Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Chinese herbal medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gout, a preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Gouty arthritis is an inflammatory disease of the joints caused by deposition of urate crystals at joints, muscles, ligaments. The main purpose of the current treatment of gouty arthritis is to alleviate disease symptoms, and two main treatment modes exist in the prior art: (1) colchicine, a non-steroidal analgesic: the two medicines can relieve the arthralgia symptoms of partial patients, but can not treat the symptoms and the root causes, and can not treat gouty arthritis fundamentally, and the colchicine and the nonsteroidal analgesic have the problems of large adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tracts and the like, and the colchicine also has adverse reactions of bone marrow suppression and the like, the poisoning amount of the colchicine is often related to the accumulation dose in the bodies, the long-term treatment effect is poor, and the colchicine and the nonsteroidal analgesic cannot be used for patients suffering from respiratory diseases such as asthma, acute cardiovascular diseases and chronic kidney diseases. (2) Glucocorticoids: mainly plays a role in inhibiting inflammatory reaction, but local or systemic application of hormone increases the risk of infection of joint cavities and osteonecrosis.
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine holds that: the gouty arthritis pathogenesis is summarized as the pain caused by congenital endowment deficiency, improper diet, exogenous wind-cold summer-heat dampness-heat dryness six-excessive and seven-emotion internal injury, damp-heat coagulation, long-term accumulation and heat toxin formation, and attack and annotate hands and feet; moreover, wind is a long disease, and is active but not living, and helps damp-heat flow into the whole body, so the disease parts of gouty joints can be seen at the joints of limbs.
At present, the traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used for treating the diseases by using medicines for dispelling wind, relieving exterior syndrome, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, removing dampness and relieving pain, and meanwhile, the formula is extremely complex, the effect is limited, and the traditional Chinese medicine has no function.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gout, which takes the main treatment principles of replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen, tonifying liver and kidney, soothing the nerves and invigorating yang and transforming qi, enriching blood and activating blood, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, dispelling wind and removing dampness and relieving pain as well as takes prepared radix aconiti, prepared radix aconiti kusnezoffii, ligusticum wallichii, dried rehmannia root, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, chinese angelica and cassia twig as core medicines, and is matched with other raw materials to treat both principal and secondary aspect of the disease, thereby achieving the purpose of treating gout and osteoarticular pain.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating gout is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
10-30 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 20-40 parts of notopterygium root, 20-40 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-20 parts of photinia fraseri, 10-20 parts of frankincense, 10-20 parts of myrrh, 10-30 parts of cassia twig, 20-40 parts of acanthopanax, 10-30 parts of red paeony root, 10-30 parts of radix sileris, 10-30 parts of angelica sinensis, 20-40 parts of large-leaf gentian root, 10-30 parts of herba taxilli, 10-30 parts of dried rehmannia root, 10-30 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 10-20 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 10-20 parts of uncaria, 20-40 parts of raw fleece-flower root, 20-40 parts of prepared radix aconiti and 20-40 parts of prepared radix aconiti kusnezoffii.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition takes prepared common monkshood mother root, prepared kusnezoff monkshood root, szechuan lovage rhizome, dried rehmannia root, prepared rehmannia root, chinese angelica and cassia twig as principal drugs, mainly takes the main treatment principles of tonifying qi and strengthening spleen, nourishing liver and tonifying kidney, soothing nerves and invigorating yang and qi, replenishing blood and activating blood, regulating menstruation and relieving pain, dispelling wind and removing dampness and relieving pain, and combines the purposes of treating gout and osteoarthropathy by combining notopterygium root, radix angelicae pubescentis, photinia fraseri, frankincense, myrrh, acanthopanax root, red paeony root, divaricate saposhnikovia root, large-leaved gentian, parasitic vine, lycopodium clavatum, common clubmoss herb and raw fleece-flower root.
Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass:
15-25 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 25-35 parts of notopterygium root, 25-35 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis, 12-17 parts of photinia fraseri, 12-17 parts of frankincense, 12-17 parts of myrrh, 15-25 parts of cassia twig, 25-35 parts of acanthopanax, 15-25 parts of red paeony root, 15-25 parts of radix sileris, 15-25 parts of angelica sinensis, 25-35 parts of large-leaf gentian root, 15-25 parts of parasitic vine, 15-25 parts of dried rehmannia root, 15-25 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 12-17 parts of lycopodium clavatum, 12-17 parts of uncaria, 25-35 parts of raw fleece-flower root, 25-35 parts of prepared radix aconiti and 25-35 parts of prepared radix aconiti kusnezoffii.
