本发明公开了一种环保型免漆木皮的制作工艺,属于装修、装饰用的环保材料技术领域。制作工艺主要包括磨皮、除尘、吹灰、辊涂、烘干、冷却和打包;辊涂过程中,采用的涂料组分按重量分数计为,水性聚碳树脂20~40份、水性聚氨酯树脂60~80份、耐磨剂5~10份、防水剂10~20份、固化剂1~3份、水20~40份;将上述各组分搅拌均匀后,按110~150克/平方米的用量均匀涂布于木皮表面;涂布完成后,在90~110℃下以3~4米/秒的速度烘干,得到表面有涂层的木皮。再根据使用需要将木皮热压于密度板或木板上,可得到免漆板。本发明的制作工艺可得到具有耐磨、耐刮、防水、防污的功能,无异味、无挥发物、性能稳定、方便实用的装修装饰用免漆木皮。

技术领域
本发明涉及装修、装饰用的环保材料技术领域,具体而言涉及一种环保型免漆木皮的制作工艺。
背景技术
随着科技与经济的进步,建筑装饰材料从传统的复合板材向环保新型装饰材料迈进。现有的装饰材料如木饰面油漆板在加工过程中含有重金属、甲醛、丙苯等致癌物,此类致癌物质会在相当长的一段时期内持续排放。木饰面油漆板的制备工艺还相对复杂,其在生产前需要对基材进行预处理,用刮刀将表面灰尘,胶印,缝隙处理干净,但是不可以伤到木皮,不可让表面木皮翘起,然后再进行砂光处理,保证表面光滑。在上漆过程中需要多次打磨、补腻子,上多道底漆和面漆才能达到表面效果,费时费力,而且打磨产生的粉尘影响人身健康,也具有粉尘静电爆炸的隐患。
后来,慢慢发展出了一种免漆木皮,一般是通过热熔胶层与木板进行热压粘合。如申请号为CN202011223480.X的发明申请中公开了一种免油漆复合木皮,包括木皮,所述木皮至少一面复合有高分子膜。所述木皮厚度为0.1-0.5mm。所述高分子膜厚度为0.1-0.5mm。所述木皮与高分子膜之间还设有热塑胶层。所述免油漆复合木皮的制备方法如下:步骤1:取涂覆有热塑胶层的高分子膜,在低于热塑胶层软化点的温度下预热0.5-5min;步骤2:将预热后高分子膜具有热塑胶层的一面与木皮表面贴合,并进行辊压0.5-5min,在辊压过程中,与木皮直接接触的辊表面温度大于热塑胶层软化点。所述高分子膜为PET膜,所述热塑胶层为EVA胶层。所述热塑胶层为PUR胶层。所述高分子膜为TPU膜。
又如申请号为CN202210256461.X的发明申请中公开了一种免漆实木皮饰面人造板,包括基材层和粘合在该基材层表面上的表面层;基材层为已贴合有原色或染色实木皮的实木板、集成材经定厚砂光机处理表面平整的一种实木皮饰面人造板材,表面层为透明高光或肤感的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯透明薄片,该聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯透明薄片经热熔胶粘合在所述实木皮饰面人造板材的上下两个板面上形成一种双面免漆实木皮饰面人造板,或经热熔胶粘合在所述实木皮饰面人造板材上下两个板面中的一个板面上形成一种单面免漆实木皮饰面人造板。上述的热熔胶为聚氨酯热熔胶。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型免漆木皮的制作工艺,通过合理的设计涂料配方,将涂料涂布于木皮表面后,得到具有耐磨、耐刮、防水、防污的功能,无异味、无挥发物、性能稳定、方便实用的装修装饰用免漆木皮;再根据实际使用需要将该免漆木皮与密度板或木板压合以后,便可得到具有一定功能的免漆板。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种环保型免漆木皮的制作工艺,所述制作工艺主要包括磨皮、除尘、吹灰、辊涂、烘干、冷却和打包;木皮通过所述磨皮、除尘、吹灰后,得到表面光滑的木皮;所述辊涂过程中,采用的涂料组分按重量分数计为,水性聚碳树脂20~40份、水性聚氨酯树脂60~80份、耐磨剂5~10份、防水剂10~20份、固化剂1~3份、水20~40份;将上述各组分搅拌均匀后,按110~150克/平方米的用量均匀涂布于木皮表面;涂布完成后,在90~110℃下以3~4米/秒的速度烘干,得到表面有涂层的木皮;冷却至室温后打包。
进一步地,所述耐磨剂为硅铝耐磨剂,包括三氧化二铝;所述防水剂为氟碳防水剂;所述固化剂为氮丙啶固化剂。
进一步地,所述辊涂过程中,温度设定为80~90℃传送,速度为8~12米/分钟,调整供料辊目数,使涂布量达到110~150克/米2,木皮均匀通过。

本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种环保型免漆木皮的制作工艺,通过水性聚碳树脂、水性聚氨酯树脂和一些功能性助剂配制成涂料,将涂料涂布于木皮表面,得到具有耐磨、耐刮、防水、防污的功能,无异味、无挥发物、性能稳定、方便实用的装修装饰用免漆木皮。再根据实际使用需要将该免漆木皮热压于密度板或木板上,便可得到具有一定功能的免漆板。水性聚碳树脂和水性聚氨酯树脂结构稳定、耐热、耐光、性能稳定,无异味无挥发物,并且施工简单,速度快,可以节约物料与人工。耐磨剂选用粒径最小的10nm三氧化二铝,硬度大、颗粒小、方便均匀涂布;防水剂选用了目前市面上广泛使用的氟改性聚合物,含量高、效果好、价格实惠;固化剂选用了氮丙啶交联剂,此类固化剂有三个官能团,交联效果好、交联速度快、方便操作。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型免漆木皮的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述耐磨剂为硅铝耐磨剂,包括三氧化二铝;所述防水剂为氟碳防水剂;所述固化剂为氮丙啶固化剂。
