本发明属于建筑涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种含ZPT的防霉剂。
背景技术
内墙涂料与人们的健康生活息息相关,随着经济的发展以及人们消费观念的变化,功能性涂料日益深入人们的生活。内墙涂料乳组分中含有有机物质,这些有机物质为微生物的生长繁殖提供了基本条件。在适宜的条件下,会促进微生物的大量生长繁殖,在此过程中,微生物产生的酶和有机酸等代谢产物会引起涂料气味、颜色和黏度等发生变化,造成产品变质。另外,内墙涂料发霉产生的霉菌会对人们的生命健康造成危害。
防霉剂可以抑制微生物生长,在产品中添加适量且合适的防霉剂可以有效防止微生物的侵害。现在市面上的防霉剂有多种,比如BCM、OIT、IPBC、IPN(CLT)、DCOIT、ZPT和TMTD。其中,ZPT为吡啶硫酮锌防霉防藻剂,是常用的防霉剂之一,中文别名:双(2-硫代-1-1氧化吡啶)锌、1-氮氧化-2-巯基吡啶锌盐、2-巯基吡啶-N-氧化锌盐、1-羟基吡啶-2-硫铜锌盐、吡硫锌;英文名zinc pyrithinone,CAS号:13463-41-7,其结构式为:
ZPT抗菌谱广,优点是毒性低,它不仅作为防霉防藻剂,而且在世界上还用在洗发剂和化妆品中,在洗发剂中可以去头皮屑。ZPT既能用于干膜防霉,又可用于干膜防藻;在水中溶解度低,约8mg/kg,在丙二醇中溶解度为200mg/kg;热稳定性好,在100℃至少能稳定存在120h;可在pH为4.5-9.5之间使用。但其也存在一定的不足:随着其长期使用,多种微生物已对其产生抗药性,导致对其多种霉菌的抑制效果逐渐减低。
在涂料工业中,不同防腐组分可以以不同的比例进行组合复配,其中具有协同增效作用的能提高对霉菌的抑制效果,减少用量及降低成本。CMIT/MIT+FR就是一种很常用的组合复配,其具有高效广谱的杀菌作用;另外还有DCOIT和IPBC二组分复配;OIT、IPBC和N`-(3,4二氯苯基)-N,N-二甲基脲的三组分复配;CMIT/MIT+OIT的三组分复配等等;但并非将任意两种或多种防腐组分进行组合复配都能达到协同增效作用的效果。复配能否起到协同增效作用关键要看试验结果。
香芹酚,别名:2-甲基-5-异丙基苯酚、香荆芥酚、5-异丙基-2-甲基苯酚,CAS号:C10H14O,相对分子量:150.22,其结构式为:
香芹酚为具有麝香草酚气味的无色至淡黄色稠厚油状液体,易溶于醇和醚,几乎不溶于水,用于香料、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、抗氧剂、卫生杀菌剂、驱虫剂、防腐剂、脱味剂及医药中间体。
发明人通过室内增效试验发现将ZPT和香芹酚以一定质量比进行组合复配时能提高对多种霉菌的抑制效果,可以减少防腐组分的用量及降低成本,有助于保护人们的生命健康安全。

本发明的目的在于提供一种含ZPT的防霉剂,其能提高对现有多种霉菌的抑制效果,可以减少防腐组分的用量及降低成本,同时有助于保护人们的生命健康安全。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种高强明亮内墙涂料,以重量份计由以下成分制备而成:丙烯酸乳液20-30份、分散剂1-5份、成膜剂2-4份、防霉剂1-2份、增稠剂5-10份、填料粉体40-60份、消泡剂0.75-1.5份、去离子水30-40份以及pH调节剂0.1-0.4份。
作为优选,所述分散剂为非离子分散剂或阴离子型钠盐分散剂。
作为优选,所述成膜剂为醇酯十二。
作为优选,所述防霉剂由ZPT和香芹酚按1-10:10-1的质量比混合而成。
作为优选,所述增稠剂为HEC羟乙基纤维素或缔合型增稠剂。
作为优选,所述填料粉体由钛白粉和滑石粉1:3的质量比混合而成,所述填料粉体的粒径为10-20μm。
作为优选,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂或矿物油消泡剂。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明高强明亮内墙涂料的防霉剂由ZPT和香芹酚以一定质量比组合复配而成,其对多种现有霉菌表现出协同增效作用,与单一防霉组分相比,可以提高对霉菌的抑制效果,有助于提高内墙涂料对外部微生物的抵御能力,保证涂料生产、贮存和使用中不产生腐败变质;其次,可以减少防腐组分的用量及降低防腐成本,有助于保护环境以及人们的生命健康安全。
(2)本发明新型内墙涂料填料粉体中钛白粉的使用可使内墙涂料耐日晒,增加白度及光泽度,提高产品的遮盖力,不变色,不开裂;滑石粉起到良好爽滑触感作用,增加产品施工性能,提高产品附着力。
(3)本发明高强明亮内墙涂料采用二甲基乙醇胺作为pH调节剂,其在调节pH值的同时可以作为水性涂料的助溶剂;另外,采用醇酯十二作为成膜剂可有效境地其最低成膜温度,便于涂料使用。

一种高强明亮内墙涂料,由以下成分制备而成:丙烯酸乳液20kg、诺普科SN5040分散剂3kg、伊士曼醇脂十二3kg、防霉剂1kg、亚夸龙HEC羟乙基纤维素8kg、填料粉体45kg、诺普科NXZ消泡剂0.75kg、去离子水35kg以及二甲基乙醇胺0.1kg;其中,所述填料粉体由钛白粉和滑石粉按1:3的质量比混合而成,所述填料粉体的粒径能全部通过10μm的筛孔;所述防霉剂由ZPT和香芹酚按1:5的质量比混合而成。
上述内墙涂料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.在容器内加入去离子水,采用机械搅拌,搅拌转速300转/min,搅拌的同时依次加入分散剂和1/2的消泡剂,搅拌10min;
S2.将搅拌转速调至500转/min,加入填料粉体,搅拌20min;
S3.将搅拌转速调至800转/min,缓慢加入增稠剂,搅拌30min,随后加入pH调节剂;
S4.将搅拌转速调至1000转/min,依次加入丙烯酸乳液和成膜剂,搅拌15min;
S5.将搅拌转速调至200转/min,加入剩余的1/2消泡剂,搅拌20min;
S6.加入防霉剂,搅拌30min,制得内墙涂料成品。
实施例2
一种高强明亮内墙涂料,由以下成分制备而成:丙烯酸乳液30kg、诺普科SN5040分散剂4kg、伊士曼醇脂十二4kg、防霉剂1.5kg、亚夸龙HEC羟乙基纤维素10kg、填料粉体60kg、诺普科NXZ消泡剂1kg、去离子水40kg以及二甲基乙醇胺0.3kg;其中,所述填料粉体由钛白粉和滑石粉按1:3的质量比混合而成,所述填料粉体的粒径能全部通过20μm的筛孔;所述防霉剂由ZPT和香芹酚按1:5的质量比混合而成。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:ZPT和香芹酚的增效试验
1.试验霉菌
保存于PDA培养基上,备用。
2.试验药剂:98%ZPT原药(上海源叶生物科技有限公司)和99%香芹酚原药(上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司)
3.先将各原药用二甲基亚砜溶解,然后用0.1%吐温-80水溶液分别将溶解后的ZPT和香芹酚配制成单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂和每组配比再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液按照等比方法稀释成5个质量浓度梯度,备用。
4.试验方法:菌丝生长速率法(慕立义1994)
将1mL试验药剂与9mL融化的PDA培养基混匀,倒入无菌培养皿中制成含药平板。待培养基凝固后,在含药平板中央放入1个霉菌菌饼(直径5mm),以0.1%吐温-80水溶液为对照,每个处理设置3次重复。放入培养箱中,28±1℃下培养3d后,用十字交叉法测量霉菌菌落生长直径,计算抑制率。
5.数据分析
用DPS软件对试验药剂浓度对数值和菌丝生长抑制率几率值进行回归分析,计算各处理药剂的EC50,并根据Wadlley法评价增效作用。
SR≥1.5表示具有增效作用;SR≤0.5表示具有拮抗作用;0.5<SR<1.5表示具有相加作用,结果见表1-5。

从表1可以看出,ZPT和香芹酚在1-10:10-1的质量比范围内对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)的增效系数在1.5311-14.2865之间,均大于1.5,表现出增效作用。

从表2可以看出,ZPT和香芹酚在1-10:10-1的质量比范围内对桔青霉(Penicillium citrinum)的增效系数在1.5926-5.6736之间,均大于1.5,表现出增效作用。

从表3可以看出,ZPT和香芹酚在1-10:10-1的质量比范围内对蜡叶芽枝霉(Cladosporium herbarum)的增效系数在1.6795-32.9979之间,均大于1.5,表现出增效作用。
综上所述,ZPT和香芹酚组合使用时对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、桔青霉(Penicillium citrinum)和蜡叶芽枝霉(Cladosporium herbarum)等多种霉菌表现出增效作用,与单一防霉组分相比,可以提高对霉菌的抑制效果,有助于提高内墙涂料对外部微生物的抵御能力,保证涂料生产、贮存和使用中不产生腐败变质;其次,可以减少防腐组分的用量及降低防腐成本,同时有助于保护人们的生命健康安全。

1.一种含ZPT的防霉剂在抑制黑曲霉、桔青霉和蜡叶芽枝霉中的用途,其特征在于,所述含ZPT的防霉剂的有效成分由ZPT和香芹酚按1-10:10-1的质量比混合而成。
