Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a lung-moistening and cough-relieving composition, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the lung-moistening and cough-relieving composition comprises the following steps of: soaking pericarpium Citri Junoris in water, inoculating Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus subtilis, and fermenting to obtain pericarpium Citri Junoris fermentation liquid; extracting fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii and radix Platycodi with water to obtain water extractive solution; mixing the pericarpium Citri Junoris fermentation broth with the water extractive solution. The lung-moistening and cough-relieving composition prepared by the preparation method has the effects of moistening lung, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a lung-moistening and cough-relieving composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Cough is a common symptom of the respiratory tract, caused by inflammation, foreign body, physical or chemical irritation of the trachea, bronchus mucosa or pleura. Cough is a nonspecific symptom, is the expression of the body actively coping with diseases, and can relieve the invasion of pathogenic factors to respiratory tract and alleviate the illness; however, too frequent severe coughing can cause congestion and edema of the airway mucosa, leading to respiratory bleeding, even induction of spontaneous pneumothorax, etc. In addition, cough can also spread intra-airway infection; long-term cough stimulation, the cough center can be in a highly excited state permanently; long-term nocturnal cough affects the patient's rest and sleep.
At present, common drugs for relieving cough and reducing sputum in Western medicine include ammonium chloride, necessary sputum and carboxymethyl cysteine, which have remarkable curative effects on inhibiting short-term excessive phlegm symptoms, but cannot effectively relieve cough and reduce sputum. The western medicines are mostly used for diminishing inflammation and are matched with antibiotics for treatment, but the side effects are relatively large, especially antibiotics, the abuse of the antibiotics can cause serious drug resistance, and the cough caused by some chronic bronchitis is not suitable for long-term treatment by using the antibiotics. In recent years, along with the development of society, people are more and more focused on a nourishing channel, and the purposes of conditioning bodies and preventing diseases through diet therapy are more and more hoped.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems existing in the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a lung-moistening and cough-relieving composition and a preparation method and application thereof.
In a first aspect of the invention, there is provided a method of preparing a lung moistening and cough relieving composition comprising the steps of:
soaking pericarpium Citri Junoris in water, inoculating Bacillus bifidus and Bacillus subtilis, and fermenting to obtain pericarpium Citri Junoris fermentation liquid; extracting fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii and radix Platycodi with water to obtain water extractive solution; mixing the orange peel fermentation liquor with the water extract to obtain the compound.
The invention adopts a microbial fermentation method to extract the orange peel, and the active ingredients (synephrine and D-limonene) in the orange peel are beneficial to being dissociated after fermentation, and the fermented fermentation liquid contains a plurality of micromolecular substances, thereby being more beneficial to human body absorption. If ethyl acetate is adopted to extract orange peel, the process is complex, the yield is low, and industrial production is difficult to carry out. If orange peel is extracted by an acid-alkali-enriched or alcohol precipitation ammonia washing method, the method is not suitable for food production.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the ratio of orange peel to water in solid to liquid during the soaking process is 1g: 15-30 mL;
further, the soaking temperature is 20-50 ℃;
further, the soaking time is 0.5-2 h.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the total concentration of the bifidobacteria and the bacillus subtilis in the fermentation system of the orange peel is (4-10) ×10 4 CFU/mL;
Further, the number ratio of the bifidobacteria to the bacillus subtilis is 1-4: 1, preferably 3:1.
according to some embodiments of the invention, the temperature of the fermentation is 35-37 ℃;
further, the fermentation time is 10-14 h.
According to some embodiments of the invention, in the water extraction process, the total solid-to-liquid ratio of the momordica grosvenori, the platycodon grandiflorum and the water is 1g: 15-30 mL;
