本发明公开了一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,包含油箱盖罩、密封垫、锁紧片、锁紧螺钉、垫块、O型密封圈、透气塞、拉铆螺母、电缆接头。其中,油箱盖罩侧面开孔,拉铆螺母铆接到油箱盖罩的相应孔,电缆接头装配到拉铆螺母上,传感器电缆即可从油箱内部经电缆接头穿出。油箱盖罩内部装有塑料垫块,设计有避空槽,使得电缆可以穿过。油箱盖罩上面装有透气塞,可以确保油箱内外气压一致,可以实现油位监测传感器的穿线安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及油箱技术领域,具体为一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖。
背景技术
商用车大多在车架上搭载大容量铝合金油箱,用来加储柴油。由于油箱可见,为了防止柴油被盗,整车厂一般都前装有普通的防盗油箱盖。
现有的防盗油箱盖,油箱盖罩被锁紧片用锁紧螺钉紧固到油箱加油口,中间加密封垫,防止漏油。这种油箱盖是纯机械结构的盖子,不具备其他扩展功能,无法直接安装带有线缆的油位传感器。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,以克服现有技术中不具备其他扩展功能,无法直接安装带有线缆的油位传感器的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,包括油箱盖罩,所述油箱盖罩内部设置有垫块,所述垫块底部设置有密封垫,所述垫块外侧设置有O型密封圈,所述密封垫底部设置有锁紧片,所述油箱盖罩顶部设置有透气塞,所述油箱盖罩、垫块、O型密封圈、密封垫和锁紧片通过锁紧螺栓连接,所述油箱盖罩侧壁设置有拉铆螺母,所述拉铆螺母上设置有电缆接头。
优选地,油箱盖罩顶部连接有防尘罩。
优选地,防尘罩通过锁扣与油箱盖罩连接。
优选地,垫块采用塑料材质。
优选地,油箱盖罩和锁紧片开设有适配锁紧螺栓大小的沉孔。
优选地,电缆接头穿设在拉铆螺母上。
优选地,O型密封圈采用橡胶材料。
优选地,电缆接头上接有油位监测传感器。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供了一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,包含油箱盖罩、密封垫、锁紧片、锁紧螺钉、垫块、O型密封圈、透气塞、拉铆螺母、电缆接头。其中,油箱盖罩侧面开孔,拉铆螺母铆接到油箱盖罩的相应孔,电缆接头装配到拉铆螺母上,传感器电缆即可从油箱内部经电缆接头穿出。油箱盖罩内部装有塑料垫块,设计有避空槽,使得电缆可以穿过。油箱盖罩上面装有透气塞,可以确保油箱内外气压一致,可以实现油位监测传感器的穿线安装。
进一步地,油箱盖罩顶部连接有防尘罩,防尘罩通过锁扣与油箱盖罩连接,在防尘的同时保留了防盗功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,所述是对本发明的解释而不是限定。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,一包含油箱盖罩1、密封垫2、锁紧片3、锁紧螺钉4、垫块5、O型密封圈6、透气塞7、拉铆螺母8、电缆接头9和防尘罩10。其中,油箱盖罩1侧面开孔,拉铆螺母8铆接到油箱盖罩1的相应孔,电缆接头9装配到拉铆螺母8上,传感器电缆即可从油箱内部经电缆接头9穿出。油箱盖罩1内部装有塑料垫块5,设计有避空槽,使得电缆可以穿过,垫块5的外圆柱面上设置有O型密封圈。油箱盖罩1上面装有透气塞7,可以确保油箱内外气压一致。
一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,其实现方法为:
首先将透气塞7装配在油箱盖罩1上,进一步将拉铆螺母8铆接在油箱盖罩1上,进一步将电缆接头9装在拉铆螺母8上。将O型密封圈6装在塑料垫块5侧面凹槽内,进一步将塑料垫块5装入油箱盖罩1。密封垫2装入油箱盖罩1与塑料垫块5贴合。用3个锁紧螺钉穿过油箱盖罩1的3个沉孔,连接锁紧片3。油箱盖整体卡接在油箱加油口之后,拧紧锁紧螺钉4,油箱盖即可与油箱加油口固定连接。传感器的电缆穿过电缆接头9,拧紧电缆接头9,即可实现传感器的安装和引线。油箱盖专用锁扣合后,所有开口处即可闭合,避免漏油。
安装方式:
将透气塞7装配在油箱盖罩1上,进一步将拉铆螺母8铆接在油箱盖罩1上,进一步将电缆接头9装在拉铆螺母8上。将O型密封圈6装在塑料垫块5侧面凹槽内,进一步将塑料垫块序5装入油箱盖罩1。密封垫2装入油箱盖罩1并与塑料垫块5贴合。用3个锁紧螺钉4穿过油箱盖罩1的3个沉孔,连接锁紧片3。油箱盖整体卡接在油箱加油口之后,拧紧锁紧螺钉1,油箱盖即可与油箱加油口固定连接。传感器的电缆穿过电缆接头,拧紧电缆接头,即可实现传感器的安装和引线。油箱盖专用锁扣合后,所有开口处即可闭合密封。

1.一种可安装传感器的汽车油箱盖,其特征在于,包括油箱盖罩(1),所述油箱盖罩(1)内部设置有垫块(5),所述垫块(5)底部设置有密封垫(2),所述垫块(5)外侧设置有O型密封圈(6),所述密封垫(2)底部设置有锁紧片(3),所述油箱盖罩(1)顶部设置有透气塞(7),所述油箱盖罩(1)、垫块(5)、O型密封圈(6)、密封垫(2)和锁紧片(3)通过锁紧螺栓(4)连接,所述油箱盖罩(1)侧壁设置有拉铆螺母(8),所述拉铆螺母(8)上设置有电缆接头(9)。
