Abstract
本发明公开了一种涂布木皮及其制造方法,属于建筑装饰材料领域,在木皮(2)下表面涂布普通胶黏剂形成普通胶层(3),在木皮(2)上表面涂布含有耐磨材料的普通胶黏剂形成耐磨胶层(1),其中普通胶层(3)由三聚氰胺树脂或脲醛树脂中的至少一种形成,耐磨胶层(1)由三聚氰胺树脂或脲醛树脂中的至少一种中加入耐磨材料三氧化二铝或碳化硅形成,耐磨材料与胶黏剂的重量配比为2~5:10,涂布木皮下表面的普通胶层(3)为20-50g/m2,上表面的耐磨胶层(1)为40-80g/m2,涂布木皮的厚度为0.05mm-1.2mm,固化条件在温度70~100℃,风速20~60%下干燥10~15min使固化度达到35~55%。本发明公开的涂布木皮具有耐磨性、耐灼烧性、耐污染性能好,易打理,且木材纹理的细腻感和清晰感强,应用前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰材料领域,涉及木皮及其制造方法,尤其涉及一种涂布木皮及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,木皮直接用于地板、家具等饰面材料,具有美观、视觉效果强等优点,但是其表面耐磨、耐划痕、耐污染等性能较差;装饰木纹纸用于地板、家具等饰面材料,具有耐磨、耐划痕、耐污染等优点,但是其装饰效果差,缺乏真实木材纹理的细腻感和清晰感;同时,市场上存在将耐磨纸直接压贴于木皮上,应用于饰面行业,但是由于其表面覆盖一层耐磨纸,影响木材纹理的真实感。
因此,开发一种新型涂布木皮,既不影响木皮真实花纹细腻感和清晰感,又赋予涂布木皮耐磨、耐划痕、耐污染等优点,显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明针对木皮应用于地板、家具等室内装饰材料表面耐磨性、耐划痕性、耐污染性差,以及针对木纹纸用于地板家具等饰面材料缺乏真实木材纹理的细腻感和清晰感,以及针对耐磨纸直接压贴于木皮上影响木材纹理真实感的缺陷,开发出一种新型涂布木皮,具有耐磨性、耐灼烧性、耐污染性能好,且木材纹理的细腻感和清晰感强的优点。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种涂布木皮,在木皮下表面涂布普通胶黏剂形成普通胶层,在其上表面涂布含有耐磨材料的胶黏剂形成耐磨胶层。
具体地,所述的普通胶黏剂是三聚氰胺树脂、脲醛树脂或者两者的混合物,三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂和脲醛树脂胶黏剂均为市售。
具体地,所述的耐磨胶层为含有耐磨材料的三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂层。
具体地,所述的耐磨材料是三氧化二铝、碳化硅或者其他耐磨性好的材料。
具体地,所述的耐磨材料与三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂的重量配比为2~5:10。
具体地,所述的涂布木皮中的普通胶层为20-50g/m2。
具体地,所述的涂布木皮中的耐磨胶层为40-80g/m2。
具体地,所述的涂布木皮厚度为0.05mm-1.2mm。
具体地,本发明公开的涂布木皮的固化条件是在温度为70~100℃,风速为20~60%的条件下干燥10~15min,使预固化度达到35~55%,涂布木皮互相之间不粘结,便于存储即可。
具体地,所述的涂布是喷涂、滚涂或淋涂,或者其他可将胶黏剂转移到木皮表面的涂布方式。
有益效果
本发明公开的新型涂布木皮用于实木强化地板的装饰面料具有如下优点:
一、此涂布木皮用于饰面,具有耐磨、耐灼烧、耐污染、易打理等优点;
二、此涂布木皮用于饰面时木材纹理清晰、装饰效果好,可以保持木材本身的天然属性;
三、生产成本较实体实木低,装饰效果较木纹纸好,应用前景广阔。

具体实施方式
本发明公开的涂布木皮将通过下面优选的实施例进行图示和解释,并非对其进行限制性地说明,其中的实施例是参照附图仅作为例子给出、进行说明的。
实施例结合附图1对本发明公开的涂布木皮进行说明,本发明采用如下具体实施方式:在木皮2上表面铺张涂布耐磨胶黏剂形成耐磨胶层1,在木皮2下表面涂布普通胶黏剂形成普通胶层3,经过干燥预固化而制得本发明公开的涂布木皮。
具体地,所述的普通胶黏剂是三聚氰胺树脂、脲醛树脂或者两者的混合物,三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂和脲醛树脂胶黏剂均为市售。
具体地,所述的耐磨胶层1为含有耐磨材料的三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂层。
具体地,所述的耐磨材料是三氧化二铝、碳化硅或者其他耐磨性好的材料。
具体地,所述的耐磨材料与三聚氰胺树脂胶黏剂的重量配比为2~5:10。
具体地,所述的涂布木皮中的普通胶层为20-50g/m2。
具体地,所述的涂布木皮中的耐磨胶层为40-80g/m2。
具体地,所述的涂布木皮厚度为0.05mm-1.2mm。
具体地,所述的涂布是喷涂、滚涂或淋涂,或者其他可将胶黏剂转移到木皮

本实施例中,将木皮下表面涂布普通胶黏剂形成普通胶层,上表面涂布含有
耐磨材料的胶黏剂形成耐磨胶层,然后在温度为70~100℃,风速为20~60%的条件
下,干燥10~15min,预固化度达到35~55%时,涂布木皮互相之间不粘结,便于存
储即可。本发明公开的涂布木皮测量指标与装饰木纹纸以及普通木皮的测量指标
比较结果见表1。

除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,对于本领域的技术人员来
说,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案是容易想到的,因此采用等同替
换或等效变换形成的技术方案均应落在本发明要求保护的范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种涂布木皮,在木皮(2)的上下表面涂布有胶黏剂形成的胶层,其特征在于:木皮(2)的下表面形成普通胶层(3),木皮(2)的上表面形成含有耐磨材料的耐磨胶层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的涂布木皮厚度为0.05mm-1.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的普通胶层(3)为20-50g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的耐磨胶层(1)为40-80g/m2。
5.根据权利要求3所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的普通胶层(3)是三聚氰胺树脂、脲醛树脂中的至少一种形成的普通胶层(3)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的耐磨胶层(1)是三聚氰胺树脂、脲醛树脂中的至少一种加入耐磨材料形成的耐磨胶层(1)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的耐磨材料与胶黏剂的重量配比为(2~5):10。
8.根据权利要求7所述的涂布木皮,其特征在于:所述的耐磨材料是三氧化二铝或者碳化硅中的至少一种。
9.一种制造如上述权利要求1-8所述涂布木皮的方法,其特征在于:在木皮(2)的下表面涂布三聚氰胺树脂或脲醛树脂胶黏剂形成普通胶层(3),在木皮(2)的上表面涂布加入有三氧化二铝或碳化硅为耐磨材料的三聚氰胺树脂或脲醛树脂胶黏剂形成耐磨胶层(1),使胶层固化度达到35~55%至涂布木皮相互之间不粘结。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的固化条件是温度为70~100℃,风速为20~60%的条件下干燥10~15min。
