Abstract

本发明公开了一种控制阀,控制阀还包括密封部件,密封部件位于侧壁部与阀芯部件之间,密封部件包括一体结构的弹性垫和密封件,弹性垫包括外周壁部和凸起部,弹性垫具有多个第一通孔、以及第一凹槽,凸起部凸出于外周壁部,第一凹槽凹陷于外周壁部,凸起部环绕各第一通孔,凸起部与侧壁部相抵接,阀体部件具有凸出于侧壁部的凸肋,凸肋伸入第一凹槽内。这样,通过弹性垫的第一凹槽与阀体部件的凸肋相配合的方式使得密封部件现位于阀腔内,防止密封部件在阀芯部件转动时而移位,弹性垫的凸起部环绕各第一通孔,凸起部与侧壁部相抵接,可以提高弹性垫与侧壁部之间的密封可靠性。

一种控制阀
本申请要求于2021年01月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为202110065261.1、发明名称为“一种阀装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及流体控制领域,具体涉及一种流体控制阀。
背景技术
有的系统需要用到多通路的控制阀以控制流路,如机动车,目前一般可能会用多个控制阀进行控制,在一种多通路控制阀中,为了实现密封以及与阀芯的滑动配合,采用双层分体结构的密封件和弹性垫来实现。
发明内容
为提供一种密封可靠性较高的控制阀,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种控制阀,所述控制阀包括阀体部件和阀芯部件,所述控制阀具有阀腔,所述阀芯部件至少大部分位于所述阀腔;所述阀体部件包括侧壁部,所述侧壁部为所述阀腔的周壁或至少是周壁的一部分,所述阀体部件设置有连通孔,所述控制阀还包括密封部件,所述密封部件位于所述侧壁部与所述阀芯部件之间,所述密封部件包括弹性垫和密封件,所述弹性垫和密封件为一体结构,所述弹性垫位于所述密封件与所述阀体的侧壁部之间,所述弹性垫包括外周壁部和凸起部,所述弹性垫具有多个第一通孔、以及第一凹槽,所述凸起部凸出于外周壁部,所述第一通孔贯穿所述外周壁部, 所述第一凹槽凹陷于所述外周壁部,所述凸起部环绕各所述第一通孔,所述凸起部与所述侧壁部相抵接,所述阀体部件具有凸出于所述侧壁部的凸肋,所述凸肋伸入所述第一凹槽内。
这样控制阀的密封部件包括呈一体结构的弹性垫和密封件,并且通过弹性垫的第一凹槽与阀体部件的凸肋相配合的方式使得密封部件限位于阀腔内,防止密封部件在阀芯部件转动时而移位,而且弹性垫的凸起部环绕各第一通孔,凸起部与侧壁部相抵接,可以提高弹性垫与侧壁部之间的密封可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对具体实施方式的技术方案进行说明,如图1至图4,控制阀包括阀体10和密封部件4,还包括阀芯部件(图中未示出),控制阀还具有阀腔,阀芯部件至少大部分位于阀腔,阀芯部件能够在带动下转动。密封部件4包括弹性垫41和密封件42,弹性垫41和密封件42通过 粘合等的方式固定在一起,阀体部件10包括侧壁部12和底壁部11,侧壁部12和底壁部11可以一体成型,侧壁部12为阀腔的周壁或至少是周壁的一部分,侧壁部12凸出于底壁部11,阀体部件10具有连通孔,连通孔的数量可以为多个,例如,连通孔可以为5个,当然也可以大于或小于5个。密封部件4位于侧壁部12与阀芯部件之间;密封部件40包括弹性垫41和密封件42,弹性垫41和密封件42固定连接,弹性垫41位于密封件42与阀体部件10的侧壁部12之间,密封件42与阀芯部件20接触,密封件42与阀芯部件之间的作用力包括滑动摩擦力,弹性垫41与侧壁部12之间的作用力为静摩擦力。其中密封件42的材料可以为特氟龙,密封件42不仅可以起到密封的作用,还具有一定的润滑性能且不易磨损,可以降低阀芯部件与密封部件的摩擦力,从而相对降低控制阀的驱动力。
如图1和图2所示,弹性垫41包括外周壁部410,弹性垫41具有第一通孔411、第一凹槽412、第二凹槽413,其中,第一通孔411贯穿外周壁部410且第一通孔411与连通孔101连通设置,第一凹槽412和第二凹槽413凹陷于外周壁部410。第一凹槽412和第二凹槽413的开口朝向侧壁部12,其中第一凹槽412可以是在弹性垫41的纵向方向自弹性垫41的一端延伸至弹性垫41的另一端,第一凹槽412的数量为多个,在本实施例中,第一凹槽412分布于第一通孔411的两侧位置,并且位于相邻的两第一通孔411之间的第一凹槽412可以位于相邻的两第一通孔411之间的中间部位。第一凹槽412可以是轴向设置,第二凹槽413可以是周向设置,也可以是其它形式,通过第二凹槽413可以给弹性垫41在受力压缩时留出膨胀空间。在本实施例中,第二凹槽413位于弹性垫41纵向方向的至少一 侧,第一凹槽412与第二凹槽413连通。
如图3所示,阀体部件10具有凸出于侧壁部12的凸肋123,在本实施例中,凸肋123凸出于侧壁部12且位于阀腔内。
凸肋123的数量与第一凹槽412相对应,凸肋123伸入第一凹槽412内,凸肋123与第一凹槽412过盈配合或者间隙配合或者过渡配合。通过设置凸肋123和第一凹槽412不仅可以实现密封部件4的定位安装,使得第一通孔411的位置、第二通孔421的位置分别与连通孔101的位置对应而能导通流体,而且凸肋123和第一凹槽412配合的方式,可以起到对密封部件4的限位作用,防止密封部件4在阀芯部件转动时而移位。在本实施例中,凸肋123凸出侧壁部12的高度小于第一凹槽412的深度,可以使得凸肋123与第一凹槽412的底部之间具有一定的间隙,这样,一方面可以使得弹性垫41与第二侧壁122抵接,而且通过凸肋123与第一凹槽412的底部之间的留有的间隙,可以为弹性垫产生弹性形变时留出膨胀空间。
如图3和图4所示,阀体部件10还包括凸出于底壁部11的凸台部124,凸台部124包括阻挡部125和支撑部126,阻挡部125凸出于支撑部126一定距离,支撑部126的至少部分位于凸肋123与阻挡部125之间,在阻挡部125与凸肋123之间形成有限位空间127。密封部件4装入阀体部件10内后,密封部件4的一端容置于限位空间127,并且密封部件4与支撑部126相抵接。通过设置凸台部124可以对密封部件4的端部起到限位的作用,防止密封部件4的端部与阀体部件10分离。
侧壁部12包括第一侧壁121与第二侧壁122,第一侧壁121离阀腔的中心轴的距离大于第二侧壁122离阀腔的中心轴的距离,阀体部件10还包 括突出部128,突出部128沿背离阀腔的方向突出在第二侧壁122设置,每个突出部128分别设置于其中一个连通孔101的周边部位,其中至少两个第一通孔101分别套设其中一个突出部128,例如图3中,具有两个第一通孔101沿阀腔圆周方向的位置相同,此时两个第一通孔101沿阀腔的轴向方向排布,此时该两个第一通孔101可以分别套设其中一个突出部128,突出部128具有两个流道,两个流道与两个第一通孔101一一对应且连通。
如图2所示,密封件42包括限位部422、配合部423、翻边部424和连接部425,配合部423与阀芯部件滑动配合,两个限位部422分别位于密封件42圆周方向的两侧,限位部422呈向外凸出结构或者说外翻结构,能够对弹性垫41的两侧进一步限位而限定弹性垫41在挤压后的变形范围,使第二通孔421的位置与第一通孔411的位置相对应。在本实施例中,由于有凸肋123和第一凹槽412配合的限位方式,限位部422位于弹性垫41的两侧,并且限位部422的高度小于等于弹性垫41两侧的厚度,可以留出弹性垫41的膨胀空间。
翻边部424形成有第二通孔421,翻边部424的至少一部分伸入第一通孔411内且与第一通孔411的内壁粘合固定,从而使得第一通孔411与第二通孔421连通。翻边部424的高度小于第一通孔411的长度,这样,在弹性垫41在压缩时可以防止密封件42与第二侧壁122相接触,使得弹性垫41可有具有更多的压缩空间。而且也可以防止一部分弹性垫41穿过第二通孔421与阀芯部件接触,如果弹性垫41与阀芯部件接触,不仅会提高阀芯部件转动的摩擦力,而且也可能因弹性垫41磨损而使得阀芯部件卡 死。
在本实施例中,通过设置翻边部424,一方面增加了弹性垫41与密封件42之间的接触面积,可以提高弹性垫41与密封件42两者之间粘合力,另一方面,通过翻边部424伸入第一通孔411内,可以对密封件42和弹性垫41起到限位的作用,防止密封件42和弹性垫41在阀芯部件转动时发生错位。
连接部425位于翻边部424和配合部423之间,连接部425圆滑连接翻边部424和配合部423,在本实施例中,连接部425与配合部423连接部位在朝向阀芯部件的方向直径逐渐增加,在阀芯部件转动的过程中,连接部425可以起到缓冲和导引的功能,也有利于阀芯部件的转动。
如图3,阀体部件10还包括凸出于底壁部11且位于阀腔内的配合部111,配合部111包括缺口部112和肋板部113,通过设置缺口部112,可以使得进入配合部111内的冷却液中的杂质可以及时排出,防止阀芯部件卡死。通过肋板部113可以提高配合部111的强度,减小缺口部112对于配合部111强度的影响。并且配合部111的高度大于等于凸台部124的高度,这样可以减小阀芯部件的摩擦力,同时凸台部124可以防止密封部件4在受压变形时与阀体部件10不脱离。
如图3至图6,图5和图6示出了又一实施方式,在该实施例中,弹性垫41还包括多个凸起部414,凸起部414凸出于外周壁部410,凸起部414围绕于第一通孔411,凸起部414与侧壁部12相抵接。在本实施例中,凸起部414包括轴向凸起部和周向凸起部,轴向凸起部沿弹性垫41的轴向延伸,周向凸起部沿弹性垫41的周向延伸,多个轴向凸起部和周向凸起部 分布于第一通孔411的周侧,相邻的第一通孔之间设置有多个轴向凸起部或者周向凸起部,在第一通孔411与第一凹槽412之间也设置有至少一个凸起部。周向凸起部与轴向凸起部的两端部相交形成有交叉部415,周向凸起部的一端部与多个轴向凸起部的一端部相交而形成有多个交叉部,轴向凸起部的一端部与多个周向凸起部的一端部相交而形成有多个交叉部。
通过设置多个凸起部414,形成多重密封,提高密封可靠性。同时,相比于密封部件4在安装进阀体部件10前,密封部件4在安装入阀体部件10内后,密封部件4的开口角度α会变小,这时由于弹性垫41的厚度较大,并且弹性垫41具有多个第一通孔411,当开口角度α可以变化时,弹性垫41的各处产生的形变并不均匀,通过设置多个凸起部414,可以提高密封可靠性,密封部件的开口角度α变化也可适用,降低密封部件4制造难度。这里应当说明,附图中所示的密封部件4的形状为密封部件4装配至阀体内的形状,在安装时,其形状可以发生变化,所以开口角度α会变化。
这里应当说明,在其它实施例中,密封部件4在轴向或者周向可以分成多个布置,可以根据需要进行设置。轴向和周向是相对于密封部件4装入阀体部件内的描述。

  1. 一种控制阀,所述控制阀包括阀体部件和阀芯部件,所述控制阀具有阀腔,所述阀芯部件至少大部分位于所述阀腔;所述阀体部件包括侧壁部,所述侧壁部为所述阀腔的周壁或至少是周壁的一部分,所述阀体部件设置有连通孔,其特征在于,所述控制阀还包括密封部件,所述密封部件位于所述侧壁部与所述阀芯部件之间,所述密封部件包括弹性垫和密封件,所述弹性垫和密封件为一体结构,所述弹性垫位于所述密封件与所述阀体部件的侧壁部之间,所述弹性垫包括外周壁部和凸起部,所述弹性垫具有多个第一通孔、以及第一凹槽,所述凸起部凸出于外周壁部,所述第一通孔贯穿所述外周壁部,所述第一凹槽凹陷于所述外周壁部,所述凸起部环绕各所述第一通孔,所述凸起部与所述侧壁部相抵接,所述阀体部件具有凸出于所述侧壁部的凸肋,所述凸肋伸入所述第一凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述凸起部包括多个轴向凸起部和多个周向凸起部,相邻的第一通孔之间设置有多个所述轴向凸起部或者多个周向凸起部,在所述第一通孔与第一凹槽之间也设置有至少一个轴向凸起部,所述周向凸起部与所述轴向凸起部的两端部相交形成有交叉部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述周向凸起部的一端部与多个所述轴向凸起部的一端部相交形成有多个所述交叉部,所述轴向凸起部的一端部与多个所述周向凸起部的一端部相交形成有多个所述交叉部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述第一凹槽在所述 弹性垫的纵向方向自所述弹性垫的一端延伸至所述弹性垫的另一端,所述第一凹槽的数量为多个,所述第一凹槽分布于所述第一通孔的两侧,所述凸肋凸出所述侧壁部的高度小于所述第一凹槽的深度,所述凸肋与所述第一凹槽过盈配合或者间隙配合或者过渡配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述密封件与所述弹性垫通过粘合固定,所述密封件包括翻边部和配合部,所述配合部朝向所述阀芯部件,所述配合部与所述阀芯部件滑动配合,所述密封件还具有第二通孔,所述第一通孔、第二通孔和连通孔相对应且连通,所述翻边部形成有所述第二通孔,所述翻边部的至少一部分伸入所述第一通孔内且与所述第一通孔的内壁粘合固定,所述翻边部的高度小于所述第一通孔的长度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述密封件包括至少两个位于所述密封件两侧的限位部,所述限位部呈外凸出结构或者说外翻结构,所述限位部位于所述弹性垫的两侧,并且所述限位部的高度小于弹性垫两侧的厚度,所述密封件还包括连接部,所述连接部位于所述翻边部和配合部之间,所述连接部圆滑连接所述翻边部和配合部,并且,所述连接部与所述配合部连接部位在朝向所述阀芯部件的方向直径逐渐增加。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述阀体部件包括底壁部、凸出于所述底壁部的凸台部,所述凸台部包括阻挡部和支撑部,所述阻挡部凸出于所述支撑部一定距离,支撑部位于所述凸肋与底壁部之间,所述凸肋与所述支撑部连接,在所述阻挡部与凸肋之间形成有限位空间,所述密封部件的一端容置于所述限位空间,并且所述密封部件与所述支撑部相抵接;所述阀体部件还包括凸出于所述底壁部的配合部,所述配合部 与所述阀芯部件相配合,所述阀芯部件的一部分伸入所述配合部内,所述配合部包括缺口部和肋板部,并且所述配合部的高度大于等于所述凸台部的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述侧壁部包括第一侧壁与第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁离所述阀腔的中心轴的距离大于所述第二侧壁离所述阀腔的中心轴的距离;所述阀体部件在所述第二侧壁还设置有至少两个突出部,每个所述突出部分别设置于其中一个所述连通孔的周边部位,其中至少两个所述第一通孔分别套设所述其中一个突出部。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述弹性垫采用橡胶材料加工而成,所述阀体部件是由铝材加工而成或塑料材料经注塑加工形成,所述阀芯部件是塑料材料经注塑加工形成,所述密封件采用特氟龙加工形成,所述弹性垫与所述密封件通过粘合固定,所述阀芯部件的突起部中至少有部分与所述阀体部件的所述密封件接触设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述弹性垫具有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽呈周向设置,所述第二凹槽位于所述弹性垫的上下两侧,所述第一凹槽连接位于上下两侧的所述第二凹槽。
