作为优选方案,更进一步的,切刀润滑组件97包括盒体971、滑杆972、弹簧973、移动板974、石蜡夹975、石蜡976、齿条977、旋钮978和齿轮979,盒体971固定连接在支撑座94的前侧,滑杆972数量为两个,分别安装在盒体971的内腔左右两侧,弹簧973数量为四个,每两个为一组分别套接在滑杆972的外壁前后两端,移动板974数量为两个,分别套接在滑杆972的外壁前后两端,在弹簧973的弹力作用下推动移动板974向内侧移动,石蜡夹975固定连接在移动板974的底部,且石蜡夹975内腔放置有石蜡976,石蜡976与切刀96接触时,随着切刀96的旋转蜡油涂抹在其表面,防止在切割标签带边缘多余胶水时会有胶水粘连在切刀96上,齿条977安装在移动板974的顶部,旋钮978通过轴承能够绕自身轴线旋转的安装在盒体971的顶部中心位置,齿轮979能够与齿条977啮合的安装在旋钮978底端。
作为优选方案,更进一步的,两个齿条977相对于齿轮979中心点旋转180度重合,随着齿轮979的旋转,能够使两个齿条977同步反向移动,目的在于实现两个移动板974的同时向内或向外侧移动。
工作原理:
步骤一,随着导辊3的滚动使标签带从右至左水平移动,第一电机6驱使胶辊7旋转,胶辊7蘸取胶槽5内胶水,并将胶水转移到标签带表面,对标签带实现胶水涂覆,红外烘干箱4对标签带表面胶水烘干;
步骤二,当需要对胶槽5内胶水稀释时,电磁阀84控制三通83与水箱的连通或断开,纯净水定时输送到喷嘴82,让纯净水以水雾的形式均匀喷到胶水表面,通过第二电机89驱使第二链轮810旋转,在链条811的传动下第一链轮88带动螺旋输送杆87旋转,借助螺旋力使胶水在套筒86内从下至上移动,使胶水从下至上循环,对胶水搅拌,实现胶水稀释,防止胶水出现凝固;
步骤三,当需要对标签带边缘多余的胶水去除时,旋拧定位螺栓93远离导杆91,解除对滑座92的定位,让滑座92在导杆91上移动,使切刀96到达标签带边缘,旋拧定位螺栓93压紧在导杆91外壁对滑座92定位,完成切刀96位置调整;
通过第三电机95带动切刀96旋转,切刀96切掉标签带边缘多余的胶水,在弹簧973弹力作用下驱使移动板974向内侧移动,让石蜡976始终与切刀96接触,随着切刀96旋转,石蜡976被涂抹在切刀96表面,阻止胶水粘在切刀96上,保护切刀96切割胶水的效果;
当需要添加石蜡976时,顺时针旋转旋钮978,促使齿轮979带动齿条977向外侧移动,进而使移动板974拖动石蜡夹975向外侧移动,石蜡夹975远离切刀96,便可将石蜡976放入石蜡夹975内。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种标签生产用贴纸表面涂胶装置,其特征在于,包括:
底座(1);
两个护板(2),其分别与所述底座(1)的上表面前后两侧固定连接;
若干个导辊(3),其能够绕自身轴线旋转的安装在所述护板(2)的内侧,通过导辊(3)滚动使标签带在护板(2)内侧水平移动;
红外烘干箱(4),设置在所述护板(2)内侧中部,红外烘干箱(4)内部红外光产生的热量实施标签带表面涂抹的胶水烘干;
胶槽(5),设置在所述护板(2)内侧右端;
第一电机(6),安装在所述胶槽(5)的前侧底部;
胶辊(7),其一端能够绕自身轴线旋转的安装在所述第一电机(6)的输出端,且另一端与胶槽(5)的后内壁通过轴承连接;
防脱水机构(8),设置在所述胶槽(5)的顶部,向胶槽(5)内补充蒸发的纯净水;
切边机构(9),其数量为两个,分别设置在两个所述护板(2)的内侧左端;
所述防脱水机构(8)包括外罩(81)、两个喷嘴(82)、三通(83)和电磁阀(84);
所述外罩(81)沿前后方向固定连接在所述胶槽(5)的顶部,两个所述喷嘴(82)分别竖直安装在外罩(81)的顶部前后两侧,所述三通(83)支路与喷嘴(82)的顶部连接,所述三通(83)主路与电磁阀(84)连接;
所述防脱水机构(8)还包括支撑板(85)、套筒(86)、螺旋输送杆(87)、第一链轮(88)、第二电机(89)、第二链轮(810)和链条(811);
所述支撑板(85)安装在胶槽(5)的内腔顶部,所述套筒(86)数量为三个,从前至后等距安装在支撑板(85)的通孔内,所述螺旋输送杆(87)数量与套筒(86)相同,从前至后通过轴承能够绕自身轴线旋转的安装在所述外罩(81)的顶部,且螺旋输送杆(87)相适配插接在套筒(86)内,所述第一链轮(88)安装在螺旋输送杆(87)的顶部,所述第二电机(89)安装在外罩(81)的顶部后端,所述第二链轮(810)与第二电机(89)输出端连接,所述链条(811)与第一链轮(88)和第二链轮(810)链连接;
所述切边机构(9)包括导杆(91)、滑座(92)、定位螺栓(93)、支撑座(94)、第三电机(95)、切刀(96)和切刀润滑组件(97);
所述导杆(91)横向安装在护板(2)的内侧左端,所述滑座(92)前后滑动的套接在导杆(91)的外壁,所述定位螺栓(93)数量为两个,均螺接在滑座(92)的顶部,所述支撑座(94)顶部与滑座(92)底部固定连接,所述第三电机(95)安装在支撑座(94)的下表面,所述切刀(96)能够绕自身轴线旋转的安装在第三电机(95)输出端,所述切刀润滑组件(97)安装在支撑座(94)的前端,且切刀润滑组件(97)内部与切刀(96)外壁接触;
所述切刀润滑组件(97)包括盒体(971)、滑杆(972)、弹簧(973)、移动板(974)、石蜡夹(975)、石蜡(976)、齿条(977)、旋钮(978)和齿轮(979);
所述盒体(971)固定连接在支撑座(94)的前侧,所述滑杆(972)数量为两个,分别安装在盒体(971)的内腔左右两侧,所述弹簧(973)数量为四个,每两个为一组分别套接在所述滑杆(972)的外壁前后两端,所述移动板(974)数量为两个,分别套接在滑杆(972)的外壁前后两端,所述石蜡夹(975)固定连接在移动板(974)的底部,且石蜡夹(975)内腔放置有石蜡(976),所述齿条(977)安装在移动板(974)的顶部,所述旋钮(978)通过轴承能够绕自身轴线旋转的安装在盒体(971)的顶部中心位置,齿轮(979)能够与齿条(977)啮合的安装在旋钮(978)底端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种标签生产用贴纸表面涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述第二电机(89)驱使第二链轮(810)旋转时,通过链条(811)的传动使第一链轮(88)带动三个螺旋输送杆(87)同步旋转。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种标签生产用贴纸表面涂胶装置,其特征在于,所述定位螺栓(93)压紧在导杆(91)外壁时滑座(92)得到定位。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种标签生产用贴纸表面涂胶装置,其特征在于,两个所述齿条(977)相对于齿轮(979)中心点旋转180度重合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种标签生产用贴纸表面涂胶装置的涂胶方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,随着导辊(3)的滚动使标签带从右至左水平移动,第一电机(6)驱使胶辊(7)旋转,胶辊(7)蘸取胶槽(5)内胶水,并将胶水转移到标签带表面,对标签带实现胶水涂覆,红外烘干箱(4)对标签带表面胶水烘干;
步骤二,当需要对胶槽(5)内胶水稀释时,电磁阀(84)控制三通(83)与水箱的连通或断开,纯净水定时输送到喷嘴(82),让纯净水以水雾的形式均匀喷到胶水表面,通过第二电机(89)驱使第二链轮(810)旋转,在链条(811)的传动下第一链轮(88)带动螺旋输送杆(87)旋转,借助螺旋力使胶水在套筒(86)内从下至上移动,使胶水从下至上循环,对胶水搅拌,实现胶水稀释,防止胶水出现凝固;
步骤三,当需要对标签带边缘多余的胶水去除时,旋拧定位螺栓(93)远离导杆(91),解除对滑座(92)的定位,让滑座(92)在导杆(91)上移动,使切刀(96)到达标签带边缘,旋拧定位螺栓(93)压紧在导杆(91)外壁对滑座(92)定位,完成切刀(96)位置调整。
