Abstract
本发明提供一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，涉及医疗药物领域。该雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，包括人参5份、黄芩20份、金银花15份、穿山龙20份、鱼腥草15份、浙贝母5份、人工牛黄1份、陈皮7份和甘草12份。人参、人工牛黄粉碎，陈皮加水蒸馏，收集挥发油，水溶液另行收集，鱼腥草蒸馏萃取，鱼腥草萃取液和混合药液搅拌，浓缩，干燥，粉碎，加人参，人工牛黄的粉末和甜蜜素，混匀制颗粒，喷挥发油，混匀。本发明具有祛痰止咳平喘，清肺健脾培元的功效，且疗效稳定，安全可靠，无毒副作用，服用方便，见效快，效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗药物技术领域，具体为一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药。
背景技术
肺部感染是肺部感染病症的名称，指包括终末气道、肺泡腔及肺间质在内的肺实质炎症，病因以感染最为常见，还可由理化、免疫及药物引起，其中，感染统称为肺部感染。其中肺炎较典型，具有代表性，在现有对于肺部感染治疗的手段中最常见的即为雾化治疗，通过将各种药液通过专业的雾化设备将其制造成水雾状，患者由呼吸道将其吸入肺里进行治疗。
目前，现有的治疗的过程中大都采用西医治疗，采用的抗生素及激素价格昂贵，毒副作用大，且易产生耐药性，也有采用雾化治疗，现有雾化中采用的中药只能达到缓解并不能进行治疗，因此，本领域的技术人员提出了一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，解决了现有治疗手段中西医造价昂贵和治疗效果差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的，本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现：一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，包括，由重量计的：人参3-5份、黄芩15-20份、金银花10-15份、穿山龙15-20份、鱼腥草15-20份、浙贝母5-10份、人工牛黄1-1.5份、陈皮3-7份、甘草5-15份，其中，人参、人工牛黄采用研磨机粉碎，然后采用80-120目的筛子过筛，陈皮放置罐子中添加5-7倍的纯净水，蒸馏3个小时，收集蒸馏产生的挥发油，蒸馏后的液体另行收集，药渣留着备用；通过将鱼腥草用烘干机充分烘干切碎，放置在罐子内添加没过药面，对其进行加热蒸馏，以每3毫升相当原干药1g计算，收集第一次蒸馏液，再次进行蒸馏，以每1毫升相当于原干药3g计算，收集第二次蒸馏液，每100毫升加入0.8g氯化钠使其溶解，再加入适量吐温，使溶液澄清，用IG重焙玻璃漏斗过滤，滤液灌装，以流通蒸汽灭菌30分钟，备用；将陈皮蒸馏后的药渣与黄芩、金银花、穿山龙、浙贝母和甘草混合，添加原料5倍以上的水，煎煮三次，每次一个半小时，过滤收取溶液，备用；将鱼腥草的萃取液和混合药液混合搅拌均匀，置于容器中在温度60℃，压力-0.06-0.08MPa下，浓缩相对于密度为1:10的膏状，对其进行烘干，粉碎成粉末状采用60-100目的筛子进行过筛处理，得到粉末，随后添加人参、人工牛黄研磨成的细粉及膏粉和0.5％的甜蜜素，混匀，采用沸腾干燥法，一边加热一边搅拌，制备成颗粒状，再喷入挥发油，混匀，即得。
优选的，所述每种原料的质量比分别为人参5份、黄芩20份、金银花15份、穿山龙20份、鱼腥草15份、浙贝母5份、人工牛黄1份、陈皮7份和甘草12份。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药。具备以下有益效果：
1、本发明中，祛痰止咳平喘，清肺健脾培元的功效，且疗效稳定，安全可靠，无毒副作用，服用方便，见效快，效果好。

下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一：

以上药物，人参：即秋季采挖的人参，除净泥土，晒干，甘，微温，归肺、脾经，具有大补元气，补脾益肺，生津等功效为君药。具有抗休克，抗疲劳，降低血糖，调节胆固醇代谢，促进造血系统的功能，能增强机体免疫功能，此外有抗过敏、抗利尿剂抗癌作用。
黄芩：清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎，有抗炎抗变态反应，对痢疾杆菌、白喉杆菌、绿脓杆菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎双球菌以及脑膜炎球菌等均有抑制作用，对疫苗引起发热的家兔静脉注射6％黄芩浸剂4～6毫升，有解热作用，另外有降压、利尿、调节血脂血糖、和胆及解痉等作用。
金银花：具有清热解毒之功效，主治外感风热或温病发热，中暑，热毒血痢，痈肿疔疮，喉痹，多种感染性疾病。
穿山龙：祛风湿，活血通络，清肺化痰，具有止咳、化痰、平喘作用。
鱼腥草：味辛，性寒凉，归肺经，能清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食，用于治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等。
浙贝母：祛痰平喘，清热化痰，开郁散结，有镇咳、镇静作用，贝母生物碱具有阿托品样作用，对兔、猫离体肺灌流表明，低浓度可使支气管松弛，高浓度则对支气管有轻微收缩作用。
人工牛黄：清热、解毒、豁痰，含有多种氨基酸，并有镇静、镇痉作用。
陈皮：理气化痰、健脾，燥湿化痰，煎剂有扩张气管作用，所含的橙皮甙可降低毛细血管的通透性、防止微血管出血作用。
甘草：益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和药性，甘草浸膏及甘草次酸均有明显的镇咳、祛痰作用，甘草还有抗炎、抗过敏作用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例，对于本领域的普通技术人员而言，可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型，本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，包括，其特征在于：由重量计的：人参3-5份、黄芩15-20份、金银花10-15份、穿山龙15-20份、鱼腥草15-20份、浙贝母5-10份、人工牛黄1-1.5份、陈皮3-7份、甘草5-15份，其中，人参、人工牛黄采用研磨机粉碎，然后采用80-120目的筛子过筛，陈皮放置罐子中添加5-7倍的纯净水，蒸馏3个小时，收集蒸馏产生的挥发油，蒸馏后的液体另行收集，药渣留着备用；通过将鱼腥草用烘干机充分烘干切碎，放置在罐子内添加没过药面，对其进行加热蒸馏，以每3毫升相当原干药1g计算，收集第一次蒸馏液，再次进行蒸馏，以每1毫升相当于原干药3g计算，收集第二次蒸馏液，每100毫升加入0.8g氯化钠使其溶解，再加入适量吐温，使溶液澄清，用IG重焙玻璃漏斗过滤，滤液灌装，以流通蒸汽灭菌30分钟，备用；将陈皮蒸馏后的药渣与黄芩、金银花、穿山龙、浙贝母和甘草混合，添加原料5倍以上的水，煎煮三次，每次一个半小时，过滤收取溶液，备用；将鱼腥草的萃取液和混合药液混合搅拌均匀，置于容器中在温度60℃，压力-0.06-0.08MPa下，浓缩相对于密度为1:10的膏状，对其进行烘干，粉碎成粉末状采用60-100目的筛子进行过筛处理，得到粉末，随后添加人参、人工牛黄研磨成的细粉及膏粉和0.5％的甜蜜素，混匀，采用沸腾干燥法，一边加热一边搅拌，制备成颗粒状，再喷入挥发油，混匀，即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于雾化治疗肺部感染的微中药，其特征在于：所述每种原料的质量比分别为人参5份、黄芩20份、金银花15份、穿山龙20份、鱼腥草15份、浙贝母5份、人工牛黄1份、陈皮7份和甘草12份。
