Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition of an externally-applied anti-infection traditional Chinese medicine lotion, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Burn and scald cases occur industrially, frequently in national defense and at home, and are characterized clinically by burn wound redness, pain, skin breakage, liquid seepage, eschar, purulence under scab, ulcer formation after liquefaction, scar after healing and scar contracture. Extensive burns can cause shock, local or systemic infections, and improper treatment can cause sepsis.
Diabetic foot is a common complication of diabetes that severely affects the patient's ability to work and quality of life. Diabetic foot ulcers are the main clinical manifestations of diabetic feet, and the amputation rate of the diabetic foot ulcers is 15-20 times that of non-diabetic patients, and researches indicate that the total cause death rate related to amputation of the diabetic patients is increased by more than 5 times compared with that of the non-diabetic patients.
Chronic osteomyelitis is a refractory orthopedic disease with high incidence, deep disease position, serious disease condition, long disease course, poor curative effect and easy repeated attack, and seriously damages the physical and mental health of patients.
At present, antibiotics are generally used for anti-infection of treatment means of burns, scalds, diabetic feet, chronic osteomyelitis and the like, but with the wide use of antibiotics, more and more bacteria have drug resistance, so that the use of the antibiotics is higher and higher, the treatment period is longer and longer, the side effect of liver and kidney is large, the economic burden of patients is increased, and the infection is difficult to thoroughly eliminate. Therefore, the medicine which has good curative effect and few side effects and can resist infection makes up the deficiency of antibiotics and is particularly urgent.
