Abstract

本发明是关于在一个方向上具有弹性伸缩性的复合片。
特开平7-328061号公报中公开了一种由透液性无纺织物和,在无纺织物上面接合成一体并相互间隔平行地向一个方向延伸的细长的多条热塑性塑料膜构成的表面片。
同号公报中公开的表面片,由于无纺织物和塑料膜不具有橡胶弹性,若不实施特殊加工,表面片也就不具有弹性的伸缩性。为了使表面片具有弹性的伸缩性,例如,作为无纺织物,使用以将热塑性弹性体通过熔融、纺丝而得到的纤维形成的弹性伸缩性无纺织物,作为塑料膜,使用将热塑性弹性体通过挤压成形得到的弹性伸缩性薄膜。
然而,含有橡胶系材料的弹性伸缩性无纺织物和弹性伸缩性薄膜,由于具有粘性和滑溜特性等不舒适的手感,所以将弹性伸缩性无纺织物和弹性伸缩性薄膜用于一次性尿布和生理卫生巾等体液处理物品时,这些与使用者的皮肤接触,会产生不舒适的感觉。
本发明的课题是提供一种即使不使用热塑性弹性体等橡胶系材料,也具有弹性伸缩性,没有粘性和滑溜性等不舒适手感的复合片。
为解决上述课题,本发明的前提是由无纺织物和,与所述无纺织物接合并相互间隔并行地向一个方向延伸的细长的多条可挠曲连续长丝构成的复合片。
在这种前提下,作为本发明的特征在于:在上述无纺织物和连续长丝上向该一个方向连续形成与上述一个方向呈交叉方向延伸可复原的多个褶皱,上述无纺织物和上述连续长丝,由于相对于该无纺织物和连续长丝上形成褶皱以前的上述一个方向的上述复合片的单位长度,向一个方向以规定的比率(所与率)进行收缩,所以上述复合片向所述一个方向具有弹性的伸缩性。
作为本发明实施样式的一个实例,上述连续长丝由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂形成,上述连续长丝的与上述一个方向呈交叉方向上的宽度尺寸为0.15~1.00mm,上述连续长丝的厚度尺寸为0.01~1.00mm,相对于上述无纺织物的单位面积,上述连续长丝的占有面积率为10~50%。
作为本发明实施样式的另一例,上述无纺织物是由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂纤维形成,上述合成树脂纤维的纤度为0.5~10分特范围,上述合成树脂纤维的坪量为5~100g/m2。
作为本发明实施样式的又一实例,上述规定的比率为10~80%。

图1、2是复合片的立体图,和按图1中A-A线箭头方向的剖面图,图3是以伸长状态表示图1复合片1的复合片1的立体图。复合片1是由无纺织物2和细长多条可挠曲性连续长丝3所构成。
长丝3与无纺织物2的一个片面接合,使无纺织物2的片面向图1的纵方向相互间隔并行地延伸。对于无纺织物2和长丝3,向纵方向连续形成向图1中横方向延伸的可复原的多个褶皱4,无纺织物2和长丝3,相对于这些2、3上形成褶皱4以前的复合片1的单位长度,以规定的比率沿纵方向收缩。
对复合片1,在无纺织物2上接合多条长丝3,和只由无纺织物2形成的片比较,可提高复合片1的强度和保形性以及尺寸稳定性。向纵方向收缩的无纺织物2,形成它的纤维5的密度和收缩以前的状态比较,增高了。
在复合片1中,在图1中张力在箭头X-X’所示方向产生作用时,如图3所示,由无纺织物2和长丝3形成的褶皱4,伸展就消失了。这些2,3向着纵方向伸展。无纺织物2和长丝3的伸展长度,和这些2,3形成褶皱4以前的长度大致相同。长丝3和无纺织物2的伸长,可使整个复合片1向纵方向伸长。在复合片1中,当解除对其作用的张力时,无纺织物2和长丝3上的褶皱4将复原。由此,无纺织物2和长丝3再次向纵方向收缩,整个复合片1向纵方向收缩恢复到图1的状态。
无纺织物2和长丝3的收缩率为10-80%(相对于无纺织物2和长丝3形成褶皱4以前的片100mm,无纺织物2和长丝3上形成褶皱4后,这些2,3收缩后的复合片1的长度为20~90mm),最好为30~60%。低于10%时,不能赋予复合片1所期望的充分伸缩性。超过80%时,由于无纺织物2和长丝3收缩,这些2,3必须形成相当数量的褶皱4,但现实是这些的加工很困难。
长丝3是由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂形成。作为合成树脂,可使用低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、金属茂聚乙烯、嵌段聚合聚丙烯、无规聚合聚丙烯、均聚聚丙烯、金属茂聚丙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚对苯二甲酸亚乙酯等热塑性塑料,作为长丝3,厚度方向的断面为圆形、椭圆形、四角形、多角形的,当然也包括不定形的,对于断面没有特殊限定。长丝3也可以是丝状或薄膜状的。
无纺织物2是由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂纤维5形成。作为无纺织物2,可使用人造丝织物(スパンレ-ス)、针刺织物、熔喷法织物、热粘法织物、纺粘型织物、化学结合织物等无纺织物2。作为合成树脂纤维5,可使用聚烯烃系、聚酯系、聚酰胺系的各种纤维、以聚乙烯/聚丙烯、聚乙烯/聚酯、聚乙烯/聚对苯二甲酸亚乙酯形成的芯鞘型复合纤维、并列型复合纤维。
长丝3,在和纵方向交叉方向上的宽度尺寸W为0.15~1.00mm,厚度尺寸T为0.01~1.00mm。宽度尺寸W低于0.15mm而厚度尺寸T低于0.01mm时,长丝3的强度会降低,当复合片1伸缩时,长丝3会在多处断裂,解除张力后的复合片1的收缩力会进一步降低。当宽度尺寸W超过1.00mm且厚度尺寸T超过1.00mm时,长丝3的拉伸强度增高,为使复合片1伸长,需要很强的张力。
相对于无纺织物2的单位面积长丝3的面积占有率为10~50%,低于10%时,不能提高复合片1的强度、保形性及尺寸稳定性。超过50%时,将赋予复合片1过高的拉伸强度,为使复合片1伸长,需要很强的张力。
无纺织物2的坪量为5~100g/m2,构成无纺织物2的纤维5纤度为0.5~10分特。坪量低于5g/m2且纤维5的纤度低于0.5分特时,无纺织物2的强度会降低,复合片1反复伸缩时,无纺织物2可能会断裂,不能保持复合片1的形态。坪量起过100g/m2且纤维5的纤度超过10分特时,构成无纺织物2的纤维5密度会高于所要求的,同时会增加无纺织物2的刚性,使无纺织物2上难以形成褶皱4,复合片1的柔软性降低
图4是无纺织物2和长丝3的一部分的示意端面图。形成褶皱4的无纺织物2和长丝3,向纵方向以波浪状起伏延伸,顶部6和低部7沿纵方向交替并列。长丝3,用从顶部6到低部7的高度D除各相邻顶部6间的长度L的值L/D最好为0.2~5.5之间。在长丝3和无纺织物2接合的状态下L/D为低于0.2的值时,事实上无纺织物2和长丝3难以形成褶皱4。L/D超过5.5时,无纺织物2和长丝3上只能形成缓慢起伏程度的褶皱4,无纺织物2和长丝3的收缩不充分,也就不能赋予复合片1足够的伸缩性。
作为制造复合片1的一例,可示出以下工序。工序包括在无纺织物2的一个面上接合长丝3制造复合片1的第1道工序、和向复合片1赋予褶皱4的第2道工序。
第1道工序,一边沿纵方向连续供给无纺织物2,一边由挤出机挤出熔融的多条合成树脂,在合成树脂呈软化状态间,向无纺织物2的片面上供给合成树脂,进行熔融接合。冷却固化的合成树脂,使无纺织物2的片面向纵方向相互并行间隔地延伸,形成长丝3,制得复合片1。根据需要,在互相相对转动的辊子之间,供给接合了长丝3的无纺织物2,用这些辊子加压,可强化无纺织物2和长丝3的接合。
第2道工序,使用配置在第1道工序下游侧的辊子和叶片,使无纺织物2和长丝3上形成褶皱4。叶片以给定的压力和辊子周面接触。进入到辊子和叶片之间的复合片1,受到叶片的压力,被迫降低在辊子周面上的移动速度,同时,受到叶片的摩擦剪切,被压缩,在无纺织物2和长丝3上形成多个与复合片1的移动方向并列的褶皱4。
在复合片1中,不仅在无纺织物2的一个片面上,可以在无纺织物2的两个片面上,相互并行接合沿一个方向延伸的多条长丝3,在无纺织物2和这些长丝3上,沿一个方向可连续形成能复原的多个褶皱4。在复合片1中,在接合了长丝3的无纺织物2片面上还可以覆盖与第2个无纺织物接合的长丝3。这时,在使复合片1伸长的状态将第2个无纺织物接合在无纺织物2的片面上。在复合片1中,最好使长丝3的刚性大于无纺织物2的刚性。在长丝3的刚性大于无纺织物2的刚性时,可进一步提高复合片1的强度和保形性以及尺寸稳定性。但是,无纺织物2的刚性也可以大于长丝3的刚性。
本发明的复合片1可用于一次性尿布或卫生巾等体液的处理物品,当然也可以用于包带或湿布中使用的基材片等卫生物品。
根据本发明的复合片,虽然是由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂纤维形成的无纺织物,和接合在由非橡胶系热塑性合成树脂形成的无纺织物上的挠性连续长丝所形成,但是,通过使无纺织物和长丝,向一个方向连续形成与一个方向呈交叉方向延伸的多个褶皱,使复合片向一个方向具有弹性的伸缩性。由不显示橡胶弹性的无纺织物和长丝形成的复合片,与无纺织物和长丝使用橡胶系材料时相比较,以较小的张力就能使复合片伸长。
复合片,由于不使用热塑性弹性体等橡胶系材料,所以没有粘性和滑溜等的感觉,将复合片用作体液处理物品和卫生物品时,复合片即使与配带者或使用者的肌肤接触,也不会赋予不愉快的感觉。在复合片中,由于在无纺织物上接合了多条长丝,所以能够提高复合片的强度和保形性以及尺寸稳定性,使复合片的形态稳定。
Claims (4)
1.一种复合片,是由无纺织物和与该无纺织物接合并相互并行间隔地沿一个方向延伸的多条细长的挠性连续长丝构成的,其特征是,
在上述无纺织物和上述连续长丝上,沿该一个方向连续形成沿与上述一个方向交叉的方向延伸的可复原的多个褶皱,上述无纺织物和上述连续长丝,相对于在所述无纺织物和连续长丝上形成褶皱以前的上述一个方向上的上述复合片的单位长度,以规定的比率沿所述一个方向收缩,所以上述复合片在上述一个方向上具有弹性的伸缩性。
2.根据权利要求1记载的复合片,上述连续长丝由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂形成,所述连续长丝与上述一个方向呈交叉方向上的宽度尺寸为0.15~1.00mm,所述连续长丝的厚度尺寸为0.01~1.00mm,相对于所述无纺织物的单位面积,所述连续长丝的面积占有率为10~50%。
3.根据权利要求1或2记载的复合片,上述无纺织物由非橡胶系的热塑性合成树脂纤维形成,上述合成树脂纤维的纤度为0.5~10分特,上述合成树脂纤维的坪量为5~100g/m2。
4.根据权利要求1或2记载的复合片,上述规定的比率为10~80%。
