本发明属于防腐涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防腐涂料中含有有机物质,这些有机物质为微生物的生长繁殖提供了基本条件。在适宜的条件下,会促进微生物的大量生长繁殖,在此过程中,微生物产生的酶和有机酸等代谢产物会引起涂料气味、颜色和黏度等发生变化,造成产品变质。防腐剂可以抑制微生物生长,在产品中添加适量且合适的防腐剂可以有效防止微生物的侵害,保证涂料生产和贮存过程中不产生腐败变质。
吡啶硫酮锌是常用的防霉剂之一,其不仅作为防霉防藻剂,而且在世界上还用在洗发剂和化妆品中,在洗发剂中可以去头皮屑。在实际使用过程中,吡啶硫酮锌既能用于干膜防霉,又可用于干膜防藻。但随着随着防腐剂长期单一有效成分使用,多种微生物已对其产生抗药性,导致对其多种霉菌的抑制效果逐渐减低。
不同防腐组分可以以不同的比例进行组合复配,其中具有协同增效作用的能提高对霉菌的抑制效果,减少用量及降低成本。CMIT/MIT+FR就是一种很常用的组合复配,其具有高效广谱的杀菌作用,但并非将任意两种或多种防腐组分进行组合复配都能达到协同增效作用的效果。
发明人通过室内增效试验发现将井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌以一定质量比进行组合复配时能提高对多种霉菌的抑制效果,进而可以有效防止微生物的侵害,进而保证涂料生产和贮存过程中不产生腐败变质。

本发明的目的在于提供一种水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料及其制备方法,其中,防霉剂的有效成分中的井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌以一定质量比进行组合复配时能提高对多种霉菌的抑制效果,进而可以有效防止微生物的侵害,保证涂料生产和贮存过程中不产生腐败变质。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种防腐剂,所述防腐剂有效成分由井冈霉素与吡啶硫酮锌复配而成,所述井冈霉素与吡啶硫酮锌的质量比为1-25:3-1。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供所述的防腐剂在制备涂料中的应用。
本发明的第三个目的在于提供一种水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,所述水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料以重量份计由以下成分制备而成:水性环氧丙烯酸乳液60-100份、成膜助剂8-12份、权利要求1所述防霉剂0.75-2份、填料10-14份、颜料0-25份、增稠剂0.5-1份、分散剂0.75-1.5份、消泡剂0.3-0.7份和去离子水20-30份。
作为优选,所述成膜助剂选自二丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚和醇酯十二中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述填料选自钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡、磷酸铝和云母粉中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述颜料为二氧化钛、氧化锌、石英粉或碳酸钙。
作为优选,所述增稠剂为HEC羟乙基纤维素或缔合型增稠剂。
作为优选,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、二十烷基硫酸钠和吐温-80中的一种或多种。

本发明的第四个目的在于提供所述水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水性环氧丙烯酸乳液、填料、颜料和去离子水,加入容器内,搅拌混合均匀;
S2.将混合物加入研磨机内研磨,过150-200目筛,除去混合物中的固态杂质,得到涂料半成品;
S3.将成膜助剂、防霉剂、增稠剂、分散剂和消泡剂加入S2得到的涂料半成品中,混合搅拌,得到水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明防腐剂的有效成分由井冈霉素与吡啶硫酮锌以一定质量比组合复配而成,能提高对多种霉菌的抑制效果,进而可以有效防止微生物的侵害,有助于保证涂料生产、贮存和使用过程中不产生腐败变质。
(2)本发明的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料选用井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌的组合作为防霉剂,有助于保证涂料生产、贮存和使用过程中不产生腐败变质。

在以下实施例中,水性环氧丙烯酸乳购自绿联(济宁)化学科技有限公司。
实施例1:井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌增效试验
1.试验霉菌
蜡叶芽枝霉(Cladosporium herbarum)
变色曲霉(Aspergillus versicolor)
产紫青霉(Penicillium purpurogenum)
保存于PDA培养基上,备用。
2.试验药剂
99%井冈霉素原药(武汉润泽伟业科技有限公司)
98%吡啶硫酮锌原药(河南威梯希化工科技有限公司)
3.将井冈霉素原药用无菌水溶解,吡啶硫酮锌原药用二甲基亚砜溶解,然后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液分别将溶解后的原药配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和每组配比再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液按照等比方法稀释成5个质量浓度梯度,备用。
4.试验方法:菌丝生长速率法(慕立义1994)
将1mL试验药剂与9mL融化的PDA培养基混匀,倒入无菌培养皿中制成含药平板。待培养基凝固后,在含药平板中央放入1个霉菌菌饼(直径5mm),以0.1%吐温-80水溶液为对照,每个处理设置3次重复。放入培养箱中,28±1℃下培养3d后,用十字交叉法测量霉菌菌落生长直径,计算抑制率。
5.数据分析
用DPS软件对试验药剂浓度对数值和菌丝生长抑制率几率值进行回归分析,计算各处理药剂的EC50,并根据孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。
根据共毒系数(CTC)评价药剂混用的增效作用,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。实验结果见表1-3。

从表1可以看出,井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌质量比在1-25:3-1范围内对蜡叶芽枝霉表现为增效作用。

从表2可以看出,井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌质量比在1-10:3-1范围内对变色曲霉表现为增效作用,在20-25:1范围内对变色曲霉表现为相加作用。

从表3可以看出,井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌质量比在1-25:3-1范围内对产紫青霉表现为增效作用。
综上所述,井冈霉素和吡啶硫酮锌组合使用时对蜡叶芽枝霉、变色曲霉和产紫青霉等多种霉菌表现出增效作用,能提高对多种霉菌的抑制效果,进而可以有效防止微生物的侵害,保证涂料生产、贮存和使用过程中不产生腐败变质。
实施例2
一种水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,由以下成分制备而成:水性环氧丙烯酸乳液60-100kg、成膜助剂醇酯十二12kg、防霉剂0.8kg、填料碳酸钙12kg、颜料二氧化钛15kg、增稠剂HEC羟乙基纤维素0.6kg、分散剂木质素磺酸钠1.2kg、NXZ消泡剂0.5kg和去离子水30kg。
所述水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水性环氧丙烯酸乳液、填料、颜料和去离子水,加入容器内,搅拌混合均匀;
S2.将混合物加入研磨机内研磨,过150目筛,除去混合物中的固态杂质,得到涂料半成品;
S3.将成膜助剂、防霉剂、增稠剂、分散剂和消泡剂加入S2得到的涂料半成品中,混合搅拌,得到水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料。

Claims (10)
1.一种防腐剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂有效成分由井冈霉素与吡啶硫酮锌复配而成,所述井冈霉素与吡啶硫酮锌的质量比为1-25:3-1。
2.权利要求1所述的防腐剂在制备涂料中的应用。
3.一种水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料以重量份计由以下成分制备而成:水性环氧丙烯酸乳液60-100份、成膜助剂8-12份、权利要求1所述防霉剂0.75-2份、填料10-14份、颜料0-25份、增稠剂0.5-1份、分散剂0.75-1.5份、消泡剂0.3-0.7份和去离子水20-30份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂选自二丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丁醚和醇酯十二中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述填料选自钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡、磷酸铝和云母粉中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述颜料为二氧化钛、氧化锌、石英粉或碳酸钙。
7.根据权利要求3所述的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为HEC羟乙基纤维素或缔合型增稠剂。
8.根据权利要求3所述的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自木质素磺酸钠、二十烷基硫酸钠和吐温-80中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求3所述的水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为NXZ消泡剂。
10.权利要求3-9任一项所述水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1.将水性环氧丙烯酸乳液、填料、颜料和去离子水,加入容器内,搅拌混合均匀;
S2.将混合物加入研磨机内研磨,过150-200目筛,除去混合物中的固态杂质,得到涂料半成品;
S3.将成膜助剂、防霉剂、增稠剂、分散剂和消泡剂加入S2得到的涂料半成品中,混合搅拌,得到水性环氧丙烯酸防腐涂料。
