随着科技发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们对家用纺织品的需求越来越个性化和功能化。家纺面料在使用过程中易于沾污,污物沾到家纺面料上难以去除。此外,家纺面料不具备调温功能,限制了其快速应用和发展。相变材料在相变过程中吸收和释放大量的相变潜热,可应用于能量贮存和温度控制领域。家纺面料易滋生细菌,会引起人的感冒和发烧,严重影响人们的生活和健康。因此,具有相变调温、防水和抗菌功能的家纺面料具有重要意义。
当前对家纺面料处理采用较多的为涂层或轧烘焙后整理方式。处理后的家纺面料存在不耐水洗、高温焙烘处理织物强力降低等问题。使用胶黏剂使织物透气透湿性能变差,影响织物的固有性能。因此,对家纺面料进行处理,使其具有相变调温、防水和抗菌功能,并且对其固有性能不会产生较大影响具有广泛应用前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料及其使用方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,从外到内依次为防水外层、相变调温中层和抗菌内层;
所述防水外层由棉织物引发剂、无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯化亚铜、五甲基二乙烯基三胺和含氟丙烯酸酯单体聚合而成;
所述相变调温中层由棉织物、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙二醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯聚合而成;
所述抗菌内层由竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成。
优选的,所述棉织物引发剂包括棉织物的质量为2-5g,4-二甲氨基吡啶质量为0.05-0.20g,三乙胺体积为0.5-2.0mL,2-溴异丁酰溴的体积为0.3-3.0mL,四氢呋喃体积为50-100mL。
优选的,所述氯化亚铜的加入量为0.02-0.10mmol,五甲基二乙烯基三胺的加入量为0.06-0.30mmol,所述含氟丙烯酸酯单体的加入量为50-150mmol,所述无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的体积为50-100mL。
优选的,所述含氟丙烯酸酯单体可选甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸五氟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸七氟丁酯中的一种。
优选的,所述相变调温中层的棉织物质量为2-5g,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的体积为30-80mL,聚乙二醇的分子量为500-3000g/mol,聚乙二醇的质量为0.5-1.5g,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的浓度为0.02-0.10g。
优选的,所述竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维的比例为10-30:90-70。
一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备棉织物引发剂,将4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺加入到四氢呋喃溶液中得到混合溶液,然后加入棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,并氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应12-24h,将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂;
S2、制备防水外层,将棉织物引发剂加入无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,在氮气氛围下加入氯化亚铜、五甲基二乙烯基三胺、含氟丙烯酸酯单体,然后在80-100℃下反应8-24h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水外层;
S3、制备相变调温中层,将棉织物加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入聚乙二醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在80-110℃下反应6-18h,最后水洗烘干;
S4、制备抗菌内层,将竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维进行编织;
S5、制备产品,将防水外层、相变调温中层和抗菌内层通过层压的方式压合成型。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1.本发明制备的家纺面料具有良好拒水性能和天然抗菌性能。其相变过程可逆,相变潜热高,具有多次循环使用性能,具有智能可控的调温作用和舒适性的优点;
2.本发明工艺简单,制备方法为聚合反应,织物与聚合物为共价键结合,故家纺面料的耐水洗性能良好;
3.本发明制备方法不需要高温焙烘处理,表面不会形成较厚涂层,织物手感、透气透湿等固有性能变化不大。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图1-图3,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1-图3所示,为本发明提供的一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,从外到内依次为防水外层1、相变调温中层2和抗菌内层3;
防水外层1由棉织物引发剂、无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯化亚铜、五甲基二乙烯基三胺和含氟丙烯酸酯单体聚合而成,棉织物引发剂包括棉织物的质量为2-5g,4-二甲氨基吡啶质量为0.05-0.20g,三乙胺体积为0.5-2.0mL,2-溴异丁酰溴的体积为0.3-3.0mL,四氢呋喃体积为50-100mL,氯化亚铜的加入量为0.02-0.10mmol,五甲基二乙烯基三胺的加入量为0.06-0.30mmol,含氟丙烯酸酯单体的加入量为50-150mmol,无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的体积为50-100mL,含氟丙烯酸酯单体可选甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸五氟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸七氟丁酯中的一种;
相变调温中层2由棉织物、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙二醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯聚合而成,相变调温中层2的棉织物质量为2-5g,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的体积为30-80mL,聚乙二醇的分子量为500-3000g/mol,聚乙二醇的质量为0.5-1.5g,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的浓度为0.02-0.10g;
抗菌内层3由竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成,竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维的比例为10-30:90-70。
一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备棉织物引发剂,将4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺加入到四氢呋喃溶液中得到混合溶液,然后加入棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,并氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应12-24h,将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂;
S2、制备防水外层1,将棉织物引发剂加入无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,在氮气氛围下加入氯化亚铜、五甲基二乙烯基三胺、含氟丙烯酸酯单体,然后在80-100℃下反应8-24h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水外层1;
S3、制备相变调温中层2,将棉织物加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入聚乙二醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在80-110℃下反应6-18h,最后水洗烘干
S4、制备抗菌内层3,将竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维进行编织;
S5、制备产品,将防水外层1、相变调温中层2和抗菌内层3通过层压的方式压合成型。
实施例2
如图2所示,将0.10g 4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)和0.5mL三乙胺(TEA)加入到100mL四氢呋喃(THF)溶液中得到混合溶液;然后加入3g棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加0.8mL 2-溴异丁酰溴(BPB),氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应24h,将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂,将棉织物引发剂加入50mL无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,在氮气氛围下加入0.05mmol氯化亚铜(CuCl)、0.15mmol五甲基二乙烯基三胺(PMDETA)、80mmol甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,然后在90℃反应12h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水棉织物。
相变调温棉织物中层为通过表面聚合的方法将分子量为1000g/mol的相变材料聚乙二醇聚合到3g棉织物表面,将棉织物加入到50mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入1.0g聚乙二醇和0.08g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在90℃反应12h,最后水洗烘干。
抗菌内层3由竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成,其比例为30:70。
对实施例2的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行接触角测试,防水层表面接触角为151.3°。相变调温层的相变温度进行测试,其相变温度范围为28-43℃。对抗菌功能层进行抗菌实验,参考抗菌测试采用AATCC 100-1999方法对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌接触15min进行抗菌率测试,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率都能达到85%以上。对实施例1的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行透气和透湿性能进行测试,透气和透湿值分别为141.2mm·s-1和7954.2g/m2·d。
实施例3
将0.10g 4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)和0.5mL三乙胺(TEA)加入到100mL四氢呋喃(THF)溶液中得到混合溶液;然后加入3g棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加0.8mL 2-溴异丁酰溴(BPB),氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应24h。将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂。将棉织物引发剂加入50mL无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,在氮气氛围下加入0.05mmol氯化亚铜(CuCl)、0.15mmol五甲基二乙烯基三胺(PMDETA)、80mmol甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯,然后在90℃反应12h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水棉织物。
相变调温棉织物中层为通过表面聚合的方法将分子量为1000g/mol的相变材料聚乙二醇聚合到3g棉织物表面。将棉织物加入到50mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入1.0g聚乙二醇和0.08g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在90℃反应12h,最后水洗烘干。
抗菌内层3由竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成,其比例为30:70。
对实施例3的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行接触角测试,防水层表面接触角为159.7°。相变调温层的相变温度进行测试,其相变温度范围为28-43℃。对抗菌功能层进行抗菌实验,参考抗菌测试采用AATCC 100-1999方法对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌接触15min进行抗菌率测试,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率都能达到85%以上。对实施例2的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行透气和透湿性能进行测试,透气和透湿值分别为135.2mm·s-1和7934.2g/m2·d。
说明含氟丙烯酸酯的种类影响防水层的接触角。
实施例4
将0.10g 4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)和0.5mL三乙胺(TEA)加入到100mL四氢呋喃(THF)溶液中得到混合溶液;然后加入3g棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加0.8mL 2-溴异丁酰溴(BPB),氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应24h。将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂。将棉织物引发剂加入50mL无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,在氮气氛围下加入0.05mmol氯化亚铜(CuCl)、0.15mmol五甲基二乙烯基三胺(PMDETA)、80mmol甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,然后在90℃反应12h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水棉织物。
相变调温棉织物中层为通过表面聚合的方法将分子量为2000g/mol的相变材料聚乙二醇聚合到3g棉织物表面。将棉织物加入到50mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入1.0g聚乙二醇和0.08g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在90℃反应12h,最后水洗烘干。
抗菌内层3由竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成,其比例为30:70。
对实施例4的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行接触角测试,防水层表面接触角为151.3°。相变调温层的相变温度进行测试,其相变温度范围为30-46℃。对抗菌功能层进行抗菌实验,参考抗菌测试采用AATCC 100-1999方法对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌接触15min进行抗菌率测试,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率都能达到85%以上。对实施例3的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行透气和透湿性能进行测试,透气和透湿值分别为149.1mm·s-1和7976.8g/m2·d。
说明相变材料聚乙二醇的分子量影响相变温度。
实施例5
将0.10g 4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)和0.5mL三乙胺(TEA)加入到100mL四氢呋喃(THF)溶液中得到混合溶液;然后加入3g棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加0.8mL 2-溴异丁酰溴(BPB),氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应24h。将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂。将棉织物引发剂加入50mL无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中,在氮气氛围下加入0.05mmol氯化亚铜(CuCl)、0.15mmol五甲基二乙烯基三胺(PMDETA)、120mmol甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,然后在90℃反应12h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水棉织物。
相变调温棉织物中层为通过表面聚合的方法将分子量为1000g/mol的相变材料聚乙二醇聚合到3g棉织物表面。将棉织物加入到50mL N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入1.0g聚乙二醇和0.08g六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在90℃反应12h,最后水洗烘干。
抗菌内层3由竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成,其比例为30:70。
对实施例5的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行接触角测试,防水层表面接触角为155.8°。相变调温层的相变温度进行测试,其相变温度范围为28-43℃。对抗菌功能层进行抗菌实验,参考抗菌测试采用AATCC 100-1999方法对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌接触15min进行抗菌率测试,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率都能达到85%以上。对实施例4的相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料进行透气和透湿性能进行测试,透气和透湿值分别为128.7mm·s-1和7924.8g/m2·d。
说明含氟丙烯酸酯的加入量影响疏水性能。
综上,本发明中防水外层1通过表面引发原子转移自由基聚合的方法将含氟丙烯酸酯在棉织物表面聚合,具有较好的疏水性能;相变调温内层通过聚合的方法将聚乙二醇聚合在棉织物表面,具有适合人体温度的相变温度,具有良好的调温功能,抗菌内层3由竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成;竹纤维具有良好的透气性,同时具有天然抗菌、抑菌、除螨功能,竹纤维具有亲肤优良、触感柔软、肌肤舒爽和冬暖夏凉功能,牛奶蛋白纤维具有天然持久的抑菌功能,对金黄色葡萄球菌、真菌、白色念珠菌和霉菌广谱抑菌率达到80%以上,对人体有滋润肌肤的功效;本发明制备方法简单高效,家纺面料相变调温、防水和抗菌性能良好,家纺面料耐水洗性好和保留面料固有属性。

Claims (7)
1.一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,其特征在于:从外到内依次为防水外层、相变调温中层和抗菌内层;
所述防水外层由棉织物引发剂、无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、氯化亚铜、五甲基二乙烯基三胺和含氟丙烯酸酯单体聚合而成;
所述相变调温中层由棉织物、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、聚乙二醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯聚合而成;
所述抗菌内层由竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维编织而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,其特征在于:所述棉织物引发剂包括棉织物的质量为2-5g,4-二甲氨基吡啶质量为0.05-0.20g,三乙胺体积为0.5-2.0mL,2-溴异丁酰溴的体积为0.3-3.0mL,四氢呋喃体积为50-100mL。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,其特征在于:所述氯化亚铜的加入量为0.02-0.10mmol,五甲基二乙烯基三胺的加入量为0.06-0.30mmol,所述含氟丙烯酸酯单体的加入量为50-150mmol,所述无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的体积为50-100mL。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,其特征在于:所述含氟丙烯酸酯单体可选甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸五氟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸七氟丁酯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,其特征在于:所述相变调温中层的棉织物质量为2-5g,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的体积为30-80mL,聚乙二醇的分子量为500-3000g/mol,聚乙二醇的质量为0.5-1.5g,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯的浓度为0.02-0.10g。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料,其特征在于:所述竹纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维的比例为10-30:90-70。
7.一种相变调温防水抗菌功能家纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制备棉织物引发剂,将4-二甲氨基吡啶和三乙胺加入到四氢呋喃溶液中得到混合溶液,然后加入棉织物,在0℃条件下逐滴滴加2-溴异丁酰溴,并氮气氛围下反应1h后升温至25℃反应12-24h,将反应后的棉织物水洗烘干,得到端基为溴的棉织物引发剂;
S2、制备防水外层,将棉织物引发剂加入无水N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,在氮气氛围下加入氯化亚铜、五甲基二乙烯基三胺、含氟丙烯酸酯单体,然后在80-100℃下反应8-24h,最后洗涤干燥,得到防水外层;
S3、制备相变调温中层,将棉织物加入到N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,然后加入聚乙二醇和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在80-110℃下反应6-18h,最后水洗烘干;
S4、制备抗菌内层,将竹纤维与牛奶蛋白纤维进行编织;
S5、制备产品,将防水外层、相变调温中层和抗菌内层通过层压的方式压合成型。
