0.05重量%时,无法充分获得调配粒子的效果,防锈剂难以向防锈膜表面移动。此外,粒子的含量超过5.00重量%时,有时防锈膜中的粒子会影响防锈膜的机械强度。
另外,除了本发明的(C)的粒子外,也可含有其以外的粒子,此时,需要在不损害基于本发明的效果的范围内含有。且,基于本发明的效果,在下述实施例的实验条件下,腐蚀面积比例于7日时优选为0.10%以下,同样更优选为0.08%以下。
在本发明的防锈膜及防锈层中,相对于(B)羧酸碱金属盐的含量,(C)粒子的含量优选为0.05~100倍。在该范围内时,由于(C)粒子的存在,(B)羧酸碱金属盐容易从防锈膜及防锈层中释放,有提高防锈效果的倾向。
此外,相对于(C)粒子的含量,(B)羧酸碱金属盐的含量优选为0.01~20倍。在该范围内时,由于(C)粒子的存在,(B)羧酸碱金属盐容易从防锈膜及防锈层中释放,有提高防锈效果的倾向。
由含有上述(A)~(C)的防锈层与(D)基材层层压而成的防锈膜
(D)的基材层为层压于含有上述(A)~(C)的防锈层的单面上的层。可在基材层的整面或一部分的面上设置防锈层,相反也可在防锈层的一部分的面上设置基材层。
设置有(D)的基材层时,被防锈材料不与基材层侧而与防锈层侧接触进行配置及/或包装。
具有基材层的防锈膜,可通过将基材层与防锈层的单面进行层压或共押等形成,或通过将含有防锈层和基材层中的一方的构成材料的溶液或溶融物,涂布至另一方的单面上等,具有多层树脂层的层压体的一般的方法形成。
基材层为可与防锈层进行层压的材料,为不会作为阻碍防锈膜的目标的包装等应用的材料或结构。
例如,基材层可采用聚烯烃类树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氯乙烯类树脂、聚酯类树脂、丙烯酸类树脂等公知的树脂。此外,作为基材层的形状,可采用膜及片状的物质或布及织布、无纺布等。
基材层可不含防锈剂而仅作为支撑层来设置,基材层中也可调配含有上述羧酸碱金属盐及/或气化性防锈剂的其他公知的防锈剂。
另外,用本发明的防锈膜对作为防锈对象的金属制品进行包覆时,可将基材层侧对着作为防锈对象的金属制品,相反,也可将防锈层侧对着作为防锈对象的金属制品。
其他成分
作为可调配至本发明的含有(A)~(C)的防锈膜、具有含有(A)~(C)的防锈层及(D)基材层的防锈膜的各层中的其他成分,在不损害本发明的效果的范围内,可列举着色剂、塑化剂、光稳定剂、助滑剂、防静电剂等可调配至树脂中的公知的添加剂。
此外,作为制造本发明的防锈膜的方法,可采用制造单层及多层膜的公知的方法。
以下列举实施例来对本发明进行更具体的说明,但本发明本就不受下述实施例的限制,当然可在适合上述及后述宗旨的范围内加以变更进行实施,那些均包含在本发明的技术范围内。
(接触防锈力试验(通过求腐蚀面积比例来评价。))
试验片:铸铁(Fc250,Φ30×厚度9mm的圆盘形状)
试验片包装形态:对纵60mm、横90mm的2枚防锈膜的周围进行热封,向其内部插入试验片形成袋状物,并将其悬挂于试验环境下的空间内。
试验环境:温度50℃、湿度95%
试验期间:1日、7日、30日
评价标准:腐蚀面积比例
试验结束后,用HIROX公司制造的数字显微镜KH-1300(6倍率)对试验片进行摄影,用图像处理软件ImageJ对该图像数据进行2值化处理,求得腐蚀面积比例。
接触防锈力优异:1、7或30日后的腐蚀面积比例为0.10%以下
接触防锈力不优异:1、7或30日后的腐蚀面积比例为0..11%以上
实施例
以下针对本发明的具体的实施例及比较例进行说明。
表1~3中示出实施例或比较例中使用的各成分,表4以后的表中的数值表示含量(重量%)及结果。此外,表7以后的结果为表示使用A-1作为A剂时的腐蚀面积比例的结果。表5~10为使用膜厚为80μm的膜的结果。

在表4中,实施例1~8的聚烯烃类树脂为A-1~A-5时,通过B-1、C-1的组合,发挥高接触防锈力。
在表5中,实施例9~15使用向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1%以上的B-1~B-5作为防锈剂时,结果腐蚀面积比例为0%。与此相对,比较例1使用溶解度低于0.1%的B-6,腐蚀面积比例在1日后为0.15%,7日后为0.43%,未获得优异的防锈力。
比较例2为不含C剂的示例,腐蚀面积比例在1日后为0.06%,7日后为0.19%。
在表6中,实施例16~27为使用C剂的平均粒径(短径)为5.0~200μm且纵横比为1.0~20.0,且比表面积为100m2/g以下的粒子的C-1~C-5、C-8~C-13的示例,其1日后的腐蚀面积比例为0%。另一方面,比较例3~7为使用平均粒径(短径)低于5.0μm的C-6、C-7、C-14~C-16的示例,结果接触防锈力降低。由于实施例28含有0.05重量%以上的如C-13一般平均粒径为5.0μm以上的粒子,因此即使含有如C-14一般平均粒径低于5.0μm的粒子,1日后的腐蚀面积比例也为0%。7日后的腐蚀面积比例为0.06%,接触防锈力充分。
在表7中,防锈膜中的C-11的含量为0重量%时,添加1.0重量%的B-1时,腐蚀面积比例为0.06%。与此相对,即使将B-1的含量设为二十分之一即0.05重量%时,通过含有0.05重量%的非防锈剂的C-11,腐蚀面积比例同样为同程度的0.06%。进一步含有1重量%的C-11时,仅通过调配0.05重量%的B-1,腐蚀面积比例即可为0%,发挥优异的效果。
同样,在表8中,防锈膜中的C-11的含量为0重量%时,添加1重量%的B-1时,腐蚀面积比例为0.17%。与此相对,即使将B-1的含量设为二十分之一即0.05重量%时,通过含有0.05重量%的非防锈剂的C-11,腐蚀面积比例为0.08%,接触防锈力进一步提高。进一步含有1重量%的C-11时,仅通过调配0.05重量%的B-1,腐蚀面积比例即可为0.06%,发挥优异的效果。
在表9中,防锈膜中的C-11的含量为0重量%时,添加1重量%的B-1时,腐蚀面积比例为0.25%。与此相对,即使将B-1的含量设为二十分之一即0.05重量%时,通过含有0.05重量%的非防锈剂的C-11,接触防锈力进一步提高,腐蚀面积比例为0.10%。进一步含有1重量%的C-11时,仅通过调配0.05重量%的B-1,腐蚀面积比例即可为0.08%,发挥优异的效果。
根据这些结果可知,通过不含防锈剂,而是含有具备特定的平均粒径、纵横比及比表面积的粒子,可大幅减少防锈所需的防锈剂的含量。
此外,如表10所示,作为实施例29采用表面未经处理的胶体二氧化硅,即C-11时,就腐蚀面积比例而言,1日为0%,7日为0.06%。作为实施例30,使用对表面进行疏水化处理而得的胶体二氧化硅,即C-2时,1日和7日的腐蚀面积比例分别为0.02%、0.07%。然而,如比较例8所示,不含胶体二氧化硅时,1日和7日的腐蚀面积比例分别为0.13%、0.26%。
根据这些结果可知,表面未经处理的胶体二氧化硅与经处理的胶体二氧化硅相比,接触防锈力略优异。
Claims (8)
1.一种防锈膜,其特征在于,含有下述(A)~(C):
(A)聚烯烃类树脂,
(B)相对于防锈膜为0.05~1.00重量%的平均粒径为100μm以下,且向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1重量%以上的羧酸碱金属盐,
(C)相对于防锈膜为0.05~5.00重量%的平均粒径为5.0~200μm,且纵横比为1.0~20.0,比表面积为100m2/g以下的粒子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为脂肪族羧酸及/或芳香族羧酸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为选自C8~C16的饱和单羧酸、C8~C16的饱和二羧酸、C8~C22的不饱和单羧酸及C8~C22的不饱和二羧酸中的1种以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述粒子为无机粒子及/或树脂粒子。
5.一种防锈膜,其特征在于,具有含有下述(A)~(C)的防锈层和(D)基材层:
(A)聚烯烃类树脂,
(B)相对于防锈层为0.05~1.00重量%的平均粒径为100μm以下,且向50℃的水中的溶解度为0.1重量%以上的羧酸碱金属盐,
(C)相对于防锈层为0.05~5.00重量%的平均粒径为5.0~200μm,且纵横比为1.0~20.0,比表面积为100m2/g以下的粒子。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为脂肪族羧酸及/或芳香族羧酸。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述羧酸碱金属盐的羧酸为选自C8~C16的饱和单羧酸、C8~C16的饱和二羧酸、C8~C22的不饱和单羧酸及C8~C22的不饱和二羧酸中的1种以上。
8.根据权利要求5~7中任一项所述的防锈膜,其特征在于,上述粒子为无机粒子及/或树脂粒子。
