Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于改性缓蚀剂的合成型镁合金切削液及其制备方法,属于金属加工切削液技术领域。所述合成型镁合金切削液,包括以下重量份的组分:碱储备剂10~20份、镁合金缓蚀剂1~3份、润滑剂5~10份、钙镁皂分散剂3~6份、耦合剂3~5份、空气释放剂0.5~2份、防锈剂5~10份、杀菌剂3~5份和去离子水30~50份;所述镁合金缓蚀剂为油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、异壬酸油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物中的至少一种。本发明所述合成型镁合金切削液具有优异的镁缓释性能、抑制氢气释放性能、润滑性能、消泡性能和钙镁皂分散性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属加工切削液技术领域,具体涉及一种基于改性缓蚀剂的合成型镁合金切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
镁合金具有质量轻、比强度高、导热性好及优良的吸震性和电磁屏蔽性,且可回收性能和机械加工性能好,尺寸稳定性高,对震动、噪音的缓冲能力强,对晶间腐蚀和应力腐蚀破裂(SCC)的敏感度低,以及可再生、对环境的污染小等被誉为21世纪绿色金属结构材料。广泛运用于汽车、摩托车、机械、航空、航海、国防以及3C产品、手动工具等领域。
目前,国内现有镁合金切削液大部分都是采用磷酸酯类或有机硅氧烷改性类作为主要镁合金缓蚀剂,防治镁合金腐蚀、变色。在磷酸酯类缓释剂很容易滋生细菌,导致切削液腐败变质;另一类有机硅氧烷改性镁合金缓蚀剂相对磷酸酯类配方配伍性差,且容易分解失效,容易粘附在镁合金工件表面,降低后续镁合金阳极氧化效率,不能对镁合金长时间加工提供有效保护。另一方面镁合金在加工过程中容易产生Mg2+,导致切削液中Mg2+浓度的急剧上升,Mg2+与切削液中的阴离子乳化剂,比如脂肪酸类物质形成镁皂,消耗大量乳化剂,使切削液破乳分层,且这些金属镁皂容易粘附至机台表面,有效产品加工精度。另外,镁合金非常活泼,因此,迫切需要寻找新型的镁合金缓蚀剂,研制出寿命更长,缓蚀效果更稳定的镁合金切削液。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种基于改性缓蚀剂的合成型镁合金切削液及其制备方法,本发明所述合成型镁合金切削液具有优异的镁缓释性能、抑制氢气释放性能、润滑性能、消泡性能和钙镁皂分散性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:提供一种基于改性缓蚀剂的合成型镁合金切削液,包括以下重量份的组分:碱储备剂10~20份、镁合金缓蚀剂1~3份、润滑剂5~10份、钙镁皂分散剂3~6份、耦合剂3~5份、空气释放剂0.5~2份、防锈剂5~10份、杀菌剂3~5份和去离子水30~50份;
所述镁合金缓蚀剂为油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、异壬酸油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物中的至少一种。
具体的,所述油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物的制备方法为:将N-油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑混合,在60-70℃的温度下搅拌反应60-120min,即得;所述N-油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑的质量比为1.5-2.5:1。
具体的,所述月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物的制备方法为:将月桂酰肌氨酸和苯三唑混合,在60-70℃的温度下搅拌反应60-120min,即得;所述月桂酰肌氨酸和苯三唑的质量比为1.5-2.5:1。
具体的,所述异壬酸油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物的制备方法为:
首先将N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐和异壬酸混合,在40-50℃的温度下搅拌反应60-120min,反应得到异壬酸油酰肌氨酸;其中,N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐和异壬酸的质量比为0.9-1.1:1;
然后将所得异壬酸油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑混合,在60-70℃的温度下搅拌反应60-120min,即得;所述异壬酸油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑的质量比为1.5-2.5:1。
本发明合成型镁合金切削液的组分中,加入油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、异壬酸油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物中的至少一种作为镁合金缓蚀剂,在较高的pH值下,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂与镁合金中的金属离子形成保护性的配位聚合物,在较低的pH值下,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂通过化学吸附在镁合金表面;且本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂在镁合金表面形成了疏水性更大、缺陷更少、更耐久的表面膜,从而有效的将腐蚀介质和镁合金表面隔开,减少镁合金的腐蚀,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂适应的pH范围更广,对镁的保护作用更持久。一方面,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂与防锈剂共同作用,可以提高产品的防腐性能,选择特定的镁合金缓蚀剂和其他组分复配,使合成型镁合金切削液有优异的有色金属缓释效果;另一方面,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂与钙镁皂分散剂共同作用,可以提高产品的消泡性能。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述钙镁皂分散剂为羟基己叉二膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、聚天冬氨酸中的至少一种。
本发明合成型镁合金切削液的组分中,钙镁皂分散剂和碱储备剂中胺的互配使得合成液有高钙镁皂分散性能,延长工作液的使用寿命。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述耦合剂为聚异丁烯基琥珀酸酐、聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐钾盐、聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐钠盐、聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐铵盐中的至少一种本发明的耦合剂具有较好的润滑效果,加入耦合剂后可以提高切削液的分散稳定性,提高产品的消泡能力。耦合剂的分子量是影响产品稳定性的主要性因素之一,若是耦合剂的分子量小,加入耦合剂会导致产品的稳定性变差,若是耦合剂的分子量过大,加入耦合剂反而会降低产品的消泡能力。优选地,所述耦合剂的平均分子量为1000。
本发明聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐盐的制备方法如下:将聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐和组分A在室温下搅拌反应60-120min,即得;其中,组分A为10%KOH水溶液O%NaOH水溶液、有机胺中的一种,有机胺为甲基二乙醇胺、丁基-一乙醇胺、丁基-二乙醇胺、辛基-二乙醇胺中的一种;聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐和组分A的质量比为1.5-2.5:1。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述防锈剂为C22-三元酸、21碳二元酸、异癸酸、N-酰基氨基酸中的至少一种。
本发明选择特定的防锈剂来优化本发明产品的乳化型和防锈性,在本发明切削液中加入防锈剂,可以有效提高切削液的分散能力和防锈能力,使切削液在用大量水稀释后,形成颗粒极小的微乳液,与钙镁皂分散剂共同作用,提高产品的钙镁分散能力。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述碱储备剂为甲基二乙醇胺、丁基-一乙醇胺、丁基-二乙醇胺、辛基-二乙醇胺中的至少一种。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述润滑剂为氢化菜籽油聚氧乙烯醚、氢化棕榈油聚氧乙烯醚、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、氢化大豆油聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
上述润滑剂氧化安定性好,水解稳定性高,具有可再生性、可降解性以及良好的润滑性能,能够提高合成型镁合金切削液的润滑性能。
本领域技术人员可以采购市售产品作为本发明的润滑剂,也可以根据本领域常规的制备方法制备本发明的润滑剂;例如,将氢化植物油、三氟化硼乙醚和环氧乙烷加入反应釜中,在100-120℃下进行反应,得到润滑剂;其中氢化植物油为氢化蓖麻油、氢化菜籽油、氢化大豆油、氢化棕榈油中的一种,三氟化硼乙醚的质量比为氢化植物油质量的0.8-1.3%。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述空气释放剂为聚醚胺。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述聚醚胺的重均分子量为1500~2500。
聚醚胺的加入可以显著提高切削液的消泡性能,在高速磨削过程中有效防止泡沫的产生,从而抑制切削液气流屏障,防止工件烧伤。优选地,所述聚醚胺的重均分子量为1500~2500,采用该分子量范围的聚醚胺的消泡性能更佳;更优选地,所述聚醚胺的重均分子量为2000,其伯胺基连接在脂肪族聚醚主链端基的第二个碳原子上。
作为本发明合成型镁合金切削液的优选实施方式,所述杀菌剂为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、正-丁基-1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯。
另一方面,本发明提供了一种合成型镁合金切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将碱储备剂、镁合金缓蚀剂、润滑剂和钙镁皂分散剂混合搅拌均匀,随后加入去离子水、耦合剂和防锈剂混合搅拌均匀溶解,最后加入杀菌剂及空气释放剂,搅拌1~1.5h,即得合成型镁合金切削液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明合成型镁合金切削液的组分中,加入油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、异壬酸油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物中的至少一种作为镁合金缓蚀剂,一方面,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂与防锈剂共同作用,可以提高产品的防腐性能,选择特定的镁合金缓蚀剂和其他组分复配,使合成型镁合金切削液有优异的有色金属缓释效果;另一方面,本发明的镁合金缓蚀剂与钙镁皂分散剂共同作用,可以提高产品的消泡性能;钙镁皂分散剂和碱储备剂中胺的互配使得合成液有高钙镁皂分散性能,延长工作液的使用寿命。
(2)本发明选择特定的防锈剂来优化本发明产品的乳化型和防锈性,在本发明切削液中加入防锈剂,可以有效提高切削液的分散能力和防锈能力,使切削液在用大量水稀释后,形成颗粒极小的微乳液,与钙镁皂分散剂共同作用,提高产品的钙镁分散能力。
(3)本发明合成型镁合金切削液具有优异的镁缓释性能、抑制氢气释放性能、润滑性能、抗泡沫性能和钙镁皂分散性能,能满足镁合金的机加工要求,防止镁合金变色,有效抑制镁合金加工过程中的氢气释放。

现对实施例及对比例所用原料做如下说明,但不限于这些材料:
油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物为自制,制备方法为:将N-油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑混合,在65℃的温度下搅拌反应90min,即得;其中N-油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑的质量比为2:1。
月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物为自制,制备方法为:将月桂酰肌氨酸和苯三唑混合,在65℃的温度下搅拌反应90min,即得;其中月桂酰肌氨酸和苯三唑的质量比为2:1。
异壬酸油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物为自制,制备方法为:
首先将N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐和异壬酸混合,在45℃的温度下搅拌反应90min,反应得到异壬酸油酰肌氨酸;其中N-油酰肌氨酸-十八胺盐和异壬酸的质量比为1:1;
然后将所得异壬酸油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑混合,在65℃的温度下搅拌反应90min,即得;其中异壬酸油酰肌氨酸和苯三唑的质量比为2:1。
实施例1
本发明合成型镁合金切削液的一种实施例,本实施例所述合成型镁合金切削液由以下重量份的组分组成:甲基二乙醇胺15份、油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物2份、氢化菜籽油聚氧乙烯醚10份、羟基己叉二膦酸5份、聚异丁烯基琥珀酸酐3份、C22-三元酸5份、D2000聚醚胺1份、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮3份及去离子水56份;其中聚异丁烯基琥珀酸酐的平均分子量为1000。
本实施例所述合成型镁合金切削液的制备方法为:先将甲基二乙醇胺、酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、氢化菜籽油聚氧乙烯醚、羟基己叉二膦酸加入到反应釜中,搅拌均匀后加入去离子水、分子量为1000的聚异丁烯基琥珀酸酐、C22-三元酸,搅拌至固体完全溶解后,最后加入D2000聚醚胺、杀菌剂,常温搅拌1h,得到所述镁合金合成型切削液。

本发明合成型镁合金切削液的一种对比例,本对比例与实施例1的唯一区别在于,本对比例所述合成型镁合金切削液中,不含C22-三元酸和油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物。

本发明合成型镁合金切削液的一种对比例,本对比例与实施例1的唯一区别在于,本对比例所述合成型镁合金切削液中,不含C22-三元酸和D2000聚醚胺。
效果例1
将实施例1-6和对比例1-7所制得的合成型镁合金切削液,用去离子水稀释为质量分数为5%的稀释液后,测试性能。
钙镁皂分散性能的测试方法为:按照标准硬水的配制方法,以无水氯化钙和无水硫酸镁配制不同等级的硬水,硬水的等级分别为300ppm、500ppm、800ppm、1000ppm、1200ppm、1500ppm、3000ppm、5000ppm、8000ppm、10000ppm;
将各实施例和对比例中的去离子水中加入5%不同等级的硬水,制备切削液;然后将所得切削液进行稀释,观察稀释液的状态,24小时内不能有超过1%的皂析出;通过逐步试验,确定切削液的抗硬水等级。
其他性能测试方法及结果如下表1所示。

从表1中可以看出,本发明实施例所制得的合成型镁合金切削液具有优异的镁缓释性能、抑制氢气释放性能、润滑性能、消泡性能和钙镁皂分散性能。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者同等替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种基于改性缓蚀剂的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:碱储备剂10~20份、镁合金缓蚀剂1~3份、润滑剂5~10份、钙镁皂分散剂3~6份、耦合剂3~5份、空气释放剂0.5~2份、防锈剂5~10份、杀菌剂3~5份和去离子水30~50份;
所述镁合金缓蚀剂为油酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、月桂酰肌氨酸与苯三唑改性的衍生物、异壬酸油酰肌氨酸苯三唑改性的衍生物中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述钙镁皂分散剂为羟基己叉二膦酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、聚天冬氨酸中的至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述耦合剂为聚异丁烯基琥珀酸酐、聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐钾盐、聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐钠盐、聚异丁烯琥珀酸酐铵盐中的至少一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为C22-三元酸,21碳二元酸、异癸酸、一元酰基氨基酸中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述碱储备剂为甲基二乙醇胺、丁基-一乙醇胺、丁基-二乙醇胺、辛基-二乙醇胺中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为氢化菜籽油聚氧乙烯醚、氢化棕榈油聚氧乙烯醚、氢化蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、氢化大豆油聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述空气释放剂为聚醚胺。
8.如权利要求7所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述聚醚胺的重均分子量为1500~2500。
9.如权利要求1所述的合成型镁合金切削液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、正-丁基-1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、碘丙炔醇丁基氨甲酸酯。
10.如权利要求1~9中任一项所述合成型镁合金切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将碱储备剂、镁合金缓蚀剂、润滑剂和钙镁皂分散剂混合搅拌均匀,随后加入去离子水、耦合剂和防锈剂混合搅拌均匀溶解,最后加入杀菌剂及空气释放剂,搅拌1~1.5h,即得合成型镁合金切削液。
